Reviewed Aug 8, 2026La facilità nella comunicazione prima del check in e durante il check in sono stati eccezionali. La posizione è perfetta e la dimensione e il comfort del letto hanno superato le aspettative.
L’appartamento ha bisogno di un ‘refresh’, sedie in salotto molto rovinate, muri sporchi che meriterebbero essere ridipinti. L’allarme fumo e’ caduto dal soffitto e lasciato così’ all’entrata. Il bagno è moderno ma ci sono dei dettagli che andrebbero osservati affinché non dia l’aria di negligenza o sporcizia.

This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience we have ever had with a hotel or apartment rental. The check-in process was an absolute disaster. Despite contacting the host multiple times before our arrival, we received no response and no check-in instructions. There was no reception, no one waiting for us, and the address provided was not sufficient to locate the apartment. After wandering around with our luggage, we eventually found the staff parking area of the Balima Hotel (currently under renovation), where a very kind gentleman took the time to help us. He had to call four different phone numbers before someone finally answered and came to let us in. Without his help, we honestly don’t know how we would have accessed the property. Unfortunately, the poor service continued throughout our stay. We experienced problems with the door lock and the Wi-Fi was extremely poor and unreliable. Even after finally getting in touch with someone, no solution was offered and no real effort was made to address either issue. The only positive aspect was that the apartment itself was spacious and looked like the pictures. However, that was far outweighed by the complete lack of communication, organization, and customer service. A nice apartment cannot make up for being left stranded at check-in and receiving no support when problems arise. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property unless the management makes major improvements to its communication and guest support.

Leider 3. Etage ohne Aufzug! Der Toilettendeckel war locker. Der WLAN funktionierte mit meinem Laptop aber den Fernseher haben wir nicht nutzen können, da der WLAN nicht stark genug war.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026De locatie was prima. Het was wel fijn geweest als we bij de boeking hadden kunnen zien dat we in een appartement zaten op 4e etage zonder lift. Er waren wat issues over kapotte dingen en slechte schoonmaak, maar die zijn, zo goed als mogelijk was door de host opgelost
Het was niet schoon bij binnenkomst, en er was best veel stuk (kastdeur, droogrek etc)

Reviewed May 11, 2026Die großzügige, elegante und helle Wohnung wurde stilvoll renoviert und mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Ambiente. Die Küche enthält alles was man braucht, sogar einen Hahn mit trinkbarem Wasser. Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Geschäftsviertel und damit perfekt für Unternehmungen.

Reviewed May 10, 2026Sehr gute Lage direkt an der Avenue Mohammed V. Gute Raumaufteilung. Durch gute Schallisolation war der Verkehrslärm bei geschlossenen Fensern kein Problem. Schöne Sicht vom Balkon. Der Wasserfilter erspart den Kauf vieler Flaschen.
Leider ist ein Teil der Einrichtung schon recht abgenützt und die Wohnung war zumindest bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht gut gereinigt. Die vier Stockwerke ohne Aufzug können schon für macnhe Leute eine Herusforderung sein.

Reviewed May 9, 2026Soufian und Brahim waren stets erreichbar und haben einen super Service geleistet. Sehr unkomplizierte Übernahme des Apartments. Die Lage ist absolut genial und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem. Im Appartement ist alles verfügbar was man benötigt. Es gibt auch sehr gute Frühstückscafes direkt unten am Hauseingang und auch im Umkreis von 200 Metern eine große Auswahl an Cafés und Restaurants. Ebenfalls gibt es eine hauseigene Tiefgarage mit Wachpersonal und die Gebühr ist auch in Ordnung für diese Lage. Wir reisten mit dem Motorrad an und haben die Tiefgarage dankend angenommen. Vielen Dank und gerne wieder.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026The apartment is on the top floor, with a balcony facing the boulevard, and with a back balcony, where the washing machine and the space for drying clothes is located. The apartment is spacious, well-lit, with modern appliances, and clean. There is no elevator but we were informed about it in advance and it was not a surprise. The hosts met us outside, escorted to the apartment, were in touch throughout the stay. The apartment is located within 5 minute walk to medina and other historic locations, lots of places to eat nearby. The ocean shore is about 15-20 minutes of walking.
Bathroom fixtures are a bit tired, and the water pressure is not great but not terrible. A separate note, unrelated to the apartment itself - if you drive, note that parking around is near impossible as all car are tightly packed, and some random people demand payments even if the parking itself is free. The hosts offer secure parking in the apartment complex for 5 EUR/day, which we ended up using, and which is much better than finding spaces on the street and dealing with the beggars.

L'appartement est situé au 4ème étage sans ascenseur (on est récompensé de l'escalier par le calme et la vue). Cela ne nous a pas gênés mais il est utile de le savoir.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026La localisation de l'appartement dans un beau quartier de la ville, face au bâtiment du parlement et à proximité de la gare. L'appartement a un charme désuet mais plaisant.
L'accueil compliqué. De nombreux échanges de message Whatsapp avant l'arrivée car aucun employé ne réside sur place. Pas idéal si l'on ne dispose pas de données internet sur son téléphone. L'adresse n'est pas facile à trouver car il n'y a aucune indication à l'entrée de l'immeuble hormis une petite étiquette sur une boîte aux lettres. L'équipement de l'appartement est limité au strict nécessaire. Les serviettes de bain avaient été lavées mais comportaient encore des taches et n'étaient pas vraiment blanches comme elles auraient dû l'être. Le sol de l'appartement n'était pas non plus très propre.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026We love that this older 1920s building is being restored. Excellent reverse osmosis water tap in the kitchen. Electric towel warmer in the bathroom is a good detail. We enjoyed the spacious rooms with high ceilings and large windows. Nice balcony overlooking the boulevard. Good location.
One must climb to the apartment on a very strap stairway with no handrail. To exit, the main gate has an electronic lock that is opened with an inconspicuous button high on the wall (took a while to find it). Bath towels were tattered, no hand towels, no dish towel, no dish detergent. The vinyl washing machine cover was quite dirty and torn. We notified the manager that we were leaving at about 10:30, but the next tenant and cleaning person were ringing the doorbell at 9:30, which was rude.

No especialmente bien acondicionado para el frío. Sólo hay un Split y está en alto, los techos son muy altos por lo que el piso no llegaba a calentarse del todo. En el baño sí hay un toallero que calienta fenomenal.

No WiFi access on arrival but this was fixed after a couple of days. A room safe would have been good

Está en el cuarto piso y no hay ascensor. Debes ir ligero!

Reviewed Aug 28, 2025Très bien placé. Le seul souci, il faut indiqué dans l’annonce qu’il n'y a pas d’ascenseur. Pour les personnes âgées et celles qui ont de gros valises, c'est un peu dur de monter 4 étage dans les anciens bâtiments. Sinon, je le recommande et je le reprendrai avec plaisir.
