Aparthotel Ona Aucanada

Der Pool war aufgrund seiner Größe und Tiefe attraktiv. Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und gut. Der Strand in Aucanada hat uns gut gefallen, wenig touristisch, schöne Atmosphäre, gut zu Fuß über Treppen, die nicht auf google maps angezeigt werden, zu erreichen. Appartment war groß mit Meer-Fern-Blick. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Das Appartment war lieblos eingerichtet, die Atmospäre in den Räumen dadurch eher kühl (Bilder, wärmeres Licht würden schon helfen) und vieles ist in die Jahre gekommen, auch im Poolbereich. Vermutlich war die Clubanlage früher ein Traum, müsste aber dringend renoviert werden. Parkplätze kann man für rel. viel Geld dazubuchen, war aber nicht nötig.

Great breakfast.

I little bit away from town, no problem for us as we don't mind a walk.

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. We also had no problem finding parking nearby, and there were some lovely restaurants within walking distance.

The only downside was the construction of a new building directly opposite the apartment, which meant quite a lot of noise from around 8am. However, this is obviously not the property’s fault, and I’m sure it will not be an issue once the construction is finished.

Nice location up the hill, but a car would be to prefer. Be aware, only one restaurant near by, no supermarkets, and about 2 km to Alcudia town with supermarkets, restaurants, shops and the beach, and be aware uneven terrain with hills and stairs. Big appartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 2 balconies, livingroom and fully equiped kitchen, so also possible to make food yourselves if you want. The best was 3 very nice and great pools in different sizes. But only opens a bit late at 11:00.

The buildings and outdoor areas were a bit old and in semi poor condition and some repair, renovation and upgrading are needed. And very bad - the airconditions were very inconvienient placed on the balconies making a LOT noice and varm air, so we actually had to turn it off to be able to sit at the balcony. I really dont know why it was not placed at the other side of the appartments at the parkingplace, where you are not staying ! The cleaning was not that good. I think the sunbeds and chairs/table at our balcony were not washed and cleaned since start season and were all dirty and black. The parkingarea could also need som cleaning.

La amplitud del apartamento, tenía de todo, salón amplio y cocina, un solo baño para cuatro y una habitación con cama de matrimonio pequeña. La atención del personal muy bueno y el desayuno muy bueno también.

Estuvimos tres días y no nos hicieron la limpieza mientras estábamos allí, ni toallas limpias ni nada, pagamos el parking y resulta que a primeros de septiembre hay aparcamiento gratuito al lado sin tener que subir la barrera y por último compramos comida para la cena por la mañana y cuando llegamos las barras de pan que dejamos en la encimera de la cocina llenas de hormigas, lo comuniqué en recepción y me dijeron que a campo era normal, increíble 😭

In 10 Tagen wurde unser Apartment nur einmal gereinigt. Der Parkplatz kostet verhältnismäßig viel (Aufpreis!). Das Apartment ist SEHR hellhörig (wir konnten unsere Nachbarn durch die Wände reden hören). Die gesamte Anlage ist bereits ziemlich überholungsbedürftig und sollte meiner Meinung nach renoviert werden.

Os colchões são muito antigos, as camas são desconfortáveis. A troca de toalhas é somente feita de 2 em 2 dias e não dispõem de toalhas suficientes para cada pessoa.

El personal del aparthotel genial sobretodo el/la camarero/a de nuestra llegada y la cocinera excelente.

L'esmorzar molt complet, el personal molt amable, la casa molt còmoda i amb molt d'espai, teníem piscina, que sempre és un bon extra, la cuina estava prou ben equipada.

The Villa was amazingly spacious and good value for money. Shoutout to Amadou for making our stay extra special and amazing. He catered to all our needs and was ready to answer all our questions.

It may be a bit of a walk towards the port. There is a bus available but quite unreliable with the timings. A rental car is good if you ever do decide to stay here.

The food options weee extremely limited, the apartment as very worn, with old unstable furniture, dirty stained white walls and the cleaners could have done a better job when cleaning mid stay.

