位置很好，距离干草市场车站很近，楼下有超市，电车站公交车站都很近，所以出行方便。房间蛮干净的，有烧水壶还有冰箱，洗漱间虽然是共用的，但是也很干净。

楼下的标识不是很明显，然后我们到了以后不知道怎么开门。如果能在楼下做一个标牌注明就更好了

The staff was not helpfull and seemed not to know what to do and to give an email to a client regards a request done at reception is not very efective, email to which by the way we never received an answer so far. Die Lage ist in Ordnung für eine Stadt. Es ist nicht im Zentrum, aber dieses ist zu Fuß oder mit den Bahn erreichbar. Die Straße ist sehr betriebsam.

Die Bewirtschaftung des Hauses scheint der bloßen Gewinnmaximierung zu dienen. Abgerockt, dreckig, vermüllter Hinterhof, die große Anzahl an Schlüsselkästen an der Eingangstür lassen das Ausmaß der Wohnraumvernichtung für Einheimische durch Einzelraumvermietung erahnen. Der gemietete Raum war mit alten abgenutzten Möbeln ausgestattet. Bei dem geforderten Mietpreis hätte ich gebügelte Bettwäsche und mehr als zwei dünne Handtücher erwartet. Kühlschrank und Fön fand ich positiv.

Good location, shared bathrooms were small but clean. The host provided extra items on request (blanket, chair). The bed was comfortable enough. Check in and out was simple.

The room we were assigned did not look like any of the ones pictured on the site. The fluorescent lightbulb in the ceiling of our room gave off especially harsh, cool light which was unpleasant in the evenings. There were some stains on the wall and outdated furniture. The entryway to the building and the stairwell were very dirty. Thin walls meant we could hear everything in the hallway and neighboring rooms though most people were respectful and it was quiet at night. The windows didn’t fully close so we could also hear everything outside and we faced a fairly busy street.

Za tuto cenu velmi podprůměrné bydlení. Celá budova je velmi stará, používaná a špinavá. Všechno extrémně vrže, jde slyšet každý krok dalších spolubydlících a celkově je prostor hodně stísněný. Budova má specifický nepříjemný zápach, který se snaží skrýt velmi silným osvěžovačem vzduchu.

I need to travel to Edinburgh for a few days a month and I always choose to stay here ... its better than anywhere else I have found. That should say it all.

Television and kettle, also a fridge was also available in the room for the stay. in a good location as it is very close to Haymarket train station as it is nearby.

It may of added confusion trying to find this hotel as their is a hotel nearby called Haymarket Hotel. this hotel however has no signage where the main entrance door is. you do need to telephone first to have someone to call you, into this hotel.

The property is in a very good and convenient location, with easy access to nearby areas. Check-in and access to the property were straightforward, which made the stay more convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We especially appreciated that they allowed us to store our bags after checkout, which was very useful and made our departure much easier. Overall, the location, accessibility, and helpful service from the staff were the main highlights of our stay.

The bedsheets and towels were not very clean, which was disappointing. The room also felt quite airtight with limited ventilation, making it a little uncomfortable. Cleanliness and better airflow would have made the stay much more pleasant.

Noisy as hard floors and people coming and going. Also a whirring fan kicking in and out near the window. Had a terrible sleep. Told the owners but they just sent a stock reply. I asked for recompense but was refused. Wouldn't stay there again as whilst its a reasonable room, the fact I couldn't sleep properly spoilt the stay.

The room was clean and had everything that I needed. The tea/coffee facilities & toaster were great, and the fridge was a perfect addition for storing essential items. The room itself was very big and the fireplace made it more homely compared to some standard hotel rooms, plus having the big television made it all perfect!

I could hear the traffic outside as it was a busy road but it did not bother me and I still had a great night's sleep in the super comfy bed!!!

While it technically had all listed amenities and had a good location, the place just looked sad. The entrance/stairway hall was badly lit and there was a partly stolen bike there. Initially, the room was booked for my father and his partner who were visiting myself from Ireland. To say the property wasn't fit for purpose would be an understatement. To begin with, the entrance area and shared toilet were not to the standards for living conditions let alone for guests to stay in. The first impression it made was so bad it prompted my family to turn around, leave and stay in another hotel nearby. A wasted experience and more importantly, wasted finances. One would have thought that during fringe, perhaps the busiest time of the year for the city of Edinburgh, the property would be at its peak for performance, alas, this was not the case. One can only hope that your standards will improve or I fear for the future.

Et donc à 20h nous n’avons pas pu rentrer dans le logement et avons dû trouver un autre hôtel en urgence à Edimbourg. Mais qui attend sur un perron de porte d’appartement, dans une cage d’escalier sombre, qui pue l’urine d’être dépanné pour rentrer dans le logement qu’il a payé????????????????!!!!!!….

