The decoration was beautiful

For kids its hard to keep them Quiet with the floors. AC system flr hot days wasnt great. My room went all the way to 27.5C and it was hot. Maybe provide fans.

The location, views and furnishings were excellent.

No bottle opener or cork screw!

Would give it an 11 if that was possible. Was our first time in a holiday apartment and this has possibly raised the bar too high. The location was 5 mins away from the city center, right by the marina and with a view for days. The host had thought about everything

Nothing at all. Was perfect

Having travelled extensively and staying in very upscale accommodations this was the best experience I have ever had (and I am old!). The decor is perfect. The extras including the magnificent coffee machine, dishes, wine glasses, and especially the views. I wish I booked my entire trip at this apartment!

The only thing missing was the wine opener- and maybe I couldn’t find it because the house was so well stocked!

The apartment was spectacular - incredible views, very high taste level in furnishings, new/ modern, thoughtful details & everything you could ask for, wonderful location within easy walking distance to city center/ bridge to cathedral, great bakery & restaurants nearby (especially Sumo Asian fusion). Nils was very super responsive and so pleasant!

The only thing I would suggest is to add checkout requirements to the helpful instructions for the apartment early on, vs. late the night before departure.

非常漂亮，风景也好，是安静又能欣赏到美景的一个社区，特别喜欢厨房和客厅的风景，直面极地教堂。电梯可以直接通到停车场，所以最后退房定出租车的话，即使拿着很多行李，也非常方便！

没有厨房用纸所以我们自己购买了一些，部分餐具没有清洗干净，但是好在餐具非常多。地址不是很清晰，虽然经理人拍了很多照片给我们，但后来发现原来要上台阶才能看到，如果带着行李箱过去可能要找一下，不是很方便，不过最后经理人还出来帮我们一起拿行李非常感谢！

環境，設備，地理位置，來特羅姆瑟非常推薦來住這個公寓，太優秀了。

民宿的地理位置很好，就在海边，270度海景，非常美！房子又大又温馨，所有的家具厨具都很豪华，且非常智能，还有壁炉，我们都非常喜欢这家民宿！房东人非常好，当天到达特罗姆瑟时间比较晚，他耐心地等了我们很久，还帮我们搬行李，带领我们去民宿，教我们如何使用各种电器，非常感谢！

the penthouse had a spectacular view. The kitchen worked great. The furniture was comfortable.

How disappointing!!!! No one contacted us on what to do or where go upon our arrival in Trumso - they knew of our flight plan. We took a taxi to the address on the booking but had to be dropping us off in a parking/pick up area for the Deck hotel as there is no road to where the apartment was rather a walkway to a series of high rise apartment buildings. Assuming once we got to the address we would meet someone. We wandered for 1/2 hour it was dark cold and windy asking everyone where the Vindley Penthouse was. NO clues. Little wonder as the penthouse is a single apartment in a a large condo one of many high rise condos. Finally a man shows up nonchalant oblivious to our circumstances. He walked us a 100 yards or so along the walkway leading to our high-rise. Once in the apartment he briefly explained how the appliances work etc. and left. The appliances were high end and complex like the temp control panel or the coffee machine. What to do when it reads "put in more ground coffee" when it grinds the coffee itself. Or the how to stop the washing machine from going through a 6 hour!!! cycle. NO follow up call! Over priced poor no excuse service

The location was great, the view was fantastic - we even saw the northern lights from our windows one night!

Someone parked in our designated parking spot - the the host quickly helped us find another one. Would have liked a free standing easy to use coffee machine. But nothing to complain about really.

Die Lage, die großartige Aussicht des Penthouse sowie die Ausstattung haben unseren Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Soufiane hat sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert. Wir werden auf jeden Fall bald wiederkommen!

