Good location, clean and well equipped.

Arrival instructions were incomplete and misleading. The arrival email did not include detailed instructions necessary to locate the key to gain entry to the property.

Clean, cosy and good location!

The apartment was great. Everything worked, was presented perfectly and very clean. The christmas decorations were lovely too! Bathroom was functional and the sauna was an amazing bonus. Floor gets a little wet due to shower being partially open, but wasn’t a problem and a special mop was provided to pull the water back to the shower area. The apartment was warm and temperature controls (3) were easy to operate. Large lift made getting luggage in and out a breeze too! English TV channels was another bonus! Address is a 5 minute stroll to the main shopping area of Rovaniemi with the Santa Express and Airport Shuttle bus making getting around simple. You can buy tickets on the bus using credit card. Taxis are very expensive and there appears to be a significant “tourist tax” applied…… I highly recommend this apartment and the hosts are really fast to respond to any questions!

It’s a good size one bedroom apartment with large double sofa bed in lounge. My teenage daughters didn’t mind sleeping on the sofa, but some kids might not. It’s a big sofa bed! Apartment would be fine for two couples although the sauna would be very cosy :-)

Good location, very quiet area, the house is clean and tidy, is look like a quite new building, easy to access.

Don’t have tissue but have toilet paper. The pillow is too sort

Great apartment

Loved how friendly the owners were, loved how everything was explained, and everything you need was there, from games to info, etc. close to everything, all within walking distance all tourist attractions in the centre, loved the balcony, and you can see the sun go down. Very relaxing apartment. What more can you ask for. Excellent

En été très chaud car bien exposé avec des fenêtres qui ne s’ouvrent pas.

New and modern Finnish design (really cool with sauna), clean, comfortable and central for walking anywhere in downtown area. Very safe area. Only 5 minutes to Korundi or to the mall for groceries. Many restaurants close by, too. I would highly recommend this place!

Microwave was a little tricky to figure out. Missed having a dryer and a toaster but not a deal breaker!

It’s new, fully equipped for everything you need in your stay, very good location , staff answering quickly.

No free Parking

They allowed us to check-in early..which was really helpful and kind. The location is excellent..5 minutes walk from everything you need and tour pick up points. The apartment is very modern and clean..has everything you will need and a lovely sauna. Can't recommend it enough!! Alastair

Everything about the apartment was ideal from the location to the helpful owners. Liisa and co were available at any time to answer any questions I had. The apartment had everything required for our break. It was a very quiet area so we all slept very well. I can't fault this apartment.

Nicely decorated with Christmas theme, it has a small outdoor area to chill (but too cold to use due to weather). Rooms is relatively clean except for under the bed which is very very dusty! Apartment looks relatively new and is quite well maintained. It is about 7 mins walk to AirPort Express bus stop that can take you to Santa Claus Village for EUR4 or to the airport at EUR8. Around that area (6 - 7 min walk) is a mall which has a supermarket in the basement. There is also a Burger King ( I think 24 hours) across that mall. Dish washer and kitchen utensils provided. It has a clean sauna room which is very Finnish. Toilet is relatively large as well. Fridge is of a good size and relatively cold. Owners are very responsive but you can only reach them via booking.com, no other ways to contact should you have emergencies.

Overall apartment size is decent for 4 adults but the sofa bed (in living room) can be small for 2 adults. A very tiny kettle is provided, so you will need to keep boiling water if boiled water is what you need/drink. Tap water in Finland is drinkable as far as I am aware. Whilst it has a washing machine, there is no dryer so it can be hard to dry your clothes. You have to use a drying rack (provided) but it can be slow and take 2 days for the clothes to dry. Laundry detergent, you will need to bring your own. Wifi is very slow, and the bed in the master bedroom creaks a lot! Pillows provided are not actually proper pillows more like sofa decorative pieces. Apartment is quite a distance to rovaneimi insider, 12 min walk, which is another common pick up and drop off for local tours. Check in is late at 4 pm, hence if you arrive early, you need to pay EUR20 at a luggage storage facility (which we did), then you can walk around the city centre (which is very small). Storage place is about 12 min walk to the apartment. Overall, as we visited during the peak season, the room is rather expensive.

The location was excellent, close to everything in town. The owner was so friendly and allowed us to stay longer because we had a late flight! Very quick to respond to messages. 10/10 stay

The location was great. Easy to access everything that was needed.

Only having one door key. You need a key to access the building and the apartment. Hence you should have the ability to have at least two keys, so that people staying in the apartment have freedom to go out by themselves.

Location is very central and close walking distance to the centre. It’s very clean and new apartment and decorated for Christmas, it, comes with a sauna too! Can’t fault this apartment.
