This was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room was absolutely filthy and disgustingly dirty. It clearly hadn’t even been properly swept, there were fingernails on the floor. There was hair in the shower, and there were only a few sheets of toilet paper in the bathroom. Only one towel for everything and even that towel was far from clean. On top of the lack of basic cleanliness and hygiene, the soundproofing was practically non-existent. You could hear everything from outside, as well as every noise and conversation coming from the neighbouring rooms. For the price I paid, these conditions are completely unacceptable. Cleanliness and basic hygiene should be the bare minimum for any hotel, and unfortunately, neither was provided here. Horible experience!!! I definitely do not recommend this hotel and would never stay here again.

The location was great. There's a microwave available to use in the downstairs area and drinking water available too

bedsheets had dried bloodstains on, prayer mats and signs, no lights in the hallways, didn’t see a single member of staff, windows and ac was off and it was still cold.

Super friendly and helpful staff they let me store my belongings before check in time, room was ready when I rocked up to the property for the early 2pm self check-in. Big and spacious room for the price. Air-conditioned and comfy bed. The room was clean, modern and have all the basics you would need. Cannot beat the location which is just a short walk from the railway/tube station

No lift which might not be suitable for people with disability. No handwash liquid provided. Window won't stay open to let some fresh air in.

A couple of minutes from Paddington station on foot. Cafes and coffee shops along the same road. Air con seemed really efficient. Bottles of water provided in room. Also tea and coffee facilities.

We booked two rooms, one of which looked like the shower cubicle hadn’t been regularly cleaned (we opted not to use it). Check in from 2pm but we couldn’t get into either room when we arrived after 2. We didn’t get into the second room until nearer to 3pm. This is annoying when the property makes a point of getting you to commit to a time slot when you think you will arrive.

During the heat wave, we were really pleased that the room had air conditioning, and it worked very well throughout our stay. When we arrived at the property, we were greeted by a friendly staff member who let us know that the room was not quite ready yet, but they were happy to store our bags until it was available, which was helpful. The location is good for Hyde Park. It is not directly on the doorstep, but it is within a very manageable walking distance if you don’t mind a short stroll. The surrounding area is also a real positive, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and places to eat nearby, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. As soon as you book, they reach out to you and check in to see if you have any questions or anything.

When we arrived, the room wasn’t ready, despite check-in being advertised as from 2pm. There were quite a few people waiting in the reception area, which is very small and quickly became crowded. Once we were assigned our room, there was no lift available, which made getting to the room inconvenient. The room itself was extremely disappointing. Although it was advertised as a large double room, it was actually very small. The layout was poor, and the bed could only be accessed from one side, meaning you had to climb over it to get in. The bed was positioned right next to the window, so traffic noise was very noticeable. I was woken at 5am by a loud motorbike horn, which was not the kind of wake-up call anyone wants. The room also lacked basic comforts. There was only one mirror in the bathroom and none in the bedroom. It would have been a nice touch to have some complimentary water provided, especially given the size and price of the room. A better layout, a larger bed, and more thoughtful use of the space would have made a big difference. Noise was another issue. The doors do not seem to be well soundproofed, and we could clearly hear doors slamming in the corridor and noise from neighbouring rooms. Early in the morning, there was also a lot of noise outside the room, possibly from housekeeping or other guests, which disturbed the stay. One of the biggest disappointments was the price increase due to an event day at Hyde Park. It was frustrating to see that staying the following day, when there was no event, would have been over £100 cheaper. While I understand that prices can change, it is disappointing when hotels significantly increase rates during events. With the cost of living being what it is, it would be refreshing to see more hotels consider affordability and the experience of their guests. Small touches and fair pricing go a long way. A hotel that genuinely considers its guests would earn much more respect and loyalty.

Near Paddington and the air con was fabulous. Shower was also good.

My daughter struggled to sleep in one of the beds as it was too hard. we swapped and she was ok. Would have liked a bath mat but was given an extra small towel to use instead.

It was clean and comfortable, the communication before we arrived was very good and we'd definitely stay here again, it's not the Ritz, but it was perfect for what we required.

・防音は弱めなので、騒音を気にしがちな人は要注意 ・フリーWiFiが使い物にならない。パスワード付きのWiFiは、パスワードの案内が無く使えなかった ・コンセントはベッドの足側の壁にあるので、ケーブルが短いと物を床に直置きする事になる ・クーラーを切っていても、とても乾燥する。寝起きの喉が酷い事に

立地が良い、スタッフが親切、チェックイン前とチェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらえる、アメニティが豊富(柔らかいタオル、ドライヤー、ケトル、マグカップ、コーヒー、ペットボトルの水)、シャワーの湯量も温度も十分満足できる。

エレベーターが無い。前は朝食付きだったけどなくなってしまった。

Dado que iba a pillar un tren desde la estación de Paddigton, la ubicación me pareció excelente. Del centro está apartado, pero bien conectado con el transporte público, por lo que pudimos aprovechar sin ningún problema el viaje y visitar el centro durante unas horas. Mientras, dejamos las maletas en el hotel, aprovechando el servicio que ofrecen para guardarlas. Eso sí, la habitación es algo pequeña. Si tienes planeado usarla solo para dormir, perfecto. Si vas a estar varios días en Londres y alguno quieres quedarte en la habitación a descansar... Pues en una pequeña habitación.

Konum kesinlikle çok güzeldi. Merkezi olmasına rağmen sakin bir noktada, tek başıma seyahat etmeme rağmen oldukça güvende hissettim. Çalışanlar sorularıma ve isteklerime güzel bir şekilde dönüş yaptılar.

