De locatie was perfect. Dichtbij bus en metrostations. Het centrum is heel makkelijk en snel te bereiken. Ook een aantal supermarkten en restaurants in de buurt. Prima locatie dus.

Het was op zich prima. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk, beantwoord vragen direct en lost problemen meteen op. De inrichtingen is wat verouderd en hier en daar beschadigd. Wat wij echt hebben gemist is een nachtlampje.

The apartment was clean, very well equipped, we felt safe and it was cute and cosy. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.

Perhaps a more clear/ easier way to dispose of recycling.

The location was excellent, just 5 minutes walk to the metro and bus station. The apartment was on the first floor and even though it was near the stairs, it was surprisingly quiet. We had a little issue with the shower, and the property manager fixed it within few hours. Excellent job!

No había ventilación, y olía a cerrado. La puerta del apartamento 23 era muy pesada y tenía un sistema de cierre automático que era peligroso para los niños. En mi opinión la cocina no es operativa. En una apartamento tan diminuto podría reducirse a un hervidor, una nevera y un microondas. Nadie va a ponerse a cocinar con cazuelas y sartenes. Los baños tienen mas de 50 años, les conviene renovarlos.

Très bonne localisation. Quartier calme et sûr, à proximité des transports et des commerces. Propre Cuisine bien aménagée. Balcon

Manque de confort : - pas de table ni de bureau ni de chaise ou de fauteuil dans l'espace chambre - pas de lampes de chevet - il manque aussi des étagères et des portes manteaux dans la salle de bain Bruit des voisins : on entend beaucoup les locataires des autres studios.

Communication with the host was exceptional. Ease of access was exceptional.

The walls are very thin ( type of building) so music from neighbour was very irritating when I just wanted some peace and quiet. It went off before 9pm though and the host was exceptionally helpful when I needed advice here.

無人で困ったことがあってもテキストでやり取りするだけ。万が一のことがあったらどうするつもりか。 また宿泊費とは別に清掃料金を一万円払ったが４泊の滞在中、一度も清掃には来ず、シーツはもちろんのこと、タオルの取り替えもトイレットペーパーの補充もなかった。 苦情をテキストすると、清掃は7-8日に一度で、つまり私の場合、一万円とはチェックアウトしたあとの清掃費だというわけで、こんな詐欺とも言えるやり方がまかり通るのかと憤る。

La vicinanza alla metro e la zona molto tranquilla. Faceva piacere tornare li dopo una giornata in mezzo alla folla nel centro di Londra. Highgate e Hampstead , li vicino, meravigliose. Buon rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte e non si sentiva nessun rumore. Nella strada parallela ci sono tante possibilità di fare acquisti di generi alimentari.

Il bagno dovrebbe essere dotato di porta asciugamani e uno specchio in camera farebbe piacere.

Det var MEGET varmt. Man kunne godt have arrangeret vinduet så det kunne lukkes i en sikkerhedshasp om natten så man ikke vågnede op til 40 grader

Very smooth self check-in with clear instructions. Easy communication on Whatsapp with the Charmstay staff who made sure to confirm we had arrived without issue, and to assure us they were there if needed. We had a ground floor flat with a small balcony, this really helped in the extreme heat! It was actually easy to cool the place down, and there was a fan provided. Lovely area within 20 mins walk of Hampstead Heath, it was handy location on Jubilee line for Wembley arena also.

J’y étais pendant la canicule et au 3 étage sous les toits , la chaleur était infernale malgré le ventilateur. Le robinet chaud de douche difficile à manipuler mais personnel très réactif

Het is een leuk appartement. Ik verbleef alleen. De omgeving is heel mooi. Met leuke winkels in de buurt. Er is een leuk jazz cafe in de buurt.

De geluidsisolatie tussen de kamers is niet zo goed.. De afstand naar het centrum van Londen is vrij groot. Je verblijft wel in een topwijk van Londen, dat maakt veel goed.

Everything was clean, Lucy was really helpful with everything we needed and the location was great! Just a 5 min walk away from the tube station and the neighborhood was quiet!

Close to the tube, very friendly and supportive host, everything is clean and in place. No A/C, but I had a fan as it was extremely hot weather those days.

Posizione vicina alla fermata metro e bus. Comunicazione celere e precisa con l’host, check-in completamente self service. Si offrono di offrire servizio di pulizia e cambio asciugamani per soggiorni lunghi.

Per cortesia potrebbero lasciare almeno una bottiglietta d’acqua all’arrivo. Pulizia buona ma non impeccabile. Non vi è l’ascensore e le scale potrebbero essere un po’ difficoltose per chi è di età avanzata. Non vi è aria condizionata ma solo un ventilatore disponibile in stanza.

