Property is clean and well kept. It’s very accessible to everything. The guards in the building were polite.

AC working very well! Was able to use the swimming pool very well with the big help of the host. Comfy bed and sofa. Cr was also nice. Host is very responsive, and overall 10/10

I like the place and the location. We're at the 21st floor so we can see the view. Internet is sometimes fast but sometimes it kicks us off (not sure why). Tissues, candies and coffee were provided -- thank you so much! The host is prompt to answer questions. There's a mall on the ground floor and it's also near Shangrila. Quite a bit of a walk but I appreciate it as I need the exercise.

Internet kicks us off intermittently. The blanket is not clean. I think they forgot or did not replace it. The sofa bed is a bit rough and itchy. But overall, everything is good.

The hosts were really accommodating to my needs and were so responsive. The place was cozy and close to shopping areas. I would definitely book again!

Some of the beddings are not clean especially the beddings for the sofa bed. Its like it has mold.

It was mentioned that there’s no parking space, but pls advise next time where else to park and if there’s any in the vicinity, also include expected parking value. We paid 1000+ for overnight parking 😳

-No dark shades for windows practically no privacy specially at night. (This is a deal breaker for me) -Very small bedroom -No reg bed in bedroom, just sofa bed size (another deal breaker) -Kettle not washed; there was residual water in the kettle probably from previous guests. -One coffee mug not washed; Still had coffee stains on it, ugh! (pic) -Dead and crawling cockroaches (pic) -Floor wasn't swept; dirt and hairs on the floors -Bed.had small critters; I got skin itch -Entrance and kitchen area lights are dim; needs higher watts -Dining/entrance Lights too dim -Brooms and sweepers were not put away (pic) -Slippers look old and faded -Air fresheners all my over the unit (overkill); gave me headaches. -Small bathroom -Need more hooks and receptacles in bathroom for personal items Aside from the lobby and the unit, the building has no air cond; uncomfortably hot -Very poor communication by owners/admins; I felt ignored In summary, the place is decent IF you dont mind the things listed above that MAY concern and bother you The deal breakers were there was no dark curtains to keep one's privacy specially at night, the tiny bed, the bed critters and the dead and crawling cockroaches. Tried to give an honest and comprehensive review. Hope this helps

Nice place. But The staff is very strict When you invite a friend from outside, you have to check the friend ID and other things in the room. That's annoying, isn't it? I just want that to be fixed.

We got everything we need to make our stay comfortable. Location is also commendable as it is only 10-15mins walk to Megamall and MRT station. The host was also thoughtful and let us stay in the unit for a while after we have checked out given that we need to wait a little longer for our next stay.

Need to double check the towels - there are some stains on it

This is the best place we’ve booked since we’ve been booking for some areas for hotel. Super cozy, good scent, and aesthetic! Coffee, napkins, tv, board games, kitchenware, and toiletries are complete.

1. Overall, the place was nice and cozy, very relaxing 2. The toiletries and plates were nice What we dislike: 1. There are cockroaches crawling on the floor and in the sink 2. The burner took us long to cook 3. There are mites on the sofabed and the bed inside the room 4. The sofabed is not comfy to sleep with 5. We were expecting to have enough blankets for the 4 of us but there's only 2 **This has been communicated with the host and they have advised that a pest control activity is already scheduled next week - holy week.

Near to my son event NBTC Manila Live held in Game Ville ball park walking distance. Many restaurants and convenient store near the area. The place is very nice good for family. The staff is very good

No laundry you have to go to the next building across the street and No free parking you have to pay extra 600 pesos per day. But if you don’t have car near to MRT station and public transportation very accessible to area.

Had 4 room sprays constantly working, had to put them to the balcony, smelly bathroom, far from everything

Smooth check-in, lobby staff were polite and friendly. The unit is spacious, smelled good-- each corner literally has an electric room freshener ; equipped with cookingware and a touch of fancy tablewares which goes to show that the hosts have gone the extra mile for these stuff. Great location: malls,banks and other services are within walking distance. It was good timing that the weekend night market at Greenfield Park was nearby-- nice place for good food/drink and live music. I really had a very comfortable stay. The host is responsive and provided a personalized copy of standard instructions. Fast wifi. Will def return and will endorse!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Jezhuel! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything we needed plus extra! The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants downstairs. The unit was aesthetically pleasing with a cozy and relaxing ambience, and all the home appliances worked. So comfortable! Babalik-balikan! Highly recommend!

Clean and tidy with kitchen equipment that makes sense for once. Big new TV and nice view. Quiet. Wifi is superb!

Bed is too small, 2 people lie like sardines in there. You have to pay for the pool (150P) and cant even use the gym, what a shame.

The location was great. It was centrally located to where I wanted to go. There’s a convenience store nearby. The Fame Mall is a few steps away. There’s a foreign currency exchange by SaveMore (hours open:10am to 5pm). The air-conditioner was lovely to have in the humid weather. The unit has a keypad access to the unit. Late check-in was not a problem. There are card games etc. available to use to keep the family entertained. I didn’t get to try the swimming pool nor cook in the unit due to our tight schedule. Overall, I would stay again with family.

This unit looks like a model unit. I would have preferred to have the tables clear and ready to use. It’s not a big deal . You can do it yourself and put the decorations & dinnerware etc on the side when not in use. I booked three units in the same Tower at the same time for other family members. I preferred this unit. The only thing it needs is a washing machine that both the other units had.
