Perfect location near the airport, very sweet host, clean and comfortable rooms. I especially appreciated the tea! Beautiful pothos plant vines throughout the house.

Walls are thin and house is near the airport, so I recommend using the free earplugs provided.

Host Cecelia is one of the most welcoming people I have ever met. She is absolutely stunning. You can tell she cares a lot about the space she looks after.

Nothing to do with the property, but getting into New York (public transport or driving) is kinda rough, but you’re also so close to the airport. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking to explore NY city.

Dayton Dream is the best place that I have stated in. That is, the place is five minutes by Uber or 10 minutes by bus from the airport (EWN). Regarding the rooms, they are quite spacious clean and tidy. You can find everything there: a soft and large towel, a wardrobe for your clothe , and, - the most important - a comfortable double bed. As soon as I touch the pillows on the bed, as well as the mattress, I fall sleep. There is a bathroom, which is spacious, clean, and has a shower with hot water. The breakfast is also included! It is a cap of tea, some biscuits, sultana, and a few fruits. I have never heard any noise while I was staying. Wi-Fi was fast and I didn't face any problems. You could pay any currency, so I won't be surprised if bitcoin or ether is accepted next time ;) Before concluding, I'd like to note a host of this place, who is a kind and lovely woman that can make your pictures from New York! Good bless this place!

The room is big with private bathroom, very clean, the owner gave me everything i needed during my stay. i highly recommend for a good quality/price ratio for new york city.

there is not a lot of supermarket/food choices around the place. a bus that takes you straight to manathan in 40 minutes is nearby the house.

The host was extremely kind and friendly, welcoming. The room (especially the bed!) was very comfortable! It was such good value to stay at this property as staying at hotels in Manhattan were way too expensive to afford!

The best host! She went out of her way to help me out and is just a lovely person. I would absolutely stay again!

It was very cozy, comfortable, clean, and well taken care of. The host was very sweet and polite and very helpful.

The location is sketchy. The light bulbs were cold giving of a harsh white light. If the room had warm yellow light, it would be perfect

The place is like having my own home, all the facilities I need, a shop close by and also a cheap bus service into New York, couldn't wish for more. The hist was so helpful and went out of her way to help secure my motorbike too. Thank you

The room is clean. The mattress is comfortable. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the NY Bus Terminal, and it’s a leisurely 10-minute walk to the bus stop. The hostess is a lovely person. Every day she prepares fruit and something sweet for the guests—it’s nice when you’re getting ready to conquer New York in the morning. To be honest, it brought back memories from decades ago when my siblings and I used to spend our vacations at our grandmother’s house.

It was close to Newark airport, public transport was readily available. The room was reasonably priced. The shared bathroom was a delight, the rain water shower head was lovely. The bed was the most comfortable that I have slept in for a very long time. The owner was a lovely lady, striving to make the place better. One could see she was thoughtful of the traveler by seeing the things she had on hand eg: ear plugs to sleep better. A large park was close by.

The cost of a taxis was ridiculous, hence I took public transport. Having transport info in the booking material would have been helpful.

十分に快適な時間を過ごせたので特にないです。 留意点を2点追記します。 ・玄関までの階段と部屋までの階段のスーツケースの持ち運びを自分で行うので、自身で持ち運べるサイズのスーツケースがオススメです。 ・近くにコンビニやスーパーがないため必要な食料は事前準備をオススメします。お湯は使えます。

Дом расположен близко к аэропорту. Ехать минут 10 максимум. Радует, что есть трансфер. В 2 раза дешевле, чем такси с аэропорта. Хозяйка дома очень отзывчивая. С радостью приходит на помощь. Комната просторная, чистая. Ванная комната всё время находилась в чистоте. Чай, кофе в неограниченном количестве. Рекомендую. С радостью воспользуюсь еще раз этим домом.

The mattress is comfortable, and the location is near the airport, very easy to be found. The hosts are friendly and the rooms are clean.

A real home from home experience. Not only was the accommodation perfect but I was kindly driven to two supermarkets so that I could buy some food for a quick supper before retiring in readiness for an early morning flight. All amazing and a lovely end to my trip across the States!

