The staff were very friendly, the whole place was very clean, the kitchen was always stocked full of snacks and the air-conditioning worker really well. This place was an oasis in the center of Rome

Nothing The only thing was the elevator stopped half way up the stairs on each floor so it would be difficult for anyone in a wheelchair.

Alessia was very helpful and always available to speak. The room and apartment were very clean. They offered a complimentary which I didn't expect and it was really appreciated prior to starting a long day of exploring Rome.

Around the entrance to the building is a little dirty, but the host can't do anything about that, it's just normal in Rome.

チェックインしづらい💦　入り口も分かりにくい。他のエリアでも、同じ様な、セルフチェックインのシステムのホテルは経験して来たが、入館の為のメール（入り口などの暗証番号）は、もっとわかりやすかった。 エアコンに、やや不具合があり、反応が遅かった。最終的には、起動したが… 後、チェックアウトが…10時は、早過ぎる。

숙박객을 위해 음식들이 준비 되어 있어 밤 늦게 또는 아침 일찍 나갈때 유용했고 침구도 깨끗하고 숙소와 소통이 잘 되고 엘리베이터도 있고 근처에 마트도 있고 전반적으로 좋았음.

Acceuil et infos au top. Disponibilité des hôtes. Des petits gâteaux a disposition et de quoi manger un petit sandwich. Chambre très bien.

Si je devais reprocher un truc et ça n est pas la faute des hôtes c est les gens qui traînent en bas de l immeuble avec leur bière. Mais nous n avons eu aucun problème. C est juste peu engageant surtout pour des femmes seules

Bien situé, chambre spacieuse, espace commun super sympa quelques boissons et nourriture à disposition sans frais supplémentaires l’attention fais toujours super plaisir. Contact 100% disponible en cas de besoin . Si nous revenons sur Rome nous pourrions revenir sans problème.

Attention pas de parking privé comme annoncé comme point fort sur booking.

Das Appartement befindet sich in der Nähe zum Bahnhof Roma Termini. Es ist ein kleines Hotel mit nur 4 oder 5 Zimmern, wirkt sehr familiär. Es ist sehr modern eingerichtet, sauber und sehr geräumig. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie informierten uns auch, wie wir trotz Generalstreik zum Flughafen gelangen können. Die Gemeinschaftsküche war zu unserer Überraschung nicht nur mit Geschirr und Geräten ausgestattet, sondern auch mit Lebensmitteln (Brot, Obst, Butter, Wurst, Käse, Milch, Joghurt, Kaffee, Tee,...).

Das Doppelbett war etwas schmal für 2 Personen.

Great location , super clean and a kitchen with snacks complimentary for the guests.

Esta guesthouse encontra-se muito bem localizada e com ótimos transportes.

Pros: Staff was very nice in greeting us. Little kitchen area stocked with goodies and fridge had snacks and drinks. Very clean room and comfortable. Clean beds, sheets, plenty of pillows, and towels. Stairs are spacious to walk up to 4th floor. Cons: Located on the 4th floor. Elevator is very slow, small, and 2 ppl max. When we arrived we were greeted with a sight of a guy drinking and smoking in front of the main entrance and there was a guy there, just hanging out the whole day. When you get up to the 4th floor you have a code and enter that "apartment" that has 3 or 4 rooms and the kitchen area to share. Here is where the problem was; an Arabic family was staying in the other room, and they were rude, loud, inconsiderate and disrespectful. Banging their doors, the child running around, and they threw their trash right there in the hallway in front of our door. They were loud all hours of the night and every time they yelled or banged their door our door was not tight so it would make additional noise as if someone was trying to open the door to our rooms. The host were trying hard but if you get stuck with a family like we did, good luck getting any rest. Oh btw; we were gone most of the day and just wanted to relax after a full day of activities. I would advise to reach out to the host if you happen to get obnoxious neighbors like ours.

The hosts are great but they are not always there and if you get stuck with a family like we did, good luck getting any rest. Clean and well serviced apt. Plenty of self help food items in fridge and kitchen. Great location.

Bellissimo soggiorno in una posizione strategica.

