Noise from airplanes but for a short stay it didn’t annoy us.

Le studio manque un peu d'éclairages indirects et tamisés pour le côté nuit. Pour l'arrivée il serait utile de préciser que l'entrée de l'immeuble n'est pas sur la grande avenue mais dans la petite rue latérale (Imvrou)

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026I was very happy to find Jolly Suites for my final two nights in Crete. After a relaxing stay by the beach, I wanted to spend some time in Heraklion City Centre, and this lovely, spacious apartment was exactly what I needed. The apartment was comfortable, well equipped and had everything I could ask for, including a kitchen, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Having an AB supermarket nearby was particularly convenient and allowed me to buy some food and enjoy a few meals at home. The location was excellent for the things I wanted to do, with plenty within easy reach including the bus station, the ferry port and sightseeing hop on and hop off bus. The Wi-Fi worked well, and having Netflix and YouTube available was a lovely bonus when I wanted to relax. The Jolly Suites booking team were excellent — communication was clear and helpful, and the self-check-in process was simple and hassle-free. For me, Jolly Suites was the perfect little “re-group” before continuing my Greek adventure. Comfortable, convenient and welcoming in its own way, I’m very pleased I found it and would happily recommend it. ❤️
Aircraft noise at first but was fine when I closed the windows. Green light from emergency lighting ceiling panel outside bedroom was very bright at night but was ok if you closed the bedroom door or had an eye mask handy.

Lo cogimos solo para pasar una noche de tránsito en Heraklion, y resultó ser estupendo, amplio, moderno e impecable, con todas las comodidades y más! Fuimos andando desde la estación central de buses 5 minutos, e igual al puerto para coger el ferry a Santorini. La ubicación era lo importante en nuestro caso, pero el apartamento resultó ser excelente! 👌

Très sombre car au rdc, la cour est enclavée et encore plus étouffante que la rue.

AC was not located correctly therefore it was not cooling room and took long hours. Bathroom was too small. Room length was also small. Lift was too small. Outside lift area was too less to move luggage.

The bed (extra bed in the children's room) was very uncomfortable, as hard as an ironing board. It might be difficult for older people over 60, as it's very low. The sofa in the kitchen was completely unprepared, even though the stay was booked for four adults and one child.

隔音不是很好，隔壁住戶感覺很怕吵，會來敲我們房門，有點怪異 洗澡間沒有乾濕分離，但不是大問題

Washing machine was not working and we booked here to be able to wash some clothes during our holiday. Hot water was intermitent. Some coffee would have been nice .

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι από τη διαμονή μας. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο, πεντακάθαρο και προσεγμένο, ενώ ο χώρος γενικότερα ήταν όμορφος και ευχάριστος. Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική, με εύκολη πρόσβαση και κοντά σε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν.

Nous avons ete pique une trentaine de fois, il s'agit probablement de punaise de lit, et lorsque nous avons fait remonter l'information on nous a retorque qu'il s'agissait uniquement de moustiques et que tout ete propre. Attention pour les prochains voyageurs ! Danger

A bit far from old town, almost 15-20 mins walk from main area. Bus stop is bit far if you have couple of bags to carry.

Senti falta de papel toalha na cozinha e mais uma taça, ja que a hospedagem era para um casal. Apenas esse detalhe.

洗濯機は故障らしく使えませんでした。オールドタウンへは少し距離があります。 キッチンの戸棚に前泊者の残したものと見られるサーデンの開いた缶詰が残されていました。

Our luggage was delayed but the host was helpful with answering questions about where get basic supplies and allowed us to stay beyond checkout to wait for luggage delivery and get ready for the journey ahead. Reviewed Mar 25, 2026Het appartement was in eerste oogopslag schoon. Het was heel ruim en er zijn meerdere balkons. Het is centraal gelegen met verl voorzieningen in de buurt. Centrum is op wandelafstand.
Er lag flink wat stof onder het bed en het bed stonk. Daarnaast hebben we meerdere dagen geen warm water gehad de monteur zou steeds 'de volgende dag' komen en kwam dan niet. Pas toen we aangaven dat dit onacceptabel is, helemaal met een kind van nog geen 2 jaar, kregen we sleutels van een ander appartement waar we konden douchen. De volgende dag is de boiler vervolgens ook gemaakt.
