Tuvimos problemas al entrar y con el aire acondicionado y no nos atendieron. Contestaron algún mensaje, pero no atendieron. El aparcamiento es muy caro y está sucio, oscuro y sin asfaltar.

L'appartement est très bien (bon rapport qualité/prix). Connection au centre de Vienne par tram 49 ou métro U4 en 40min très facilement et magasin Spar à côté.

Dans l'appartement, il manque un lave vaisselle seulement. Attention au stationnement dans la rue. Rien n'est indiqué, du coup j'ai eu une amende de 50€. Allez station au P+R juste à côté de la station du métro U4 (coût 4,8€/jour) et accès 24h/24h.

Einrichtung ist Okay. Wir hatten am Anreisetag einen beschädigten Lampenschirm gemeldet, die komplette Lampe war am nächsten Tag getauscht.

Wir haben nach etwas Barrierefreien gesucht. Dieses Apartment ist maximal Barrierearm. Man könnte mit einem schmalen Rollstuhl nicht an die Toilette. Tiefgarage ist mit allem was größer als ein Kombi eine absolute Zumutung extrem eng, dreckige. Vor dem Apartment war eine große Baustelle, auf der Tag und Nacht gearbeitet wurde. Wäre schön, wenn solche Informationen vor Buchung bekannt gegeben würden. Dazu wurde durch die Baustelle für mehrere Stunden an einem Tag das Wasser abgestellt.

The apartment is in well secured building located on the outskirts of Vienna. However, the city public transport is so great that you 15-20 min away from city center. Tram going directly to the heart of the city and buses connected to S-Bahn and U-Bahn makes it very easy to organize. The apartment is very spacious, 2 bedrooms, each with super comfy king size bed, big living room with dining and sitting area. Kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you might need. The building has parking which we did not use as we were not traveling with car. Also, there is a sitting area in the backyard, but it was way too hot these days to sit outside if you don't have to. Check in and out was extremely easy with safe box in front of the apartment. I would recommend this apartment to anyone searching for a spacious place to be while keeping the cost at decent level.

Two major grocery stores were under renovation during our stay, so we had to walk a bit further to get stuff. Just a note for guests coming there this summer, since it looks like it's gonna be finished pretty fast. But nothing that can make your stay worse in any way.

Die zentrale Lage

Es war eine Raucherwohnung obwohl wir Rauchfrei gebucht hatten. Die Rauchmelder wurden abmontiert. Das Schlafsofa war defekt. Der Parkplatz, den wir mit gebucht hatten war nicht vorhanden, insgesamt haben wir nun 200 Euro Parkgebühren für 2 Übernachtungen bezahlt!!!!

Terribile incompetenti e disorganizzati

Per un inconveniente sono stata costretta a pagare due volte l’appartamento e una volta ricevuti i soldi nn c’è stato verso di riaverli .

Pessimi per niente collaborativi . Al sorgere del problema nn rispondono alle mail e dopo aver pagato due volte per una notte scrivono capiamo la sua frustrazione senza nemmeno venire incontro all’inconveniente.

Hanno 3 appartamenti e inseriscono una sola inserzione su Booking indicando solo nel check-in quale appartamento viene assegnato. Scortesi nn collaborativi per un disguido ho pagato due volte una notte e nn sono venuti incontro.

If you don't book parking with apartment then it's difficult to get a parking place.

Все отлично, чисто, белоснежная постель, достаточно подушек и одеял. Быстро нашли ключи, всё организовали великолепно. Рядом магазины, ресторанчик и кафе, транспорт рядом в 10 шагах. Одна просьба необходимо зеркало ,есть одно большое, но в ванной комнате. Буду рекомендовать эти аппараты. Спасибо большое.

Nice location, enough space in the appartment and nice beds. The washing machine didn't work and we got a replacement two days later, so we could still wash.

The living room and one of the bedrooms smelled terrible of sigarettes. We let our daughters sleep in our room because the smell was too bad. Also eating or staying in de living room was uncomfortable. There is a kitchen, but without cutting board or bowls for example, you can cook, but do not expect to much.

Komfor,parking u garazi iz koje liftom dolazite do apartmana. Jednostavnost u proceduri oko instrukcija za ulazenje u apartman. Lokacija malo udaljena,ali dobro povezana javnim prevozom. Miran kraj,moze lepo da se odmori.