The location is very close to Roma Termini, making it highly convenient for arrivals and departures by train. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with air conditioning and a TV. The kitchen and common area were exceptional, fully equipped with appliances and stocked with a wide variety of food items—particularly convenient for families traveling with children. The staff provided a warm and seamless welcome, with clear communication prior to arrival, including detailed instructions and helpful guidance to locate the property easily. They were consistently responsive, kind, and attentive throughout the stay. The property was bright, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained. Overall, the experience was outstanding, and the property is highly recommended.

Even when using the lift, some stairs must still be navigated, which can be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage or a baby stroller.

L’appartement était idéalement situé à deux pas de la gare. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Alessia et son équipe. La chambre était parfaite et très propre. Tous les équipements nécessaires étaient présents (frigo, bouilloire, cafetière…). La cuisine commune est parfaite et la mise à disposition de nourriture est un réel plus. Merci pour tout. Je recommande sans hésiter.

At first, I was worried that the room was too small for family of 3 but I was mistaken. Especially the foldable table below the window is super practical and offers nice views at breakfast. The well stocked kitchen is the highlight, with the free dairy, bread, spreads and coffee. Bathroom was surprisingly big for such a small apartment and looks quite modern, with lot of natural light. Very pleasant staff as well, we had some nice chats. It wasn't a problem to find the place nor to enter the building and the suites during self check in. The location was perfect for us. Close to Roma Termini, it's so simple to reach it from the airport by the train with no changes, go to the city center with metro and leave for another city by train or plane. There are also very good restaurants in the vicinity, one just across the street (make sure to make a reservation).

More power sockets around the bed would be practical. Either night table light or charging was possible, not both. The suites aren't completely accessible due to a couple flights of stairs so operating a stroller was a little hurdle. Having to put in the access codes at the door makes this a little harder, but one can memorize them fast. It's easy to hear other guests which can bother some people's sleep. Also, maybe due to our past experience, we didn't always feel comfortable with the various groups standing outside just next doors, apparently due to the betting scheme going on there, but to be fair, nothing ever happened.

テルミニ駅から徒歩すぐ。チェックアウト後も共有スペースに荷物を置かせてもらえて助かりました。 簡易的な朝食や飲み物、フルーツも自由に食べれて、 助かりました。清掃のスタッフもとても親切でした。

Staff was rude. Lift only accommodates 2. Even after taking lift you have to climb 1 floor. Difficult with large luggage and baby.

Lexie Suites is phenomenal. The room was ready when we arrived. The staff reached out to me in a very timely manner to answer any questions we had and to give me instructions to get into the place and sent me pictures of the building so it was easy to locate. A common area is exceptional with some food and all appliances included. Very convenient. KUDOS to the owners and staff who manage this property. I am impressed with the cleanliness, staff, and I will definitely recommend Lexie Suites to friends. I am hoping to stay here again. Thank you to all staff!! The location is perfect.

A Alessia foi muito prestativa, ajudou no transporte entre o aeroporto e o apartamento. Localização excelente, próximo ao cruzamento das duas principais linhas de metrô de Roma, e perto da estação de trem. Os apartamentos são muito confortáveis, e tem a cozinha à disposição que realmente nos faz sentir em casa.

Deve-se ter atenção na rua. Mas nada que desabone. A nota continua sendo 10!

La cocina compartida estaba muy completa, podés desayunar y tomar un snack al volver de tu excursión. Encontras frutas, yogurt, panes, leche, mermelada, jamón y queso entre otras cosas. La limpieza es otra cosa a destacar. Súper cerca de Milano Centrale.

Konumu mükemmeldi, roma termini durağına yürüyerek 5 dakika mesafedeydi. Çaprazındaki restoran çok iyiydi. Ortak alandaki mutfak, sunulan kahvaltılık ve atıştırmalıklar çok güzeldi

2 bebekle birlikte seyahat ettiğimiz için eşyalar ve bebek arabasıyla birlikte asansörü kullanmak zordu. Asansör dardı ve ara kata kısa da olsa merdiven çıkmak zorunluydu.

Great location close to Termini train station on a quiet street. A metro station is nearby, but actually most major attractions are within walking distance. The suite is spacious and includes a private bathroom. Super clean. The kitchen is shared with other apartments but is fully equipped, and complimentary snacks, fruit juice, coffee, tea, and more are provided.

