Reviewed Aug 25, 2026漂亮的風景，親切的招待，還有大澡堂可以使用，很推薦放鬆住宿，大廳也像是回家一樣。有提供接駁服務，很方便可以從鳥羽車站抵達。晚餐豐盛且具有當地特色，值得品嘗。
早餐的內容有點無聊，服務生也有點搞不清楚狀況。

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026日式風格房型,窗外望出去是綠色草皮風景及海景,床較低對老人家起身較不方便,若沒在餐廳用餐,可到超市買食物回飯店,三樓販賣機處有微波爐,飯店每30分鐘有一班穿梭巴士往返鳥羽車站,再從鳥羽車站搭車到各景點,入住二天選擇不打掃房間的客人,退房時會給2000元折價券,可到大廳販賣部購買零食或禮品,這個回饋很棒

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026A beautiful hotel by the sea, extremely clean, comfortable, with a great onsen. All the staff is very welcoming and helpful, but the Manager, Mr Takeshi, clearly stands out. He is everywhere, from the parking lot to the front desk, the lobby and the restaurant. Extremely kind, helpful and efficient, he solved all the little problems that we faced traveling in Japan with a rented car and no knowledge of the language, and he gave us excellent tips for places to visit.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026食事が凝っており食事が出るスピードも良くたくさん食べられない親や子供達も最後まで食べる事が出来た。 花火も親の部屋から見る事が出来て贅沢な空間を感じる事が出来た。 お風呂もちょうど良く長い時間露天風呂に入れた。
食事で隣の会話が丸聞こえとなるので気にせず大きな声で話している隣が気になってしまった。 焼きマシュマロ体験はとても良かったが場所が狭く、それを写真に撮ろうとするとスタッフより背景込みでの体験と言われ、前に立つなと言われ戸惑ってしまった。マシュマロを焼く事に集中してしまうし、背景なんて見ている暇なく次の人へ交代しなければならない時間をどう楽しめと？と疑問に思えてしまいました。

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026部屋からの日本庭園が最高でした。露天風呂からの眺めも良かったです。テラスからお酒を飲みながら日本庭園を眺めて、何時間も過ごせました。 温泉施設も良かったです。 料理がとても美味しかったです。料理を楽しみにしていたのですが、非常に満足しました。また食べに来たいですね。

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026スタッフさんの対応が素晴らしく、事前の問い合わせからチェックイン・アウト時まで丁寧で嬉しかった。 高層階の希望も叶えてくださり、眺望も良かった。 ベットやイスの高さが通常よりも低めで、子供やお年寄りでも使いやすそう。和室との調和性も良かった。 和朝食がとても美味しく種類豊富。量も多すぎないため無理に食べ切ろうとせずにすんだ。ほぼ個室な点も嬉しかった。 ウェルカムチーズケーキが美味しいとの前評判通り。シナモンの風味がオシャレで濃厚なベイクドチーズケーキ。美味しすぎて売店でバラ売りされている別味(ブルーベリーチーズケーキ)を購入。ついでに、お土産用にホールで購入。 焼きマシュマロの体験イベント(期間限定)や伊勢の伝統体験等、ホテル滞在時間も楽しめる工夫があり、ホテルでゆっくりできる時間がある場合は楽しそう。 今回は予定をみちみちに詰め込んでしまった為、あまりホテルでゆっくり過ごせなかったのが残念。 またぜひ訪れたい。
お土産ショップも素敵だったが、エリア・通路に余裕がないため人が増えるとゆっくり見られず、すれ違いにくかった。 個室のお風呂の洗い場の水はけが悪かったのが残念だった。

Hotel molto bello e confortevole, ampi spazi comuni, servizi ottimi (onsen, negozio, caffè e tè disponibile nella lobby,...). Personale molto molto cortese. Camera molto spaziosa, in stile giapponese (fouton), molto comoda e ben attrezzata. Ristorante eccezionale con cena kaiseki, e colazione tradizionale giapponese, una vera chicca. Serviti in salette singole, i pasti sono assistiti da personale gentilissimo che ci ha spiegato le varie portate e come mangiarle.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Hübsch traditionell und geräumig, Restaurant bietet die Möglichkeit typischer Küche. Die Zimmer sind im japanischen Stil aber auf jeden Fall für Europäer sehr bequem. Das Onsen ist ein Erlebnis und ist unbedingt als Teil anzusehen. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof (Hotel bietet trotzdem kostenfreien Shuttle) macht auch die Erkundung der etwas weiter entfernten Umgebung einfach.