Sve je ok osim stola koji je mali za petoclanu porodicu.

Все було супер! Поряд є великий магазин Billa. До центру добратися можна дуже швидко. Транспортна розв'язка дуже зручна. Моїй сім'ї дуже сподобалося))).

Rezervisani i plaćeni apartman na kraju nisam ni videla, jer ga je vlasnik izdao još nekome na isti datum kad i meni pa smo na kraju moja porodica i ja ostali na ulici u sred noći. Morali smo sami da se snalazimo i u kasne sate da tražimo drugi apartman. Veoma loša komunikacija sa vlasnikom stana. Totalno sam ostala razočarana. Razočarana sam ostala i od strane bookinga koji mi je za grešku koja se desila ponudila da mi refundira smešan iznos naspram situacije koja se desila samo u slučaju ako rezervisem opet preko njihovog sajta. Izgubila sam i vreme i novac. Jedan od dva dana mog odmora sam provela u resavanju situacije u kojoj sam se nasla i izgubila novac koji nije bio planiran. Tako da ne preporucujem nikakvu saradnju sa ovim vlasnikom apartmana.

Localização afastada do centro, mas a 700 metros de uma estação de trem/metro. Apartamento bom, amplo e confortável. Não tivemos nenhum problema para acessar. Tem mercado bem em frente.

Die Ausstattung der Küche ließ zu wünschen übrig.

Ausreichend Platz, bequeme Betten. Auch das Sofa war gemütlich. Lage super durch Nähe zur Endstation Bim 49. Einfaches "Selbst-CheckIn" durch Wohnungsschlüssel in Schlüsselsafe mit Zahlencode.

Sauberkeit ließ stellenweise (Dusche, Geschirr/Besteck, Abfall unter Bett) zu wünschen übrig. Einzelne Defekte: Kühlschrankfach und fehlende TK-Fach Tür, Deckel vom Küchenmülleimer.

Дуже гарна, велика квартира, достатня для шести людей. Зручні ліжка, вдосталь посуду та кухонного обладнання. Дуже приємно, що у ванні тепла підлога - швидко сохне випраний одяг. Гарне розташування - поруч є трамвайна зупинка, через дорогу супермаркет, де є все необхідне. На кінцевій трамваю є традиційний віденський "ковбасний кіоск", таких уже мало залишилось в місті, більшість переробили по-сучасному - рекомендую, там дуже смачно, великий вибір ковбасок, смачні напої! Якщо піднятися 15 хв вгору по пагорбу, знайдете віллу Отто Вагнера, це цікава будівля з атмосферою міжвоєнного декадансу. На трамваї до центру 40 хвилин, трамвай + метро або міська електричка - набагато швидше, хвилин 20. Ми також відвідали ресторан "Мітра" неподалік - там смачна піцца і дуже хороші супи. Мені та моїй родині дуже сподобалося перебування в цій квартирі - рекомендую!

В квартирі лише одне дзеркало, у ванні. Варто додати ще хоча б одне десь у квартирі. Нас було двоє жінок, і нам доводилося "ділити" дзеркало вранці. Також в кухні-вітальні варто додати торшер або інше освітлення біля столу або на столі, бо там трохи темнувато і ми купували свічки, щоб бачити свою вечерю :-) Але все це дрібниці, в цілому нам було зручно.

Não gostei da limpeza do apartamento, deixou muito a desejar! Utensílios da cozinha, fogão e chão estavam bem sujos...

Wat mij het meest beviel aan het appartement, was de ruimte en het comfort. De bedden waren goed en de keuken had een acceptabele uitrusting. Daarnaast was de ligging prettig: in een fijne buurt en met een supermarkt vlakbij.

Wat mij tegenviel, was dat er weinig schoonmaakmiddelen aanwezig waren. Daarnaast werkte de afvoer in de badkamer niet goed en was er sprake van kakkerlakken in het appartement.

