Bathroom is with good amenities.

No drinking water there.

It was in excellent location. Pool was fabulous. Unfortunately there was no hot water, the place was tidy not clean. It has a gas cook top in the kitchen but no gas. We stayed in June. Still had Xmas decorations up. Apartments and yard need a good clean up and some maintenance done and it would be a great place to stay,

It wasn’t clean. No hot water. No one would answer the door so no one could help when problems arose

The family that manages this place was absolutely brilliant. Really attentive and their little boy was so happy to play with our little girl. This is a true gem and if you get a chance to book this place I definitely would The apartment itself was well furnished with everything you would hope to find in a short term rental. The bedrooms were clean with large comfortable beds and both the living and kitchen areas were clean.

The floor tiling around the pool area needs attention, we went in the middle of the high season so this may have already been seen to.

Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Gastfamilie ist sehr freundlich.

Die Unterkunft ist weder wie in der Lagebeschreibung angegeben am Strand (seaside) noch luxuriös (luxuary). Besonders störend war vor allem der Gestank aus dem Gully des Bades. Der Gestank war kaum auszuhalten. Der Eingang des unteren Gästezimmers im Erdgeschoß geht durch das Wohnzimmer der Gastfamilie. Dies ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, war aber kein Problem. Die Besitzer sknd äußerst freundlich. Eine Kanne Tee war jedoch mit 600 Rupien überteuert.

Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ist klein, aber ausreichend.

Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss befindet sich in der Wohnung der Familie. Wenn man dieses also bezieht, muss man jeden Mal durch das Wohnzimmer der Familie laufen. Direkt an der Wand zum Bett steht der Fernseher, der den ganzen Tag lautstark läuft. Bis nach Mitternacht war die Familie so laut, dass an schlafen kaum zu denken war, ebenso wenig wie an Privatsphäre. Das Badezimmer war nett eingerichtet, stank jedoch stark nach Abwasser und hat eine Lüftung in weitere Räumlichkeiten der Familie. Der Pool sah eher trüb und grünlich aus, darin wollte ich nicht baden.

So friendly and welcoming 🙏 Great advice for local things to do. The owners dad was an amazing tour guide, we arranged for him to take us to Kandy and ended up keeping him for 5 days! very spacious and clean apartment, nice pool and walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach

Location was great and the host was really friendly and helpful. Pool is lovely, good size and very clean. Breakfast was well cooked, good quality and great value for money.

We were in the downstairs room so can’t have an opinion on the upper floor rooms. We couldn’t lock the room so didn’t leave any valuables there when we were out.

Super komunikace, fajn jídlo - jedli jsme pouze tam, bazén, pokoj, místo... Oceňuji, že je tu klasický sprchový kout, tudíž po sprše nemáte mokrou celou koupelnu, jako je tomu jinde na Srí Lance. Cenově také paráda. Možnost vyprání prádla a masáží. Majitelky jsou moc milé.

Jediná věc - před pokojem v přízemí je trošku nešťastný ten velký jídelní stůl. Narušuje to soukromí.

Розташування чудове, до магазинів, пляжу чи ресторанів можна дойти до 5хв. В самих апартаментах також є кухня та вона досить смачна. Є невеликий басейн. В ванній кімнаті були шампунь, кондиціонер та гель для душу що не завжди зустрічається на Шрі-Ланці.

Кімната знаходиться на нульовому поверсі, її вікна балконові виходять на басейн та столик ресторану, тобто у вас немає балкону, а прям під вашими вікнами можуть сидіти люди та голосно розмовляти. Але про це я знала з попередніх коментарів. Що мене більше здивувало, що за стінкою номера кухня, і ви чуєте все, як збивають блендером комусь фреш, миють посуду, стукають, ріжуть, включають/виключають воду і т.д. Жодної шумоізоляції. Шум є навіть після 22. Ми брали цей готель щоб відпочити перед літаком, бо вночі мали виліт, але нам не вдалось поспати ні вдень, ні після 22, через постійний шум.

Location a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Bottles of water for when we arrived which was really nice . Option to purchase food. 2 bedroom apartment spacious.

On arrival the second bathroom shower was really dirty which when raised was rectified. No cutlery or cups in the apartment and the gas turned off. Again asked for cups and this was rectified. We arrived in the evening and when we woke up the next morning, reception was closed so could not buy breakfast because the owners were not there and the property was locked which is not acceptable , the pool was dirty so could not use. When we returned to the property in the afternoon, the pool was clean and property open because other guests had arrived.

Nice and comfortable accommodation, the room was clean and had enough space for two people. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. As the room is part of their house, they tried to give us privacy and were aware to be quiet at night. The food was delicious (you can order breakfast, lunch and dinner there). We also enjoyed the pool area

The double room is next to the family’s living room and the entrance to the room is shared with them. In front of the room is the terrace which is used by everyone staying at the hotel. So just be aware of that fact

La maison et la piscine en jettent sur les photos! La piscine donne directement sur la rue,la chambre est "chez l’habitant". En soi cela ne nous dérange pas, ce qui est malaisant c’est la famille vautrée dans le canapé ...la chambre avec la clim est bien, de bonne taille, en revanche impossible d’ouvrir les rideaux car la famille est a 40cm de la baie pour prendre l’apéro! La sdb est moderne et bien équipée, en revanche l’aération donne directement chez les hôtes... Le repas est assez vite servi, sans plus en qualité, l’un des hôtes insiste lourdement pour le petit déjeuner le lendemain, des boissons etc... Enfin, venons en à la propreté : nous avons passé 3 semaines chez l’habitant et jamais vu cela ! Pour preuve les photos ci après! Nous avons dormi dans notre sac a viande ! En

Me gustó la ubicación, un sitio tranquilo cerca de la playa y caminando al centro en 10 minutos. Me gusto la zona de afuera, piscina, jardín, galería. Los dueños muy amables y dispuestos a solucionar. 👍. El desayuno muy rico.