Excelente localização junto à principal Estação de Comboios de Roma (Roma Termini) com comboios directos para o Aeroporto de Fiumicino. Cozinha partilhada com pequeno-almoço self-service incluído no preço da estadia. Funcionárias simpáticas e disponíveis para ajudar, presencialmente ou por WhatsApp. Quartos confortáveis e recentemente renovados e local bastante sossegado para dormir à noite. Wifi disponível, ar condicionado e pequeno frigorífico na sala. Existe ainda um supermercado e alguns restaurantes na proximidade.

Nada que mereça ser referido.

테르미니역에서 가깝고 추운 날씨에도 숙소는 따뜻하며 온수도 아주 잘 나왔음. 또한 숙소가 조용하며 아침 조식을 먹을 수 있도록 간단한 식사 재료들이 아주 잘 준비되어 있다. 다음에 로마에 방문하게 되면 다시 이용해도 좋을 것 같다

La estancia con mi familia en Lexie Suites ha sido muy cómoda y agradable. El espacio ha sido suficiente para 4 personas y el alojamiento estaba muy limpio. Añadir la atención de Alexia y el resto de su equipo, con quien era posible contactar directamente, incluso tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos pan sin gluten para mi hija y para mi cuando les comenté que las dos éramos celíacas.

No hay nada a destacar que no me gustara.

Lexie Suites was a pleasant surprise. The good quality white bedding, the general feel as well as the well stocked kitchen was exceptional. Alessia and Grace were friendly and attended to every need. The room was cleaned every day without any additional costs.

The entrance door on the street did not look good and created the wrong impression.

Pulizia, gentilezza del personale, immediatezza nelle risposte, soluzioni ad ogni esigenza. Posizione ottima, vicino alla stazione Termini e anche alle fermate degli autobus.

Il divano letto purtroppo non era molto comodo.

The most amazing welcome: kind and helpful staff to greet us, a kitchen stocked with goodies we could freely use, everything bright and superclean. Best hairdryer ever too!

깨끗하고 무료 음식이 있어서 아침 일찍 이동할 때 너무 좋았어요 위치도 떼르미니역 도보권이고 주변 맛집도 많아서 좋았어요 관광지랑 거리가 있어서 부지런히 걸어 가시거나 버스 티켓 많이 사셔서 다니세요 (일회권 티켓 파는 곳이 의외로 찾기 힘들어요)

마지막날 변기가 막혀서 샤워실 배관이 역류해서 씻지못 해 다른방 사용 가능 때까지 기다렸다 씻어야했어요 친절하셨지만 씻는 것 때문에 저희 일정이 꼬여서.. 변기 사용에 대한 주의사항 등 안내가 있다면 더 좋을 것 같아요

A formal breakfast was not included but a well stocked kitchen was available 24/7. Fresh bread, cold meats and cheese, yoghurts, milk, fresh bananas oranges apples, coffee percolators, crockery, cutlery. We ate lunch out of the kitchen one day. Property had very good security. Lifts worked well.

Our suite had a double bed in one room but inly bunk beds in the larger room. Comfortable beds, but was just a bit hesitant about the bunk bed initially.

Très bon séjour chez Alessia. Appartement proche de la gare, propre, cuisine bien garnie pour le petit déjeuner et très pratique avec un enfant en bas âge (prêt de lit bébé et chaise haute). Accueil sympathique et hôte toujours disponible. Merci pour ce séjour !

Petite remarque: on ne capte pas très bien le wifi lorsqu'on est au fond de l'appartement côté table à manger.

Todo el apartamento estaba súper limpio. La ubicación muy buena, muy cerca de todo. Así el tiempo se aprovecha al máximo. Las chicas muy amables. Todo estuvo genial.

Lo único que no me gustó es que los contenedores de la basura estuvieran en el mismo portal

Above and beyond expectations! - Super friendly staff and quick communication - The kitchen is an unmarketing marvel which contains loads of bonus stuff (coffee, fresh fruit, tea, breakfest etc) - Location is excelent with 5 min walk to central station which offers access to anywere in Rome - The ceiling is very tall and gives the sense of space
