Excellent place for the airport. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Dinner and free shuttle to the airport was included. Was very convenient for our early flight back home. Would recommend!

Die Unterkunft hat einen guten standort. Man gelangt mit dem Taxi schnell in die Stadt und zum Flughafen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Essen ist sehr lecker!

Wenn man die Hotelanlage verlässt muss man an dem Haupteinganstor klingeln um wieder hereingelassen zu werden. Unter umständen dauert es einige Minuten bis einem geöffnet wird.

Riad Tonaroz is located in an unusual place, tucked behind a shopping area. It’s very quiet and peaceful with very lovely staff. Ihouda was the sweetest woman who welcomed us. The photos on the site are exactly as we found it. Two swimming pools was a bonus.

It was perfect for our stay, so no negative comments.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful riad in Marrakech. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for. A very special thank you to Khalid, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and always eager to help. His personal recommendations for shopping in Marrakech were excellent and made my visit much more authentic and enjoyable. Houda was also wonderful, very warm and caring, and both of them made me feel like a truly valued guest. The riad itself is a peaceful oasis in the middle of the vibrant city — wonderfully quiet, with a beautiful garden that creates a relaxing and charming atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind after exploring the busy streets of Marrakech. The breakfast was excellent — generous, delicious, and full of traditional Moroccan specialties, giving a lovely local touch to the whole experience. Thank you again to Khalid and Huda for their genuine hospitality. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Il personale era molto accogliente. La navetta per l' aereoporto molto utile. Abbiamo dormito solo una notte, la posizione è comoda per andare in aeroporto.

The room was not perfectly clean and the riad was a little hard to find but other than that it was good.

Lovely stay, very welcomed by staff member Khalid, he did everything he could to help us and make us feel welcome. Also had lots of recommendations and tips for us whilst staying in Marrakech. Would definitely go back and stay with Khalid again. Thank you very much!

Wir wurden extrem freundlich begrüßt. Ali war unglaublich hilfsbereit, das Frühstück war umfangreich und lecker, das Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber und die Lage am Flughafen optimal für die letzte Nacht.

Ein paar kleinere Reparaturen wären angesagt, zB war der Klopapier Halter locker.

Sehr freundliches Personal! Sehr bemüht, Lösungen zu finden, wenn man etwas benötigt! Der Hoteleingang ist etwas versteckt. Zu wenig Steckdosen und diese sind schlecht zu erreichen.

Es ist nahe am Flughafen, was für mich ideal war. Der Fluglärm ist nur wenig zu hören. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlichen und hilfsbereit. Ich habe dort zu Abend gegessen und das Essen war großartig, auch wenn ich für den Preis eine größere Portion gut geheißen hätte. Frühstück war einwandfrei. Eine der wenigen Unterkünfte, die ich in Marokko kennengelernt habe mit einer sehr bequemen Matratze

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avions opté pour la formule demi-pension : le petit-déjeuner était très copieux. Le repas du soir, à choisir le matin, était également fait maison et généreux. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et bien équipée.

La atención de Ali fue lo mejor. Me hizo sentir especial desde el check in hasta el check out. Debíamos salir antes del desayuno por lo que Ali gestionó que pudiéramos tenerlo para llevar antes que nosotros preguntáramos.

The riad is very beautifully and tastefully decorated, attention to detail is much appreciated. What really made our stay special is the kindness of the staff. We were looked after by two gentlemen during our 5-day holiday and their customer service skills were impeccable. Hats off to them, Khalid and his colleague were both great! The best part however was THE FOOD. Absolutely delicious, super flavourful and generous portions.

Due to the proximity to the airport, it can get a bit noisy but that's wasn't particularly inconvenient to us.

Quizás la ubicación, apartada de la Medina, para un par de días de visita quizás no es lo más recomendable.

A very nice and atmospheric place. It's interestingly designed like an old riad, with a pool inside and plenty of sofas to sit on. I was greeted by Ali with a very friendly and genuine hospitality, and I saw that all guests were treated with a smile and immediate attention if they needed anything. The rooms and all areas were very clean. The WiFi was very good and worked flawlessly. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, although it was basically the same every day. There are a few places to eat nearby, as well as a small supermarket. The location is quite far from Marrakech's main attractions, the Medina and the souks, but Uber works and is cheap. I was unlucky because it rained and was very cold the week I was there, but I'd like to return in the summer, as I saw there's also a large outdoor pool. Overall, a very interesting experience.

