I live locally but rented this apartment for my mother who had come to visit. Excellent location with some great views. Stunning decor and facilities available were everything that you could possibly need. Friendly host who took time out to talk to us when I came to pick up Mum at the end of her stay.

I asked Mum this and she couldn't think of anything save this - and by her own admission its very picky and a personal choice. She said next time she stays (and she really wants to) she would bring her own pillow as the ones supplied were too soft for her.

It was calm, the interieur was soothing and the service was easy. I stayed on day longer, because I liked it.

Uns hat alles gefallen😁. Die Wohnung 5 im obersten Stock ist riesengross und ausgesprochen geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Badezimmer ist auch gross, wobei die Nische mit dem Waschbecken eher schmal ist. Schlafzimmer mit grossem, bequemem Bett ist nach hinten ausgerichtet, wo kein Strassenlärm mehr zu hören ist. Obwohl das Appartement nicht klimatisiert ist (Ventilator wäre vorhanden) und es zu der Zeit richtig heiss war, ist die kWohnung doch angenehm, weil das Haus ab 4pm Schatten hat. Die Lage war für uns top. Ruhig, gepflegt, super Aussicht und nur kleiner Spaziergang bis zu den Restaurants. Bahnhof Ramsgate ist ziemlich weit entfernt. Von da fährt nalle paar Minuten der Loop Bus. Nächstgelegene Station ist Connonbury Road und dann noch ca. 7 Min. zu Fuss zum Haus. Check In/Out total einfach. Der Vermieter ist unkompliziert, gibt auf Fragen unmittelbar Antwort und sehr entgegenkommend.

Die Treppe in den obersten Stock ist tatsächlich sehr eng. Für uns kein Problem. Wir hatten nur Handgepäck. Wird aber schwierig, wenn jemand nicht gut zu Fuss ist oder grosse Koffer bei sich hat.

What an absolute delight. Home away from home. Such a pleasure. And David’s friendliness and willingness to host and ensure our comfort was a real treat. Look forward to returning when we need a weekend away

Superb room with original features combined with modern amenities. Breathtaking view. It was our second time and by no means the final one.

We have the Green Room suite 1, it was amazing, the location, the view, the attention to detail, from the snacks, biscuits and decor, to the comfy bed, the quirky door, we absolutely loved it, and the owners were lovely, thank you, 100% recommend

We were lucky to find street parking around the corner, so my only "didn't" would be parking because even the long term that we could find near by was 15 hours. But we got lucky...

We love this place. This is our second visit and will come back again. The suite is to a high standard and everything is quality. It is so refreshing to have good mugs and glasses. It also smells really good. Lovely touches include the snacks and water. The bedroom is very quiet and we didn't hear any noise from other guests on either visit. The balcony is a wonderful place to watch the world go by.

We would have liked our two rooms to be cleaned and serviced. We were there for 8 days so needed more cleaning. Mugs, plates and bowls in rooms are old and stained. They need to be replaced.

We loved everything about the property , its character , interior decor and design. The bed was comfortable the suite had everything required , Feels like a home from home. Beautiful property, the room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, little extras were very thoughtful although we didn't need to use such as ladies provisions in bathroom, crisps, biscuits and coffee machine included in the tea/coffee area. On arrival in the downstairs hallway were additional provisions tea, coffee, milk etc and individually wrapped croissants which I thought was a lovely gesture although all were gone by the time we went out!

Excellent location. Rooms are lovely , comfortable.

Would highly recommend anybody to stop here. Hopefully we will again!

I’ve been before. It’s a fabulous view. Generous space. Beautifully furnished. Everything accomodate has been t hot off such as a fridge, big cups, tea etc. cheaper than Travelodge. No comparison.

This very steep stairs! But it’s not impossible snd it is the top floor.

We enjoyed everything about it

Every little detail has been thought of. Really comfy bed. Amazing shower. Great charity shops down the road. Loved our stay. Great to be able to get there have a few snacks and a cuppa and just chill.

Beautiful decor, such a comfortable bed and lovely sheets! didn’t want to get out of bed!!! lovely shower too. very nice shower wash. sweet that there was a selection of biscuits and tea and coffee etc. lovely balcony. I so wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent location in the older part of Ramsgate with sea views from the windows. Very helpful owners. Easy access to the centre of Ramsgate and walks along the coast both to Broadstairs and Pegwell Bay.

Absolutely loved this little gem, beautiful decor nice little touches throughout , the hosts have taken time and effort to make your stay as comfortable as they can. The veiw from the enclosed balcony with sash windows was lovely and the binoculars were a nice touch, sitting drinking coffee in the morning watching the boats come in ❤️ everything was spotless beds were comfy and smelt so fresh, shower had exceptional amount of power always lovely and hot, had a nice relaxing weekend, thank you we will definitely be staying again, we stayed in the blue room in my opinion with the enclosed balcony with comfortable chairs was the decider for us and were certainly wasnt disappointed

There isn't anything not to like.. however just for advice the parking on the street out the front does have restrictions between 9am to 6pm and it gets very busy, the nearest other long stay car park without restrictions was down the hill in the town where we paid £9.30 for 15hours which was ok. The second night we managed to get parking out the front

The room is beautifully decorated, and it was really nice to have a separate lounge and sun room as well as the bedroom. We enjoyed having a coffee while looking out at the sea each morning. The coffee provisions were great, especially having decaf pods available. The bed was very comfy.

