Es war vom ersten Moment an ein wirklich gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Personal war in allen Bereichen ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend, das sucht in der heutigen Service Landschaft seines Gleichen. Man hatte sofort ein Willkommen Gefühl. Das Design des Hotels ist großzügig und geschmackvoll mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Tolle Poollandschaft mit viel Grün und trotz der Vielzahl der Liegen, genügend Privatsphäre und ruhige Ecken. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, mit einem Angebot, das absolut keine Wünsche offen lässt, Riesige Auswahl, toller Service, ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Wir hatten auch tolle Abendessen im Buffet Restaurant, auch hier war das Angebot, die Qualität der Speisen und natürlich das Personal einzigartig. Wir kommen sicher wieder, vielen Dank für dieses Hotel Erlebnis.

Location and hotel is very nice the staff are not very organised apart from the bell boys couldn’t be better.

Front of house staff very miserable and non helpful. We requested an early check in well in advance as it was my partners birthday. We eventually got our room 30 mins late so we couldn’t check in until 15:36.

O quarto reservado para 3 pessoas, sendo que uma das camas individuais não era igual às outras duas. Era muito pequena. E, por isso, para uma das pessoas não foi tão confortável.

Localização e limpeza muito boas.

Eu e meu marido pagamos caro prezando o conforto, na descrição havíamos uma cama de casal e chegando lá eram duas camas de solteiro juntas, quando liguei para a recepção me disseram que colocariam algo tipo uma coberta grossa em cima para juntar as camas, mas não ficou igual, dava sempre para sentir um buraco no meio.

Très bel hôtel, idéalement situé dans la marina de Vilamoura, avec le Purobeach juste à côté. L'établissement est également pet-friendly, ce qui est un vrai plus : une petite couchette avait même été préparée pour notre animal, une attention très appréciée. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins, toujours souriant et serviable. Le spa est excellent, les piscines sont très agréables et, dans l'ensemble, le séjour a été très réussi.

Les seuls points négatifs concernent l'ambiance générale de l'hôtel. Malgré ses nombreux espaces, l'ensemble manque un peu de chaleur et de convivialité. Les couloirs, avec leur moquette vieillissante, montrent également que le Tivoli commence à accuser le poids des années et mériterait un rafraîchissement. Enfin, la salle du petit-déjeuner est souvent très fréquentée, ce qui la rend particulièrement bruyante et peu reposante. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un très bon hôtel que je recommande. Cependant, compte tenu du tarif pratiqué et de son classement 5 étoiles, quelques améliorations sur ces deux points permettraient d'offrir une expérience encore plus à la hauteur des attentes.

Preis Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht wenn man den Roomservice beurteilt. Die Zimmerreinigung ist für ein 5 Stern schlecht.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Food was really nice. The staff goes above and beyond especially for the kids. Our suite was great there is nothing we didn’t like about this hotel and we have visited many in the Algarve region

The toilet paper could be better and more of it. For a 5 star hotel this is such a small little niggle but very annoying.

Love coming to Vilamoura it’s our 8th time but 2nd time staying in this hotel.

Just a bit pricey if you want to bring kids, but we always come here with friends for a 2/3 night kid free break.

A porta do quarto tinha que bater forte para fechar ,o chuveiro sem pressão de água , as toalhas ásperas . Mesmo com a porta da varanda fechada de madrugada um barulho infernal . A piscina de adulto muito rasa , o hotel precisa urgentemente ser reformado

The bed is huge and so comfortable. The breakfast has a good choice. The location is the best. Plug socket in bathroom. The air con was nice and cold. Good turn down service.

Check in can take some time. Had to chase our cases being brought to our room. My final bill wasn't right for the items i put on my room but this was sorted when i emailed when i got home.

У отеля открытая бесплатная парковка действующая по системе Valet Parking. После четырёх дней стоянки под открытым небом на жаре мне выдали мой автомобиль с птичьими отметками по всему кузову и на лобовом стекле. Установка простейших навесов могла бы решить эту проблему, пусть даже если бы это решение потребовало перевод работы парковки на платную основу.

Do manobrista ao funcionário que entrega toalha na piscina, todos muito educados. A recepção também torna o processo de checkin fácil. O glee fez o cafe da manha especial todos os dias. Pontos para o Bar da piscina e para o restaurant Oregano ambos me atenderam muito bem.

Havia areia na minha cama, o que sugere falha e deficiência no processo de limpeza da mesma. Um dos equipamentos de ginastica com o cabo a quebrar, falta manutenção la. Tempo demasiadamente longo para limpeza do quarto. A piscina coberta demasiadamente gelada, felizmente a externa estava mais aquecida. Mesma deficiência de limpeza pode ser vista nos elevadores, apesar de recentemente reformados estao sujos.

A localização do hotel é excelente, proporcionando fácil acesso aos principais pontos de interesse da região. As piscinas são amplas e agradáveis e, por não estarem excessivamente concorridas, permitem desfrutar de momentos de tranquilidade e conforto.