Les hôtes font en sorte que vous passiez un excellent séjour. Ils sont adorables. Ils peuvent organiser vos déplacements et excursions. Par ailleurs, nous avions pris une pension complète et les repas étaient délicieux, mention spéciale pour le tanjia de boeuf !

The property is close to the airport, which made it a perfect location before an early morning flight. The airport shuttle is indeed free, and it was arranged for us without issue to leave at 4:20 AM. They even prepared breakfast to-go for us. Given that other hotels/riads in the medina charge upwards of 15 euros for an airport shuttle, it made going with this nicer, closer option a no-brainer. The riad itself was beautiful and very comfortable. The bed was easily the most comfortable one we had during our entire trip, and the room was spacious. The bathroom even had a bidet, which I had been sorely missing. The staff were kind and helpful as well. If you are in the middle of our trip and want to explore around the medina, there are of course better options. This is a perfect option if you're coming/going from a flight, however. I really can't recommend it enough if that's what you're looking for

You need to give the riad advanced notice if you want to eat in their restaurant (ie tell them in the morning you want to eat dinner there), which we didn't know. We ended up taking a quick Uber to a lovely restaurant nearby, so it ultimately wasn't a big deal. It would have been nice to know this policy ahead of time to have the option.

The service here was amazing. Our host was kind and truly went above and beyond to help accommodate our early departure and other logistics (he even arranged for us to have a takeaway breakfast before our early flight!). It was great to be walking distance to restaurants, a grocery store, and even a pharmacy. We appreciated the airport shuttle and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay near the airport in Marrakech.

The bed was the most comfortable of all our stays in Morocco. Convenient location to airport.

Everything seemed like it was on the verge of breaking - shower door, light switches, TV mount. When we arrived, they told us we had to pay a city tax, which was never mentioned in any of their numerous emails prior to arrival, nor was it something mentioned at our other Marrakech hotel. It also wasn’t on our Booking.com confirmation. They eventually said they’d waive it (€5) if we left a good review. We were also never told that dinner had to be requested by 1 PM, and so we had to try to find dinner locally and the restaurants within walking distance were pretty mediocre. Great location if you’re flying in late at night or out early the next morning, but otherwise, there are a lot of other fabulous Riads in Marrakech.

Le riad est exceptionnel, très bien entretenu, très propre. Les piscines sont parfaites. Le personnel est remarquable. Nous remercions Ahmed pour son accueil lors de notre arrivée. Il nous a conseillé sur marrakech, c’était une attention agréable. Merci également à Abdoul qui s’est toujours montré souriant et disponible pour nous, même tard dans la soirée et la nuit. Le personnel de l’hôtel est toujours disponible en cas d’accroc ou de question. Le petit déjeuner et les repas sont très copieux et surtout très bons (les plats sont fait à base de produits frais achetés le jour même). L’emplacement est idéal, à 10min en taxi du centre ce qui offre un cadre calme surtout la nuit. Nous vous remercions pour cette merveilleuse semaine. Jeanne et William !

A piscina exterior é muito pequena comparativamente ao que parece nas fotografias e devia ter assegurada a sombra dos hóspedes, o que não se verificou. Pedimos que colocassem um chapéu de sol e colocaram, mas era insuficiente a partir do meio da tarde. Penso também que podia ter uma máquina de café. O espaço é confortável e cómodo. O quarto tem ar condicionado e é muito bom. O serviço também é muito bom.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet - sowohl die Zimmer als auch das Riad. Ich habe Vollpension gebucht und hatte sehr leckeres Essen. Besonders die Harira ist zu empfehlen :) und der Rezeptionist Ali war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Für unseren letzten Tag der Reise war die Lage in der Nähe zum Flughafen perfekt. Zum Empfang bekamen wir erstmal alle Tee und Kekse :) Eines der zwei Zimmer war sehr groß under super ausgestattet. Das kleinere Zimmer war ok, aber mit dem ganzen Gepäck doch ein wenig eng.

Where do I start? This was a wonderful holiday made particularly special by Ali who looked after me so well. He has a smile that lights up the sky and couldn't do enough to make my stay safe and comfortable. Ali reserved taxis and gave great advice and tips nothing is too much trouble. He is a credit to the Riad Tonaroz and goes all out to make sure his guests are happy. The Riad itself is spotlessly clean with a lovely roof terrace and a small indoor and outdoor pool. I went for half board and had a beautiful breakfast and supper every night in such lovely, peaceful surroundings. I recommend the Hamam booked by Ali, I was floating on air afterwards.

The pool was ice cold, there was no more bottled water on the property which lead us to boil water in the middle of the night in order to hydrate ourselves.