La ubicación estaba muy bien, zona tranquila. El desayuno, bien, los empleados muy majos. Si tendría que cambiar algo sería la hora de entrada, que es un poco tarde, aunque a nosotros nos ha dejado entrar una hora antes!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le personnel est très sympathique, accueillant et disponible. Le parking est facilement accessible et gratuit, ce qui est un vrai plus. L’appartement est spacieux et confortable. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié sa proximité avec la plage d’Alcúdia et Playa de Muro, facilement et rapidement accessibles

La propreté n’était pas optimale. Nous avons notamment trouvé des cafards dans notre appartement, et nous en avons également vu dans la salle du buffet, ce qui est assez désagréable. Le buffet était assez répétitif, avec peu de choix et de variété au fil des jours. L’accès aux appartements est assez difficile, notamment avec des valises, une poussette ou pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant, en raison du nombre important d’escaliers, de l’absence de rampes et du manque d’éclairage dans certaines zones. Certaines parties de l’établissement sont assez dégradées et auraient besoin d’être rénovées.

La villa era muy cómoda para estar en grupo. El hecho de tener varios baños facilitó mucho la logística y los espacios. Las terrazas eran perfectas y con vistas al mar.

Le falta un poco de mantenimiento en general. La ubicación (Alcudia) ha perdido bastante en general, no el alojamiento en sí sino la zona.

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse d’Amadou à notre arrivée et le fait qu’il parle bien français. La piscine est jolie et propre mais ouvre un peu tard (11h). Résidence calme. Le petit déjeuner inclu est appréciable également.

Nous avons loué un emplacement de stationnement pour la semaine à proximité de notre logement mais accès et emplacement étroit.

Basen i siłownia są otwarte tylko w określonych godzinach, co utrudnia korzystanie z nich, hotel jest zlokalizowany daleko od wszystkiego, w pobliżu nie ma nawet sklepu, dlatego konieczne jest tu auto.

We had a pleasant stay in this apartment. Its convenient location made it easy for us to visit all the places we had planned. The hotel staff were kind, attentive, and supportive throughout our stay. We appreciated the quality of the food and enjoyed the well-maintained pools. However, the apartment would benefit from certain improvements, especially in the bathroom—adding a proper door would significantly enhance comfort and privacy. Including basic amenities, such as bottled water, would also elevate the overall guest experience. Despite these points, I am pleased to recommend this apartment to future guests. Regards, Farshad

Sehr ruhige Lage. Wenn man einen Mietwagen hat für Familien perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge rund um alcudia.

Apartment bzw Pool sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Klimaanlage hat bei uns nicht einwandfrei funktioniert.

Molto bella la vista e comodo avere la piscina a disposizione. La struttura sarebbe bella ma un po’ da sistemare. Personale di servizio gentile.

Non sono stati corretti nel comunicare subito che non funzionava l’aria condizionata e nel farci trovare in camera delle unità mobili molto rumorose. Abbiamo passato una notte complicata e solo il giorno successivo ci hanno dato un’altra camera. Le piscina sono belle ma dovrebbero estendere gli orari di accesso.

Gym byl otevřen až od 10 hod. Bazény byly otevřeny až od 11 hod. Prakticky to znamená, že celé dopoledne není možné nic moc podnikat. V apartmánu č.208 nebylo možné zavřít posuvné dveře do koupelny/WC což značně ubralo na komfortu. Bylo zaneseno sítko na přívodu vody do toalety, která nešla splachovat. Klimatizace fungovala sporadicky.

Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no teniamos ninguna reserva, aunque ya lo habian cobrado hacia dias e incluso nos habian enviado un whatspp de bienvenida, tuvimos que buscarnos otro alojamiento porque ellos se desentendieron totalmente, dijeron que no era problema suyo, que era booking y que hablasemos con ellos, que ahi no podian hacer nada al respecto.

