夜遅くに着いたが、ホテルの看板がないため、分からなかった。 エアコンを止めることが出来ず寒かったが、スタッフへの連絡方法がなく、我慢して寝ることになった。

Die Klimaanlage lässt sich leider nur zentral für alle Zimmer gemeinsam steuern, eine individuelle Regelung pro Zimmer ist nicht möglich. In der ersten Nacht war sie extrem laut und deutlich zu kalt eingestellt, in der letzten Nacht erneut viel zu kalt – beides ohne dass wir selbst etwas daran ändern konnten. Da vor Ort kein Personal erreichbar war, haben wir uns über den Booking-Chat gemeldet, dort jedoch nur eine sehr zögerliche bzw. ausbleibende Reaktion erhalten. Letztlich konnten wir das Problem erst über den Booking.com-Kundenservice klären lassen.

Very noisy neighbors - lot of sounds heard through tin walls during whole night. But I guess it is not the Hotel's fault.

Hele mooie kamer en in de hal faciliteiten voor koffie/thee. De host was heel vriendelijk en heeft ons naar de kamer gebracht. De bedden waren top, mooie en complete badkamer dus helemaal prima voor een nachtje voor de vlucht terug naar huis. Het vliegveld was heel dichtbij en in de buurt waren meer dan genoeg (vooral Aziatische) restaurantjes te vinden.

The room itself was nice enough. It was very clean, with nice shower and towels.

Several odd things about this unit: - They didn’t send check-in instructions until about an hour before our arrival after 3, and we were driving in so I didn’t see those on arrival. I tried the call box outside the gate, and the woman who answered told me I had to access the message in order to get into the property. A bit after that, a fellow who spoke little English came out and show me in to the room. It was a little difficult to get what he was telling me. - The listing says “Entire unit located on ground floor.” This is false. Our room and all others I saw are upstairs. - The listing also says it has microwave, refrigerator, etc. But the unit itself does not have these. There is a shared set of microwave, fridge, coffee machine and kettle in the hallway. They have just a few dishes. No sink there so wash your dishes in the bathroom sink. - No thermostat in the room that I saw, so no way to control the temperature. Fortunately we had decent weather. - The property is on a major street near a big intersection, so quite noisy. Also under airport flight path. So could not keep windows open at night. - Bed sloped toward the middle. Mattress needs replacing.

We stay in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit and it was absolutely fantastic! The space was clean, cozy and had nice decor, comfortable beds and everything that we needed. The grounds were well taken care of and had beautiful flowers which made our little front sitting area so enjoyable. The hostess went above and beyond and was truly amazing! The location was great and walkable to shops and restaurants. I will definitely be back.

It was more a boutique hotel instead of an Airbnb. Beautiful furnished and very comfortable. Lovely host as well. I needed to be in Richmond for work and the location was perfect. Also liked that it had free secure parking.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was outstanding—spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. Everything was spotless and very well maintained, making our stay extremely comfortable. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the hostess was especially friendly, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We truly appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

A group of six friends traveled together and stayed at this vacation home, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. The property was newly built with high-quality materials, and everything felt modern, fresh, and very thoughtfully designed. We especially loved the high ceilings, which made the space feel even more open and inviting. Each room was exceptionally clean, and the premium shampoos and bathroom amenities added a luxurious touch to our stay. Another highlight was the amazing garden. It was beautifully maintained, peaceful, and created such a relaxing atmosphere for our group to enjoy. Most importantly, Jessica was an outstanding host. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help whenever needed. Our group truly enjoyed staying here, and we would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

This is a 2 years new custom built luxury house. Roomy and clean. I cannot hear any noise from outside and next room. All finishing is high end. The owner is super nice and friendly. Great value for your money.

Very clean and the house owner, Jessica,is super friendly.

Very clean, very spacious room with quality furnishings that were so comfortable, that we preferred staying in our room during the rain. Liked the no carpet floors that minimize dust and allergens. Ensuite bathroom was large, too, and everything worked. Very responsive hostess who answered my emails right away. No breakfast is provided, but nice plates, bowls, and cutlery was available for use for the carryout food we brought.

Noted traffic noise due to location near a busy intersecting corner. The windows muted the noise considerably, but the motorcyclists and auto drivers who liked to rev the engines at night were audible.

Great location, nice house, well-furnished room, super clean.

Since we carried a heavy luggage, it would be great if there is an elevator.

Had a great time. Place was clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy. I would recommend staying here. The train to downtown is not too far away which makes it easy to get to the city.

Unfortunately, it was a little noisy. But that could have been due to the other guests. Nothing could be heard from the street.

It would be nice to have some breakfast food for the guests in the fridge (e.g., some bread, youghurt, etc) There is also a problem with the room we stayed in not having its own thermostat, and the thermostat in the corridor not being accessible

The whole property including our room was very clean and appeared to be quite new. The accommodation was part of a bigger building however very private and quiet.

It wasn’t apparent in booking the property that the accommodation was on the first level from the ground. It has a large staircase, if you have heavy bags to navigate up.

Clean, spacious rooms. Well accommodated. Comfortable bed and chairs. Nice closet and bathroom. Beautiful, large garden outside.

