Nothing all perfect for me.

Absolutely perfect stay. The apartment was very spacious, spotless and comfortable, with a huge terrace that made the place feel even better. The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and responsive, and whenever I had a question they replied almost immediately. Everything was well organised and the whole stay was easy and stress-free from beginning to end. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Es un apartamento pequeño pero muy bien aprovechado. Es muy tranquilo, no se oye ni un ruido. La cama es bastante cómoda. La cocina no la utilizamos más que para los desayunos, pero tiene cafetera Nespresso , vajilla suficiente y lavavajillas. También hay lavadora. La ubicación es adecuada: no está en el centro pero se puede ir caminando en 20/25 minutos y hay transporte público cercano. Cerca de la plaza de las Carmelitas hay varios restaurantes y un mercado muy agradable por la mañana. La terraza es un plus. Buena comunicación con el anfitrión. Calidad/precio muy adecuada.

El principal inconveniente es no poder dejar las maletas en el edificio antes o después del check out. Lo solucionamos con una consigna, pero es un punto a considerar. Podrían ser más generosos con el jabón de ducha, solo dejan 2 botes pequeños para 2 personas/ 3 días.

La ubicació. Molt cèntric. Estava net i era còmode. Ens varen deixar unes càpsules de cafè i te. Sucre i sal per cuinar.

Els endolls de la meua tauleta de nit no funcionaven. No podia encendre la làmpara ni carregar el mòbil. Des de alguna zona de l'apartement no hi havia cobertura i tampoc arribava la wifi.

Que era un departamentito pequeño pero muy cómodo con todos los amenities, y muy importante el tema del Lavarropas, los aires acondicionados y y el sistema de persianas. El apartamento en si es magnífico con buena ubicación y una relación calidad precio muy buena. En transporte público se llega muy rapido al centro

Soddisfatta della pulizia dell'appartamento e ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro in 10 minuti con metropolitana.

Très belle résidence calme et récemment renovée, bien situé par rapport au centre-ville et transports publics, digicode facile d'utilisation, logement bien équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un court séjour.

Il aurait été préférable que l'on puisse trouver dans la cuisine du sel et de l'huile, mais pour un très court séjour ce n'est pas un problème, alors que pour un séjour long on peut s'en acheter soi-même.

Apartamento perfeito. Tudo novo, limpo e bem completo.

De locatie, dichtbij een supermarkt en dichtbij de metro. Het appartement was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, waaronder zelfs wasmiddel.

Het bankje was niet zo comfortabel. Normaalgesproken niet zo'n probleem omdat je de hele dag op pad bent, maar omdat het zo verschrikkelijk heet was, zochten we toch af en toe even de airco in het appartement op. Die werkte overigens prima!

Das Appartement ist toll, wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Lage! Es ist leider doch sehr weit von der Innenstadt entfernt, auch mit U-Bahn läuft man ein ganzes Stück :( Ansonsten Kleinigkeiten, z. B gibt es im separaten WC zwar ein Waschbecken aber kein Handtuchhalter. Und ein Bachofen hat uns gefehlt.

Zelo lepo, čisto stanovanje, v njem vse, kar rabiš. Super lokacija, povsod sva šla peš.

We have always enjoyed staying at Steiner Residences. Although, this time we were given a room with a different layout that we did not like. The bedroom didn't have a door and the kitchen was in the living room. Please do not give us this room again.

This is an extremely clean and well maintained apartment. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a grocery store, several local restaurants, the canal, and a nice park. There is a tram stop about a minute away, and a subway 5 minutes away, so getting to the historical center or other places is very easy.

The temperature of the water in the shower was good.

The apartment was not cleaned well at all and felt extremely unhygienic. The toilet brush was sitting in a container of brown liquid and the memory of it still upsets me. It is a serious health hazard to let a toilet brush reach that condition without replacing it. The WC, especially the underside of the seat, had not been cleaned well, and had a sour, stale smell. The apartment in general did not smell good. The bathroom sink, particularly the exterior, had not been wiped properly and had a drainage smell. The shower floor also was not cleaned well. The kitchen sponge did not look fresh. There was hair on the towels, bedding, and floors. The bedsheets and towels were not good quality and felt unpleasant to use—the sheets were synthetic, resulting in a sweaty sleep, and it felt like too much detergent had been used on the towels as they had a strange coating on them. The chairs, couch, and table were also dirty. The clothes-drying rack was extremely unstable, and I had to balance it against a chair to ensure it did not collapse and my clothes did not fall off. I couldn’t hang my coat on the coat stand as it always looked like it was going to fall over. Soundproofing wasn’t the best—noises from the neighbors could be heard. My inbox was flooded with too many messages from apartment management with instructions and reminders about this and that, when the information could have been condensed into just a few emails.

Heating / aircon was not working properly, 18C max. room temp in early June; moderate heating up to 20C only via bathroom heating to the whole flat, LG-heater/aircons: both unfunctional except for fan and noise.

Siisti ja rauhallinen huoneisto ,hyvä sijainti. Kahviloita ja ravintoloita lähellä; kannattaa suunnata Leopoldin suuntaan.

