Reviewed Aug 31, 2025La habitación sin ningún tipo de ventilación, una puerta en la misma habitación, el ruido del motor del aire acondicionado, la cama tenía pelos y lo peor en la habitación no había aire hacía un color insoportable, al igual que el baño era como si te acabases de duchar con agua caliente. La experiencia horrible me tuve que ir a otro hotel porque no se podía estar. Imagino que todas las habitaciones eran así ya que al salir me percaté que una de las habitaciones tenía la puerta abierta para pillar el fresco del pasillo ya que ahí sí que había aire acondicionado. Una experiencia desastrosa, os recomiendo que no lo cogais es una estafa en toda regla.

A pesar de que no tiene aire acondicionado dormí muy bien estos días, tiene ventilador, hay 3 baños para las hab pero nunca tuve temas, las almohadas si un poquito duras por lo demás está muy bien, la pasé increíble, por el precio está súper bien todo. Muchas gracias🦋❤️

Reviewed Aug 20, 2025Tout petite chambre avec cette chaleur étouffante ya pas de climatisation juste un petit ventilateur qui fait beaucoup de bruit le lit pas confortable style clik clak matelas déformé les coussins usées noir tellement sale heureusement caché avec des taies, les salles de bains évacuation boucher , seule climatisation dans le couloir qui oblige les locataires dormir avec la porte ouverte car les chambres dedans un four avec une chaleur tournante !!!! je ne recommande pas

Reviewed Aug 18, 2025Posizione molto centrale, top. C era una lavatrice condivisa nella nostra sezione e siamo riusciti a usarla. Ok i bagni condivisi puliti.
Dovevamo avere due stanze, ce ne aspettavamo due separate ma nell effettivo era una con una camera interna. Non ci hanno mai cambiamo gli asciugamani. Si moriva di caldo in camera, spesso abbiamo dovuto tenere la porta aperta per catturare un po’ di aria condizionata presente solo nel corridoio.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2025This was alternative accomodation at last minute as the one I had booked was CLOSED and I had an early flight next morning. I wouldn't have booked otherwise as the toilet facilities are shared. It was noisy with the window open but a fan was supplied. Comfortable enough .
It was a nightmare to find the entrance!! Booking.com did not give the street number. I only got that when I received contact from the staff - after wandering around for half an hour in the heat !! I had to chat on WhatsApp, but the person in contact was very helpful trying to direct me.

Tengo dos propiedades alquiladas en booking y jamas se me ocurriria hacer fregar el piso a un huesped a las 12 de la noche. El suelo estaba mal desde que habia entrado yo al baño. Un hombre con camiseta verde (que intuyo era el dueño) me persiguió hasta la habitación para ello. Me pareció nefasto

Reviewed Jul 11, 2025Schlimmstes Zimmer überhaupt. Nicht das Geld wert. Hätte lieber am Strand schlafen können und auch noch viel besser. Dreckige und sehr kleine Badezimmer. Heißes Zimmer, man könnte nicht drin schlafen. Lieber gebe ich etwas mehr Geld aus, als dieses Zimmer nochmal zu buchen.

The lift was working but had a fault and was very noisy effecting sleep with a very annoying grinding sound.. will not stay again unless a guarantee that the lift has been repaired..

Reviewed Jul 9, 2025The shared bathroom were soo soo clean. They were cleaning it even nightime. The cleaning man even made us clean some water drops on the floor after our shower ....he knock at our door and made us wipe up the water drops in the bathroom! The place is really clean. Perfect location ever! Really quiet at night and has cameras in the hallway.
NO AIR CONDITIONING. When I book it I tought there was the Air-conditioned but it is only in the hallway. So from June to September in alicante temperatures are really high, the room was a oven. So we had to keep the door open all the time to make the air conditioning coming inside from the hallway to our room if we did not want to die. Everyone was sleeping whit the door open. There are cameras in hallway so it seems pretty safe.

v izbe nebola klíma, s otvoreným oknom sa nedalo spať,lebo to je v centre,a umývali ulicu v noci o 3 tej. 50€ za noc ( a kúpeĺna je spoločná na chodbe-)- je to príliš drahé, ale lacnejsie boli už len Hosteli v meste..

La cama era incomodisima, la llamamos “el pozo” mientras dormimos ahí. Hay solo 3 baños para un montón de habitaciones. No se puede cocinar, solo microondas.

My complaint is about the shower, it was difficult to get the water to a good temperature was either too hot (burning) or freezing. Could have a mirror in the room.

Reviewed Jun 15, 20251. The location is perfect — close to everything, city center and the beach, the bus station that takes you to airport 2. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the whole stay. 3. Everything was very clean, staff cleaned the bathroom at least 3 times a day. You can ask them for new towels if you need them. 4. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus.
The only downsides were related to Room 6 specifically: 1. It had a noticeable damp smell, likely because the window faces the inner walls of the building, so there’s very little natural light and airflow is limited. As a result, it was quite difficult to dry clothes or towels. 2. The noise isolation was poor — you could hear pretty much everything from the neighboring rooms and hallway, even when other guests were trying to be quiet.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2025Smještaj je na odličnoj lokaciji, što mi se posebno svidjelo. Nalazi se u neposrednoj blizini centra i svega što je potrebno – restorana, trgovina, kafića i znamenitosti. Sve je bilo lako dostupno i to je zaista doprinijelo ukupnom dojmu boravka. Lokacija je definitivno jedna od najvećih prednosti ovog smještaja!
Boravila sam ovdje 4 dana na odmoru, ali nažalost iskustvo je bilo jako loše zbog nepodnošljive buke. Tijekom cijele noći buka je dolazila sa svih strana – od gore, odozdo, izvana – do te mjere da sam imala osjećaj kao da mi netko hoda doslovno pored kreveta. Nijednu noć nisam uspjela zaspati, nisam sklopila oči. Iako sam u recenzijama pročitala da je mjesto glasno, nisam očekivala da će biti baš ovoliko – spavanje je bilo nemoguće. WC je bio jako čist i uredan, što cijenim, ali posteljina na krevetu je užasno smrdjela. To je bio još jedan razlog zašto se nije moglo spavati. Na kraju sam morala spavati na vlastitoj, prljavoj majici jer je miris posteljine bio toliko neugodan da je bilo nepodnošljivo. U sobi nema nikakav ventilator niti bilo kakav uređaj za rashlađivanje, pa smo doslovno umirali od vrućine. Sve u svemu, lokacija je stvarno dobra, ali sve ostalo je jako narušilo dojam i odmor

Reviewed May 23, 2025300 Mt dal mare, dalla Rambra e delle vie pedonali. Ci è capitato la unicca stanza con balcone, vista sulla fortezza e cattedrale. Bagni (3 per 5 stanze) sempre liberi e puliti. Cucina piccolissima ma attrezzata. Perfetta per chi no ha troppe pretese.
Essendo così centrali si sentomo i rumori della strada, macchine, persone passeggiando, ecct. Solo 2 stanze hanno vista sulla città, le altre sono piccole con finestra sul condotto interno del condominio.

Kołdra, więc nie marzniesz w nocy. Piecyk elektryczny, który uratował mnie przed chodzeniem w mokrych butach 😊Lodówka, czajnik,ekspres przelewowy. Jest winda
