Reviewed Sep 11, 2026No incluye desayuno. La ubicación en uno de los barrios mas conflictivos de Londres (dicho por el taxista que nos llevó y por nuestra guia de excursiones), aunque muy cerca de la estación de metro.
El chek-in era a las 15:oo, nosotros llegamos a las 13:00, le dijimos de dejar las maletas en algun sitio y nos cobraron 25 libras por una taquilla en la cual no cabian las maletas, entonces subimos a nuestra habitacion y comprobamos que ya estaba preparada. Dejamos en nuestra habitacion las maletas pero no se nos reingresaron las 25 libras, una estafa vamos. Ademas, desperfectos varios, tapadera del water rota, puertas del balcon en mal estado, TV sin conexión de antena, mando a distancia no funcionaba, almohadas ultrafinas con fundas amarillentas, yuvimos que enfundarlas en nuestras propias camisetas para poder poner la cabeza en ellas.. Decepcionados en general porque es la quinta vez que viajamos de esta forma a Londres, y los 4 anteriores el apartamento cumplió con creces nuestras expectativas. En esta ocasión todo lo contrario.

Sauberkeit war katastrophal Kot,Schamhaare Reste vom Vorgänger. Matratzen versifft mit Flecken und Haare vom Vorgänger. Und so weiter und noch einiges mehr.

It just felt quite grubby - scuffed walls, poor quality bed sheets, the toilet was stained, the remote control for the TV didn’t work. Plates were dirty. Just wasn’t very nice

heel vies vieze handdoeken gezamelijke tuin kon je niet eens in zitten door al het onkruid en afval. Douche vol schimmel.Deuren te vies om aan te raken. Beddengoed zaten vlekken op. Er waren 3 glazen en 1 lepel. En zo kan ik nog wel even door gaan.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The apartment was very close to Tube station, and all amenties. The check in was easy, used the passcode to most of the doors. It was less than10 mins walk to station. We were able to buy groceries from shops. The apartment was clean and pleasant.
We were family of 5 adults and 1 child- stayed for 3 nights. I would have expected them to provide few more toiletries things. There wasn't enough toilet rolls. There was no lock to toilet door. Also no kitchen rolls. These details need to be addressed,

Es war zwar modern, aber sauber war es wirklich nicht. Küche ( inkl. Inhalt ) war echt 😫. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, es war sehr laut. Wände könnten mal gestrichen werden. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war gut.

Klobrille defekt, verschmutzte Teppiche, Küchenutensilien sehr spärlich, leider nur ein Badetuch pro Person (kein separates Handtuch und Gästetuch), kein Perlator am Wasserhahn, kein Satelittenfernsehen, keine Schlösser an den Zimmer- bzw Badtüren, das der Wohnung zugeteilte WLAN hat nicht funktioniert

I felt that to get to central London it would be long distance to the central of London and the touristic attractions. And it would take long time to get there.

We arrived and found the WC not cleaned, with a broken cover. The dustbins in front of the main door are always full, which attracted flies. The noise from the nearby mosque in the early morning or night.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Cleanness, New Apartment, Location was near to bus stop and train station and all the shops and resturants are nearby.
No fans were provided, even after we asked several times. As a result, we had to keep the windows open during the night. Unfortunately, one of the rooms faces the main road, so there is a lot of noise from outside, making it almost impossible to sleep. There is also a room next to the toilet that contains the water heating equipment, and hot air constantly comes through the door, making the apartment even warmer. The lighting in the corridor is very poor. It is controlled by a motion sensor and turns on automatically during the night, which is quite irritating.

Molts pocs estris de cuina, coberts i gots. El microones estava desconnectat i la cadena del vàter no funcionava bé.

Beaucoup trop de bruit extérieur, les voisins qui font la fête jusqu’à 3h du matin, les gens qui crient à l’extérieur on entend tout. Avec la chaleur qu’il faisait impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres avec tout le bruit qu’il y avait car cela nous empêché de dormir. Il manquait la Clim dans cet appartement. Et beaucoup trop de mouche. On était au sous sol donc on avait un accès direct au jardin ce qui est bien mais le truc c’est que le soir forcé de fermer la fenêtre car sinon n’importe qui pouvait rentrer dans l’appartement par le jardin.

Obok budynku znajduje się jakaś wspólnota młuzumańska i słychać modlitwy itp ale my byliśmy i tak prawie cały dzień na mieście więc nie było to bardzo przeszkadzające.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Modern eingerichtet und vor nicht allzu langer Zeit saniert. Die Beschreibung entspricht der Realität. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und zielgerichtet.
Wir waren bei ca. 28 - 30 Grad C Außentemperatur in der Wohnung im 2. Obergeschoss (unterm Dach) . Es ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden und die Wohnung hat sich sehr aufgeheizt. Als freundlicher Hinweis: Abstellmöglichkeiten für die Koffer (Kofferständer) wären wünschenswert gewesen.