Oda küçüktü, hareket alanı yoktu. Çok eşyanız yoksa ve sadece uyumak için kullanılacaksa sıkıntı olacağını düşünmüyorum. Bina eski, cam yalıtımı güçlü değil. Yan binadaki otelin balkonunda içilen sigaranın kokusu direkt odama giriyordu. Benim için en büyük sıkıntı odada usb şarj girişinin olmamasıydı

Very close to Paddington Station. The room is a bit small but adequate and clean. The reception is available only until 4 p.m., so you cannot leave your bags after that time; however, there are nearby shops that offer storage for around £5. Check-in is at 2 p.m. I arrived around 1:15 p.m., and although the room wasn’t ready, there was a small waiting area that was comfortable.

The Wi-Fi here is terrible the worst I’ve experienced. I raised this with the receptionist, who provided another network, but that’s just as bad. Luckily, I wasn’t in the room much during the day, but this is definitely something hotel needs to address. The connection keeps dropping, is extremely slow, and is completely unreliable.

La posizione era ottimo, 3min da Paddingtonstazion. In un attimo si è al Hydepark.

La camera era piccola, ma per una o due notti piú che sufficiente .

The residence was perfectly situated near Hyde Park in the center of London. I did not have any breakfast so I cannot say anything about it. The room was very large and the bed very comfortable. I recommend this place.

Super Lage, unmittelbar neben Paddington Station

Hätte sauberer sein können. Wenig Klopapier, wird nicht aufgefüllt, weil keine tägliche Reinigung. Die Rezeption ist nicht rund um die Uhr besetzt. Kein Lift. Nur ein Handtuch, wird auch nicht jeden Tag gewechselt.

Location and value for money

Zone 1 Budget Hotel in a great location for both Paddington Tube and walking to Bus Stops that get you to British Museum, West End and Victoria. Bathroom and Shower was a great size and room was quiet. Plenty of pubs and eateries around and about.

Reception is not 24 Hours.

La puerta de la entrada al edificio. No se abre con facilidad, tanto que la segunda noche llegamos y alguien la había roto y no pudimos acceder por esa entrada. Dormimos toda la noche con la puerta abierta. La persona de recepción nos indicó que se quedaría vigilando por la noche, aún así, no dormimos seguras.

Even tough reception is not 24h, the staff when in service was nice and helpful.

Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, man hatte die Möglichkeit den Wäscheraum mitzubenutzen. Zimmer waren groß und die Betten bequem.

Kleines Badezimmer, was teilweise Schimmel aufwies. Die Fenster sind nur einfach verglast, wodurch der Straßenlärm sehr hörbar war. Zudem hat es sehr durch die Fenster gezogen, weshalb das Zimmer durchgehend kalt war. Leider hatte das Zimmer nur eine mobile Heizung, die den Raum nicht aufgeheizt hat.

A zona do alojamento é incrível! Fica a 3 minutos da estação de Paddington. Zona tranquila com comércio, lojas de conveniência, restaurantes, pubs, etc

À chegada vimos que o chão não estava limpo de todo, porém quando comunicamos ao rececionista, ele foi super compreensivo, atencioso e resolveu! Tinha alguns detalhes na WC também, como a cabeça do chuveiros mas nada de horrível. O ar condicionado funcionou apenas no primeiro dia mas foi algo alheio ao estabelecimento, têm um aquecedor pequeno mas poderoso que aquece o quarto num instante! 😂

Nos sentimos muy cómodos en la habitación. Colchón cómodo y habitación limpia. Muy buena conexión con metro y bus. Bien situado, seguro que volveremos.

Lo único que puede mejorar es el desagüe de la ducha, limpiarlo un poco .

La residencia está muy bien ubicada, el lugar es cálido y el personal es muy amable.

The location is very convenient with transport and walking nearby. The room was small but had what was necessary for a short stay. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed, friendly staff member.

My receipt said breakfast was provided but it was not - they had decided to discontinue it. I was offered a discount in their restaurant for dinner but that didn't suit my plans. The wifi was very weak. The front door stuck at the top - not good when coming home at night and it's difficult to get in. Also, no one is available at reception after 5pm.

The people were great. And the location was perfect.

L’établissement est situé à seulement 3 mins à pied de la station Paddington ! Très pratique et la chambre très efficace pas besoin de plus grand quand on y reste que deux nuits

L’emplacement est idéal lors d’un voyage à Londres ! À 2 min à pied du métro.

L’isolement des fenêtres est mauvais, en hiver nous sentions le froid extérieur rentrer dans la chambre.

Sinceramente deludente. La realtà è ben diversa dalle foto che si trovano qui su Booking. La posizione sarà pure buona ma dormire diventa complicato dato che l’affaccio è sulla strada e il rumore della auto non cessa mai. Dalle foto la camera sembra molto spaziosa in realtà è piccolissima e la pulizia lascia desiderare. Non lo consiglierei. Vi consiglio di spendere qualcosa in più ma godere di un soggiorno migliore.

Check-in process, tiny outdated toilet, no bedside locker or socket to change mobile. No bedside lamp. Overpriced for the small, congested room. There is no staff from 4 pm to 9:30am.

La posizione è il punto forte. Vicinissima a 4 linee metro. La camera tutto sommato ha tutto quello che serve. Lo staff è gentile.

La stanza è un po’ piccola come la media di Londra però si potrebbe migliorare la pulizia.

Good Location and clean

I asked for twin bed room and the give me only one bed and sofa bed which was horrible and couldn’t sleep and when I talked to them he told me you have chosen on booking bed and sofa bed which is totally wrong and I never see this choose …. It was a horrible night for me.

Convenient for Paddington, room clean, modern and ok. Access is easy 24 hrs.

Thin walls between rooms, and some traffic noise as these as single glazed windows, but this is London so that’s to be expected.

Location and facilities are the best. These type of smaller hotels are usually not that good. This one was by far a big exception.