We were not notified of the strict Japanese dress code - Hotel will accomodate you but sizing is very limited - Rooms were clean but had a strong mildew odor masked with intense incense/ air freshener - Food is all-inclusive with limited a' la carte options - Plan ahead for your meals - Close to town but limited transportation and un-walkable - Staff is friendly but demanding of their schedule. Only choose this hotel if you are looking for a culture immersion.

L'unica pecca per un europeo non abituato al cibo giapponese è la colazione tradizionale. Sarebbe stata gradita una colazione a buffet per permettere agli europei di mangiare qualcosa di dolce. La colazione è servita al tavolo ed è principalmente a base di pesce.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026De vriendelijkheid en dienstbaarheid van het personeel. Het gemak van de shuttlebus van/naar het station. Het is een mooi hotel, mooie kamer, mooie lounge.
Het ontbijt is relatief gezien prijzig in vergelijking met de andere locaties waar we heben verbleven. Het avondeten hebben we niet gedaan eveneens wegens prijzig ( vanaf 17300 japanse yen per persoon).

Entiendo que en Japón hay todavía mucho rechazo a los tatuajes… pero hay establecimientos en los que, en los onsen, al menos dejan un par de horas al día a los huéspedes que sí que los tienen. En este caso, creo que el establecimiento debería ser un poquito más permisivo, en lugar de prohibirlos completamente, tal y como nos advirtieron en recepción. No obstante, la estancia fue espectacular.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Thanks to all Shojitei staffs for your wonderful hospitality, we had a truly fantastic stay. We stayed for two nights, booking dinner at different restaurants each day. On our first night, the chef kindly offered to change part of our second night's menu free of charge because there was some overlap. Both meals were exquisite, featuring dishes made with fresh local ingredients and prepared with superb culinary skills. Your warm hospitality made our dinners even more special. Our room was absolutely wonderful, with a private open-air bath and a balcony overlooking the Japanese garden. During our stay, we were able to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax to our heart's content.
It's a minor point, but our room was directly below the restaurant, so we could hear people dragging chairs inside. I'd like to add three points, because I saw many international guests at the hotel. - The yukata selection service should also be offered to men. Yukata is one of the Japanese traditional clothes. I believe many guests enjoy choosing what to wear for a special hotel stay, regardless of gender. - Public bath cleaning staff should be gender-equal. I found it strange that women cleaning the men's bathroom during business hours. It may not have been a problem in the past, but nowadays men feel uncomfortable with women in the changing room.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Außergewöhnlicher Service, super Zimmer und eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Vom Empfang, über die Ausstattung der Zimmer, bis zu den kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten in Zusammenhang mit Kindern, war alles perfekt. Hatten zwar kein Zimmer mit Meerblick, dafür eines mit Blick zum Koiteich, was unserer Tochter viel besser gefiel. ;-) Das abendliche Grillen von Marshmallows kam auch super an. Sollte es uns noch einmal nach Toba verschlagen, dann kommt für uns nur dieses Hotel in Frage.
Es gab absolut gar nichts, was wir bemängeln können.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026It was our first time visiting Ise, and I could not make up my mind on where to stay. I decided on Toba because it seems "central" enough to the places we want to visit, such as Ise Jingu Geku, Ise Jingu Naiku, and Mikimoto Pearl Island. Shiojitei was a perfect hotel for the start of our trip. It is a small hotel and did not feel crowded, which we prefer. Meals were served in a private dining room, which was a lovely surprise. The overall experience felt personal. We loved it! The marshmallow BBQ at night was a nice touch. We had fun seeing who could roast the perfect marshmallow. The toiletries are top-range, and the Pearl Aurora Bath onsen made your skin glow, shining like pearls.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Groot maar wel sfeervol hotel. Heerlijke onsen en mooie doorkijkjes naar de tuin en de baai. Verrukkelijke thee met cheesecake bij ontvangst.
We dachten rond de baai te lopen en op een leuke plek met uitzicht te gaan eten (kon niet in het hotel op dat moment) maar daar was veel leegstand, we belandden daarvoor uiteindelijk in de stationswijk. Blijf dus bij voorkeur ter plaatse …