⭐ Une expérience absolument inadmissible – famille laissée sans hébergement Nous avions réservé cet établissement depuis le mois d’avril et payé plus de 2 000 € pour notre séjour en famille. À notre arrivée, avec nos deux enfants et tous nos bagages, nous avons découvert que l’hôtel ne pouvait pas nous accueillir dans l’hébergement que nous avions réservé et payé, en raison, nous a-t-on expliqué, d'une modification de notre réservation par Booking.com. Un problème entre Booking et l’hôtel peut éventuellement arriver. En revanche, ce qui est pour nous totalement inacceptable, c’est la façon dont nous avons été traités une fois sur place. La solution alternative qui nous a été proposée était très largement inférieure aux prestations que nous avions réservées. Et lorsque nous l’avons refusée, aucune véritable aide ne nous a été apportée pour trouver un hébergement équivalent. Nous nous sommes donc retrouvés en pleine saison touristique, avec nos deux enfants, nos bagages et sans hôtel, à devoir nous débrouiller seuls. Nous avons passé plus de trois heures dans notre voiture à appeler Booking.com et à chercher nous-mêmes un établissement susceptible de nous accueillir. À cette période, les rares hôtels disponibles étaient évidemment beaucoup plus chers que lorsque nous avions effectué notre réservation en avril, et de nombreux établissements étaient Adults Only. Mais ce qui nous restera surtout de cette expérience est le manque total d’empathie et d’accompagnement de l’hôtel. Lorsqu’une famille se présente avec deux enfants et une réservation de plus de 2 000 € payée plusieurs mois auparavant, et qu’on lui annonce qu’elle n’a finalement plus d’hébergement, on pourrait au minimum s’attendre à ce que le personnel mesure la gravité de la situation et fasse réellement son possible pour l’aider. Cela n’a malheureusement pas été notre expérience.

Unterkunft am Tag der Anreise storniert! Angeblich habe die Unterkunft zu machen müssen, im Booking war sie noch im Angebot. Vor Ort war die Unterkunft sichtlich AUF. Mit mehreren Kindern am Abend in Mallorca angekommen. Wir haben mehr als das doppelte bezahlen müssen für den Urlaub.

L'établissement est excentré de l'animation de Port Alcudia mais finalement ce n'est pas un désavantage. Notre appartement avait une vue partielle sur la mer ce qui était agréable. Il était suffisamment grand pour une famille de 4. Nous n'avons pas non plus ressenti la foule dans le complexe. Le personnel est agréable dans l'ensemble.

Bon clairement on a payé bien trop cher pour les prestations proposées. L'appartement n'était pas irréprochable d'un point de vue de la propreté. Nous n'avions que de l'eau chaude dans la cuisine (intervention du plombier rapide mais cela nous a bloqué plus d'une heure) et toilette qui fuyait. Très peu d'ustensiles pour faire la cuisine (même pas un petit couteau), pas de lave-vaisselle et 5 assiettes pas plus ! Il y a un kit d'arrivée présent (éponge, torchon jetable, liquide vaisselle et lessive) mais les quantités sont juste pour une journée. Résultat, vous êtes obligé d'acheter du liquide vaisselle, du sel du poivre, de l'huile d'olive que vous jetez a la fin du séjour. D'un point de vue gaspillage et empreinte environnementale on peut faire mieux. Un kit à 5€ avec de l'huile d'olive du sel, du poivre et du liquide vaisselle pour une semaine pourrait être proposé. Concernant les piscines, celles-ci sont moyennes et la place sur les plages est limitée. Le petit pont menace de s'effondrer et le maître nageur regarde son téléphone sans pouvoir surveiller les petites piscines du niveau supérieur. Comme le check-out est à 10h si vous voulez profiter de la piscine avant de partir, c'est possible mais il n'y a pas de vestiaire... Bref vaut mieux profiter de la mer ! Nous n'avons pris qu'une fois notre diner dans l'établissement et c'était bien suffisant. Le restaurant ferme à 21h (nous sommes pourtant en Espagne !), le choix est correct mais limité et le réassort erratique. Cher pour ce que c'est la aussi. Nous sommes venus dans cet établissement par ce que nous étions plusieurs composantes de la famille et certains étaient déjà venus. Nous avons donc suivi mais franchement nous n'y retournerons jamais !

