Shame there’s no lift. Only because I had a heavy bag.

Nettes Hotel,, sehr sauber, nicht weit vom Bahnhof entfernt, nette Kneipen in der Nähe.

We had a three-bed room which was pretty spacious and nice for my toddler daughter. Location near the Thames was our favourite part. The kitchenette was super. Location was the best part. Richmond was really busy to walk with a toddler but amenities were close and we visited the park by bus.

The double bed felt quite small. Random three chairs in a row facing a tv on a wall was a weird choice. Decor was basic and not considered in that regard. Also the light switches were super confusing.

The location, cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff, easy to book.

The faucet over the bathroom sink was too large for the sink and made it impossible to use the sink for anything other than hand washing. I was in the basement room and the area outside my window needed to be cleaned. A phone to contact reception would be handy.

Amazing location! Walking distance to everything. The kitchen in the room was super helpful too. Oh and there is air conditioning!! Life saver

It could have been nice to have water bottles in the room. Also my kettle was shedding something in the water so I did not use it.

Location was ideal for exploring Richmond and environs. We had a room overlooking the river. The cleanliness was excellent. We were able to get breakfast just across the road at a lovely independent cafe, Cappucin. Although there were numerous places close by that we could chose from in Richmond. We enjoyed dinners at Bill's and also The White Swan gastro pub.

There wasn't anything particularly that we didn't like.

The bathroom was tiny and we had to pay by the hour for an earlier check in, given the facilities seemed a bit excessive. Our room was an off lay out, we had an L shaped room, walking in we were on top of the bed then had the bathroom, kitchen area and cupboard space all next to one another down a single corridor. Fine for a night.

La situation géographique, la propreté de l'établissement, l'accueil agréable et aimable du personnel,, très à l'écoute. Nous avons bien apprécié la climatisation et la vue.

O apartamento é pequeno, mas tinha tudo o que precisávamos para a nossa estadia. Estava completo e bem organizado. A localizacao para o endereço que íamos estava excellent muito perto e você faz tudo de apé :)

Como éramos duas pessoas, sentimos falta de alguns talheres. Havia apenas uma faca e uma colher pequena de café. Seria interessante disponibilizar mais talheres e utensílios para duas pessoas.

The hotel was in a fantastic location for Richmond by the shops and the river. The room was nice and clean and the facilities were ok.

There was some noise from the front of the hotel when the sheets were being delivered late at night, but nothing apart from that

The room had everything we needed for a short stay. Brilliant air con; in the heatwave this was very much appreciated. Brilliant location. Literally walk around the corner to the river. Brilliant Italian restaurant next door and the Ivy on the next block meant we didn't have to go far to have a wonderful meal .

Staff at the front desk were indifferent. No cheery hello or have a nice day. It would make a deal of difference to be treated as a valued guest. As an older couple we did find the third floor room a stretch. If we visit Richmond again I would request a room on a lower floor.

Central location, spacious room with basic cooking facilities which was handy traveling with a 6month old. Very clean and comfortable.

Asked for a cot upon booking, this wasn’t in the room upon arrival. Asked for cot and had to put up and make ourselves. With no instructions or mattress. Requested extra pillows on day one, never received any. Receptionist quite unhelpful when asked questions regarding local area.

Location and proximity to Richmond centre

No lift for overs 60s with cases put on 3rd floor and steep stairs. Needs to be more explicit in details. No breakfast. No space in room other than lying on bed. This is not a hotel to spend any time in other than sleeping.

Fantastic location, well thought out rooms with a good kitchenette. A/c was a wonderful thing to have.

We had two rooms one of them was a good size, and the other was considerably smaller, but all were well equipped for a comfortable stay.

Paid for a room with a view, was not put in the room I paid for Multiple times through the night someone tried to enter my room. Unsafe and left first thing and requested a refund

The staff were very nice & helpful. The room was great, a comfortable bed & nice linen. We booked a small double but it had everything you needed & more. A kitchenette with appliances, iron & board, hairdryer, complimentary slippers. Very clean a great hotel in a great location. Would definitely come back. Thank you.