Para um resort desta categoria, espera-se um serviço irrepreensível e sem falhas. No entanto, a limpeza ficou muito aquém das expectativas. Em várias ocasiões encontrei toalhas sujas no quarto e, no restaurante Oregano, deparei-me com guardanapos e pratos que não estavam devidamente limpos. As almofadas apresentavam manchas amareladas e as toalhas estavam gastas, com vários fios repuxados, demonstrando falta de cuidado. No primeiro dia, apesar de o aviso a solicitar a limpeza do quarto estar colocado desde as 7h30 da manhã, a limpeza só foi realizada por volta das 20h30, o que é claramente inadequado. Além disso, em vários momentos foi evidente a falta de atenção aos detalhes, comprometendo a sensação de conforto, higiene e qualidade que se espera. Relativamente à restauração, a oferta do regime de meia pensão revelou-se bastante repetitiva, com pouca variedade entre os dias. Tendo em conta a localização do hotel, seria expectável encontrar uma maior valorização da gastronomia algarvia, nomeadamente peixe fresco grelhado e outros pratos típicos da região, o que teria enriquecido significativamente a experiência gastronómica. Por fim, os funcionários demonstraram, por diversas vezes, falta de conhecimento para prestar as informações necessárias, o que dificultou a estadia. No seu conjunto, estas situações revelam uma falta de organização e de controlo de qualidade incompatível com os padrões que se esperam de um resort de luxo, tornando a experiência bastante abaixo das expectativas.

Localização excelente e funcionários simpáticos. As áreas comuns são muito amplas e o serviço é muito bom.

Qualidade do pequeno almoço, o sumo de laranja não era natural e os ovos mexidos muito "industriais".

No beds allocated for beach behind hotel

Check-in took too long upgraded our room for us but flowers and champagne sent by family and friends for my birthday got taken to original room so not a surprise when I arrived then when they were eventually delivered to our room was told they were a gift from hotel ! Then afterwards cards delivered with who they were from !

Beautiful, my favourite hotel. It is 5* luxury but the staff don’t fuss over you too much, but just enough to make you feel special. It’s perfect it really is. A huge thankyou to Will who worked the pool bar, amazing service & just overall friendly and nice guy.

Friday morning all members of our party were woken at 06:00 by the sound of power tools being used to reshape palm trees around the pool. I find this a ridiculous time to create noise in a hotel and quite frankly soured the end of our visit.

Location. Interior was spotless,airy and modern.

Not the fault of the hotel but there were large groups staying which were very vocal and obnoxious. It was a slight irritation but you wouldn't have expected it from the standard of hotel.

Shower if you are going to ask question .. a better shower more powerful and more luxury everything else was perfect in the room could not ask for more but you have asked a question what could be improved? Possibly the shower was perfect worked okay but I have been in hotels with better quality shower and fittings.

Buffet breakfast like a cattle mart and cold, tea & coffee ordered to the table but can take up to 20 mins to actually get it , if you fancy an omelette give yourself 30 mins heaven forbid the hotel thinks of putting 2 chefs behind this counter. The pool bar was like a scene from a uk reality show everyday from 1230pm , not what we expected for what we paid, drunken louths around the pool shouting and roaring which continued till 3-4am when they arrived back from the marina. We didn’t see one person from management try deal with these issues and there was plenty of other guests not happy with this kind of carry on either.

Swimming pool pool dimensions and depths were frustrating , is too small and shallow for real swimming. Most of the pool is for wading, not doing laps. Beach access is misleading, you need to pay money to have beach bed and umbrella at the beach!

Do duche; o piso é escorregadio, sem qualquer barra de segurança, falta de uma porta de vidro para evitar molhar o piso exterior, sistema de controlo da temperatura difícil de controlar e falta de pressão da água.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado en una zona que se ha masificado mucho, con nucho bullicio alrededor del puerto deportivo. Había estado allí hace años y la zona era mucho mas tranquila. Los propios locales buscan opciones de descanso mas relajadas en la costa portuguesa fronteriza con España o en la costa de Huelva (Isla Canela e Islantilla).

This was our 3rd stay at the Tivoli and it didn’t disappoint. The location is brilliant. You can chill out by the pool in the day time and in the hotel in the evening or walk out the hotel right by the side of the harbour and you have everything on the doorstep. We chose a sea view high floor to experience the amazing views. To wake up in the morning open your curtains and take in the view. The staff as always (from being greeted on arrival) to the reception staff, restaurant/bar staff and around the pool were great.

The pool sun loungers are pretty hard to lie on compared to other 5 star resorts but that’s was a very minor issue.

Friendliest staff, from the pool waiters to the restaurant staff and cleaners, can’t say enough positive things about them.

It was very clean, comfy beds and good hairdryers in the room! The staff are also very pleasant and helpful. A fair sized gym but it can get extremely busy.

Unfortunately, the pool area was absolutely thriving with drunk Brits and the resort’s signature “ghost guests” who reserve sunbeds at 9am, vanish into the ether, and are never spotted again. The pool bar menu was another highlight - limited, overpriced, and occasionally forgetting the small detail of adding alcohol to 2 ‘cocktails’ worth €30. Screaming kids dominated the main pool, and the loungers in the shallow end were completely unusable thanks to children converting the space into their personal splash‑park. In fairness, the hotel does have enough space to introduce an adults‑only section, which would genuinely improve the experience for guests looking for a quieter, more relaxing area. This hotel might be ideal for families or anyone who dreams of spending their evenings touring the never ending Irish bars scattered around Vilamoura, but that’s not quite our idea of a holiday. For that reason, we won’t be returning.