Die Apartmentanlage können wir leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Die Aufteilung des Apartments war grundsätzlich gut, allerdings fanden wir durchgelegene, alte Matratzen und Bettlaken mit schwarzen Stockflecken vor. Besonders ekelhaft war die Waschmaschine: Beim Öffnen kam uns ein extrem starker, nach Schimmel riechender Geruch entgegen. Gerade wenn man mit Kindern reist und darauf angewiesen ist, Wäsche vor Ort waschen zu können, ist das absolut ärgerlich. Die gesamte Wäsche roch anschließend unangenehm nach Schimmel, zudem wurde das Waschmittel nicht richtig ausgespült. Auch die Klimaanlagen waren voller Staubflocken. Die Ausstattung ist alt und abgewohnt, auch die Bäder sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Leider konnte auch das Frühstück nicht überzeugen: Es war fad und geschmacklos, das Wasser schmeckte stark nach Chlor und der Kaffee war für uns ungenießbar. Auch das Personal machte auf uns leider keinen besonders freundlichen Eindruck. Eine Begrüßung blieb zu jeder Zeit aus. Beim Frühstück fiel uns zudem negativ auf, dass sich am Aufschnitt mit den Fingern bedient wurde, was wir als unhygienisch empfanden. Insgesamt waren wir von der Sauberkeit, dem Zustand, dem Service und auch dem gastronomischen Angebot sehr enttäuscht und würden diese Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen.

Les horaires d’ouverture de la piscine qui sont un peu court le soir où nous aurions aimé pouvoir s’y délasser ainsi que les horaires du restaurant le soir qui ferme à 21h00 mais en vacances lorsqu’on part pour la journée c’est un peu court.

Les chambres étaient spacieuses et confortables. Le personnel était très sympathique, accueillant et attentif. La vue sur la mer était superbe et la piscine agréable.

Quelques équipements de vaisselle supplémentaires auraient été nécessaires (passoire, économe, verres, serviettes supplémentaires) et la piscine aurait mérité un peu plus de nettoyage.

The accommodations are very pleasant, situated in a quiet location with a beautiful panoramic view; it was truly refreshing to relax in this setting after the hustle and bustle of the city. For those who love quiet (like us) and peaceful places, this can be a truly wonderful experience. The village-style complex is set in nice green surroundings. The staff here are friendly, helpful, and create a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and clean. We were accommodated at the very top of the building, and the view is spectacular in every direction! Every room has air conditioning, and it works well.

Unfortunately, the rooms are run-down. Everything is worn out and chipped here and there. However, we did receive them in a clean condition. Housekeeping is provided once a week (and even then, only at a basic level); even if we had asked for and paid extra, it wouldn’t have been possible. The variety and quantity of food at breakfast and dinner fall far short of what you’d expect from an average 4-star hotel. In terms of quality, there are a lot of standard - basic dishes, though occasionally there are some delicious, more unique dishes. Generally speaking, the good 4-star hotels and aparthotels we’re familiar with offer a much higher overall standard.

Sehr bequeme Betten mit Memoryform-Matratzen und Kissen- mega! Außergewöhnliche Aussicht von unserer Terrasse. Schöne Pools und sehr guter klimatisierter Fitnessbereich. Sehr gute Lage auf der Insel. Eine Busverbindung pro Stunde. Nettes Personal. Waschmaschine im Appartment und gute Klimaanlage. Parkingplätze immer verfügbar auf der Straße ohne Zahlung.

De zwembaden waren het leukst en de locatie dicht bij havenstadje waar er veel leven is. Vriendelijk personeel.

Verouderd/kapot meubilair Ontbijt is van slechte kwaliteit Hygiëne Foto’s kloppen maar het is oud en veel plastiek. Er werd niet gepoetst tijdens ons verblijf. Geen propere handdoeken. Geen keukenhanddoeken. Dit is geen aparthotel, eerder een appartement met een mogelijkheid tot ontbijt

Anlage war schön, toller Blick, nah zur Küste (nur Treppe runter), drei Pools, Frühstück war gut, Getränke günstig, nettes Personal. Transfer zurück nach PAM wurde günstig und zuverlässig organisiert.