No breakfast. No food of any kind at any time. Very poor access to any restaurant. No staff of any kind other than the owner that lived there. You had to call her if you needed anything. Very accommodating but you were not likely to see her if you don’t call. The facility was not a hotel of any kind. It was additions added on to a large and very nice looking home but not residential like you would hope. The big and impossible to deal with problem was the location. It was facing a busy and obscenely noisy street. There was also a similarly noisy street adjacent. Not as busy but still obscenely noisy. My room was facing both. The intersection was populated with the most obnoxious idiots with loud and likely illegal mufflers. It sounded like 75% of the traffic was this parade of jerks and it went on all day into early morning. The Vancouver Vacation Home facility is a 50-50 combination of a very nice facility located on totally awful and obnoxious streets. I would not recommend it to anyone. I called the same lady mentioned before and ask her if she would please take my motorcycle boots that I inadvertently left there to a UPS store and have them packed and sent home to me and I would gladly pay her for her effort. She made up a cock and bull story and would not help. Once you’re checked out, you don’t exist anymore. I had a $180 pair of good boots likely thrown in the trash.

Direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Die Klimaanlage ist leider für das gesamte Stockwerk geregelt. Da es die erste Nacht unerträglich kalt war, hat die Hausherrin dies anschließend abgeschaltet.

I was impressed with the place! The newly renovated interior was spotless, fresh, and spacious. Beautiful plants in the hallway added to the ambiance. What really stood out was the feeling of staying in a hotel rather than a typical B&B. The lovely flowers outside were the perfect touch.

I wish there’s TV inside the room.

The information on how to check in could have been sent a little earlier. I had to rely on WiFi and it would have been a bit easier for me to plan if the information was sent earlier when I had WiFi available.

Besides that it was hygienic pleasant, comfortable easy to reach from the airport. The host itself made it great Her personal welcome, helping out getting food delivered to our room organized a taxi to the cruise terminal and all these things made it even better than we could expect

La struttura è bellissima esattamente come si vede in foto . Stanza grande e molto confortevole , non mancava niente . Mobili nuovi e tutto assolutamente nuovo e pulito . Letti comodi e in bagno tutti prodotti di qualità .

Va segnalato che la struttura non è a Vancouver . E’ vicina all’aeroporto e quindi va bene se si arriva tardi o per la notte pre partenza . I km da Vancouver sono pochi ma credetemi con il traffico che c’è ci vuole circa 2 ore per fare il tragitto dal centro città . Se volete girare Vancouver e vivere la città non è il posto ideale perché rischiate di passare più tempo in macchina . Naturalmente questo non c’entra con la struttura che è bellissima e perfetta . Avrei preferito sapere prima questo aspetto non trascurabile della posizione .

This place was beautiful!!!! Super clean, high end, comfortable and all the good things. The hosts and all the staff were very responsive and super kind!!!! We did not have one complaint at all. Totally would stay here again. We went for a concert at the Casino and love that we picked here to stay.

Casa espectacular en Richmond. Impresionante desde antes de entrar! Fácil acceso, fácil aparcamiento, fácil self check in. Baño espectacular, cama súper cómoda, habitación amplia con vistas al jardín. Ofrecen estación de café y té lo que facilita el desayuno. Cerca del ferry para visitar la isla de Vancouver. Richmond tiene una zona de restauración con muy buen ambiente, queda algo al sur y hay que ir en coche pero es súper agradable !

El termostato es común para todas las habitaciones y en ocasiones el frío es demasiado! Hubiese estado fenomenal poder visitar el resto de la casa o tener acceso a alguna zona común como el salón. Has de disponer de vehículo si quieres aprovechar tu estancia para visitar Vancouver.

It was a great location and the home was really roomy and I loved the room, as well. It was super, super clean and had all the necessities for someone that was in transit and needed to freshen up.

It would be unfair to this building, airbnb rooms, for anyone to rate anything less than excellent. It had shortcomings but the cleanliness and comfort of the room with comfortable and certainly not cheap equipment, does not allow it. There is no television in the room as an option. I did not miss it.

The facility is new and very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location—easy to go shopping and find good Asian restaurants just a short drive away in Richmond. More space for free parking .

The main entrance door closes at 11:30 p.m., and guests have to inform the owner in advance if they plan to come back late so the door can be left open. I find that a bit inconvenient.

The rooms were exactly as represented in the photos!!! They are spacious, clean and incredibly comfortable! The host kindly greeted us and even took time to show us around the property when we checked in. Whenever we needed anything during our stay, she is always there to offer us help!

I think the aircon is set to a certain temperature during specific hours so I find the room slightly on the cooler side at times.

The communication with our host was very good and we enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of our stay. It was very nice that there was a water dispenser outside of the room. The bed was really comfortable.

Goede parkeer gelegenheid.

Geen lift naar de etage. Geen TV of radio op de kamer. Verplicht schoenen uit en sloffen aan. Lastig met veterschoenen en heen en weer naar de auto. Luid gerinkel gedurende de nacht van het ventilatie systeem in de gangkast.
