The location was v suitable for our needs. I liked it that I could admire the Petronas Twin Towers in the day and at night fr the window just outside the room. The facilities in the room were adequate for our needs.

We noticed that although there was an electric jug there, there wasn’t a single cup/mug in sight for use. The shower water in the bathroom drained very slowly and we didn’t feel comfortable standing in the dirty water while showering. Whenever we go to KL, we’ve been staying at Expressionz since 2023 and we’ve found that most of the units there have this problem. We hope it could be rectified soon.

Het zicht op de tower was wel leuk. Het tweepersoonsbed was gelukkig groot genoeg om met 3 in te slapen.

- Wij hadden een kamer genomen met zetelbed voor mijn zoon, daar kon hij onmogelijk in slapen. Volledig kapot langs de binnenkant. Zelfs zitten deed pijn. - Ontbijt was sober - Badkamer rook niet fris

​I had an incredible experience staying at Expressionz Professional Suites in Kuala Lumpur. The apartment was absolutely perfect and spotlessly clean from top to bottom. ​One of the biggest highlights was having a washing machine and a dryer right in the unit—a massive plus for travelers! It made my stay incredibly convenient and comfortable. ​The staff deserves a special mention as well. They were extremely kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. Nothing but praise for this place! ​Highly recommended, and I will definitely choose Expressionz Suites again for my next trip to KL!

Acorde alas fotos, cama cómoda e instalaciones correctas.

El supermercado del hotel clarisimo. Personal antipático, y te persiguen. Para subir a la terraza es un odisea, te dan 7 veces las normas de vestimenta, la piscina buena de pago. La ubicación en metros es buena pero esta al lado de una carretera y te hace dsr toda la vuelta a la ciudad par air a cualquier sitio o andando, ni los taxis/grab quieren cogerte.

It's a service to apartment but not accessible to health the club but I like the apartment.

Not so friendly staff and not accessible to health club even for viewing the city. The room I got it and photo shown is different. Also swimming pool do not have petronaus Tower view

I had the best room with the best view in floor 47. It was a great experience for me, thanks a lot to miss Aida. She made it possible, was very friendly and helpful.

I wished, the rooftop pool had a shine under water. In the evening and night it’s too dark.

I was disappointed because I booked a Deluxe Room on Booking.com, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was given a different room that I did not reserve. The room was located at the back and felt isolated, and overall it was not a pleasant experience.

Die Lage und das tolle Apartment.

Nádobí v kuchyňce bylo opravdu málo. Žádný hadřík na utření nádobí. Pokud by chtěl někdo vařit tak opravdu nelze.

Muy bueno. Son mini apartamentos con todo equipado hasta lavadora. La atención muy buena y tiene pileta infinita con vistas a las Petronas que hay que pagar 5 euros para entrar pero merece la pena

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location was absolutely the highlight of my stay. We had a wonderful time at Expressions Professional Suites :-) Loved the Infiniti Pool :-)

Öncelikle oda temizliği için gelen görevliler gülez yüzlü insanlardı. Ne istediysek hemen isteğimizi yerine getirdiler. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar da aynı şekilde, güler yüzlülerdi.

Clean and close to PYL station

You get a beautiful 1bhk with all facilities.It is great place tobstay for longer duration especially if you are coming with family.Before booking this property Google reviews made me confused as the reviews were bad but my personal experience was really good

* We were in a very high floor and the view was amazing. * We had 2 very comfortable rooms and they were clean. * It was great that the building had mini supermarket at the ground floor. There was a very nice Turkish restaurant close by (walking distance) where we enjoyed dinner too.

* I didn't like the quality of body wash and shampoo. I wish they had hair conditioner too. * Security deposit was charged but no one checks the apartment condition before releasing it, so I thought it was pointless taking MYR 200 in cash as the security deposit. * I think the previous users of the room had smoked, so the apartment smelled a bit.

Location is perfect

Plastic water bottles , most travellers just need a tap with clean water , TV didnt work and both fans were confused but liked the friendly staff and the location

Teníamos habitaciones doble con cama matrimonial. Eran dos colchones de una plaza puestos uno al lado del otro, muy incómodo para dormir porque se siente la unión. Las toallas estaban muy viejas, incluso la de manos tenía manchas. Para usar la pileta de la terraza que se ve en la foto hay que pagar aparte. El personal mala onda. Ubicación muy mala, lejos de todas las atracciones.

Ausstattung und sauberkeit

Das am letzten Tag internet nicht funktionierte Und es vom nachbarzimmer nach zigarette roch.

Gute Ausstattung.

