We loved the view from the hotel and the complimentary snacks and drinks. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

The bath towel and breakfast were not included for our 4 year old son. It was the first time that happened to us in a hotel. However, in the end, the staff did provide a towel for our son. We would also have liked to be able to access Netflix on the tv.

Het uitzicht was uniek, erg prachtig huisje! Het is ong 12 min lopen naar het stadje, dus prima locatie! Aardig personeel. Veel leuke en gratis spulletjes.

We kwamen eerder aan, helaas geen mogelijkheid tot eerder inchecken wat ik kan begrijpen. Shuttle bus is er maar een paar keer per dag, dus vooral gelopen. Het is erg steil dus als je geen auto hebt, kan het wel even pittig zijn. Ontbijt is 2 keer van de 2 dagen fout gegaan. Eerste dag hadden we gevraagd om 09:00 maar ze stonden om 08:00 hard te kloppen op de deur en waren ze ontbijt voor 1 persoon vergeten. 2e dag kregen we de verkeerde bestelling.

On est ravie de notre séjour dans cet hôtel: - Avoir sa petite "maison" face au mont Fuji est vraiment un must. Durant notre court séjour (2 nuits), nous avons pu longuement l'admirer et faire un barbecue sur la terrasse (à réserver). - Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. - La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et la literie de qualité. - Le petit-déjeuner vous est servi dans votre "maison", vous devez choisir les mets durant le check-in. - La station de train est à environ 10/12mn à pied (et des lockers de toutes tailles y sont disponibles).

super Blick zum Fuji

Домики хорошие, просторные, особенно после отелей в Киото, и комфортные. Хороший вид на Фудзи. Но это все!

Основным негативом была такая история: Мы с другом остановились в этом отеле. И на следующий день поехали к горе на станцию 5, но так как был не сезон восхождений, вся инфраструктура и транспорт работали в упрощенном режиме, и мы об этом не знали. Как итог, мы оказались на 5й станции, где ничего не работало, автобусы перестали ходить в 18:00, такси вызвать невозможно, никакого персонала на станции нет. В этой ситуации мы смогли связаться только с отелем и очень сильно просили их прислать отельную машину, вызвать такси, предлагали любые деньги за оплату поездки их машины, позвонить в полицию или службу спасения, но нам безразлично ответили, что такие услуги не оказывают и вообще, у них рабочий день заканчивается(ресепшен этого отеля работает до 21:00). Переписка длилась около часа, но кроме отписок и важности личного графика персонала ничего не услышал. В итоге, мы остались ночевать на улице на этой 5й станции, температура в середине июня была не выше 0. Испытание было крайне неприятное. В 3 часа утра приехал персонал и какие то ребята туристы встречать рассвет на Фудзи, вот на их такси нам и удалось спуститься вниз. В 4 утра мы были в отеле. Никогда я не встречал такого безразличия от сотрудников отеля, которые фактически единственные люди в незнакомом городе, которых я знаю, у которых есть все мои данные. И получается, что отель вроде симпатичный, чистый, видовой, но какие ужасные люди там работают, трудно передать словами. И на мой взгляд, хорошие люди, это намного важнее всего остального!!! Поэтому советую очень-очень хорошо подумать стоит ли останавливаться в таком месте и доверить себя таким людям. Я точно не вернусь в это место!!! Думаю, написать жалобу в букинг. На мой взгляд, это называется оставление человека в опасности Мелочи про стучание в дверь с завтраком, хотя с вечера оставил на двери записку на английском, уже наверное не так критичны.

Staff is very friendly. Watanabe san was a highlight, always very kind and helpful in explaining everything. View is amazing, when Fuji san wants to show its face. The infrastructure of the accommodation is great!

A bit far from the city. A laundry would be of a good use. The barbecue option is only worth if used on the rooftop. If you have to exceed the hours and have to make it indoor, better go to a nice restaurant instead.

Nous avons tout aimé dans cet hôtel. La vue époustouflante depuis la terrasse la chambre et la salle de bains. L’équipe est aux petits soins et la grillade très bonne. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Accueil très chaleureux. Beaucoup de petits cadeaux. Vue exceptionnelle depuis la baignoire. Le service de navette pour nous amener à la gare est très pratique. C'est très amusant de moudre son café avant de le faire infuser.

