Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Апартаменты шикарные. Это действительно так. Чисто. Приятный запах. Есть все, что необходимо для длительного проживания. Даже растительное масло с солью. Персонал очень приветливый. Ребята помогли затащить все чемоданы и организовали парковочное место. Часть локаций находится прям рядом.
Очень высоко поднимать тяжелые чемоданы без лифта. Офис размещения находится минутах в 5 ходьбы. Т.е вы вынуждены разместиться, припарковаться и потом идти с чемоданами еще пару кварталов. Супермаркеты находятся далековато

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026La casa era veramente spaziosa, il salone con le vetrate e il balcone con vista sul parco veramente bello. La struttura era pulita e fornita di tutti i comfort. Posizione ottima, appena fuori dal caos della medina ma vicina a tutti i maggiori punti d'interesse del centro. Ottima anche la presenza di aria condizionata in tutte le stanze.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Le point fort, c'est l'emplacement : idéalement situé, à proximité immédiate de toutes les commodités (commerces, cafés, restaurants), et à deux pas de la Médina. L'accès est très simple, on rejoint facilement les principaux sites à pied. C'est vraiment le point de chute parfait pour visiter Rabat et découvrir la ville sans perdre de temps en trajets.
Équipement insuffisant : la vaisselle et les ustensiles étaient régulièrement en dessous du nombre de personnes annoncé pour l'appartement. De manière générale, le logement manque de caractère et l'équipement reste en deçà de ce qu'on peut attendre pour ce type de location. Entretien perfectible : un lavabo bouché à notre arrivée, et une propreté générale moyenne. Sécurité : l'immeuble comprend plusieurs appartements et l'accès se fait par un digicode sur la poignée, sans aucune possibilité de verrouiller la porte de l'intérieur. Combiné au bruit nocturne dans les parties communes, cela ne permet pas de se sentir en sécurité, en particulier avec des enfants. Nuisances sonores : du bruit dans les parties communes entre 1h et 5h30 du matin, sur plusieurs nuits. C'est difficilement compatible avec un séjour en famille. Parking : j'ai demandé dès l'arrivée où me garer. Le seul parking conseillé m'a été indiqué à environ 40 dirhams par jour — nous avons finalement payé 120 dirhams par jour. Un écart de prix à signaler pour les prochains voyageurs.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Spacious appartment with high ceilings, AC, coded doors (no keys), close to medina and shops, with retro furniture giving a 1930 feeling, large bathroom, windows covered by outdoor roller shutters, quiet at night. Friendly and helpful staff. We were a family 2 adults and 2 teenagers and everyone liked this appartment very much. So much space and privacy you will not find in a riad...

Reviewed May 14, 2026Excellent location. Spacious, well equipped apartment. Fantastic, responsive management team. Nice towels and bedding. Comfortable furnishings (not bare bones). Good internet and other amenities. The main entry and unit entry are both by passcode, so no keys to carry around or fumble for. The hosts also provided some cooking basics like oil, sugar, salt, tea bags, etc.
Nothing - all was good, but future guests should be aware the unit is on the fourth floor with 75 steps to climb ( no elevator). Although a coffee maker would have been nice (a kettle and tea were provided), there were numerous cafes within one block for a caffeine fix.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Lage Top! Bahnhof, Basar und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in der unmittelbaren nähe- Küche ist voll ausgestattet- Wasserfilter vorhanden-
Handtücher und Klopapier sind Mangelware- Man muss jeden Tag anfragen, dass es nachgeliefert wird- Wenn man mit 3 Erwachsenen bucht, erwartet man auch für 3 die entsprechenden Dinge- Auch wurde keine Bettwäsche für die 3 Person zu Verfügung gestellt, ein weiteres Problem ist der Abfluss/Waschbecken- Es läuft nicht ab- nur sehr langsam, was einfach nicht hygienisch für jeden nachfolgenden ist- trotz der Meldung wurde es nicht behoben- schade- Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 3 Etage, das sollte erwähnt werden-

Googleマップで検索すると少し離れた場所が表示され、ここを見つけるのにとても迷った。しかし、スタッフに連絡をすると場所を教えてくれた。

Mieliśmy problem z zamkiem do mieszkania który się zacinał. W mieszkaniu pralka działała nieprawidłowo.

Reviewed Nov 16, 2025Very nice, pretty and spacy appartment, great location, near a lot of excellent breakfast possibilities, near the Medina and everything else. We loved Rabat and Salé.
I would have given a 9 or 10 but we had issues with noise (reported to the owners): from 7:30-22 there was a high pitched wistling sound, going on and off, coming from the courtyard, I think coming from some airco devices from hotels? (we stayed in rue Gaza). I hope they can resolve this issue.

Geen lift, dus wel even tobben met koffers. De airco was in 1 slaapkamer minder voelbaar.

Reviewed Oct 17, 2025Appartamento davvero grande e accogliente, noi eravamo in 3 ma anche per 4 è ottima. Posizione perfetta con stazione dei treni vicinissima e comunque vicino al centro ed altri servizi tipo farmacia, ATM, poste, tabacchi ecc. Pulito e con depuratore d'acqua.
Purtroppo il lavandino del bagno si è intasato dal primo giorno... E la doccia andava con così poca pressione da metterci un' ora a persona per fare le docce lavandosi anche i capelli... abbiamo contattato subito il ragazzo che ci ha consegnato le chiavi senza alcuna risposta. Allora abbiamo contattato il numero generale e dopo poco ci hanno risposto con nota vocale dicendo che avrebbero mandato il giorno dopo un idraulico che ha effettivamente risolto il lavandino ma non la pressione della doccia. Peccato, perché avrei dato sicuramente un punteggio molto più alto.

Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato strepitoso, consigliandoci tutti i posti e dandoci consigli top ( come la colazione a Cozy Cafe proprio dietro l appartamento). Posizione strategica per tutto sia se volete muovervi in auto che con i mezzi!

Reviewed Aug 1, 2025L’appartement est très bien situé, tout proche de la medina, les cafés présents dans la rue sont très sympa pour le petit-dej ou le dej. La déco est de très bon goût, l’appartement est grand, la literie irréprochable, et que dire de la douche à l’extérieur… une merveille ! (La clim centralisée est aussi un vrai atout, surtout l’été) C’est l’appartement que nous avons le plus apprécié lors de notre road trip marocain. Brahim est réactif et sympathique, c’est également très appréciable.
Le 3ème étage sans ascenseur 😅. Mais finalement on s’y habitue.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2025Within walking distance of Rabat's main train station. Just go straight down the road and mark it on GoogleMap and you won't get lost I was a sudden appointment. However, I received my room key quickly, thanks to the hospitality of my host and agent.
I failed to ask for the Wifi password. Alternatively, it may have been posted somewhere in the room. I didn't need Wifi as it was a short stay. I am sure that if I had asked in a booking message, the host would have told me immediately.
