Unique Apartments Tromsø

We had an amazing stay! The staff was super helpful and even upgraded us to a different apartment when we discovered a small problem in the original one that we had booked. They were very kind and also had great recommendations for restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to come back some day.

Brandalarm piept om de zoveel minutem. Mogelijk batterij leeg of zo. Receptie zei dat het 5 minuten lopen was naar het centrum. Dat klopt niet. Dat haal je niet.

Uusi, moderni ja siisti paikka. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällinen. Hyvät sängyt.

Ruokailuvälineitä oli kaikkia 4kpl. Astioita olisi voinut olla enemmän.

Modern,bright,good location.

There were some issues with items missing such as information booklet,faulty induction hob but staff were helpful in trying to resolve these.

Vaisselle manquante, pas de tire-bouchon. Attention caution de 5000 NOK demandée pour deux nuits.

Je n ai jamais reçu en retour le dépôt laissé à mon arrivée. Il y avait beaucoup de cheveux sur le tapis du salon et le canapé.

Very good clean spacious and close to city Bus stop out side . Walking distance if you have the right foot wear . Comfy beds .

Depending on your time of arrival and transport better to have a online checkin instead Of going to a hotel to put one hundred deposit and pick up a sheet explaining stuff better to be done by email and a payment link for the deposit.

Modern property with great view Good location to centre but be prepared for the 15 minute walk up hill from the centre

Clean spacious relatively near to city centre but need to walk like 10mins. Not that much of a fun walk when it’s super icy so remember to use the spikes Overall great place

- Very nice Appartement, cozy and comfortable - high quality from inside - parking spot - walking distance to downtown (but hill walk)

- Wifi did not work and staff could not help (neighbor helped at the end) - check in needs to be done at a different place which is inconvenient, they should use the available key box. This is not done to get a deposit in case of damages.

The apartment was stylish with high ceiling, true nordic style. You can easily walk to the town by foot (approx 15 mins). There is one parking place in front of the apartment.

The check in process was cumbersome as it was outsourced to a third party. We have to call multiple times and after few attempts we got the code to the key box. The basic information (i.e. wifi password) was not readily available and we have to call the reception to check on it. This apartment lacks functionality i.e. the shower area had no water screen protection so the water was all over the bathroom floor after a shower. The beds were not comfortable and the kitchen can be better equipped.

Very beautiful apartment, spacious, design and architecture are very pleased. A little view from the window of the city is not very good, for that from the side windows there is a beautiful view.

There was a little lack of funds: shower gel, tablets for the dishwasher, washing powder, and of course a coffee machine.

This apartment has everything one could do for, for a perfect holoday home. Big, Spacious and modern. it has all the basic amenities. We will be back to Tromso and we will be back here for sure

Spacious, aesthetically pleasing and clean.

The apartment is super modern and comfortable. Very cozy. A lot of light sources allows you to create the exact atmosphere that you want. Heating in floor in both living room and bathroom, which is very pleasant when you come back from the cold. Kitchen is well equipped, tv and wifi work really well. The building and the apartment is located conveniently close to city center and bus stop. Highly recommend.

The apartment in general is nice. and to see the city in winter through the big window is beautiful. Location is opposite to a bus stop where you can hop on a direct bus to airport. Apartment was very warm. Comfortable bedding.

The apartment is poorly equipped. Some kitchen knives were provided upon request and with fast reaction. However, washing machine was not there (landlord provided an alternative but I better dont give a rating for that :-(, parking at apartment was not available due to snow. The kitchen equipment is very basic (2x pots, 1x lid, 1x pan). The bedrooms lacking of simple furniture like a chair or a small wardrobe to store cloths.