We probably should have checked the room pics better, we didn't realise that the shower and toilet wouldn't be in a fully separate bathroom. It wasn't the end of the world because there are other rooms for privacy. The shower door is a bit tricky to close which makes it hard to stop water spilling out

My room this time was on the second floor, access via narrow winding stairs which makes it a bit tricky to negotiate with a case.

Location was excelent overlooking the harbour, the room was as the photos very large and everything had been supplied, the bed was very comfortable

The only down side was that parking was hard to find, outside the property were meters 2 hours max £6.00, no charge between 6pm and at 9am but free time taken very fast, we did find a place down some back streets but took some time and a walk

! Wow, I have never stayed in a one-room apartment as beautiful as this one. The view was amazing, and the decor was breathtaking—even the ceiling was a delight to look at! The apartment had everything and more, including a fridge, handy for chilling the wine and snacks. It was so nice that I didn't want to go out in the evening; I was perfectly happy just relaxing with a bottle of wine I booked the green room, and after my stay, I immediately returned to Booking.com and booked the yellow room on the next floor up for a visit in July. It was a fabulous stay. Thank you!

One silly little thing: I do not like the coffee machines. Down to my personal choice, it's too strong for me! but was a great choice of coffee if you do So I went and bought a jar of instant, So maybe just a few of the instant satchets .thank you

The location was excellent and the suggestions left by the owners about where to eat were very helpful. The property was clean and well maintained with lots of added extra treats and touches. This was very well priced for such a beautiful sea and harbour view.

The bathroom sink was very small but this was understandable considering the space it needed to occupy.

The establishment offers more value than what is incorporated in price. It is clean, well decorated and comfortable. The binoculars were very helpful in viewing the sea. The host is swift in communication. The appliances and furniture are very good. I would choose to stay here again, if I visit Ramsgate in future.

Location was great, right at the top overlooking the harbour. You can walk everywhere and there's quite a lot to do around as well. The room was much bigger than we expected and it was perfect for our nights stay. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The only small bug-bear is the parking. When we arrived late Friday morning, we managed to park right behind the hotel, but Friday evening, we went to Margate, and when we came back, parking was really tough. I'm sure we probably missed a trick here, but we managed to find a space a few minutes away in the end, which for us was no drama. If you are an older couple or struggle to walk, just bear that in mind.

The house and the top apartment we stayed in are beautifully and comfortably decorated. It felt so cosy - and homely. The views from the lounge were excellent and we enjoyed having our morning coffee watching the boats coming in and out of the harbour. There was coffee and tea, biscuits and pastries provided. The bed and bedding were comfortable and we slept very well. The house is quiet and well situated. The shower was great - nice and hot and the bathroom and towels were immaculate. We would have stayed another night if we didn't have to get back home for work. We were able to leave our belongings in a room at the back of the house and we had a nice chat to the owner about some of the interesting historical features of the house. We will come back again!

It was beautifully furnished with thought given to every convenience. Nothing was worn and care was given to add extra touches throughout. It was spotlessly clean. The view was quite incredible. It was a complete treat to stay.

Nothing. I’ve very picky and hate bad service and places that pretend they are something special When they are not. It is a bit of a climb to the top floor but it’s clearly stated and is part of the character and charm of the building.

Really lovely well looked after rooms! Absolutely spotless, great location, great views. Bed was comfy, decor great and all the little touches in the room made it stand out! Communication from owner was also great!

Our only issue was that we could hear upstairs walking around most of the night and early morning. Very loud foot steps. Of course not much can be done about this.

I enjoyed my short stay here. High quality accommodation at a reasonable price. Everything was a smooth process and easy. Will stay again!

This home is fantastic, clean with fantastic amenities. The hosts were super helpful and left us with a recommendation pack, snacks and water which was extremely sweet. The location is incredible, facing the ocean and only a short walk to pubs and restaurants. Everything was clean and tidy, and was an absolute steal for what we paid. We will definitely be returning in the near future, 10/10 property.

Das Bett im oberen Studio war leider sehr schmal. Das untere Studio war sehr hellhörig. Die Gäste im darüberliegegenden Studio sind nachts leider sehr unruhig, was dazu führte, dass unsere Mitreisende schlecht geschlafen hat.

Traffic sounds from the main street outside is a bit annoying. Some info on parking would be useful, plenty of street parking nearby for free as it turned out.

Great communication. It was the little touches coming into the property and within the rooms (umbrellas, extra coffee, sweets, croissants all in the hallway. Hairdryer, Plates, extra cups, crisp, biscuits in the room). We were in the crows nest on the 3rd floor. The rooms were very clean and had a real homely feel, loved the decor and being able to sit and watch the boats come and go.

There was nothing we didn’t like! The stairs are a little narrow up to the room which could be difficult with bulky luggage, but we were made aware of this before booking so not an issue.

Great property extremely clean with a fantastic view of the harbour and the English Channel beyond. As for the amenities everything you could want or need was supplied. We met Corrine and Dave the owners and I must say they couldn’t do enough to make the stay perfect and their knowledge of the area and places to go to eat and have a nice time was brilliant. Also must as an after thought put in if you want a roast Sunday dinner look no further then the Bedford Inn what a dinner unbelievable.

Very nice interior, with a great view over the sea/harbour. And we have walked from Paragon Home in Ramsgate to Margate along the beautiful coast with cliffs.

We loved this place. Spacious, elegant, comfy, water, tea, coffee, nibbles too, shampoo, and shower gel. Lots of extras in case you’ve forgotten anything. Great communication, helpful suggestions as to where to eat and go to. Just 1 night simply wasn’t enough to enjoy this wonderful establishment. Great shower. Big bed, classy, just loved it, would live in if I could. Thank you
