Das Hotel, die Anlage und die Zimmer waren wirklich schön und gepflegt

Wir hatten am Tag unserer Anreise schwarze Haare in der Dusche (wir sind beide blond), einen leeren Seifen Spender in der Dusche und hatten den Aufenthalt als kurze Wellness Auszeit anlässlich des Geburtstages meines Freundes geplant. Umso frustrierender war es bei dieser Preisklasse, dass Sauna, Pool und Wellness Bereich am ersten Tag ohne Vorankündigung geschlossen waren. Man sagte uns wir könnten ja stattdessen zum örtlichen Schwimmbad gehen.. Ich informierte das Personal per Mail über meinen Missmut bzgl Sauberkeit und Service, die Mail wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht beantwortet. Auf meinen erneuten Hinweis beim Check out auf besagte email versprach das Personal, sich nochmals bei mir zu melden und der Sache nachzugehen. Ist bis heute nicht passiert. Wirklich enttäuschend, da hätte ich bei dem Preis deutlich mehr erwartet!

Service and staff was exceptional and very attentive to our needs

We had a steak dinner in the Restaurant and the quality of the Steak was sub par we barely ate half of it and indicated to the waiter that it was tough and gristly. He made no attempt to rectify this so that would be my only disappointing part of our two stays at your facility

Amazing rooms, big and modern. I loved the gym and the pool area. Easy to park, quiet except for the road close to it, and totally new.

Let’s get this out of the way straight away: we only went to Campbell River because I found this hotel. The motels in the surrounding area aren’t very inviting. We had a perfect week here. A large, modern and clean room. The staff were more than friendly – absolutely brilliant. We also had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant – the food was excellent.

Wafer thin – you can hear the toilet flushing from upstairs. And the indoor pool could be a bit cleaner

Staff were exceptional

We decided to stay at NPL this year after a wonderful stay last year. It’s popularity may be working to the detriment of its guests, as amenities that you are paying for through the Resort Fee may not be available because of tournaments or buyout of facilities. That was the case for us and it made a much anticipated visit a bit of a disappointment.

Comme il y a 3 jours 😊. RAS parfait. L'accueil au top, la vue de la chambre, la propreté, l'amabilité. On y passe 1 seule nuit car c'est un arrêt sur notre route, mais il serait facile d'y passer plusieurs jours grâce à la piscine, le spa, le golf, un très bel extérieur avec patio et bar à l'extérieur.

The hotel was in a lovely location with wonderful views. The restaurant overlooked the sea and there was a good selection of meals at a reasonable price. The room was spacious and comfortable, although cleaning had to be asked for. There was decent coffee making facilities in the room and milk and makings could be had from reception. A nice touch was waterproof jackets in the closet if the weather was bad, but we were lucky and had lovely sunshine for our four night stay. The hotel is in a good location for access to Ucluelet and had some lovely beachside walks.

The deposit taken on my credit card still had not been returned, more than a month after my visit.

Breakfast was not included. It was very tasty and the server was top notch. Pricey? The room and bed were very comfortable. Next time we would choose a mountain/golf course view.

Room was over the parking lot (floor 3). Quiet but only glimpses of the ocean/town.

The staff were outstanding professional, genuinely friendly, and always willing to help. The resort is beautiful and modern. The customer service was truly one of the highlights of our stay.

Unfortunately, during the nights of our stay I woke up with multiple unexplained bites on my ankles and lower legs. I cannot say with certainty what caused them, but they occurred overnight while sleeping in the room and caused significant discomfort. I hope the resort thoroughly inspects the rooms and bedding, as this is not something guests should experience at a resort of this standard. I am mentioning it so future guests can be aware and so management can investigate the issue.

Top notch resort. Staff tripping over each other to assist you. I really enjoyed my stay.

Its a toss up. Construction across the street facing east but good sun in am. West rooms face golf course. Id choose quieter west side next time.

there was just a nice relaxing atmosphere, I have a high paced job so nice to unwind between work, love the fire pits and the service was stellar!!:)

wish there was a points club to earn points for future discounts for frequent usage would be nice to have in place, better rates for repeat customers, also some incentive for people that are not golfers as the resort fee refers to the spa-golf-shuttle service etc and there wasn't much for me to access within the resort fees perhaps discount on restaurant food/Drink .

Abwasserleitungen leider nicht gedämmt, deswegen sehr laute Geräusche bei Nutzung der Toilette oberhalb.

Banger of value! This is marked as a 3 start hotel but is 5 stars easily. Amazing rooms, restaurants, lounges at a great price. Zero complains!

Quicker service on the outdoor patio

I was very impressed with the staff and how helpful they were. I had assumed that my room would have an ironing board and a microwave, which it did not, however they were happy to bring those things to my room. We also loved the dog washing station, and the friendly welcome that our dog received. The bed turn-down with the tea and cookies was really nice. A decaf tea would be a good addition before bed, since the green tea was caffeinated.