Die Schlüsselübergabe war super unkompliziert und die Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die sehr sehr freundliche und nette Gastgeberin hat uns klar kommuniziert, wie wir sie treffen können und selbst die Kofferabgabe durch unser früheres Ankommen (gegen 13 Uhr) war ohne Probleme möglich. Die Ankunft selbst hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen - was sehr erfreulich war, da es sich um eine Überraschung zum Geburtstag meines Mannes handelte. Man hat eine spektakuläre Aussicht vom Apartment aus und ich kann mir vorstellen, dass man sogar die Nordlichter bei guten Bedingungen sehen könnte (zu unserem Besuch gab es einfach generell nur sehr schwache Nordlichter). Die Ausstattung ist komfortabel und die Betten gemütlich. Auch die zwei Badezimmer sind sehr von Vorteil, wenn man zu viert reist. Man erreicht vom Apartment das gesamte Zentrum und die Promenade problemlos zu Fuß. Die Gegend rund um das Apartment ist sehr modern und erst vor ein paar Jahren gebaut worden.

Manchmal war es eine kleine Herausforderung, die Lichter einfach zu bedienen - Smart Home ist super komfortabel, aber manchmal "zu smart" :D

Soufiane met us at the apartment and gave us a tour and explained how things worked. He also answered any questions during our stay.

There was no freezer anywhere. Difficult to keep ice cream and ice frozen with no freezer. The window panels on the balcony were broken and could not be opened.

Gorgeous PH apt with all modern amenities in a fantastic location. Walking distance to everything. Exquisite water, mountain and city views all in one, breathtaking! The view property manager, Soufiane, was very nice. Very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location, with an amazing view. Interior design of the apartment is very nice. Furthermore, Reidun and Soufiane who manage the apartment, were very nice and helpful during the whole stay, ensuring we felt welcomed and comfortable.

The location of this apartment is brilliant. Right in the middle of town with easy access to shops and lovely restaurants. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a bit of luxury and comfort.

The best in Tromso, it is worth the price. The host welcomed us and showed us the way to the apartment. Everything is new in the apartment and looks exactly like the pictures. The view is amazing and it looks better in real life. Would definitely visit again. Thanks Raidun.

Nothing. All was perfect

Very beautiful flat, wonderful view on the sea, modern, well furnished even if it missed some things like a bedside table and a place to put the clothes in each bedroom. Quiet comfortable beds.

The host didn't show us all the facilities, as if she didn't want us to use them: there was a stove on the balcony, but she didn't put a gas bottle in it, so she didn't mention it to us, just like the fireplace, for which we had to ask how it worked, but we found out after 1 hour that it wasn't lighting any more, probably because it had run out of gas, which is why she didn't tell us about it. Also she forbade us to smoke on the balcony, whereas as a smoker, if you put so much money into having a balcony, it's not to go smoking downstairs ! This should be clearly stated in the Booking advert. She wouldn't show us how to open the veranda windows, nor how to put coffee in the machine: according to her it was full, whereas the next day I already had to add some... The cleanliness of the oven and the dishes was questionable, and one bathroom floor was very slippery. The room with the single bed was really small, with only the bed in the room. We had no welcome attention (no local products available, not even a few ice cubes in the freezer, just some tap water in the fridge), nor clear information on how to get out of the neighborhood without going over a steep ramp (she knew we had a wheelchair, but we discovered the pedestrian way out through the parking lot on the last day, on our own). Moreover, the building and neighborhood were only partially accessible to wheelchairs, as the door skirting boards were too high to roll over. For such a price, we expected a better welcome.

This unit was one of our favorite of all time! Still dreaming about those views. You will not find better in Tromsø!

This property was beautiful. Not just the amazing views outside but also the design and interior of the apartment. The rooms were all a good size, the balcony was so nice to sit out. We loved all the big windows so you could take all the views and sun in. The facilities were great with a fantastic coffee machine and boiling water tap. Reidun, the host, gave us really helpful information before we arrived. And Trine, showed us around the apartment and gave good recommendations for places to eat. We honestly loved this apartment so much. It was so close to the city with fantastic restaurants. Our excursion meeting places were 5 - 10 minutes walk away. We would 100% recommend staying in this place as it will make your expirence in Tromso so much more magical!!

Everything was perfect!

Outstanding property. The location, views, and furnishings of this apartment made it a stand-out in our visit. I will absolutely stay at one of their apartments on our next visit. While easily walkable to the main section of town, it was in a quiet section of town. Make sure that you also visit the bakery next door. This is one of my favorite properties so far.

Located in the most newly developed area of Tromso with lots of restaurants around it. Everything is within walking distance.

There is nothing to not like, It was much better than the pictures.