J'aurais souhaité pouvoir un peu choisir le contenu du petit-déjeuner car c'est bizarre d'avoir un hamburger dans le menu enfant du petit-déjeuner.

Vues magnifiques sur le Fuji depuis les chambres, la salle de bain et le toit terrasse. Personnel très sympathique et souhaitant vraiment vous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Chambres très confortables.

Peut-être ajouter des produits locaux pour le petit déjeuner.

Staff were super helpful and kind. We arrived late after normal check in and they waited for us, they drove us and our bags up to our room - the Toki is a group of self contained houses. We had a house with 3 bedrooms, double bath and shower rooms, garden and balcony. Everything was very well done with thoughtful touches like face masks and coffee beans. Our daughter was unwell while we were there and the staff helped us to book an appointment at the local hospital and to explain the situation.

There was a steep hill from reception up to the room which was tough in the heat, but staff drove us up and down and ordered taxis to our room. The advantage of the hill was the unobstructed view of Mount Fuji as we were lucky to be there on a clear day.

There is no washing machine, and the beds could be a bit more comfortable.

Place was very comfortable and we loved watching morning sunrise from the terrace . The view of Mt. Fuji was beautiful. We loved our stay and it exceeded our expirations.

The location

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my Japan and Korea trip. The hotel is incredibly modern, with impressive technology throughout and stunning views of Mt Fuji. The room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and equipped with outstanding amenities. What truly made the stay special was the staff. Every team member was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive. Their service was exceptional.

Rooms were amazingly clean and staff was very attentive and helpful! The view of Mt Fuji was also amazing! Room was spacious and beds very comfy.

Beim Buchen war ich ein wenig skeptisch, was das für eine Apartment-Anlage ist. Angekommen, waren wir begeistert, die beste Unterkunft in drei Monaten Japan. Zudem wunderschöner Blick auf den Fujisan.

Nice little chalet-style villas on the edge of the village. View from the rooftop was absolutely stunning. My Fuji is only visible 80 days a year, so think carefully before you plan this trip! Team are really friendly and helpful Its walkable to the high street and to the lake. Beds were really comfortable but are separated singles, not a double.

Strange smell in the chalet, like being in a butcher. Chalets felt a bit bare and basic but the price is v affordable so I shouldbnt complain! You have to book your breakfast and the time you want it for each day on arrival and that can feel like a bit of an ambush :)

The location and the roof top view are designed perfectly. The staff were extremely cooperative and guided us through the Typhoon instructions.

Genial! Unas vistas impresionantes del monte Fuji te esperan si no lo tapan las nubes. Nosotros tuvimos mucha suerte y lo vimos los dos días que estuvimos allí. Amenities maravillosos, muchos detalles de lujo. En recepción hay incluso para coger sales de baño de todo tipo, palomitas variadas, cafés, etc. Te llevan el desayuno a la casa y tienen servicio de traslado a la estación incluido. El personal es muy atento y amable. Teníamos un proyector para ver pelis como en el cine. Maravilloso todo!!

Perfect view of Mount Fuji in most of the rooms in our Villa even the room with 2 bath tubs. We had a bbq on our last night. The place is beautiful. The staff is very accomodating. We want to go back and stay longer next time.

It's uphill so I think they should provide a golf cart to go up to the Villa. But if you have your own car they have parking for your car.

The property was gorgeously situated along the edge of a forest. It was quiet and quite lovely. We stayed in a 3x bedroom villa, which was a great size for our family (3x adults 2x children). We loved the baths and the bath salts. On arrival, we had a chiffon cake of Mount Fuji waiting for us, which was lovely. Fridge was filled with water, beer (for adults) and apple juice (for kids). It felt like being welcomed home.

Unfortunately, it was rainy during our stay - so Mount Fuji was not visible. The view was magic just the same — beautiful part of the world.

Der sehr schöne Blick auf den Fujisan. Zudem waren die Mitarbeiter herausragend freundlich. Unser Sohn hat eine Lebensmittelallergie und die Mitarbeiter haben sich sehr freundlich darum gekümmert, ihm ein spezielles Frühstück zusammenzustellen.

