LA atencion y amabilidad del personal...., las instalaciones estaban muy bien.... la comida

REnte habitacion con JAcuzzi.... el 1er dia no se pudo usar por estar danada, el 2do y 3er dia el personal lo debia encender desde la sala de bomba, no era independiente por el problema q tenia.... no se podia graduar la temperatura del agua.... o muy caliente o muy frio..... Se pago por jacuzzi y no se pudo disfrutar como deberia ser

La habitación muy amplia y muy limpia y el personal muy amable y el desayuno muy bueno

Solo que no hay elevador, para que la gente esté enterada por si no pueden subir escaleras

Tout était parfait! Une vue à couper le souffle depuis notre chambre (dernier étage); la chambre était très confortable, bien décorée. Accès à la lagune depuis un petit ponton; kayaks à disposition. Petit déjeuner très bon (contrairement à certains avis.) Nous avons adoré notre déjoue de 4 nuits et serions bien restés plus longtemps.

Ontbijt was lekker ( keuzemenu continentaal ontbijt met koffie) en eventuele extra’s te betalen ( vb cappuccino) maar ontbijt was ruim voldoende. De kamer kijkt uit op de lagune en was ruim en proper. Kayak en padel gratis ter beschikking, mooie ligbedden aan steiger van hotel. Heerlijke apero’s en verzorgd avond eten in hotel. In de buurt ook gezellige restaurantjes. We verbleven 2 dagen maar voor ons tekort voor dit verblijf.

La situation dans le lagon, le décor, le confort des chambres très spacieuse c’est magnifique.

Le petit déjeuné est perfectionable.

Très belle vue sur la lagune. Ponton agréable avec kayaks et paddles à disposition. On peut se garer juste devant l'hôtel. C'était très propre.

Des prestations qui ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel de ce standing. Un petit déjeuner bon, très simple, mais qui ne donne pas envie. Un mini buffet servi dans des récipients de cantine. Personne n'a envie de manger des beaux fruits frais servis dans un bac à cantine. Le granola et le yaourt servis dans des cul de poule en inox. Le granola qui du jour au lendemain devient tout mou car il a pris l'humidité. Le seul assaisonnement servi sur le buffet: du miel. Les sachets de thé servis dans des rac en plastique, on dirait des racs de frigo. C'est du détail, mais du détail qui fait toute la différence. Peu de choix sur le reste du petit déjeuner à la carte. Les pancakes sont bons mais c'est deux gros pancakes servis avec du miel. Donc si vous n'aimez pas le miel, c'est vraiment tant pis. En fait c'est juste que la présentation est nulle, et ça ne donne pas envie. Alors que ça pourrait être la même chose dans l'assiette et sur le buffet mais avec une meilleure présentation, ça ferait toute la différence. Et quand même rajouter de la confiture, du beurre... Le personnel moyen. Que ce soit à l'accueil ou au restaurant. Tout le monde est gentil mais, c'est pas pro. Un matin on nous propose un jus de fruit et du café. Le lendemain on nous propose que le café. À l'accueil, ça mange, ça regarde son téléphone... Sans relever le nez quand on passe. Les serviettes dans la chambre sont neuves, c'est propre mais c'est pas du bon drap de bain en éponge, c'est de la serviette en coton niz d'abeille qui n'absorbe pas. Il faut demander au personnel du restaurant pour avoir des serviettes pour les transats du ponton. Pour dire le sérieux du personnel, on devait check out tôt le matin, on nous a dit ok il y aura le monsieur de la sécurité. Et en effet, on lui a simplement rendu nos clés et on est parti. Pas de check de chambre, de note de crédit...

Het uitzicht op het meer is adembenemend en de kamer was echt heel erg mooi. Stijlvol ingericht en voorzien van luxe.

Hotel looks beautiful, with eye for detail. And good quality of building materials and furniture. All seems new and feels well done. Cleaning is exquisite.

MAKE IT MORE CLEAR THIS IS NON-SMOKING EVERYWHERE (incl garden and jetty). We could only smoke, standing by the road, without any proper chairs or bench. Overall hotel feels cold, empty, with little to no cohesion. Staff feels young and rather inexperienced, a bit robotic. It all looks beautiful, but it's lacking the warm character. Would be nice to have a host in the restaurant that speaks good English. Plus have the American breakfast options written down. I would have expected a breakfast buffet, for the price point the hotel is at. And a pitty the trees are blocking 85% of the view Overall it feels like living in a museum. Not worth the 250USD per night we paid.