قربة من السوبر ماركت فقط امام الشقة سبار ولكن الشقة بعيدة جداً جداً عن السنتر ووسط المدينه

معلومه مهمه :!! صاحب الشقة غير متعاون لقد سقط مفتاح الشقة اسفل المصعد بالخطاء ولم نستطيع الوصول الية وفي وقت متأخر من الليل وتم الاتصال بالمسؤل عن المشكلة فطلبت منه احضار مفتاح احتياطي فطلب مني ان ادفع له 100 يورو اي 450 ريال فوافقت لان زوجتي وبناتي جالسين في الشارع لمده لاتقل عن ثلاث ساعات تقريباً حتى وصل المفتاح وهذه ليست خدمة هذا طمع وجشع منه ولن اسامحة عليها صحيح انا المخطي ولكن ليست بهذه الطريقة البشعه منه في النهاية تقبلو تحياتي

Gli alloggi,sono 3 situati all'ultimo piano di un condominio dove sotto c'è un campus quindi in agosto molto silenzioso non saprei negli altri mesi...pochi parcheggi laterali, conviene lasciare la macchina e spostarsi con i mezzi perché sono sotto casa, molto comodi per andare ovunque e veloci con poca attesa, supermercato di fronte. Aria condizionata in ogni stanza ma avendo le finestre solo da un lato che da su un boschetto è molto fresco..cucina e bagno ( ci sono due ventole) privi di finestre. Asciugamani puliti. Cuffie per doccia e sapone per le mani, carta igienica. Vienna è splendida.

La casa è molto grande, purtroppo non abbiamo trovato molto pulito forse non c'è stato tempo, il tavolo è per 4 persone noi eravamo 5 quindi abbiamo dovuto aggiungere la scrivania con la poltrona,il divano letto fa molto rumore gli altri letti comodi e puliti tranne per il piumino che aveva una macchia gialla..2 cucchiaini, nessun scola pasta ma un grande colino e le padelle un po' usurate, nessun piatto fondo, solo piccoli e piani lo scrivo per informazione, non c'è la scopa ...ho scritto perché la doccia era tappata e hanno subito richiamato per mandare un idraulico, e perché le due pattumiere erano rotte, gentili e disponibili. Spero le sostituiscano. Insomma tutto sommato ci siamo trovati bene solo un pochino trascurato. Bagno e doccia pulite.

Minden rendben volt a kommunikációval. A leveleket időben megkaptuk, részletes fényképes leírással láttak el minket. Az ágyak, szobák, közlekedő tiszták voltak. A tömegközlekedés kiváló a környéken, csak fel kell fedezni (busz, metró, villamos). A WiFi és a klímák is az egész lakásban kiválóan működtek. Az ablakok jól szigetelik az utcai zajokat. Melegvíz mindig volt.

A fürdőszoba tisztasága hagyott kívánnivalót maga után. A zuhanyzó és mosdónál is penész volt, kis foltokban. A kukákhoz szemetes zsák nem volt tartalék, a 6 nap alatt kétszer is megtelt. A földszinti kukatárolót, napokin nem lehetett megközelíteni, mert az ajtói zárva voltak utcai és lépcsőházi is. Szerintem aránytalanul drága, a helyszíni parkoló használata (20 euro/nap). A közelben (kb. 1km) van egy P+R parkolóház, az állomás mellett, ahol 4,44 euro a napi parkolás, kivilágított éjszaka is, tiszta, 7 emeletes, mindig van bent hely. A konyhában a kések nagyon életlenek. A beépített hűtő ajtaja nehezen csukódott (meg volt lógva). A TV csak internetes adásokkal volt használható. Jó lett volna egy kis dohányzó asztal a kanapé elé, nekem hiányzott. A zuhanyzó ajtaja alul átenged, zuhanyzás után mindig a kifolyt vizet fel kellett törölni.

Climatisation dans l'appartement, parking P+R Hutteldorf à 10 min à pied près de la station de métro du même nom (4,4€/jour, ce qui est juste incroyable), car nous avions 2 véhicules à stationner. Supermarché à proximité.

Manque un peu de vaisselle pour 6 personnes. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de condiments à disposition.

The apartment is very spacious.

There is black mold in the shower and there were flies in the kitchen when we arrived. The kitchen was poorly stocked (2 teaspoons, no cutting board, no oven) The garage (88 euros for 4 days) was very dark, narrow and difficult to exit with an suv. There were also signs up on the property that rat poison had been placed there.

A spacious apartment. Relatively clean. There was an air conditioner leakage in the livingroom, but the host promised to fix it for the next guests. The beds are comfortable with clean, snow white bed linen, fluffy towels. The blackout curtains let you get a revitalizing sleep.

