تعامل بعض الموظفين لم يكن بالمستوى المطلوب، كما أن الفندق يفتقر إلى الصيانة. كانت المياه غير نظيفة، ونظام التهوية (المكيّف والمدفأة) لا يعمل، مما تسبب في شعور بالكتمة داخل الغرفة لعدم وجود تهوية أو نوافذ. إضافة إلى ذلك، الأثاث بحاجة إلى تغيير وتجديد، كما أن الفرش لم يكن نظيفًا بالمستوى المطلوب.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war sehr zentral, und das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut.
Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel und nicht besonders sauber. Die Dichtungen und Silikonfugen waren schwarz, und die Duschwände waren mit Schimmel bedeckt. Es sollte mehr auf Sauberkeit und Renovierung geachtet werden.

Dat de airco's niet werkten op de 2e verdieping. Pas bij het inchecken werd het ons verteld. Dit had eerder gecommuniceerd kunnen worden

Reviewed Jan 13, 2026Les plus : très bon emplacement, petit-dejeuner bon et largement suffisant, personnel agréable qui aide au mieux.
Ce qui ne nous a pas plus : chambre très petite en comparaison avec d’autres hotels moins chers, le chauffage non fonctionnel (peut-être s’agissait-il seulement de notre chambre ?), la salle de bain « ouverte » sur la chambre sans réel cloison mais avec une vitre sur laquelle était collée un film plastique « obturant » sur une hauteur de 1,80m. Autrement dit, quasiment aucune intimité possible, à vraiment prendre en compte si vous voyagez pas avec votre partenaire. Il y avait aussi quelques équipements défectueux (prises ou encore le verrou de la porte de SDB qui ne fermait pas..).

Struttura datata e male organizzata, il ragazzo basso responsabile della collezione è stato di una arroganza assurda, apertura 7,30, ha aperto dopo 10 minuti senza che facessimo colazione perché avevamo il taxi che aspettava per la partenza, mentre si vedeva che faceva fotografie.

Economy rooms have no windows! Never heard of a windowless room, house or hotel, and needed an upgrade. No box of facial tissues provided in common with other hotels we stayed in Turkey- strange since it’s standard in all other countries. A hot Turkish dish of lamb, chicken or fish at breakfast would be greatly appreciated (loved the fried breadsticks).

The hotel was very disappointing, especially the staff, who spoke almost no English. You cannot control the room temperature yourself. They claim it is centrally controlled and that only the manager can adjust it. So why list air conditioning as a room feature if guests can’t even use it? The bathroom was in very poor condition. The door lock fell apart (see photo), and there was literally a hole in the corner of the bathroom. I reported this politely at reception, but nothing was done. The room was extremely dusty—I was sneezing every day—and again, no action was taken despite mentioning it. We also needed a taxi to the airport. The driver ended up charging almost 50% more, claiming he had to take a “special route” because it was busy. Even more concerning was that when the receptionist saw the taxi arrive, the taxi driver discreetly handed him money. This looked very unprofessional and gave the impression that something had been arranged behind the scenes.

Per il resto, il soggiorno è stato molto scomodo: per cinque giorni abbiamo dormito con un caldo insopportabile nella stanza. Nella prenotazione era indicata l’aria condizionata, ma non funzionava correttamente. L’abbiamo segnalato, ma nessuno ha cercato di risolvere la situazione. Inoltre la camera non aveva nemmeno una finestra, quindi si percepiva un forte odore di chiuso, reso ancora più pesante dal caldo. Di fatto, non siamo riusciti a dormire per tutte e cinque le notti.

Reviewed Nov 28, 2025Gostamos muito da localização do hotel. Quarto muito bem disposto mesmo sendo o mais simples, com closet inclusive. Banheiro espaçoso e funcional. Decoração do hotel muito elegante e contemporânea, assim como o quarto.
Equipe do hotel fria, por momentos parecendo indiferentes. Bem diferente das equipes dos outros três hotéis que nos hospedamos durante a viagem, onde foram receptivos e preocupados com nosso bem estar!

Reviewed Nov 26, 2025It was in a very good location for that side of town. Great street food a few doors down and not far from seafood market on river fresh seafood was amazing.
Internet did not work in room but staff joined me to lobby wifi so had to go downstairs to use it. Room was a bit small sharing with my friend but they were ok for short stay.

Lo único que podría decir es al dormir sentí un poco de calor y al tratar de encender el aire acondicionado estaba como automático e inmediatamente se apagaba.. opté por abrir la ventana y refresco, pero la verdad no lo planteé al personal porque estoy segura que de hacerlo ellos me lo hubieran solucionado

Reviewed Nov 17, 2025Skupaj s prijatelji (4 odrasli) smo preživeli čudovitih 9 dni v tem hotelu v Istanbulu. Navdušila nas je odlična lokacija – blizu restavracij in javnega prevoza, tako da smo lahko vse opravili peš ali z nekaj minutno vožnjo. Sobe so bile prostorne, čiste in udobne. Vsak dan so bile lepo pospravljene, kar smo še posebej cenili. Hrana v hotelu je bila raznolika in okusna, zajtrki pa bogati, tako da je vsak našel nekaj zase. Največje pohvale pa grejo ekipi na recepciji – izjemno prijazni, nasmejani in vedno pripravljeni pomagati. Pomagali so nam z nasveti za izlete, rezervacijami prevoza in kakršnimikoli vprašanji smo jih imeli. Zaradi njih smo se počutili še bolj dobrodošle in tudi zaradi mucka Wednesday. Toplo priporočamo ta hotel vsem, ki iščejo udobje, dobro lokacijo in resnično vrhunsko osebje. Vsekakor bi se z veseljem vrnili!