Reviewed May 17, 2026とても落ち着いて静かな空間が良かった どのスタッフの方も対応がとても良苦、気持ち良かったです メンバーの一人が朝早く立つ事になって朝食が取れないので、お弁当をお願いしてみたら心良く用意してくれ、感激しました。ありがとう😊
最上階(5階)に泊まったが左右に樹木の壁があったので海への見通しが狭かったのがやや残念でした

Reviewed May 15, 2026Ein unglaubliches Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem, sehr freundlichem Personal in allen Bereichen ! Ausgezeichnete Küche mit hervorragendem, serviertem japanischem Frühstück; hierzu ein spezielles Lob an die Köche !!! Wer lieber europäisch frühstückt sollte zuhause bleiben ! Sehr geräumige Zimmer, sehr guter Onsen ! Ausstattung und Sauberkeit lassen keine Kritik zu. Umgebende Gastronomie fußläufig ( 10-20 min.) zu erreichen , ggf. mit Shuttlebus zum Bahnhof zu verkürzen.
Nachdem wir auch die umgebenden Strukturen geprüft haben sicher eines der besten Häuser in der Gegend ! Eigener Strand für den Sommer, Bootssteeg , Liegewiese. Insgesamt keine Kritik die berechtigt wäre.

Reviewed May 8, 2026La chambre traditionnelle, le personnel qui parlait mieux anglais que dans beaucoup d'autres hôtels, le onsen agréable, surtout la partie en extérieur.
La chambre un peu trop petite pour 4 personnes et un peu datée. Le thé et café en libre service dans le lobby mais seulement à certains horaires, pourquoi pas toute la journée ? L'unique option de petit déjeuner, essentiellement à base de poisson, un peu difficile pour nos enfants européens (même pour nous)

Reviewed May 3, 2026Le personnel est hyper agréable et répond du mieux possible à toutes les questions. Le lieu est magnifique et le bain privé sur la terrasse est ultra agréable !
Prévoir de venir en voiture car il n'y a rien autour. La journée les navettes de l'hotel rejoignent la ville mais la nuit les taxis sont peu nombreux donc difficiles à commander

L'oncen "nacré" ouvert jusque tard La possibilité de pouvoir passer du petit déjeuner japonnais (incroyable expérience gustative... mais pas adapté à nous estomacs d'européens pour 3 matins), au petit déjeuner type buffet dans la partie de l'hôtel situé un peu plus haut dans la montagne, Pearl hôtel. Une vue sublime, et un buffet magnifique avec choix de spécialités japonaises et occidentales.
Légèrement excentré mais navette de l'hôtel possible . C'est un grand complexe hôtelier comme c'est souvent le cas dans cette baie de Toba.

Reviewed Apr 16, 2026Friendly and helpful staff, nice Japanese style bathroom. Yukata provided and the pearl onsen was great. I was surprised with the welcome drink and cheesecake. There's a marshmallow mini campfire in the hotel lobby in the evening. you can have a free flow of coffee and tea while enjoying the marshmallow. The most exceptional was the set dinner and breakfast. I didn't expect it to be so delicious. A Fine dinning setting! There is also shutter service from Toba station to the hotel. Great when it was raining on the day I arrived.