Vicinissima alle fermate autobus e alle stazioni metro, struttura a 20 min a piedi da Camden Lock. Check in e out online, ma anche se non c'era l'host in presenza, in ogni caso ogni mattina scriveva su WhatsApp per sapere come andasse il soggiorno e se serviva qualcosa. Super attenti. La stanza negli standard di Londra, anche meno stretta rispetto ad altre, senza infamia e senza lode. Per soggiorni brevi di non più di 3 notti, è ottima!

Unica pecca che mi sento di menzionare è il fatto che la pulizia della stanza è prevista solo per soggiorni oltre le 6/7 notti, poiché essendo una struttura indipendente e autogestita, non hanno chi pulisce giornalmente come negli hotel e via dicendo.

Unsere Aufenthalt war insgesamt gut und erholend. Wir hatten einen sehr guten Anschluss an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Ich muss auch das Personal loben, sie haben sehr schnell auf Probleme geantwortet und auch die Kritik gemerkt.

Leider hat uns dir Sauberkeit nicht ganz überzeugt , die Schränke waren sehr alt und dementsprechend schon dreckig/ leicht angefeuchtet. Trotz allem okey

Las escaleras tenían moqueta y estaba muy sucia. Cada vez que alguien subía o bajaba, retumbaba toda la casa. El colchón de la cama era horrible

Posizione ottima. Quartiere residenziale dotato di tutti i comfort (supermercati, bar, fast food, metro, overground, bus). Monolocale carino, su due livelli (piano terra camera da letto, piano superiore cucinino e bagno). Balconcino che dava sul giardino interno. Check-in e check-out online ma lo staff è attento e fornisce info e foto.

Il bagno é vecchio ma funzionante. Manca l'aria condizionata. Il balconcino è in condivisione con un'altra stanza. Farei più attenzione a lenzuola e asciugamani (erano pulite ma forse un pó impolverate).

Posizione strategica a due passi da due fermate della metropolitana. Alloggio piccolo ma confortevole e con tutto il necessario. In zona ci sono supermercati, locali, ristoranti e un centro commerciale.

Location excellent and very good value for money.

The bare light bulbs for lighting. While the lighting was certainly adequate, putting simple lampshades on each hanging bulb would make the room that much more welcoming.

Was during the heatwave and only a little fan. Also no sockets near the bed but not the end of the world.

This little self catering flat had everything one needs for a short stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful and responded to any enquiries straight away. The flat is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and a tube station, yet quiet at night because it's on a side street.

Due to the very hot weather, the small fan wasn't quite enough to cool the room, and a larger one would have been helpful.

Main door next to the bed is a bit weird. Room was a bit stuffy in the heat but you can sleep okay if the balcony door is open.

The room was quite small, but it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic-a quiet neighborhood with great transport links, making it easy to get anywhere in London. The host was very helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Excellent value for money.

Only a minor detail-the kitchen tap was a bit difficult to close properly and could probably use some maintenance.

Przez cały pobyt doskonały kontakt z właścicielem obiektu, jasna i czytelna instrukcja odebrania kluczy ze skrytki. Apartament malutki ale miał wszystko, czego potrzeba na krótki pobyt. Dzielnica świetna - spokojna, cicha ale także dobrze skomunikowana z resztą miasta (autobusy, metro, przystanek autobusu z lotniska Stansted) i zaopatrzona w sklepy oraz restauracje i kawiarnie. Wszystko w promieniu do 500 metrów. Świetne Wi-Fi. Czyściutko.

I enjoyed the convenient location and how easy it was to get the keys themselves.

The apartment was alright for two people, however even for one nights stay there was not enough coffee, milk, tea and things along those lines. We both wanted a quick shower to freshen up the next day but then saw there wasn’t anything of any sort in the bathroom.

Izuzetna lokacija u blizini podzemnih stanica, restorana i marketa.

Kupatilo je malo skučeno.

I letti sono comodissimi, la posizione è molto comoda arrivando dall’aeroporto di Luton. L’ospite è stata gentilissima e ha fornito consigli sui locali per fare colazione.

Aggiungerei qualche pianta nella zona antistante la finestra della camera seminterrata per mascherare la zona e farei in maniera che la finestra del bagno si possa aprire facilmente.

Нет возможности оставить чемодан в камере хранения. Высокие ступеньки на этажи, нет лифта, абсолютно нет каких то приятных мелочей: картин, цветов, ковриков и всего того, что создаёт уют.

Das Bett war etwas zu weich/durchgelegen für mich und das Haus war sehr hellhörig, so dass man den Nachbarn gut hören konnte.