There was only one tea towel in the kitchen which is too little if you cook. The knives were not sharp enough to use them for cooking and even for slicing. There is no instruction about where the rubbish should be taken. We didn't know if we had to take it out or we could leave it in the apartment. In my humble opinion, based on experience of traveling in Europe, the price is too high. For this price I had expected some shampoo, a little bit of salt and sugar, a few teabags, and a few coffee capsules. Just to make sure the guests have a bit home comfort after long driving or a day-long sightseeing. I hope the host will take it in consideration 🙏

Location & the lift

The property wasn’t clean. The floor was rather dirty & we couldn’t walk without shoes.

The apartment is well equipped and clean. The tram stop is next to the building which takes us in 30 minutes to the Volkstheater. More supermarkets are very close, it is easy to do some shopping. Parking is free on the street, we could easily find a place.

The apartment was very nice, clean, and well-maintained. It was located in a peaceful area, making for a relaxing stay. The best part was the convenience Spar was just across the road, and both the bus and train access were only a minute away. The space was comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere was perfect

There were a couple of things that could be improved. There was no chopping board available, which made it a bit tricky to cut fruits and vegetables. Additionally, the heating jug was slightly stained, likely from the previous guests, which was a bit disappointing. Despite these minor issues, the stay was still great overall.

appartment is a little bit far from city centre (around 40min) , but tram station is in front of appartment. refrigerator's door doesn't close.

The actual condition of the apartment differs from the photos. The chairs and walls were damaged. The shower leaked and was dirty. The curtains were very dirty. A major inconvenience was the lack of WiFi and the non-working TV.

Amazing value for money, close to travel links to make it easy getting around the city. Spar over the road to buy necessities and lovely pub directly over the road

In this property’s description website, they wrote that they provide heating and air conditioners. So I booked this apartment for 7 nights for my family, when we checked in, the rooms temperature was 14, the heating radiators are ice cold. We felt cold and uncomfortable. After I called them several times, they sent a small warm wind blowing machine after two hours, and opened air conditioner. I am very allergic with the wind from air conditioner, I told them that, they said they would fix the heater at tomorrow. So we trust them and stay. But they haven’t sent workers to fixing the heating, not the second day, third day, fourth day… because it was very cold in Vienna now, we had to use the air conditioner to warm up the room, so I was very sick in the air conditioner environment. Then I tried many times to contact them, tried to know when could they to check the radiator and fix them. But I failed, they didn’t picked up phone. We felt very helpless and sick, so we decided to move out, and find another place to stay. I noticed them that we had to move out if they can’t fix the heating problem. But they refused to refund me the rates. I called them, the personnel said that I wanted to refund you but her boss didn't agree.

Location was perfect as we needed to stay in that part of the city. It was right next to tram and bus stops, with very easy access to the city and surrounding areas. The apartment was quiet, clean and very big. The beds were comfortable and there was a kitchen and washing machine for convenience. Tip: Order a FreeNow or Uber cab from/to airport for fixed rate, because we took a cab from the airport and got charged double the correct rate! It is always disappointing when tourists are overcharged.

Unfortunately the apartment was cold. There were AC machines and we put heat on but it was not sufficient, the radiators were switched off and it was very cold in the evening. My mother is in her 70's and she had to keep her coat on in the apartment. Also, we could not get the TV to work. We emailed the host who replied to say someone would come to fix it but nobody arrived. It would have been nice to have TV at evening and night time.

Close to the tram station, big space. Nice kitchen. there's washing machine. Good check in instructions.

We cannot sleep properly because of the car noise.

The beds were comfortable and couch was big enough. It's little far from the city centre but transportation was good! Quite at night and we could feel more local atmosphere.

No window screen. I suffered bugs attack😞The kitchen equipments are not enough. Vienna was our last destination and we're tired eat outside so we decided cook by ourselves but no cutting board and dish rack.

Excellent location for public transport into Vienna. Train within walking distance, tram and bus just a minute away. Recommend the restaurant opposite. Family run. Garden. Spar supermarket also opposite the apartment.

Great neighborhood. There is a restaurant and a super market just across the street. Quite building. Clean apartment.

Building is a little far from the center but the transportation in Vienna is very good.

Very comfortable beds, spacious apartment and very close proximity to public transport.

The parking in that building is 20 eur per day…
