Foi a segunda vez que me hospedei aqui e dessa vez precisei ir embora e procurar outro local

Ao contrário da primeira vez que me deram um upgrade de quarto e era aceitável, dessa vez a hospedagem estava lotada e me deram o quarto que supostamente foi o que paguei e não foi possível continuar na hospedagem. O quarto era extremamente apertado e sujo, tinha cabelos sobre a cama, poeira pra todo lado e fiação exposta. O banheiro era a pior parte, sujo, e tão pequeno que você precisa tomar banho sentado no vazo. Pela insalubridade tentei pedir o cancelamento e não aceitaram. Fui pra outro hotel, no mesmo bairro, pagando o mesmo preço numa categoria bastante superior

A localização é boa, o staff é amigável e se esforçam pra se comunicar mesmo sem inglês. Me deram um upgrade de quarto que é aceitável pelo valor. A localização é boa.

Não é limpo e as instalações precisam de manutenção. A porta do freezer estava quebrada, assim como o suporte do chuveiro. Vedação acústica é ruim e você escuta tudo dos outros quartos

Location was close to mosques and main attractions. Food close by.

Towels weren't bleached so had some stains marks. Very basic set up with broken lights in the bathroom and no shower head holder.

Estaba todo sucio. Hasta las escaleras para llegar a la habitación. La entrada, el baño, las sabanas, las sillas… todo sucio

Очень удобное расположение отеля, в этом районе они в основном на подьемах, это напряжно, тут чуть меньше квартала от улицы внизу. Отличный большой светлый номер, есть холодильник чайник все принадлежности, чисто и недорого Отличные отзывчивые ребята на рецепшене, со всем помогут и расскажут

Esta cerca del gran bazar, las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado

El personal fue muy amable con nosotras, si necesitábamos cualquier cosa nos ayudaban encantados y enseguida. Las camas eran cómodas. Estaba bien ubicado y cerca del tranvía.

La nevera peqieña quizá hubiese estado mejor en otro sitio porque cuando pasas por el lado te das golpes en la pierna.

Lo mejor, sin duda, la amabilidad del personal. Fueron super agradables, facilitándonos en todo momentoa estancia, nos gestionaron un taxi para ir al aeropuerto muy temprano el día de vuelta y se preocuparon de que no nos faltara nada durante la estancia. Además se podía visitar el centro de Estambul caminando desde el hotel.

Las instalaciones están bastante antiguas

A szállás tulajdonosa nagyon barátságos, segítőkész. Minden kérdésben segített. Érkezéskor teát is kaptunk tőle. A szállás közel van a főbb látnivalókhoz, azonban elég meredeken kell felsétálni az utcában.

Kevés konnektor volt a szobában, az ágy mellett csak az egyik oldalon. Csak a szállás tulajdonosa beszél angolul. Mecset nagyon hangos volt.

The location is very good, the grand bazar is pretty close, and also we were close to some place that was not that turistic and we bought cheap and amazing baclava ( near the market Sok)!!!Muge is such a kind soul with a bright smile and she was always helpful when we had questions, we apreciated our staying more because of her❤️

Es cierto que la relación calidad precio es muy buena, pero el baño está un poco descuidado

Скажу так, что пообщались с другими туристам в городе Стамбул, я узнала, что во многих отелях те же самые недостатки, что были здесь. А именно. Крутые лестницы, душ в пол, старые отели. Но недостатки все перекрыло прекрасное отношение персонала. Помогли с чемоданами, с коляской, помогли с трансфером в аэропорт. Очень душевная хозяйка Mūge. ЫИменно поэтому мы с дочкой вернёмся снова именно сюда!

Thank you so much, I enjoyed my stay! Mugge is a wonderful host, very friendly and always ready to help. Room was simple with all basic necessities, clean. The location is great with lots of breakfast options nearby and just a 5-minute from Blue Mosque.