The shower was on the cool side but it was a hot weather weekend so didn’t take away from anything.

L'emplacement, Netflix inclus sur le téléviseur mais ça bugguait parfois, le réfrigérateur et la sympathie des hôtes.

Un lit simple peu confortable (je suis tombé à la suite d'une crampe), petit téléviseur, pas de papier toilette en nombre (seuls 2 sont fournis au départ mais ils ont été sympas de m'en donner 2 de plus et d'essayer d'améliorer mon confort du lit (en vain).

Location, accesibility and hospitality were excellent.

Il n’y a pas de réception mais la communication en amont s’est bien passée et nous avons reçu toutes les instructions nécessaires pour arriver facilement au logement. Il y a le nécessaire pour se faire à manger, ce qui permet de ne pas devoir systématiquement manger dehors. Bien situé, un peu à l’écart du centre, mais proche de chouettes quartiers. Toujours trop cher, mais pour Londres, et au vu des prestations et du quartier, difficile de trouver mieux.

Isolation sonore mauvaise, pensez aux bouchons d’oreilles au cas où vos voisins sont bruyants.

Simple, clean, good location, and the host provided information on how to get in.

Beds were not comfy at all, no instructions on drinking water or ideas on what to see or do in the area, time for the host to reply was a bit long especially if something was urgent, an iron or steamer should be in each room instead of a shred location, and the TV/Wifi would stop working randomly which was irritating.

Une rue très calme à proximité du métro. Un petit studio bien équipé (douche, taques de cuisson, bouilloire, sèche-cheveux…). Contacts très bons avec les gérants

Notre studio au 2 étage (numéro 36) était attenant à un local technique où se trouvait des machines à laver/sèche-linge qui tournaient la nuit et dégageaient de la chaleur et surtout un bruit sourd et des vibrations. Entre les chambres, aucune insonorisation et nous avions des voisins qui rentraient tard et un qui toussait sans cesse. Très difficile de trouver le sommeil. J’en ai fait part aux gérants et nous avons reçu des boules quies mais, ce n’était pas suffisant pour éliminer le bruit. Matelas à ressort moyennement confortable.

Apartman je malen, ali cist i uredan. Plus je sto je imao hladnjak, aparat za kavu, toster, kuhalo, TV.. Dobra lokacija, puno sadrzaja u blizini a opet nije bucno

Jedino sto bih izdvojila kao zamjerku je pokvaren tus koji je stalno kapao.

Duidelijke communicatie, mooi pand in een leuke buurt, underground en winkels op loopafstand. Voelde wel huiselijk aan.

Het appartement deed me denken aan mijn studententijd waarbij een huisjesmelker zoveel mogelijk kamers wil kunnen verhuren.Pand is mooi van buiten en binnen opgedeeld in allemaal kleine hokjes. Alles was een beetje shabby en houtje-touwtje, bed zakte door en leek mij nogal krap voor twee personen, badkamer was krap, keukentje was een beetje bij elkaar geraapt en de twee stoelen die er stonden zaten niet lekker. Verder was het ook best gehorig. Toch voelde het wel een beetje als thuis voor de zes nachten dat ik er verbleef en de prijs was voor Londen best wel redelijk. Ik zou er denk ik nog wel een keer verblijven al was het maar om me weer even student te voelen.

We were satisfied with everything. The hosts were kind, the location was great and we had everything we needed. Thank you.

Faltaba algo para apoyar pertenencias en el baño . Y la vista al patio estaba un poco sucio . Tal vez alguna planta lo cambie todo! La vista no se muestra en el alojamiento para mi es un punto importante

I liked the location because it was close to my children’s school, the flat was very clean and my children loved it. It was quiet and convenient because they were able to revise for their exams. Also, it was easy to communicate with the agent via WhatsApp. They allowed us to have a late check for free which then enabled me to wait around for my daughters to finish their morning exam before checking out. 😊⭐️

The apartment is conveniently located just a few minutes’ walk from Swiss Cottage tube station, making it easy to get around. It has all the necessary amenities, and the fully equipped kitchen was a great feature. The bed was comfortable, and hot water was available in the bathroom 24/7. A Tesco Express is just a few steps away, and there are department stores and coffee shops within a 5-minute walk on Finchley Road, adding to the overall convenience of the stay.

The internet was not working during our stay. Although the housekeeping staff tried to fix the issue, it remained unresolved throughout our one-week stay. Additionally, our apartment was on the second floor, and carrying luggage up the stairs was quite difficult.

Tinha o necessário para ficar quatro noites. É muito perto da estação de metrô e dos pontos de ônibus. Tem vários mercados próximos. De metrô se chega ao centro rápido.

Não teve nada que não gostei.