Durante los tres días que estuvimos en el apartamento hubo una rata muerta en el patio, que ya de por sí estaba sucio. Sólo había una toalla de ducha para cada persona, sin toallas de lavabo. La cocina estaba sucia y faltaban elementos como trapos para sacar las bandejas del horno. El lavabo no tragaba bien. El barrio no es muy recomendable y pasan muchos aviones.

Pulizia superficiale, sull’anta de frigo c’erano delle macchie rosa: rosse… non c’era uno strofinaccio. Ho comprato scottex, prodotti per la pulizia, pasticche per la lavastoviglie! C’erano solo 3 forchette e non eravamo in 4, una sola pentola. Manca di stoviglia a sufficienza! Le camere spoglie la moquette andrebbe lavata a fondo. Cambierei le teglie nel forno: molto incrostate. Tuttavia, non essendo la prima volta che viaggio a Londra, posso dire che il rapporto qualità prezzo è accettabile, forse uno dei migliori. Basterebbero queste poche accortezze per avere un bel 10

Could do with more pillows in bedrooms as 2 flat ones in total wasn't ideal. No tea towel in kitchen. Again this is a useful this to dry something up if you wanted to. A fan would've been useful.

Der Garten sehr ungepflegt man kann nicht wirklich raus gehen. Eine tote Ratte ist draußen drei Tage lang gelegen. Betten sind klein. Mit Kleinkind zu dritt nicht zum empfehlen. Schlafcouch gehört unbedingt erneuert. Die war eine absolute Katastrophe

La part exterior (tot el que envolta) estava molt descuidat i la zona no és gaire tranquil·la a la nit.

Some basics missing which would have helped a lot - no oven gloves, no tea towels, no hand towels for the bathroom. The call to prayer from the mosque next door was loud each night.

Could do with a tea towel. Also a fan would be good as sleeping with the windows open means you're awoken by the Adhan in the morning. Could do with extra pillows

Reviewed May 29, 2026Superb location, lots to see and do within walking distance. Would highly recommend Brixton Village and The Laundry. The staff we met were very nice and pleasant. Accommodation was a great size and access to the building and apartment was very clearly conveyed - excellent communication from the staff.
Unfortunately the bathroom mirror made a loud noise during the night and kept us awake. We did report it and the staff were very helpful and appeared to fix it on our first nights stay. By the second night the noise and blinking had started again. Nobody’s fault - just one of those things.

Es muy cómodo el acceso con códigos y la respuesta del dueño es muy buena ante cualquier mensaje. Las instalaciones están muy bien (sólo no funcionaba la luz del espejo del baño), limpio y de calidad/precio excelente.

Reviewed May 22, 2026Located close and in easy walking distance to metro and buses, restaurants and shops. Easy entry/exit set up. A quick 30 min bus ride to downtown scenic London landmarks. Spacious, modern and well lit areas. Big TV. Overall good experience for our family of 5.
It was a little loud outside on pretty busy street. Would have appreciated some extra toilet paper and a couple more pillows and towels. Not really anything to complain about.

Lot of noise because of the mosque next to the apartments and the neighbors upstairs (we had complicated nights). Bathroom was not perfectly clean.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026The apartment is finished to a fairly high standard with motion sensored lighting, a beautiful bathroom & kitchen. The bed was small but comfortable. In rooms that size bigger beds would have been nice. Very close to the underground station. Loads of shops and restaurants very close by.
It looks like they ran out of money to furnish the apartment and have bought budget linen & pillows. The night side tables are of poor quality and the pillows are cheap, with no spares for people who need them.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026Die Wohnung war groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gab eine geräumige Küche. In der Nähe war sowohl UBahn als auch Bushaltestellen. Zu St Pauls zB konnte man mit dem Bus ohne Umsteigen durchfahren. Außerdem gab es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars/ Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Zunächst war der Vermieter sehr zuverlässig und reagierte umgehend auf Fragen oder Beschwerden. Als ich mich nachts um 1:30 wegen der lauten partygeräusche im Haus per email beschwerte, kam umgehend Antwort und der Vermieter sorgte dafür, dass es ruhig wurde. Auf warmes Wasser warteten wir leider vergeblich. Ein paar Küchenhsndtücher wären hilfreich. Ebenso fehlte ein Besen oder zumindest ein Handfeger, um zwischendurch einmal auszufegen.