Bezugszeiten der Zimmer zu spät (16 Uhr!), Pools zu lange und zu früh geschlossen und abgesperrt (nur von 11 - 19 Uhr!), mussten bezahlen (10,- € für 2 Std - ok) um früher ins Zimmer zu kommen und für 2 Std länger im Zimmer sein dann plötzlich 30€ (teuer!)Es gab bei 6 Tagen nur einmal nach 2 Tagen eine Reinigung, da hatten wir auch neue Handtücher bekommen. Mussten wegen frischer Handtücher und Toilettenpapier noch mal extra fragen und der Tausch der Handtücher wurde als Extra und "ausnahmsweise" angemerkt! Überall sonst bekommt man nach 2 Tagen ohne Probleme frische Handtücher, wenn man welche braucht. Die Anlage und Zimmer sind insgesamt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Le buffet du matin était bien garni avec une thématique différente ça commençait bien nos journées ! Le personnel a été d'une grande gentillesse à tous les niveaux / demande spéciale/ wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas la première journée et ont été pro actifs ce qui s'est règler rapidement / présence de fourmis et un employé est venue régler le tout ! Aussi climatiseur dans le salon / et chacune des chambre ce qui était un atout important puisqu'il de ait très chaud

La présence de fourmis en quantité importante dans le logement mais nous étions au rez-de-chaussée il faut s'y attendre mais avec le produit mis en début de séjour ils sont restés à l'extérieur et nous en avons vu que quelques unes par la suite a l'intérieur! Également l'équipement cuisine est très minimaliste...mais on s'est adaptée

L'appartamento è in buone condizioni, ci siamo ritrovati le formiche in una stanza, inoltre sono state presenti per tutti i 3 giorni davanti al cornicione della porta sin da subito. le piscine hanno bisogno di una manutenzione, la colazione molto buona, la cena benino.

esterno della struttura come le piscine sono da migliorare, l'appartamento dentro ha necessità di piccole manutenzioni e soprattutto la verifica prima che entri l'ospite che non ci siano animali, come una fila di formiche dentro al proprio letto!

L'emplacement est super dans les hauteurs d'alcudia avec une belle vue. La résidence est sympa avec ses trois piscines.

Pour un appart'hotel, je pense qu'un minimum serait requis, comme du sel, du poivre, de l'huile, enfin ce qu'il faut de base dans un appartement.... plus d'informations écrites sur le service de ménage ou comment gérer les déchets ( triages) .

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect – the rooms were clean, the staff were incredibly kind, and the service exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Ibrahim, who was so friendly, helpful, and professional. He made our stay even more enjoyable with his excellent hospitality. We truly appreciated his kindness. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again. 10/10!

Very nice property, all close by, only a few steps away from pool area and bar. Perfect for children, always a (friendly) lifeguard present to check if everyone in the pool is ok. So very safe and clean. They checked the water quality daily. Nice appartement, very clean, all there you need. Very friendly staff all around: at the reception, the cleaning ladies, the lifeguards. Especially the crew at the pool bar/kitchen/restaurant were so helpful and friendly. Great service from Alex V. and Carolina! Thank you very much.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden .

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ok , mit dem Auto sind diverse Restaurants und Supermärkte gut erreichbar, jedoch zu Fuß bei der Hitze sehr mühselig . Leider wird nur einmal die Woche geputzt , wobei bei uns hat man nur die Handtücher und das Bettlaken gewechselt… Den Boden , die Toilette und Waschbecken wurden nicht gereinigt. Nach Nachfrage hat man den Boden gewischt. Allerdings war das der letzte Tag . Die Klimaanlage konnte man nicht für bestimmte Räume einstellen ,sondern die Temperatur, an oder aus .

The dinner was so so and the apartment didn’t have a dishwasher.