My only very small criticism was that the morning light was coming through the blinds. Blackout blinds would be better, especially in the summer months.

I traveled for attending a wedding, this hotel was close to the venue, it was very handy for us and great location with plenty of restaurants and cafes and shops around, clean room and friendly staff

Overpriced. Tiny room, no space to move or sit, despite the room description listing a "seating area". Small bed for two people. Kitchenette is a nice idea, but we had no need for it. Would prefer some chairs or space to move/get changed/hang things up. No-one at reception when I arrived at about 5pm. Had to wait for someone to appear, and when they did, they offered no welcome or apology. Disappointing when paying such a high rate.

The room, bathroom and mini-kitchen are great. The bed is comfortable. And at the moment, having quiet and efficient air-conditioning is brilliant. This is our third stay in this hotel in the past few months.

The bedroom was overlooking the main road and was very noisy. I did not sleep well during the 3 nights we were there. I was convinced at one point that the window was open, but it was not. From what I could see, the windows are only single glazed. and so the sound reduction is minimal.

Fantastic hotel in a wonderful location. Very quiet but surrounded by a buzzing area.

It knocked 1 point off for no lift. Bu the staff did find me another room which was better for me.

Had a room which faced out to the road and there must have been a bar very close by, was very noisy. It went quiet eventually 😌 There are no tea/coffee making facilities but even a bottle of water would have been appreciated.

Sehr ruhiges Zimmer mit Super-Betten! In der Küchenecke konnten wir einfache Speisen selbst zubereiten (war aber kaum nötig, da in der Umgebung unzählige Restaurants sind). Jeden Tag gab es frische Handtücher.

It was clean, conveniently located for the meeting we wanted, a ground floor room was great for my disabled husband, it was air conditioned and the dog was allowed to stay.

It was very basic. The room was a strange shape with a small window down a ‘corridor’ the shower was difficult to use and the pillows were hard. No breakfast.

Tenía escaleras. No tenía ascensor y no recuerdo que lo indicaran. La habitación era ridículamente pequeña y el baño ni te cuento. No sabían explicar donde podías dejar el coche. La recepcionista correcta pero cero ganas de ayudar. Alguna vez que volvimos no estaba en su puesto o estaba con un amigo charlando. Por la mañana no había nadie y había un cartel vengo en 15 minutos, paso más tiempo, y tuvimos que dejar las llaves ahí tal cual.

Air con in the bedrooms and they listened to my request for a ground floor room

The location is great. The room was exceptionally clean and modern and the use of space for kitchen is clever.

Nothing. The only issue that would apply to those with mobility issues is the absence of a lift. Didn’t bother us.

My room was in the basement, small but very well appointed. However, there is no lift and no one to help you. It was a lot of stairs to carry your bags up and down.

Hotel was more than fine with comfy bed and place to work. Bathroom was nice to.

Staff were rude and uninterested to help. We were left in reception for about 10 minutes with no one there trying to check in. No answering the phone or bell. Finally someone appeared it it was almost like we were putting her out, with her uninterested attitude she should be no where near front of house. Such a shame as a good hotel

A brilliant location. Whilst rooms on the small side, perfect for the single traveller or a couple. Accommodation really well equipped. I had everything i could want. With a window overlooking the river Thames it was perfect. Close to restaurants, riverside bars, shops and transport it was ideal. No lift but reception staff offered to help with luggage.

We stayed 5 nights and booked 3 bedrooms. Because of heavy luggage without a lift, we asked them to keep the ground floor rooms when we booked. Unfortunately, one of the rooms were 2nd floor. They changed the room next day as promised. Each room has a small kitchen.

The housekeeper left all their cleaning equipment and often garbage right at my door. There were so many lights/standby lights on right near the bed all night and there was a lot of light coming in from around the door