Very comfort room, great service, the shuttle bus helps, but it is not a must have as it is close to the station. The highest point is the view to Mt. Fuji from all apartment windows including the bathtub in the second floor.

I would prefer a queen size bed instead of two separated single beds, I did not notice it was the only option when I booked.

This hotel is worth all the good reviews! The staff is very friendly and helpful - we arrived at the hotel before check-in time, but they took our luggage and when we arrived for check in it was already in our room! They also offered free shuttle service to take us back to the train station when we checked out! The villa is also amazing! You have two floors and a third which is a terrace. The 2 floors each have a bathroom which include a bathtub with Fuji view! Also from each floor you have an amazing view to the mountain. We also got very nice amenities sets and a complementary mt Fuji cake which was delicious! The terrace is also superb with benches and an umbrella to stay there while enjoying the amazing view.

Everything about Toki was really amazing. My family enjoyed our stay even for just one night. Everyone wished that we could have stay more days. The big screen played a great role when we had our karaoke night. We love having the Mt Fuji day and night.

地點非常好，景色超級棒，每個窗戶都可以看到富士山

沒有洗衣機非常不方便，尤其是我們住宿天數多的旅客非常不方便

宿泊棟の2階、屋上のみならず1階からも富士山が見られる。2階の風呂からも見られる。夕食のしゃぶしゃぶ、ワインビーフが良かった。

2階の窓はきれいだったが、1階の窓ガラスがよごれていた。

Mooi nieuw complex. De locatie was top; wij hadden het geluk om Fuji twee dagen heel goed te kunnen zien. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en doet zijn best zich verstaanbaar te maken in het Engels, zelfs met vertaalapp in de hand. De chocolaatjes en cake van Mount Fuji bij aankomst waren erg attent (en lekker)! Verder een ruim aanbod aan amenities die naar wens werden aangevuld. Ook zonder aanvulling hebben wij twee avonden ‘skincare night’ kunnen houden. Water en andere dranken werden op verzoek ook aangevuld.

Enige nadeel voor ons, voor zover je het een echt nadeel kan noemen, was dat er grote kieren tussen de raamverduistering zaten. Daardoor was de kamer een baken van licht: ‘s avonds / ‘s nachts door de buitenverlichting en ‘s ochtends omdat het buiten vroeg licht wordt. Verder zou de schoonmaak bij aankomst iets beter kunnen. Wij kwamen een paar haren (niet van ons) tegen en het huisje was wat stoffig.

We had a wonderful stay at The Toki and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic, with breathtaking views of Mount Fuji right from the property – waking up to that view was truly special. It’s also conveniently located for exploring the Kawaguchiko area while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. They went out of their way to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable, and their hospitality really stood out. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and well-designed, making it a perfect place to unwind. We would absolutely love to return.

Amazing location with prime views of fuji. Great apartment with everything you need, well equipped. Some nice surprises in the fridge, fuji cake which was delicious, really great experience overall.

Everything about this property was exceptional! The views of Mount Fuji were incredible. The big open windows and the rooftop views out of this world! The staff were so friendly and accomodating. The little touches like the Fuji cake on arrival, different bath salts to choose from for the bath that looks out at Fuji and the breakfast delivered to your room each morning. The kids loved the unlimited popcorn and watching a movie on the giant projector screen at night. Us grown ups loved sitting up top with the inclusive beers and enjoying a BBQ while looking out to Fuji. Our favourite accommodation in Japan. Will be back as soon as we can!

Exceptional view of Mt fugi. The staff where very helpful and informative, the property was very clean and well looked after and the free shuttle bus in the morning if you don’t have a vehicle is a life saver though town is not to far of a walk

Cleanliness, views, staff.

We stayed at this place for 2 nights early April. It is from a walking distance to Kawaguchiko Station, but the establishment also offers shuttle service at fixed hours from the station. If the weather is good, the house R9 offers extraordinary view on Mount Fuji. We could see clearly Mt Fuji at all hours of the day, from sunrise (even from all our beds), lunch at dinner table and at the rooftop for sunset. The rooftop offers bbq possibilities to enjoy the view on Mt Fuji.

Breakfast and dinner are not included. Breakfast need to be booked in advance and not many choices. For dinner, we need to eat outside or buy groceries to cook/bbq at the house. The stairs between floors inside the house are quite steep.