The owner of the hotel - (Müge) is an extraordinary person. She helped us, she offered us coffee and croissants, she brought us to the shop where we bought the sim card, very friendly, kind, open and supportive. Also Feisal, a very nice person. These precious people made the hotel worth it. The Tramstation is near, the streets nearby offer much cheaper food than on the main roads and any kind of shop, food or transport connection is available very easily and close. Hugs from both of us!!,,😊

Muge - manager was so kind and made efforts to make us feel at home. The hotel was nice and worth it. Would like to go back here

The room is designed for three people, but I stayed there alone, and it was cozy and comfortable. The location of the hotel is very convenient - close to a tram stop and not far from the main attractions. There’s also a grocery store right across from the hotel entrance, which was super handy. The staff were polite and helpful. I had no problems during my stay and would definitely recommend this place!

El personal es demasiado amable, siempre estan pendientes de cualquier cosa que necesites, te dan indicaciones para turistear, sobre la comida, lugares, transporte, costos, etc. Nos ayudaron con el taxi para el aeropuerto a un menor precio, es como quedarte con familiares que te ayuden en tu viaje todo el tiempo, estamos muy agradecidos con todos, especialmente con Dalia y sus papás que incluso trataban de hablar español con nosotros. La ubicación muy buena, caminando llegas a las principales atracciones de la parte occidental y hay muchas tiendas cerca, restaurantes, etc.

Nada La habitación era un poco pequeña para 3 personas, pero en relación calidad/precio está totalmente acorde

Тяжело сказать ведь мы жили за 30$ в день в хорошем районе так что за эту цену мелкие неполадки вообще не заметны.

The hospitality was outstanding – the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was excellent, close to main attractions and easy to move around. Rooms were clean and comfortable, making our stay very pleasant.

We arrived at 4 am because we paid the day before we could checkin, they said “ we change your room tomorrow “ that never happened. Very dirty !

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Yasmin in Istanbul. First, I selected a pay-at-arrival option for my booking, but the hotel charged my card in advance without explanation. Despite multiple requests for a refund, I received no response or compensation. Additionally, I had selected a room with payment upon arrival for €258, while rooms that required advance payment were available for only €200. Despite choosing the pay-at-arrival option, the hotel charged me €258 in advance, essentially overcharging me by €58. When I raised this issue, the staff was unhelpful, and they eventually brought in a director from another hotel to mediate. After contacting Booking.com, it was confirmed that the hotel had made a mistake, but they still refused to refund the €58 difference. This lack of responsibility made the situation even more frustrating. Upon arrival, I found hair in the bed, which was disgusting, and the cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The hotel is also far from public transport, and the uphill walk to get there made it very inconvenient. One day, the bathroom light stopped working. I reported it immediately, and although they promised to fix it, nothing was done. I had to use my phone's flashlight to navigate in the bathroom for the rest of my stay, which was incredibly frustrating. I will never return to this hotel again.

Thé receptionist Salim helped me a lot during m'y stay. Thé rooms were clean and tidy. Thé hôte is very close to restaurants, cafés and touriste attractions. It is a 10 munite walk from hôtel grand bazar, sultanahmet and hagi spohia mosquée.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location for visiting many of the key attractions of Istanbul. There are multiple shops, restaurants and cafes in the adjacent streets. The room I had was small but functional for a short stay. It was relatively clean and had everything I expected in a budget accommodation.

There was a distinct smell of cigarettes from the towels and bedding. The mattress had seen better days.

Workers were super nice, the price was really cheap, about location it's only 5 mins to the Grand bazaar.

The bedroom and the bathroom were not very clean plus there wasn't an appropriate bed sheet, there was only one that didn't completely cover the mattress. The hotel is a really noisy street. Despite the smoke detector there were people smoking in their bedroom and the smell also arrived in our room and it was really annoying. I wouldn't suggest this hotel to a woman who is traveling alone.

Although my creditcard was charged on Booking.com, person at the reception asked me to pay again, othervise I would not be allowed into the room. This way i had to pay double. This seems to be carefully planed sheme from the staff of the hotel.

Very very very rude staff my guest came to meet me but staff started rudeness and didn't allow him to go enter in my room and starting curfew on me you are not allowed to enter after 12am.
