Sehr toll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr gut zu Fuss vom Bahnhof erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und sehr ruhige Lage trotz der Nähe zu den Geleisen.

Uns fehlten einige Dinge in der Küche wie zum Beispiel Backhandschuhe als wir Pizza gebacken haben. Der Backofen ist im Allgemeinen sehr ungünstig konstruiert, da er beim öffnen an der Wand entlangschleift.

The location in Zermatt isn’t the best. Kind of a walk to everything but the bus system helps. It’s right by the heli-port and the train so it gets a little noisy in the morning.

숙소 위치를 찾는데 좀 어려웠어요 숙소이름을 길 위에 눈에 뜨게 ,크게 써 놓으면 좋겠어요

The size of the property was great and facilities had everything we needed.

Location is as bad as it can get in Zermatt, far from center and in the only noisy area of Zermatt, with cars and train just outside the window.

Nos gustó mucho Zermatt, la verdad la pasamos increíble. Hubo Netflix, Prime video. Electrodomésticos y utensilios para cocinar muy bien...solo faltaba el pela patata pero no es el fin del mundo. Dormimos bien. Ojalá volvamos algún día en invierno. Muchas grácias!

Lastima que la vista no era hacia el Cervino... Pero apenas saliendo del depa se podía ver muy bien.

Tolle Wohnung, super ausgestattet. Balkon, Waschmaschine, schönes Wohn-/Esszimmer. Nicht weit zum Zentrum. Kulante Vermieter. Gut schallisolierte Fenster.

Schimmelbefall im unteren Bad. Wir haben eine Rückerstattung von 50% bekommen. Das fanden wir fair. Nicht super ruhig gelegen: Heliport daneben, Bahnlinie geht vorbei, Materiallager von Metallbaufirma nebenan.

The property is located at the edge of Zermatt. This is probably the cheaper option in Zermatt. The house has 2 toilets and 2 rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Washing machine was available and this was helpful for our trip. Full kitchen facilities were available.

Only downside was the property is located at higher floor and there is no lift available. 10 mins walk from train station. Easy access without luggage. However, with luggage, it’s challenging to walk uphill to the train station.

Mostly clean, but a lot of mold in the bathroom and the washer, the latter making our clothes smell when we washed them.

Apparemment refait à neuf. Très propre et parfaitement équipé. Hôte très réactif à nos questions. Très proche de la navette pour le ski.

L’appartement se situe à côté de la voie de chemin de fer, en dessous de la piste d’atterrissage d’hélicoptère, au centre d’une zone « artisanale ». Un peu bruyant si on dort la fenêtre ouverte. Excentré du village mais proche de la gare

Quiet easy walk to the location and nice time have two bathrooms and laundry ability.

Couldn't figure out the gear room situation to store our svowboards and skis. But that was probably user error.

Ganz tolle Wohnung, hervorragend eingerichtet - auch Küche!!! Die Lage, obwohl es sich anfangs Dorf talwärts befindet ist gut. 200m entfernt die Bushaltestelle, Bäckerei, Einkaufsläden ... sehr gut! Immer gerne wieder!

Die Matrazen sollten dringend ersetzt werden ... sind sehr dünn und absolut durchgelegen. Sauberkeit 1 Stern Abzug, da Schimmel im Badezimmer. Klar ist verständlich, wenn die Kunden nicht lüften...

L’emplacement et la configuration de l’appartement en duplex. Le service du propriétaire pour réparer une panne d’Internet qui était rapide et efficace.

Il manque quelques outils ( tir bouchon, saladiers, verres à pied ). La machine à café est un peu difficile à utiliser avec les capsules trouvées dans le commerce.

Great place , we were very comfortable , everything you need in a self catering flat , lovely and warm , good showers, heating easily controlled, 10 minute walk to town or you can get the free bus from train station to just opposite entrance to flat. This flat was good value for money and allowed myself and 13 year old daughter to have room each. We will stay again

단점보다 장점이 더 많은 곳이었어요. 주방에 모든 것이 갖춰져 있어요. 스마트TV라 좋아요. 기차가 오고가는 걸 테라스에서 볼 수 있어요(기차소리가 시끄럽지는 않음). 쇼파가 편해요. 집이 넓어요. 샴푸, 비누는 각자 챙겨와야하는데 불만은 없지만 안내가 필요하겠어요(마침 갖고와서 괜찮았어요).

마테호른 반대방향 뷰에요. 기차소리는 괜찮은데 숙소건물 가장 아래층이 공사장인 것 같아요. 평일 낮에는 작업때문에 시끄러울 수 있겠습니다. 도시세는 현금으로 준비하세요. 2층 화장실엔 조명이 없어서 자연광에 의존해야해요.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gepflegt

Der Standort nicht wirklich toll, nebenan die Bahn, über dem Haus der Heli und unten beim Haus eine grosse Umladestation von Materialien, inklusive Absaugung der Toi toi Toiletten. Kein Aufzug zur Wohnung.

Close to downtown Zermatt, fifteen minute walk. The unit was adequately appointed

No fault of the owner there is major construction in Zermatt. But we should have been warned we were in the middle of the constructions zone . The alleyway was horrible…. Garbage and discarded wood. The balcony overlooked the core of wood storage with ongoing vehicle traffic. The day they emptied the porta potty was discussing! A little warning from the owner would have been nice? Finding the actual unit in the group of buildings was a challenge. There was a one floor only elevator but then we had to exit that building to find another and hike up three floors with our luggage. Plus there is a train running nearby multiple times a day. Another point the city tax has to be paid in cash! FYI

Charming apartment, clean and well appointed.

It was not clear which building and apartment it was in a complex of four, It is called Rossignol II, but was in the B building unit up on the third floor. Better directions accompanied by a photo or video would have been helpful.

It was really nice staying in the apartments which was clean & location was good

It is really clean and new. Location is good. Just walk straight from the Main Street left of the train station. Look out for the brown sign with Rossignol. Get some small notes ready to pay the city tax.

There is no lift. With big luggage it is a big hassle. There are also no shampoos but we have got our own so it is fine. There is no dryer. But the washing machine can spin dry the clothes.

Location was OK. Near end of town but still very ski lift accessible with a short walk.

The place was spacious and came with a full set of kitchen essentials. We all cooked and had a meal comfortably.I took a bath in the tub after a cold day in the mountains. It was easy check in and check out. Simply leave the keys on the table to get and pick up.

The upstairs bed is a little hard, but it is okay. The rest of the place being comfortable vibe wise made up for the hard bed. The blankets were comfortable as well. The couch was more comfortable in my opinion. Overall no other complaints. Host was an amazing communicator as well.

-Near the train station -There is supermarket nearby -Clean and equipped with the things you need -Spacious and pleasant interior, looks newly renovated -Has a view of Matterhorn -Safe location -Friendly and helpful host

-There is noise from outside like people shouting because it is beside a warehouse or something -It is not well ventilated thus we have to open windows and hear the noise outside -There is no elevator going to the apartment building block where we stayed. There is elevator from the entrance going to the building blocks but not in the building block of the apartment itself.

Better to have a microwave oven. No flexibility regarding luggage storage before check in.

The appartment was very clear, comfortable and spacious.

Despite it has almost everything you need, it was a disappointment to find out that after a long trip there wasn't shampoo or soap to enjoy a douche. And the supermarkets were closed! Also, it was just beside a very noisy machine yard.