Me gusto la ubicacion frente a la laguna, buena vista desdee la habitacion. Hermosa terraza, me gusto el muelle, las plantas acuaticas, la alberca, el edifico en si, moderno y de buen diseno.

La tapa del inodoro estaba floja y se caia a cada rato. Cuiando llegamos olia mal y tuve que limpiarla. Esta ubicado lejos de todo, no hay ninguna tienda alrededor, hay q tomar taxi. Esta lejos del centro para ir caminando. Se corto el agua, justo el ultimo dia.

El hotel es relativamente nuevo, todo esta en buenas condiciones, tiene un restaurante en el lugar que ofrece buena comida y bebidas a precios razonables. Mi habitación en especifico tenia una hermosa vista a la laguna. La atención ofrecida por el mesero (Alberto si mal no recuerdo) que esta por la tarde/noche en el restaurante hace todo lo posible incluso mas allá de sus funciones para que tu estancia sea la mejor.

El servicio ofrecido por el personal en general no fue de mi agrado. Al llegar hicimos check in y unas horas después una persona entro con una llave maestra sin tocar la puerta mientras la habitación estaba ocupada. al hablar con la recepcionista en vez de tratar de enmendar el error discutió que si se había tocado la puerta antes de entrar y como no hubo respuesta entraron; y que habían sido notificados los huéspedes temprano de que entrarían a revisar los jacuzzys (nosotros acabábamos de llegar) para al final recibí una disculpa breve y siguieron con su platica. Por la mañana también hay un mesero que parece que lo obligan a ir a trabajar (solo estaba el primer dia). El primer día que llegamos la piscina estaba sucia y da un aspecto de que no se le da el mantenimiento adecuado. No hay elevador, y 3er piso es el nivel de calle por lo que si quieres bajar a la laguna son bastantes escalones (por si tiene dificultad con subir y bajar escaleras todo el tiempo) En general la estancia estuvo bien, no afecto en absoluto mis vacaciones pero si pondría mas atencion en esos detalles.

La chambre est magnifique, décorée avec soin et la vue est éblouissante. Le petit ponton pour profiter du soleil est super avec les canoës à disposition. Le ménage est très très bien fait. Il est facile de se garer dans la rue.

Le petit déjeuner a une toute petite partie buffet avec seulement quelques fruits du yaourt et de la brioche, et a la partie à la carte on ne peut choisir qu'un seul plat, le moindre aliment est un supplément et cher pour ce que c'est. La wifi n'est pas très bonne. Pour information : il faut laisser une caution mais les cartes de débit ne sont pas acceptées, payement en liquide possible. Et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.

The location, the spacious rooms with a beautiful view on the lake and the dock with access to kayaks is amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.

On entend un peu le bruit de la route quand on est sur la terrasse de la chambre.

L’emplacement est magnifique, la vue depuis la chambre, la tranquillité, l’accès au ponton avec le lagon et les kayaks à disposition.

Le petit-déjeuner, quelques bouts de fruits et du pain sinon il faut payer en plus, le personnel n’est pas du tout formé pour gérer un 5 étoiles, ajouter un sèche-cheveux

Ce sont des détails mais : - Il n’y a pas d’eau froide aux robinets des chambres. - L’établissement est parfois un peu bruyant. - Pas d’ascenseur (si vous êtes une PMR)

Très bel hotel, les chambres sont très récentes, très propre, et très spacieuses. De plus le vue sur le lagon est magnifique.

Le petit déjeuner est moyen et l'hotel est un peu loin du centre de Bacalar.

Sehr gepflegtes neues Hotel, die Unterkunft ist top!! Einziger Nachteil das Personal sprich kaum gutes Englisch . Beim Frühstück sind die Pancakes nicht inclusive obwohl es American Frühstück heißt. Für Vegetarier nicht gut.

Hands down the best stay we’ve ever had! (and we really travel alot) The hotel feels very new. The room was incredibly stylish and spacious. Everything was well-maintained, and that lagoon view? Simply breathtaking.