Wir haben uns die Unterkunft ausgesucht, weil wir Silvester gern auf der dachterasse/Pool feiern wollten. Heim Check in am 29.12. haben wir nachgefragt, ob wir ein Ticket buchen können. Es hieß, dass dies nicht nötig sei und man am Tag selbst beim Eingang des Pools Eintritt bezahlt. Am 31.12. hieß es dann auf einmal, dass man nur mit Ticket zutritt bekommt. Wir konnten aber dort keins kaufen. Die Rezeption war zu dem Zeitpunkt auch schon nicht mehr besetzt. Dann hieß es, die Terrasse sei voll. Während wir dort mindesten 30 Minuten gewartet haben, sind jedoch noch 10 weitere Leute mit einer privaten Schlüsselkarte raufgekommen. Super schade. Ansonsten war es eine tolle Unterkunft und die Aussicht war auch traumhaft.

A vista era muito legal. Eu fiquei no 20th andar. Dava pra ver as torres do meu quarto. A piscina tb é bem massa. Com uma vista muito legal.

As meninas da recepção são muito simpáticas e prestativas. Já os caras são insuportáveis. Principamente o segurança que fica na entrada dos elevadores. Toda hora que eu voltava pro prédio e ia em direção aos elevadores os seguranças insistiam em ver a minha chave. Sendo que o acesso aos elevadores só é possível com a chave. Pois tem uma porta de vidro antes, que só abre com o cartão. Não tinha o menor sentido de ficar chegando se eu tinha ou não a chave. E só lembrando que pra acessar a piscina ou academia tem que pagar antes. Tem um terminal na recepção que vc pode comprar o ticket de acesso de forma autônoma. Aqui um dos caras do staff foi me ajudar a comprar o ticket. Super grosseiro tb. Nem precisa explicar nada, a final no terminal e super auto explicativo. E ele insistia que eu tinha que me trocar primeiro, descer alí no terminal pra comprar o ticket e depois ir para academia. Insisti que não fazia sentido. Muito mais cômodo comprar o ticket antes de ir me trocar. Nossa mas o cara foi bem chato. Nunca deve ter feito um treinamento de atendimento ao público. E quando eu fui acessar o local, tinha uma cara super mal educado, ao telefone o tempo todo. Resumindo. Eu achei os caras super grosseiros. Se puder evitar esse lugar, evite. Quando vc está de férias, vc quer sossego e conveniência. Não o oposto.

Restricții legate ținută, plata acces piscină nivel 48 , fără posibilitate de a servi mic dejun.Personalul lipsit de amabilitate și foarte distant in relația cu turiștii. Vis a vis de camera noastră 20-8-L era o alta camera din care se auzeau frecvent și deranjant zgomote cu specific sexual, parca asistam la un sex show live, am și reclamat la recepție pentru ca mi s-a părut jenant. Aici nu e vina hotelului, doar ca dacă nimeriți situații de genul și mai sunteți și cu copii nu este ok.

We stayed at this property for several days, and the experience was very disappointing. We asked the management for access to the swimming pool, and we were even willing to pay extra, but during all seven days of our stay, we were never able to use the pool. There is no breakfast provided, and the management is very poor. I have stayed in this same building before, and it was good in the past, but now the management has become the worst compared to my previous stay. One month before our arrival, we requested a unit near the swimming pool with a KLCC (Twin Towers) view, but when we arrived, nothing was arranged. Instead, they asked for extra money, and still did not change the room or provide the view we requested. Overall, this place is not well managed and very inconvenient. In my opinion, it is better to stay in a hotel rather than a studio like this, as hotels provide proper service, management, and facilities.

Overall a great place to stay if you want to stay at an accommodation with a clean and superb infinity pool - the views from there are spectacular and well worth the 25RM extra. There’s also a free pool a bit lower which is nice. On the compound there is a mini mart, a coffee shop and an ATM which was very convenient. 24/7 security The room was very spacious, comfy bed as well as modern bathroom.

Unfortunately in my room the window was broken and instead of fixing it they just put a signal with „don’t touch“ 😅 therefore I wasn’t able to get in some fresh air in the night. Some other minor things in the room were no smart tv just cable and no towel hangers, nor a little night lamp next to the bed, just the big ones. Also in the last night I encountered that the walls and doors are extremely thin when I could hear someone on the same floor watching TV and being on their phone until 4am. Luckily the other nights it was quite :)

Posizione a 15 minuti dalla metro e poco fuori dal centro, posto tranquillo. Personale gentile.

Tutti i servizi sono mostrati sono a pagamento, come piscine e palestra. È stato chiesto se volevamo la pulizia tutti i giorni, e abbiamo detto di no come facciamo sempre. La stanza non è MAI stata pulita per un soggiorno di 5 giorni. Mezzo set di asciugamani per persona, che ovviamente non sono stati cambiati. L’acqua calda ha funzionato bene solamente il primo giorno, poi ha funzionato davvero molto male e abbiamo fatto praticamente tutti i giorni la doccia fredda. La stanza non corrisponde per niente alle foto, manca arredamento, non sono mostrati i grandi segni di usura e il bagno ha degli scalini per accedere alla doccia che è più bassa rispetto al pavimento. Per lo stesso prezzo c’è di molto meglio

They refuse to give me back my deposit because I got more than 5 guests, they're just guest, they didn't sleep there , they went bck, but still they penalised me for bringing guest to the unit
