Zero atmosphere, no staff, got moved bed 3 times due to no order. Lockers are complicated so couldn’t get one and very loud selfish people in the room keeping you up at night

Reviewed May 25, 2026Je suis tombé malade a cause de la clim' qu'on ne peut pas régler. J'ai été expulsé du logement car je toussais la nuit. Apparemment c'était pour la sécurité des autres. Par contre, moi malade a cause d'eux, j'ai été jeté dehors. Concernant les équipements, il n'y a rien a par quelques verres. Le ménage est très peu fait et pas partout.
La piscine n'est pas dans le même immeuble mais dans un immeuble voisin,. Il faut compter 20 minutes pour y accéder. L'eau est trouble, mais la vue est jolie. Je ne vous conseille pas de vous baigner.

The bathroom smelled like mold and it had mold.. Also the lockers were weird. you had to pay deposit to use them? The security people were rude. I found dead insects on the mattress. (looked like bedbugs) Pillow smelled bad. Hard to get there.

Reviewed May 16, 2026The location is very nice, close to a very central station, the room’s air conditioning is good, and the bed was very comfortable! Overall, for the price and the service, it was excellent! The staff were super nice and allowed me to leave my belongings and use the shower even after I had checked out! Which helped a lot because I had a bus very late at night!
The explanation for how to get there was a little confusing, I confess, but in the end everything worked out, and there were also small cockroaches in the bathroom, but that’s quite normal in very humid and stuffy countries! Nothing that spoiled my stay!

Reviewed May 14, 2026Liked the people I spent time with. Even just hanging out at the lobby, there were so many friendly people there. I would say staying over a few days is worth it.
The bathroom can definitely be better. The shower itself splashing over the toilet paper made it soggy every time I wanna use it. Another inconvenience I experienced is the lift as it can take quite some time just to wait for it (and it does not indicate which floor is it at.)

Reviewed May 6, 2026On a trouvé des puces de lits, jusqu’à 3 qu’on a tué mais le 4 s’est caché. La salle de d’eau n’est pas du tout entretenu y compris l’ensemble des espaces. Ils prennent aucun produit pour désinfecter juste une serviette SALES que les résidents ont laissés et juste de l’eau (mouille donc) pour nettoyer les surfaces. C’est très très décevant surtout que pour in hostel qui accueille des personnes qui viennent et partent sans arrêt, il est important de faire ce minimum pour éviter certaines infections et maladies. La salle d’eau c’est le plus terrible aucun produit désinfectant ! Rien de rien de rien c’est terrible. Je ne conseille absolument pas. (nous étions 4 résidents 03/05 au 05/05 29-B-01 au cas où ils disent que ce n’est pas vrai. J’ai vu dans les commentaires que les responsables avaient déclaré que ce n’était pas vrai pour certains retours. Ce que je trouve absolument pas pro et dommage)

Reviewed May 5, 2026Los servicios del lugar y la experiancia en general fue increíble!!. Hay acceso a dos piscinas y el gym. También el departamento fue bonito con el balcón y la sala y lo mejor es que hay refri para guardar alimentos, esta cerca del Shopping y de varios restaurantes. Recomendación: al llegar en el tren, crucen la calle y bajen por las escaleras. El acceso al edificio es por el parqueadero.
Subir a la cama superior era incómodo. Aunque la ropa de cama estaba limpia, al igual que en términos generales la habitación. El baño no, podría haber estado más limpio y el lavamos estaba tapado. Pero sin problema!

Reviewed May 4, 2026Tiene un balcon y una sala de estar cómoda. Además tiene un pequeña cocina. Es un completo de edificios grandes pero con ambiente muy tranquilo. En el primer piso, hay dos supermercados, ATM, restaurante, un café y lavadoras de ropa. Además del gimnasio y la pileta. Súper completo y cómodo para un mochilero.

Het inchecken was heel lastig. Ook stonk de kamer enorm en lag er iemand op de bank te slapen die geen bed had. Hoe komt deze persoon überhaupt binnen. Mijn broertje sliep in het andere gebouw (B) en die kamer was veel beter. Ook werkte de airco niet goed in de kamer waardoor je in de ochtend je bed werd uitgebrand.

Nonostante ci siano regole scritte nell' appartamento, soprattutto in riferimento agli orari, gli ospiti della struttura hanno fatto molto rumore fino a tarda notte, non curanti della presenza e delle esigenze degli altri ospiti. L' appartamento in generale non era molto pulito. La piscina al roof top era indegna, seppure con una visuale bellissima.

L’appartement n’était pas très propre, le ménage n’a pas été fait pendant les 3 jours où nous avons séjourné. Il y avait une odeur désagréable dans le salon. La salle de bain était constamment trempée. Il faisait froid la nuit et nous n’avions pas la possibilité de baisser la climatisation. Les lits grinçaient énormément et le calme n’était pas vraiment respecté. Nous n’avons pas trouvé le logement très convivial. De plus, le logement n’est pas évident à trouver et les ascenseurs sont très longs.

This business has 2 apartments in different towers, I lived in both. 4-bed option is in smaller apartment: more cozy and quiet, I didn't like small bathroom btw, the view is on other building, old couch. 10-bed and one of 6-bed options are in larger apartment: nice bathroom, kitchen, common rest area, great city view. Stuff are friendly and helpful. Price was 6$ a night, but ended up $11.5 with all fees and taxes ;(

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026Las albercas y el metro cerca, tienen tienda y gym en la parte de abajo del edificio, las vistas desde la infinity pool.
Un baño muy pequeño con regadera para todos eran dos habitaciones aproximadamente10 personas en total, las literas usan cortinas compartidas, osea que no puedes cerrar o abrir la cortina de tu cama a tu gusto porque la cama de arriba y abajo usan la misma.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026THE PLACE IS INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS, DO NOT BOOK HERE. ALSO BE WARNED OF TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN CASE OF ANY ISSUES. I had to leave ad midnight after noticing one bed bug crawling on my bed. I checked the other beds and found 10+ more including on my backpack. Another girl who had slept in that room the night before was covered in bed bugs bites. It was also generally unkept and dirty with body hair and stains all over the floor/sink. The customer service is simply appaling, they just gaslight you and have awful communication/English skills. They refused to find me another accomodation in the building, they wanted to put me in the 12 bed dorm room (I had paid for the 6 beds one) on the adjacent room, literally only separated by a door so most surely infested with bed bugs as well given the amounts of bugs I found. It took me days of back and forth with Booking to get my money back and to this day I am still waiting for the key deposit (they made me come back the day later to get it but no one was there and they subsequently stopped replying my messages/calls). The boss (Mommy) rever replied my messages/calls, her assistant replies but uses the excuse of not being the boss for not being able to assist you. Bedbugs can happen in hostels and I fully understand that. What I do not accept is their absolute lack of professionalism, ghosting attitudes, appaling communication skills and the million excuses they had for not wanting to assist me (including being unable to help me because of fasting during ramadan month). I would have not left a negative review had they been professional and serious of the situation. They also claimed to have shut the dormitory in the morning (as an excuse for not being able to give me the room deposit back) but I spoke with some guests staying there and they confirmed the room was still open.

The room was very hot most of the time as the air conditioning was not working properly. I informed the staff several times but the issue was not fixed. There was no hot water during my stay. Cleanliness was also below standard, and overall the value for money was not good considering the condition of the room.

It was the worst experience of my life because of how they treated me at that time. It was 7:30 AM.