A beautiful new boutique hotel right on the edge of the lagoon . All of the fittings were of high quality and our room was large and comfortable with a wonderful view over the lagoon . Great to watch the sunrise every morning. The breakfast served every morning was delicious and the staff were wonderful. We enjoyed using the kayaks and there were also SUPs available for guest use . The hotel is very near to Cenote Azul which was beautiful for swimming . We also enjoyed visiting Los Rapidos and exploring the centre of Bacalar .

A little distance from the centre of town so dining opportunities in the evening were limited unless you could drive or get a taxi into Bacalar.

Alternativ muss man immer ein Taxi buchen: Kosten 5€ für eine Strecke, das klappt aber auch problemfrei - Autobahn leider im Außenbereich inkl. Balkon zu hören, nicht komplett 100% Stille, wie es vielleicht auf den Bildern aussieht - Serviceteam muss noch weiter geschult werden, teilweise überfordert, auch mit dem Frühstück - War nicht wirklich ein 5 Sterne Hotel, Preis etwas zu teuer

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was very spacious with a magnificent view of the lagoon. The beds very comfortable, towels wonderful, shower strong flow of water. The breakfast was very good, yogourt and fruit as well as the eggs were prepared as requested. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The dock with the lawn chairs wonderful.

It would have been nice to have regular coffee mugs along with glasses to drink from.

For such a high-end hotel the Wifi was not great.

We loved the room, the shower (maybe the best I’ve ever used), the dock area on the lagoon, and the fact that there were paddle boards and kayaks to use for free. Great that it included breakfast, and the dinner was pretty good too. Street parking available right out front.

Breakfast quality was inconsistent and the staff didn’t always come down to the pool/dock to refill drinks. Music didn’t match the ambience.

The place is thoughtfully and tastefully designed, and feels new and solid. Our room was very spacious - even luxurious - with a great balcony offering an excellent view of the lagoon. The bathroom was also beautiful and functional. The outdoor facilities, including the swimming pool and the deck by the lake, were superb. We also had the pleasure of sharing a lovely dinner with the managers, who were exceptionally friendly and wonderful company.

The internet connection in the room was a bit weak on our iPhones, though it worked very well in the restaurant, so this was only a minor detail.

The manager was super nice, all team. The room and view was A MA ZING. Shower super good. Food of restaurant also very good. All perfect.

Swimming pool was cold

Hotel novo, confortável, muito bem localizado. Quarto espaçoso com uma vista espetacular da lagoa (quarto andar). A ducha de água quente foi maravilhosa. Café da manhã muito bom, servido com prontidão. De um modo geral, os funcionários foram bastante amáveis. O acesso privativo à lagoa nos permitiu um banho delicioso. Voltaríamos a nos hospedar lá com certeza!

L’architecture intérieure, la vue époustouflante des chambres sur la lagune, l’emplacement sur la lagune et pas trop loin du village de Bacalar, la qualité des petits déjeuners, la propreté.

Le bruit environnant de la route, le défilé incessant (surtout le week-end) des bateaux à touristes qui passent à ras du ponton de l’hôtel empêchant de se baigner tranquillement.

De locatie kan niet beter. Direct aan het mooie meer. Je hebt ook als gratis service van het hotel de kayakken en supboards, die je mag lenen. En het personeel is top! Vragen je regelmatig of alles naar je zin is en helpen je waar nodig. De kamers zijn groot en luxe afgewerkt.

De muziek stond af en toe wat hard en het muziekgenre sloot niet helemaal aan bij de uitstraling van het hotel en de prachtige omgeving. Via Instagram wordt gecommuniceerd dat deze locatie ideaal is voor serene rust en ontspanning, maar de keuze voor pop- en dancemuziek past daar minder goed bij. Muziek die deze sfeer ondersteunt zou de ervaring nog sterker maken. Wel wil ik benadrukken dat het personeel mijn feedback altijd serieus nam en het volume én de muziekkeuze direct aanpaste wanneer ik dit aangaf.

Heel mooie locatie, geen enkele lift in het gebouw, wat maakt dat je 5 verdiepingen met de trap moet doen om naar het ontbijt te gaan. Personeel is er meer dan voldoende, maar houden zich graag bezig met hun sociale media op hun gsm ipv de klanten te helpen…

Excelente hotel, bonitos los cuartos, su muelle, el servicio, la comida deliciosa, recomendado el chicharron de rib eye el mejor que eh probado, y buen servicio de las personas del restaurante en especial Maria José que estuvo al pendiente y los muchachos del desayuno, muy bonita vista desde las habitaciones

Talvez mejorar lo que incluye el desayuno por el precio debería incluir unos chilaquiles o huevos al gusto

The staff was very helpful and kind, they helped us getting a quiet room on an upper floor and always eager to help arrange a taxi when going out or even a boat trip. The location is beautiful, has a great view on the lagoon and kayaks. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day.