Das Zimmer und die Unterkunft waren sehr komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man fühlte sich direkt wie Zuhause. Die nette Dame, welche sich um die Unterkunft kümmerte, war sehr freundlich zuvorkommend und bat mir sogar an mich zum nächsten Bahnhof zu fahren da der Bus in die Stadt ausgefallen ist.

The host was very communicative, responsive, and genuinely kind throughout my stay. They were always quick to reply and very helpful with any questions I had. I especially appreciated their flexibility in allowing me to stay several hours after the official check-out time, as my flight was in the evening. This made my last day much more comfortable and stress-free. Overall, the hospitality really stood out and made a very positive impression.

Die Lage ist gut - man kommt schnell zum Airport in Newark, ca 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Gastgeberin war wahnsinnig bemüht und sehr freundlich.

Ich bin alleine mit Zug und Bus angereist und muss sagen - ich hätte mir lieber ein Uber nehmen sollen. Ich habe mich sehr unwohl gefühlt alleine als Frau in dieser Gegend im Dunkeln unterwegs zu sein. Zu der Unterkunft selber kann ich sagen - die Gastgeberin war sehr bemüht und ich mag eigentlich wirklich keine negative Bewertung abgeben, allerdings war ich etwas überrascht. Ich habe im Vorfeld um ein Shuttle gebeten und dies auch vorher so kommuniziert unter Angabe meiner Flugzeiten etc. Vor Ort hieß es dann, ob ich mir lieber Uber nehmen könnte, da mein Flug sehr früh ging. Habe ich getan, war auch unproblematisch, war für mich einfach nur etwas mehr Stress, weil ich mir vorher alles schon zurecht geplant hatte. Da würde ich mir in Zukunft mehr bzw bessere Kommunikation erhoffen. Eine weitere Sache, die mir aufgefallen ist, war das Bad bzw. insbesondere die Toilette, die nicht sehr sauber war.

MARAVILHOSO! A anfitriã me recebeu depois da hora por causa do horário que meu voo chegou e me tratou com muito carinho. Tudo perfeito, me senti em casa e ela ainda me ajudou a ir para New York no dia seguinte. Não poderia ter tido melhor experiência: cama confortável, água forte no chuveiro, tudo muito limpo e eles forneceram alguns snacks, água e café. Muchas gracia, Cecília!

Host was lovely and stayed up for my late arrival to let me in. She has a lovely home with a wonderful atmosphere. Very clean and welcoming!

The place is so peaceful, I slept like a baby and it felt like home :). The place is close to the airport and easy access to NY. The house is cozy and super clean. Ms Cecilia is so kind and always ready to help the guests with any issue. She helped me get to the bus station and made sure I was safe.

The owner is incredibly friendly, such a nice person. She made the stay that much nicer. The room with the own shower was great as well and the fruits were a nice touch everyday. The bed is firm and lovely. You can use it for an overnight stay at Newark or commute to Manhatten. Perfect location and be aware of where it is when you book. All in all, very happy.

Room was spacious and had all necessary things one needs to live a better life if meeting their budget goals. Personally, liked the welcoming nature of a receptionist. Was almost immediately willing to help. I doubt if I can be like that person if I were a receptionist. I wont know how to react. She helped with quick onboard and payment was smooth too.

It was freezinh cold that night. I had already conveyed my arrival time except the fact that it needs an approval. Still did have a confirmed booking. I didnt had enough food intake that day and was exhausted and disturbed due to personal reasons. I had excruciating pain due to cold in my bare foot as i had worn slippers instead of shoes for quick movement. I expect that almost every hotel should be having receptionist for night shift. Hotels operate 24/7 as flight timing varies and guests comes at any time as per it. Surprisingly, it was new year's evening so I guess these people had not slept entire night shift. I respect them as I understand its not easy to stay awake entire night.

Pani Cecilia to rewelacyjna osoba, bardzo pomocna i życzliwa, a miejsce bezpieczne i zadbane. Domowa atmosfera i klimatyczny wystrój. Bardzo polecam każdemu, kto będzie szukał noclegu w okolicy!
