Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Το διαμέρισμα ήταν εξαιρετικό. Οι παροχές άριστες. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ την κυρία Αλινα για τις παροχές καθαριότητας. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ άνετος επεξηγηματικός και φιλικός. Το κατάλυμα είναι πολύ κοντά στον σταθμό του μετρό και του τρένου οπότε δεν δυσκολευτηκαμε καθόλου με τις μετακινήσεις. Παρόλο που η περιοχή είναι λίγο υποβαθμισμένη, ήταν ασφαλής. Δεν είχαμε κανένα πρόβλημα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ.

Gli asciugamani, la carta igienica e i prodotti per il bagno erano presenti in quantità sufficiente. Posizione comoda, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Napoli Centrale e dal centro. Ci ha accolti la signora Mikela, gentile e disponibile. Nell’ingresso c’è un angolino con il frigorifero, il lavandino, il microonde, piatti, bicchieri e posate. Nella stanza c’è anche un tavolino con le sedie per mangiare. Consiglio!

Un parfum d'intérieur utilisé beaucoup trop fort et vraiment gênant (il a fallu aérer et quitter le logement à l'arrivée car c'était insupportable) Une chaleur très difficile dans l'espace cuisine commun Une seule clé notamment pour la porte qui donne dans la rue donc un peu compliqué quand on est un groupe (quelqu'un doit descendre ouvrir la porte) Ascenseur coute 10 centimes (mais l'appartement est au 1er étage)

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war ausgezeichnet. Insbesondere das Kochgeschirr hat uns gut gefallen. Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten hervorragend. Auch der kleine Balkon war sehr nett. Die Lage war ideal, viele Geschäfte, Lokale und der Bahnhof in der Nähe.

Przydałaby się szafka na ubrania (Są tylko wieszaki na specjalnym uchwycie przy ścanie) i więcej miejsca w lodówce na swoje rzeczy

The neighborhood was sketchy and very noisy at night as it’s above a bar. In the apartment too many colored lights. The bed was so uncomfortable. Had a hair on the bedspread that wasn’t mine the first day but the bedding was changed by the host very quickly which I appreciated.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026We were warmly welcomed on our first day in Naples by Pepe, who showed us up to our apartment and gave us a tour. It consisted of two bedrooms and a bathroom, which provided plenty of space for our family of four and made an excellent base for exploring the city. The apartment was clean and included a fridge, TV, and air conditioning. There is a well-stocked fridge and a selection of snacks in the reception area, all very reasonably priced. The location is excellent too. It's about a 10-minute walk to the station, close to the National Archaeological Museum, the historic centre and City Sightseeing bus. I have read in previous reviews that people were concerned about the area near the station, particularly at night, but we were often around the station or in the streets nearby and didn’t feel threatened at all. We just found it a busy area.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Goed verblijf in een “appartement” dat midden houdt tussen een appartement en een hotel. Bijna iedere dag schone handdoeken en ons bed is in die 7 dagen ook ververst. Fijne badkamer. De kitchenette moet worden gedeeld met het tweede appartement
De kitchenette is super eenvoudig. Meer dan koffie en theezetten kun je niet. Blijkbaar wordt er toch vanuit gegaan dat je ontbijt en diner buitenshuis nuttigt. Wij ontbijten toch liever rustig thuis (we verbleven ruin een week) en hadden dan best eens een eitje willen koken of zo. Ook is er geen broodmes oid

Good communication, helped us get a shuttle service from airport although it's pretty easy to reach, roomy apartment, not too far from center or the train station. Bevegerages in the fridge with price list, although that's also something some people don't like, I'd much rather have an empty fridge and fill it myself but to each its own.
Coffee costs 1 euro. Just go have coffee outside or buy your own. Many sketchy people hanging around the area late at night, wouldn't venture around the neighbourhood at late hours with valuables, doesn't feel very safe. Area and neighbours downstairs are noisy, and the windows are not sound proof. Hairdryer seems like a toy one. Ironing board is small, like the ones for sleeves. Old towels (they were washed, but they were old and stained). Main bedroom AC did not work properly, rest of the rooms had good AC. Our phone chargers were used without permission to charge the lamps in the rooms, which I found rather disrespectful for handling guests belongings.

Vicinissima alla stazione dove si raggiunge in due minuti, ed è vicino anche al centro raggiungibile pure a piedi. Nelle vicinanze della struttura ci sono ristoranti di ogni genere e pure generi alimentari.La casa è grande c'è spazio per 6 persone adulte, tre camere da letto, e si trova ogni cosa dal frigo al forno........., per non parlare di Giuseppe che unico nel spiegare e dare consigli nel visitare la bellissima Napoli. Sicuramente ritorneremo.

Reviewed May 23, 2026Hele vriendelijke en attente host die bijvoorveeld ook de transfer vanaf het vliegveld voor je kan regelen. Appartement is zeer ruim, schoon en comfortabel. Ligging goed tov centrum, vliegveld en trein station.
De directe buurt zelf buiten het gebouw is wat rommelig, laat ik het zo zeggen. Binnen heb je er geen last van en je zit ook zo in het echte centrum, maar je moet er even doorheen.

Appartement confortable, nous étions une famille de 4 personnes nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons réservé deux appartement différents dans ce même établissement, nous en sommes ravis. Je vous recommande cet établissement ! Pepe et Michiella sont d’une hospitalité incroyable, nous avons pu laisser nos bagages dès le matin pour profiter tranquillement de la journée. Das Zimmer war groß und gut eingerichtet, das Bad sehr gepflegt. Von der bahnhofstypischen Umgebung sollte man sich nicht abschrecken lassen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