The included breakfast in the price is very limited.

El hotel está muy bonito, nuevo, con buenas amenidades y gran servicio y amabilidad del personal, alimentos con buen sazón y temperatura, el único inconveniente es que es muy cansado para moverte dentro del hotel porque todo está en diferente nivel (lobby, habitaciones, restaurant, área de piscina y laguna) y no se cuenta con elevador

Come benvenuto viene offerto un cocktail ciascuno (scelta limitata). Colazione continentale inclusa buona e abbondante, possibilità di acquistare altro a parte

- Contattati direttamente su whatsapp per la prenotazione, mi hanno offerto un prezzo quasi doppio rispetto a quello di Booking - NESSUNA flessibilità sull'orario di check-in nonostante l'hotel fosse mezzo vuoto e il prezzo pagato alto - Camera al 3 piano, nessuna ascensore e nessuno che aiuti con le valigie quanto ci sono 40 gradi - All'arrivo, il computer non era disponibile e di conseguenza nemmeno le chiavi magnetiche della stanza - Segnalato alla reception subito dopo il check-in alle ore 15 circa che il balcone era sporco (fondo di bottiglia sotto la poltroncina + seduta, bracciolo e tavolino sporchi e appiccicosi), ale 17:30 nessuno era ancora intervenuto. Sollecitati nuovamente, mi è stato risposto che a quell'ora chi si occupa delle pulizie era già andato a casa. Alla fine è intervenuta la ragazza della reception molto impacciata senza risolvere gran che - in bagno e al ristorante / zona piscina, fortissimo e costante odore di fogna - al mattino le sdraio sono sporche di cacca di topo / geco, nessuno le pulisce - 20 minuti buoni per avere un asciugamano per il bagno nella laguna che non viene lasciato in camera, ma va chiesto al bar - personale al bar che non parla molto l'inglese e che in presenza degli ospiti fa colazione o si beve gli scottino

🇬🇧 On paper, this hotel looks like a 5-star: modern building, new and spacious rooms with a large shower, and a truly spectacular view of the lagoon, perfect to enjoy the sunrise. Direct access to the lagoon is definitely a plus, although the water gets deep immediately so you can’t stand. The area is quiet and peaceful, ideal to relax. Too bad everything else ruins the whole experience. Upon arrival, instead of receiving a 5-star welcome, we were left standing with our backpacks on while the reception “organized” to give us the room. Nobody offered to help with our heavy luggage, not even for my girlfriend. And the cherry on top: not a single staff member spoke English. Zero. In a 5-star hotel. We had to communicate through Google Translate. Simply unacceptable. The first room looked nice at first, but was full of problems: the toilet was leaking water, no toilet brush, and of course, you couldn’t throw paper inside but had to use a trash bin (yes, in a 5-star hotel). One evening the door lock broke while we were closing it, and the same night the toilet stopped working completely. After midnight, I wanted to take a shower… surprise: no water. I had to go out in a towel to ask reception. Maybe they turn off the water at night, who knows. The next day we were moved to the top floor: nice view, but no elevator meant climbing stairs every time. And while Wi-Fi was slow in the first room, up there it was completely non-existent. Reception told us bluntly: “Well, Wi-Fi doesn’t work on the top floor.” Fantastic. Our friends didn’t get lucky either: on the last night, when they returned to their room at 11pm, they found the lights, fan, and air conditioning all broken. They had to change rooms in the middle of the night — luckily there were some available, otherwise they would have slept by the pool. Breakfast was another disaster. The “continental breakfast” included barely any fruit, a tiny bit of yogurt, bread, and a coffee or cappuccino.

Wunderbarer Zugang zur Lagune, äußerst freundliches Personal, wunderschöne große Zimmer mir herrlichem Balkon! Das Hotel ist völlig neu und sehr privat und überschaubar in der Größe (ca. 13 Suiten). Kostenloser Parkplatz.