The sauna and steam room were not very clean. I used them both at different times over 3 days, and it did not appear that they had been cleaned from day to day. I was not there on a busy weekend, and I was the only person in the area most of the time. Sometimes there would be 1 or 2 others in the pool. Another guest said that she felt that the steam room was too dirty to use. It would have been nice to see a staff member assigned to cleaning the area and reorganizing the furniture around the pool and games area.

Had trouble with coffee machine. No instructions.

The location is close to the highway so easy for someone travelling through & just stopping for the night. Beautiful grounds & excellent, very clean rooms. Coffee was perfect, the water in the room was a great touch. Bathroom was amazing

Das Hotel ist super aufgestellt. Zimmer top und die Lage ist toll. Schwimmbad, Whirlpool, Golfplatz, Sauna - alles vorhanden.

Heel fijn hotel, hele fijne kamer in een leuke omgeving. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. 2 nachten verbleven zeker de moeite waard. Bedden waren ook fijn.

Very comfortable & large, spacious rooms, bed/pillows & linen/towels a big thumbs up, balcony was a good size & we used it. Great facilities around the hotel; pool, hot tub, sauna & steam room were all clean with plenty of space for everyone. Extremely friendly & helpful staff; reception, concierge & a shout out to Debbie & Rhonda from housekeeping, very pleasant & hardworking ladies. The restaurant served excellent food & the bar excellent cocktails. A very comfortable experience all round.

It’s unfortunate that in building the hotel they didn’t consider soundproofing the rooms or that when the people in the room above flush their toilet, it sounds like a torrent of water coming down the inside wall. A mistake that can’t be rectified now, but a consideration if you are a very light sleeper.

Echt een heerlijk hotel, goed bed, leuk zwembad met bubbelbad en sauna. Je kunt een prima ontbijt krijgen (tegen betaling) en vriendelijk personeel.

Er zitten geen drangers op de deuren. Toen onze buren voor 7.00u het hotel verlieten, zaten wij rechtop in bed door de klap die de deur gaf.

We loved a superb corner room with seperate lounge (tip - ask for one overlooking the golf course. Staff were excellent in most areas. Golf course and facilities were top notch although probably not too satisfying if you like lots of distance. Spa facilities excellent.

Only disappointing experience was the hotel’s a la carte restaurant. It needs work in all areas but particularly staff training in what fine dining actually entails. Staff are all willing but there is no evident management or training to deliver the experience and food quality is variable at best.

Spa was superb. Golf course immaculate. Dining excellent. Lots of staff, most of whom were very friendly.

Discrepancy on room rate but soon sorted out. Booking.com’s advertised ‘Meal plan’ did not exist.

The beds were comfortable, the sun on the deck was amazing, the view of the golf course and grounds is spectacular and they really did think of everything! Dog wash, treat bag for your pup when you arrive, friendly staff, good food. Highly recommend :)

The facilities were fantastic. I had 2 separate spa treatments (RMT and a nordic spa) and both were amazing. The service and staff is fantastic, everyone happy to help! Excited for my next stay, next week :)

Everything was beautiful. The beds were really comfy and the staff was excellent. We really appreciated the unexpected turn-down service too, it was a really nice touch.

The other doors in the hallway were slamming quite loudly at 7:15am and woke us up. Perhaps some noise inhibitors on the frames could make that less irritating.

New hotel so clean and modern. Concierge team welcoming and very professional.

The reception team seemed disorganised and not overly helpful whereas the concierge team could not have more professional and helpful. We decided to use room service as we were weary from travelling - the food was OK and service was good. As a new hotel I would suggest that staff need more training and to be more aware of quality of service. Location quite a long way out of town - you need a car and no public transport options

The room is very clean and organized. Front desk staffs are friendly with big smiles all the time. Coffee machine also worked perfectly. My overall experience is excellent and will book again for future trips to this region.

Sunset Terrace is not open for Mondays and Tuesdays. We didn’t get to try it unfortunately.

If you are not into Golf the hotel is a bit far away from the ocean. Not really noise proof.

Staff. Tried to charge nearly twice the agreed fee and stated that they did not recognise Booking.com and couldn’t honour the Booking.com price. We had to return to the property after we had checked out meaning we had to change our travel plans. Finally got the fee agreed after much discussion with manager.

Die Zimmer werden grundsätzlich gemacht. Jedoch wurde zum Beispiel die Douche nie richtig gereinigt.

Booked and paid for a corner room and ended up receiving a room next to the corner room and was told it was a corner suite which it wasn’t…… was expecting a larger balcony based on booking a corner suite which we did not receive!

Very nice room, spacious, clean, and with a very good restaurant with really exceptional food. Also, the place on the outside is nice. You can sit and enjoy a cocktail at a gas fireplace.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit tollem Aussenbereich (viele Sonnenliegen, grossem Schwimmbad, Sauna und Whirlpool im Freien. Grosse Zimmer mit Balkon. Von dort hatten wir einen phantastischen Blick auf den Hafen und die schneebedeckten Berge. Alles neu und sehr gepflegt.

Für den Baulärm aus dem entstehenden Wohngebiet in der Nähe kann das Hotel nichts.