Hintalaatusuhde ei täsmää. Terassi jäi käyttämättä epäviihtyisyyden vuoksi. Huoneiston sääntöjä ja ohjeita valtavasti portaalissa. Tuohon hintaan pyyhkeiden päivitys ja loppusiivous pitäisi kuulua.

The room was very cold (the weather turned chilly) and no way to dry anything if you got wet. Couldn't turn on towel rail. Also water dripped from both heater/air-con units, especially when they were open. If it had been stifling, and the a/c was on, probably would have been flooded!

Very clean. Good facilities which met my expectations. Good quiet neighborhood.

Vienna is a big city and I had difficulty finding my way around until I got orientated. I would have liked a written folder explaining the public transport system, location of nearest underground and subway stops etc. The email which they sent me did not provide adequate information. Also, there was a safe but no explanation how to set the code so I could not use it. There was no contact with the staff except by email and no one to talk with or ask questions.

Great location & used the U Bahn to get around Vienna which suited us. Spacious, clean apartment and no stairs. It’s out of town centre by U Bahn and trams work well so do real disadvantage. Using public transport has a lot of upside I. Getting to know the city.

The provisions were very mean & stingy. No tissues, no tea & coffee, no soap and shampoo etc. just all the small things that make it all work. After we arrived we had to go to the supermarket because there were no supplies at all. Very mean as this apartment was easily the most expensive for our whole trip.

Schön geschnittene Wohnung, so dass Wohn- und Schlafbereich gut voneinander getrennt sind. Geräumige Dusche und Bad, super ausgestattet (Staubsauger, Tresor, Bügeleisen,...), gute Küche (aber ohne Backofen), sehr ruhige Lage, Schottenring in 5-7 Minuten erreichbar oder am Donauarm entlang Richtung erster Bezirk

Webseite ist zugeknallt mit Infos, so dass die Navigation leidet und nicht immer klar ist, in welcher Kategorie was zu finden ist. Ebenso sollte ich 2-3x so viele persönliche Angaben machen als ich von sonstigen Unterkünften gewohnt bin.

Die Lage war gut.

Nicht gereinigte Gläser, Haare im Bad...die Wohnung musste nochmals geputzt werden. Allerdings hat der Vermieter auf unseren Hinweis am ersten Tag nicht reagiert...und auch nach dem Urlaub: Hoppala - das nächste mal passiert es nicht mehr.....also: es gibt viel bessere Wohnungsvermietet. Von diesem Anbieter kann ich jedem nur abraten - aber vielleicht, wird ja ein neues Reinigungskonzept in Zukunft umgesetzt.

very dirty spots in the bedroom, there was a sock under the bed! not a single power plug worked on one side of the bed - never had that problem anywhere before huge step right in the middle of the room - you better not be drunk or old in this apartment floor boards came apart in one place, in general looks much nicer on the pictures than in reality, cheap furniture door only locked by code, no way of manually locking the door form the inside host lost my contact data to scammers, horrible communication only through automated messages

Staff were very helpful and prompt to respond to the numerous issues we had during our short stay.

We were unable to leave our baggage both before check in and after check out. Nobody at property to greet us. Bed had plastic mattress protector and coach super uncomfortable. Only one bowl provided and no extras ie. milk, sugar etc. Had to pay for additional towels. Main issues however were flooding shower recess and keypad dying thus being unable to enter our apartment. Both issues did get prompt response and solution from staff but really not good enough. Location in quiet residential area with not much nearby.

Beautiful and large room, good position (15 Min far from Stephen Platz). Highly recommended.

Very few coffee capsules (only two), should be available for each paid day.

Struttura accogliente ben fornita di tutto il necessario, leggermente fuori dal centro ma ben collegata, zona fornita di tutto, ottima qualità prezzo. L'unico problema che abbiamo avuto è stato per il pagamento, ma dopo qualche tentativo abbiamo risolto tutto. Comunque è una struttura che consiglio vivamente.

Πολύ ευρύχωρος και καθαρός χώρος! Είχε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν και μας βόλεψε πολύ. Ιδανική τοποθεσία σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, κοντά σε σούπερ μάρκετ, φούρνο,καφέ και εστιατόρια. Κοντά σε στάση μετρό και τραμ. Η πρόσβαση στο διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ εύκολη και οι οδηγίες κατατοπιστικές.

Θα μπορούσε να έχει μεγαλύτερη ποσότητα από σαμπουάν και σαπούνι χεριών.

It’s my second time staying in Steiner residences and I am quite happy! Since I travel to Vienna couple times a year I think that it may be a go to place for me to stay in terms of comfort, price and location, since it’s both very close to the metro but also city center is easily accessible by foot.

A veeery minor comment: having a tea towel would’ve been nice, otherwise it was a great appartment both for short and for longer term stay.

Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. Unkomplizierte Übernahme der Wohnung mittels Pin. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, der Balkon war sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Da fällt nicht wirklich viel ein.

