Sehr großzügiges Appartment, gut ausgestattet. Auch auf der Ausziehcouch schläft es sich gut. Anbindung in die Stadt sehr gut und gleichzeitig in der Nähe des Cottageviertels, ein sehr grünes Villenviertel, das zum Spazierengehen einlädt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend.

Sehr schöne Altbauwohnung, modern eingerichtet. Es war am Pfingstwochenende seh heiß; dank der dicken Altbauwände und moderner Isolierung blieb die Wohnung jedoch angenehm kühl.

Nichts zu erwähnen.

Taxi "gratuit" pour le transfert depuis l'aéroport totalement nul : n'attendait pas au débarquement, nous a arrêté une première fois dans un lieu en banlieue tout à fait inapproprié. À l'arrivée dans la rue de destination a stoppé devant le 15 alors que l'adresse était au 29. Compte tenu du sens unique, nous l'avons guidé sur notre GPS pour une grande boucle mais il a de nouveau dépassé le 29......nous avons fini à pieds sur 100 m!! Seul pont à améliorer dans l'appartement, parfait à tous points de vue sinon : changer absolument le mitigeur de la douche dont la température est très difficilement réglable.

Die Gastgeberin war äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr nette Begrüßung mit kleine Goodies. Aufenthalt Tipps und welches die beste Anbindung in die Stadt ist.

The place was very clean and located in a safe neighborhood. Everything we needed was provided, including utensils, household supplies, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. The bed was large and comfortable, and there was also a sofa that worked well for three people in total. The homeowner was kind and even left helpful little notes, which we really appreciated. There’s also a supermarket just 100 meters away, which made things very convenient.

There is no bidet, so be prepared. There is also no microwave. For tea lovers, note that there are no teapots or similar items. Early risers should be fine, but late sleepers may be disturbed by the sound of people upstairs in the early morning.

Eine gemütliche Wohnung in einer ruhigen Lage mit allem was man benötigt und einer guten Verkehrsanbindung. Bushaltestelle und Supermarkt sind direkt um die Ecke. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und antwortet schnell.

Es gibt lediglich eine Kommode für die Kleidung und einen Kleiderständer. Bei zwei Personen im Winter und mehr Kleidung wird es eng alles unter zu bekommen.

Ein wunderbares, charmantes Altbau-Apartment, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an absolut wohlgefühlt. Angenehm ruhig und sehr gut ausgestattet, inklusive einer Küche, in der es an nichts fehlt. Die Vermieterin war zudem sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit – die Kommunikation verlief unkompliziert und sehr angenehm.

Sehr gemütliche Einrichtung, sehr gute Anschlussverbindungen in die Innenstadt, viele gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Sehr schönes Altbauappartement, Betten sehr bequem, die Lage in Währing war für uns optimal. Supermarkt und Bäcker direkt um die Ecke, gute Anbindung ans Zentrum.

Die Lage im Erdgeschoss war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn man die Fenster öffnet, schaut man den Fußgängern direkt in die Augen.

Nice location, very well linked to the city center (15-20 minutes) through a bus. Clean Apartment provided with all the necessary furnishings.

Very spacious and well located apartment that is within walking distance to bus stop that has buses going to town, close to SPAR supermarket, parks and small shops around Wahringerstrasse. It was nicely cooled in the mild summer that we were there.

Nothing much as we enjoyed our stay. If anything, probably deeper cleaning for the toilet.

Good location, with convenient supermarket, bar, restaurant and bus stop very close by. The journey to the centre is easy, cheap and very frequent. Everything worked in the apartment and everything was provided for a comfortable stay. It was very quiet. Like everything else in Austria, everything works, everything flows smoothly and you always get great service.

Lovely apartment in a calm neighborhood. Well connected to the city center by metro, tramp or bus. If you are looking for a comfy and quiet place to stay in Vienna, this should definitely be your choice. Anna is very welcoming and will help you out with anything you need. The bed and sofa are king size and very comfortable, perfect for 4 people. We had a wonderful time and won't hesitate to repeat in the future.

Everything was just perfect. Lot of small details that made our stay awesome (like cooking olive oil, and hairdryer that was very useful). Nevertheless, a bit more of storage capacity like an extra closet, would have come in handy. Apart from that, no complaints! Thanks for everything Anna!

The accommodation is located near the center of Vienna, comfortable, beautiful, clean and tidy. It had everything we needed for a short stay in Vienna and we felt very comfortable in it. Our host was extremely kind and helpful. We highly recommend this accommodation and would love to visit it again

Very nice place with a real Viennese ‘altbau’ apartment vibe: creaking parquet floor, 3 meters high ceiling, wooden double doors and more. Perfect for a family with a kid, well conected by public transport with various parts of the city, grocery store and restaurants close by. We enjoyed our time there a lot and plan to come back.

It is a ground floor apartment with windows facing to the street, so it felt for us a little exposed, but after some time we got used to it. It was very difficult to regulate water in the shower, it was either too cold or too hot.

Lovely, clean and beautifully furnished apartment! Anna was so friendly and helpful and had left little gifts for us when we arrived. She even went out of her way to send us an item we forgot after having left. No complaints at all!!

Everything. Very comfortable, clean, perfect for a family with one teenager girl. This will be our alaways choice when we will be in Wien. We were here for concert and thx to this accommodation we will come for other concerts too.:)

If you start reading this, hurry up to book this place! The apartment is incredible! The neighborhood is quiet and you can hear the sound of a singing birds. There is nothing that I missed in the apartment during our stay. Exceptional cleanliness and comfortable bed. There were some private handwritten notes for us with some sweets and a bottle of champagne for welcome. The apartment was perfect. Spacious , very clean, the kitchen had everything you need. The surrounding area is beautiful, with parks, playgrounds, sports areas etc. The public transport can be easily find near the hotel.

The appartment is spacious and comfortable and has everything you need to feel at home. It has excellent transport links to the rest of the city and the neighbourhood is quiet and full of beautiful parks. The host was very considerate and tried to make things easier for us since we were travelling with a baby. I can recommend this appartment wholeheartedly.