No me gustó la habitación. Olía a encierro a pesar de estar recién limpia. Al estar abajo se escuchaba a los huéspedes que comían afuera y por dentro esta el salón familiar y la cocina. Mucho ruido. Tampoco se podía abrir la ventana porque a 40 cm había una mesa donde la gente se sentaba a comer. No había intimidad. Las fotos que se muestran no son compatibles con la habitación. Con el jardín y piscina si.

Hlavni předností tohoto ubytování je lokalita v blízkosti pláže, rodinné prostředí s velice pohostinným a ochotným majitelem. Nabízí se zde i domácí kuchyně a jídlo zde rozhodně doporučuji. Zde zažijete opravdovou pohostinnost, úsměv a snahu ve všem vyhovět.

Die Appartements werden von einer Familie geführt es ist sauber und die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet . Bei Fragen wurde geholfen sie waren immer freundlich . Frühstück und Abendessen war das beste auf unserer Sri Lanka Reise 🫶 ich würde es jedem empfehlen dort zu buchen wir kommen wieder ❤️

Large apartment was appreciated, aircons worked well. Kitchen area not used a lot but handy, lovely clean pool, access to washing machine on roof top very helpful after a tour. Small restaurant downstairs served excellent food and drinks. Knowledgeable, helpful hosts. Turn left as you exit the hotel to explore the lovely back streets, a contrast to the chaotic main stretch.

All good - a few little things that could make it even better are: access to pool towels (although was provided with an extra towel on request), bug spray in rooms, tea towels & dish liquid, new scourer in kitchen (purchased these at Cargills located just around the corner).

Accueil très bien, personnel très gentil et de bon conseil. Piscine très agréable. Appartement spacieux.

Hébergement très spacieux pour un séjour en famille / plusieurs. Le restaurant au rdc permet de dîner et petit-déjeuner facilement, belle carte de jus ! La pisicne est agréable pour se rafraîchir, surtout qu'il n'est pas toujours possible de se baigner à la plage (vagues et courant).

Just very minor suggestions. It would be good to have a few basics on arrival. Kitchen towels, spare toilet paper, tea, coffee, milk etc. However it’s a short walk to the shops so not a major issue.

Wouldn’t say didn’t like, but if there’s one thing that could be made better is, water pressure in the bathroom. We didn’t get hot water in our room, besides that everything was perfect.

Friendly, warm and helpful hosts. Spacious and clean unit. AC worked well. On a quiet street, minimal traffic heard. Lovely pool. Features a great little relaxed restaurant down stairs which we used often during our stay

There is a kitchen but didn’t have many items and hob wasn’t operational. Fridge and kettle were great though. We did not worry to ask hosts about this as we were happy to go out for meals instead of self catering

Great location - not far from the beach and main drag through Negombo with restaurants/bars etc. Lovely pool to relax in and around. Lovely family who manage the hotel live on the bottom floor and will arrange airport taxis, lagoon tours etc. Would highly recommend if you need a place for a night or two on arrival or departure.

Lovely family in a beautiful apartment. We enjoyed our stay and the pool was excellent. However we needed to work online and there were some issues with internet. Everyday! We should have told them that we needed a lot of data.

This was the nicest place we stayed in Sri Lanka, the apartment is very well taken care off, 2 large bedrooms with ensuites and perfect air conditioning through out the property. The family that looked after the property were very helpful and the pool was great

Only suggestion would be to allow guests to be able to control the roller door and leave it closed during the day so there is more privacy at the pool

It was very clean . The pool was lovely had everything we needed .

The property was furnished with all the adequate essentials. And the swimming pool was a big highlight, and it is completely private and a great place to chill with friends

This property delivers what it promises and does so well. The owner is exceptionally helpful - including advising us on the best travel connections to get to Negombo, and checking in during our stay whether there was anything we needed. The pool is perfect, well maintained and warm. The appartments was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable, and while we didn’t try to cook in the apartment, we did make use of the refrigerator and other kitchen items to do some very minimal self catering. The location was great for us, being at the northerly end of Negombo beach and an easy walk to bars and restaurants, but on the edge so it was quiet at night. We paid about $70 US a night for three people and this felt like a good deal for what this property offered.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment near the Negombo beach(it was around 200m walking distance). The location was fantastic, providing easy access to the ocean and a relaxing atmosphere. The apartment itself was spotless, with clean and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was equipped with neccesory items for preparing our own meals. The pool it was clean and well-maintained, perfect for a refreshing swim. Overall, I have nothing negative to say about my experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay near the beach!