It was incredibly easy to access the apartments, with clear instructions given the day before arrival. The hosts communicated regularly and the accommodation was in an excellent location, easy for both the metro and walking location.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed it. However, I felt that maybe a little less communication would have been appreciated. The hosts were lovely and kept us informed, but I did receive a lot of messages.

Добрый день! Снимали эти апартаменты на 4 дня, ездили по работе. Квартира расположена в тихом спальном районе. Квартира отличная. Все необходимое есть в наличии. Постель и полотенца белоснежные, кровать и матрас очень удобные. Вся мебель хорошего качества, в квартире все свежее. Имеется небольшой балкон. До метро Taborstrasse 700-750метров. Рядом есть продовольственные магазины. В квартире было чисто. Нам очень понравилось, спасибо большое!

Ottima disposizione, stile e confort. Struttura calda e con spazio esterno.

Unico elemento stonato è la mancanza del WiFi. La nostra stanza era interna e la rete del cellulare era debole, quindi l'unico modo per navigare su internet consiste nell'uscire per strada. Un po scomodo.

La comodidad y las facilidades, lo amplio que era el cuarto era increíble.

No la verdad solo faltaba algún trapo de cocina, todo lo de más perfecto.

Відсутність миючих засобів, паперових рушників, серветок, тряпки чи швабри. Особливо потреба в швабрі відчувалася зимою, щоб зібрати відсталий сніг.

Расположение отличное, до центральных улиц пешком минут 20. Остановка метро тоже рядом. В квартире очень тихо, удобная широкая кровать, тепло. Очень чисто. Кухня с хорошей плитой и всем необходимым ( ну может быть соль еще оставлять?)

Плоховато уходит вода в душе. В туалете хорошо бы прикрепить крючок для полотенца. И еще - на кухне нужны хоть какие-то кухонные салфетки, чтобы можно было протереть стол.

I had previously stayed in the area before. It’s in a very quiet residential part of the city, close to the Ubahn and trams at Taborstrasse. The museum quarter is also a handy 35 minute walk away. There’s plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby a short distance from the apartments, and a Billa supermarket around the corner. The apartment was the perfect amount of space for two people. Well laid out and all the amenities we could possibly need. Beautifully kept, recent furnishings and immaculately clean. It was pretty cold in Vienna when we were there but the apartment was well heated and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was a welcome addition! We also had a little patio which must be wonderful during the warmer months.

Genuinely nothing. It was all wonderful!

Класне розташування недалеко від лінії метро U2 та зупинок 31 трамвая. Окремі спальня та кухня-студія, тож якщо треба побути окремо - це зручно. Багато місця. Є пральна машина, тож змогли попрати всі необхідні речі.

Appartamento molto carino e confortevole. Letto comodo, cucina attrezzata, bagno bello e funzionale e, infine, balconcino gradevole. Dista circa una decina di minuti a piedi dal centro ed è ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici, in particolare tramite la metropolitana. Alloggio pulito, caldo e moderno!

Alcuni dettagli potrebbero essere implementati, ad esempio lasciando qualche bustina di tè in più a disposizione o un 3° asciugamano (quello più piccolo) a testa.

Non era abbastanza pulito, ci hanno fornito in solo paia di asciugamani per 6 giorni, inoltre il letto mancava di un lenzuolo e la coperte erano singole per un letto matrimoniale.

Really great room with tons of space, a balcony, smart TVs both in the bedroom and living room/kitchen. It had all the necessary appliances. Also, parking is kind of a pain if you want to get a good deal and not pay a ton for close garages, but that's Vienna. The 7 day public transport pass is a must and the U-bahn is only a couple of minutes away. Even though we came by car we got around with public transport and it was great. You have direct connections with Prater/Karlsplatz/Museum Quartier. I really loved that you get a code to enter the building/apartment so you don't have to worry about carrying keys with you. Definitely recommend it and will come back again.

A bit dusty in certain places and the balcony door was really hard to open/close.

Highly recommended – A cozy home away from home We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this apartment. The location is excellent and very peaceful; we weren't disturbed by any noise at all. The place is so cozy and well-equipped that we truly felt at home and didn't want to leave! Everything from the furniture to the appliances was high-quality, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We will definitely be returning!

Locația ușor accesibilă la câteva minute de stația de metrou si trei stații de centrul orașului. Camera suficient de mare, dotată cu tot ce am avut nevoie.

Die Zimmer waren modern und sehr sauber und es war sehr ruhig Küche war ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine und Herd es gab sogar ne Waschmaschine einfach Wunderbar !! Check in war absolut unkompliziert... Parken kann ich am Karmelitermarkt empfehlen Fußweg 5 -7 min es ist sogar 5€ am Tag günstiger wenn man die Bmove App runterlädt da werden die Kennzeichen automatisch erfaßt.. Die Altstadt kann man in 15 min zu Fuß erreichen... Ansonsten kann man mit der U-Bahn, Stadtbahn alles erreichen... Ich hatte 2 Fernseher ein im Wohnzimmer und ein im Schlafzimmer... Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt 😃