Haymarket Station Rooms is the perfect place if you are looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable and well located place near the city center in Edinburgh. The room was bigger than what I thought, and the bed was very comfortable. You will find tea and coffee at your disposal, as well as a fridge and a clothes horse in your bedroom. The shared bathrooms and toilets are well looked after and very clean. I got to talk to two staff members, and they are very welcoming, kind, friendly and well mannered. I would definitely and absolutely recommend the place.

Habe ich nicht gemacht. Begründung durch das Personal vor Ort: Dann hätte der Schlüssel in einer Schlüsselbox vor der Eingangstür hinterlegt werden! Abgewohntes Treppenhaus, ältere Zimmereinrichtung, aber mit Kühlschrank, Toaster, Fernsehen und sauber! Beim meinem Zimmer zur Straße war der Straßenlärm relativ laut zu hören! Durchgehender Schlaf leider nicht machbar. Ohrenstöpsel wären hilfreich gewesen!

Entrance is sketchy. Steps are uneven which could be dangerous for some people. We didn’t sleep well as people were using the microwave at 2am and opening and closing doors during the night.

was hard to get into the unit when i first arrived as the code i was given for the front door lock box didnt work. my data on phone wasnt working and i couldnot not access wifi. and the only way to contact the operator was through Whatsap, but i couldnt do that without wifi or data. i arrived at 8pm at night. i was a single female so was starting to get a little nervous about how to get into the unit. i had to go to a restaurant next door with my bags and suitcase and ask if i could use their wifi to contact the operator to let them know the door code they gave me wasnt working, so i finally contacted the operator who came to let me in and he told me that they had given me the wrong door code. so that was slightly stressful,. i wish the unit had keypad entrance instead of actual keys, since i felt a little vulnerable thinking if i lost my key then no way to get into building or unit. so my only recommendation is to have a better key system to get in, ideally a key pad with a code, instead of actual keys,

Läget nära stationen var fantastiskt. Spårvagnen och bussar till och från flygplatsen stannade där. Det var rent och badrummen var fina.Sängen var skön.

Det som var jobbigt var att när jag kom fram och skulle ta fram min nyckel, så var det tomt. Jag var då tvungen att ringa till dom för att bli tilldelad ett nytt rum. Jag är tacksam att en främling hjälpte mig och stannade tills det car ordnat. Jag fick snabbt svar tack och lov. Vattnet var kallt i duschen när jag skulle duscha, men då bytte jag till det andra badrummet och det funkade bra.

Rappuset toiseen kerrokseen jossa majoitus paiikka sijaitsi oli järkyttävät ja vaaralliset. Äänieristys oli olematon ja toisten asiakkaiden äänet kuului höiritsrvän kovaa ja aamuisin heräsi ääniin. Samoin rappukäytävän liikkeet kuului kovana rummutuksen meidän huoneeseen. Kylpyhuone ja wc oli haisevat ja märät ja niissä oli pitkiä mustia hiuksia.

Prijs kwaliteitsniveau is naar onze mening niet in verhouding. - Er is geen zichtbaarheid van het complex (er hangt geen bord met haymarket rooms), wanneer je nog geen e-mail/ code hebt - Uiterlijk van het complex buiten en binnen bij ontvangst is zeker toe aan onderhoud. Je twijfelt of je niet wordt gescammed. - Geluidsniveau is hoog, lijkt wel of een bouwplaats binnenstaat met het langskomend verkeer de hele nacht en dag. Mede door het enkel glas. Slaapoordoppen waren nodig om enigszins te kunnen slapen - Gordijnen moest gesloten blijven vanwege vieze ramen en als gordijnen dicht waren zaten we tegen gordijnen met vlekken te kijken - Uiterlijk van twee badkamers ook toe aan onderhoud (scheve vloer, losse toiletpot op de badkamer in de gangen, vieze afzuiging). Daarnaast als er twee personen aan het douchen waren, kon je niet naar het toilet toe. Wij als stel zijn echt wel gewend aan minder voorzieningen zoals koud douchen of de wc doortrekken met een emmer water. Maar daar was de prijs dan ook naar en in dit geval vonden we het wel duur naar verhouding. Ongeacht of we in een europees land zijn of niet.

Avons été très déçus car il ne s'agit pas d’un hôtel ou d'une auberge de jeunesse mais de chambres aménagées dans un appartement Adresse très difficile à trouver, entrée tellement peu engageante que nos avons failli renoncer à cet hébergement !!! Heureusement nous avons eu l'aide d’un passant Sinon, la chambre était propre, la salle de bains commune pas toujours propre Point positif : un petit frigo ds la chambre et à 5mn à pied de la gare
