Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Very good and cheap price, and the location is very good. However, the unit is located in old condominium, the unit is also old especially the bathroom. The host was very responsive on WhatsApp. Generally, the entire unit is clean.
Good if the host can deep clean the bathroom as it has old stains which probably not able to remove just with normal cleaning. Other than that, the unit is very acceptable for the price paid.

Reviewed May 26, 2026very homely stay. the owner was very responsive and responded to our needs quickly (light not working, water supply concerns). they also have a back up plan for when the water supply is down. aircon was good. location very convenient for going to the centrepoint and to grab to other malls and sights.
like others mention, the building is rather old, but the apartment itself is very clean. the water supply also went down on 1 of the days but came back before night time

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026The apartment is in a good and convenient location for our purpose (to attend a wedding). Needed an apartment with a washing machine and sufficient space to dry the washing..it ticked that box. It's next to Centre Point shopping mall. There's food court and a supermarket. Tip: use the side entrance. Read reviews about the old, saggy and stained couch. The host listened and acted. There was a different couch and also two had throws over them. The host also acknowledged and acted on one of 2 issues I pointed out. The other should be fixed for the next guest. Though the whole complex is rather dated but again for our purpose it is satisfactory. It sure is no Hilton but if you're not fussy, you'll survive.
If the number lock for the mail box could be changed to one with larger numbers and not silver against silver (hard to read when shined on with the touch as the lobby is dim) that would be good. Numbers are too small (read elderly eyesight 😂) Oh the water pressure is not great, guess this is usually an issue with being in an apartment. Had stayed in several apartments previously and water pressure is usually lacking (a Malaysian thing 🤔)

噪音大大，一是处于亚庇机场飞机起降线上，所以飞机噪音很大，二是对着门口马路，窗户玻璃是单片玻璃，旁边的房子又把声音聚集起来（看图片）所以噪音很大，晚上很容易被吵醒。如果把铝合金窗改成断桥中空玻璃可能会有所改善。

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026It was very comfortable for our family of five to stay here. With three bedrooms, everyone slept well and comfortably. After the Sapi Island tour, we were able to do laundry thanks to the washing machine, which was very convenient. The place was clean, hot water worked well, and the air conditioning functioned properly. Security was also good, which made us feel safe during our stay. It takes about a 10-minute walk to reach the Waterfront, and Gaya Street is only a 5-minute Grab ride away.
Since some units are occupied by residents, we could occasionally hear footsteps or running noises from the upstairs neighbors. However, it was not disturbing late at night and did not affect our stay.

Aircond di bilik tidur utama kurang sejuk kerana alat kawalan jauh tidak berfungsi. Dicadangkan supaya dibaiki atau diganti dengan aircond baharu serta disediakan penapis air atau water dispenser seperti Coway untuk kemudahan tetamu. untuk keselesaan pengunjung.

The kitchen is inadequately equipped, only meant for heating up food, not for cooking. The shower cubicle needs a proper cleaning. Couch makes skin very itchy for some reason. Tv is a projector that is difficult to watch during the daytime. The condo needs an uplift, it looks very run down.

一開始進到門內有股濃濃的“蝦味”，但時間久了有可能習慣了，就聞不太到😄，主臥浴室掛勾有幾根壞掉了，毛巾與衣服沒得掛☹️，外面的浴室建議放一個止滑墊，這樣比較安全....還是推薦啦！

Ceon was very helpful throughout our stay. The place is also elderly-friendly, with a working lift and easy access to the unit. It's within walking distance to the Pasar Filipin for shopping and Todak Waterfront for enjoying seafood.