L’appartement était très bien équipé (frigo, plaque, machine à laver, climatisation) et tout était fonctionnel. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Le seul bémol pour un appart-hôtel, c’est l’absence de service de ménage. Nous étions là pour profiter, pas pour faire le ménage. Un simple passage tous les 2-3 jours (sols, sanitaires, serviettes, sacs poubelle et papier WC) aurait été le minimum. Ma femme a dû tout gérer elle-même. Si ce service avait été proposé, notre note aurait été exceptionnelle. Les extérieurs et les piscines étaient très propres. Nous et nos enfants nous sommes vraiment bien amusés pendant cette semaine.

We did not stay at this hotel as booked as when we arrived they said they had a mixup and there was no booking for us! They moved us to their other property ‘Ona Garden Lago’. This is a very old hotel located on the edge of town about 20 mins walk to the beach. Whilst this property was old, it was not on a hill which made it an easier walk to the beach in the heat. There was also ample parking for our car .They also upgraded us to a 3 bedroom apartment and gave us free buffet dinner for the 4 nights. The staff at One Garden Lago were very nice . So all in all we didn’t mind too much though when I look at pictures of where I booked I am still a little disappointed.

These apartments are up quite a steep hill and would have been torturous to walk back from the beach in the intense heat of the summer. The roads are also narrow and steep so difficult with a hire car. Mind you, they didn’t have our apartment so we did not have to worry about these problems!

Hotelanlage etwas veraltet. Kappute fliesen usw. Einbruch gehabt am ersten Tag! Diebstahl wohl keine seltenheit. Unser gebuchtes Apartment konnten wor nicht beziehen, angeblich Rohrbruch. Dafür ein Apartment erhalten, was halb so gross war. Keine Entschädigung des Preises. Allerdings dafür Abendessen erhalten, was wir nur 1 Tag henutzt haben.

Quiet location.10 min walk the the nice rocky beach and exellent restaurant La Terazza.parkings spots easily available on the street.

Pool busy people.leaving towels on sunbeds and not using it. Noisy car to collect trash in the night.

The air conditioning was not working. Staff did try to fix it. Shower water was only lukewarm.

Die Ausstattung war dürftig für 5 Personen. Auch die Klimaanlage in der oberen Etage hat selten bis gar nicht funktioniert. Der Abfluss in der Dusche war den ganzen Aufenthalt verstopft, was zu unangenehmen Gerüchen geführt hat. Auch das wlan hat den ersten Tag gar nicht funktioniert.Das Personal war bemüht zu helfen, konnte jedoch nicht wirklich was ändern.

Quando chegamos disseram-nos que houve um problema com o nosso apartamento mas tinham feito um upgrade e ficamos num apartamento superior. Simpatia do Sr da recepção.

Pequeno-almoço com pouca variedade , cada dia faltava alguma coisa , deixaram acabar o pão, talheres , copos. Só era reposto quando pedíamos aos empregados . Ruas do aldeamento a precisar de serem varridas.

Bel emplacement Appartement fonctionnel pour 4/5 adultes mais pas pour 6. Super équipements et personnel très agréable et à l'écoute !] Ils sont aussi très réactifs quand on a besoin.

Todo en orden

Het complex ligt in een doodlopende straat met veel privacy. De zwembaden liggen naast de receptie en zijn zeer toegankelijk, daar hebben wij enorm van genoten! Geen last gehad van lawaai of buren en elke ochtend en avond buiten kunnen zitten, echt vakantie!

Het huis was zeker in orde, maar had enkele mankementen. De lade voor het bestek viel half uit elkaar en ook enkele deuren konden niet gesloten worden zonder deze op slot te doen. Het licht in de eetkamer flikkerde ook helaas en de vaatwas werkte niet naar behoren. Spijtig genoeg werkten onze lichten niet buiten, waardoor we na de zonsondergang wel altijd naar binnen moesten. Ook ligt de accomodatie eigenlijk tussen de oude stad en de haven, waardoor een huurauto nodig is.
