All fine, I was travelling for work purposes and it was great. The property was good, easy access for things, check in was smooth, overall the rooms were clean. Staff were very friendly.

Great location, easy check in. Amazing view! Some really great local Vietnamese food around the alleys nearby and very little English spoken.

Accommodation needs TLC... A bit run down, washing machine doesn't work properly, very mouldy bathrooms. AC units need maintenance. Generally fine place to stay, family enjoyed it. Swimming pool good but the staff a bit of a pain requiring a code every single visit and they have lots of petty rules. Often the pool is overcrowded.and change facilities are pretty gross by the end of the day.

We stayed in the three bedroom apartment with a balcony for three nights and had a great experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family. We especially loved the large balcony and the beautiful city view. The location was convenient, the swimming pool was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for families visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

Good value and location.

A disappointing and upsetting experience. Do not book if you are after good and friendly service. This property is illegal short-term accommodation in a residential apartment building. We and others were yelled at by pool security staff who do not speak a word of English. We were kicked out of our room 5 minutes before checking out with security of the building yelling at us to exit the premises.

We initially booked for one night but ended up extending our stay because we loved the apartment so much. It had everything we needed, including a kitchen and washing machine, making us feel at home. The location in District 4 was convenient, with easy access to many tourist attractions. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

We had a great stay at the top floor (32! :O) of this apartment building. The apartment was clean, well upkept, comfortable stay for a family of 4. Even when there was a minir plumbing issue someone came in less than 3mjnutes to fix it. Overall really happy with this stay and would recommend it to anyone :)

The apartment was clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, only a few minutes from Ben Thanh Market and Nguyen Hue Walking Street. The swimming pool on the 7th floor was amazing. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Ho Chi Minh City.

There wasno tea coffee or milk no plates only bowels they insisted I pay cash 4000000 when id just arrived at night obviously to avoid tax. The cash payment should be made more transparent and not HIDDEN in the bowels of the listing.. The bed was as hard as a rock my back ached the entire stay. All payments should be on card for complete transparency.i also did not receive a receipt or invoice. I had to go to the ATM at that time of night and withdraw at considerable additional cost to me. Looks like bookings don't care as long as they get the listing. This is underhanded business defrauding the government of their due taxes

This is a very reliable place to stay. The apartment is clean, fully equipped and located close to many attractions. When our luggage was lost at the airport, the host kindly helped receive it and kept it safe for us. Tracy also supported us in arranging tours such as Mekong and private Cu Chi tours. The service was excellent and we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights in this three bedroom apartment and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was much more spacious than it appeared in the photos. Each bedroom offered privacy and comfort which made it perfect for our family. The living area was large and the dining table was great for spending time together after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for simple cooking which was very convenient during our stay. The location was close to the city center with many restaurants cafes and convenience stores nearby. The swimming pool on the 7th floor was clean and a great place to relax in the afternoon. The host was friendly responsive and always ready to help. We would happily stay here again on our next visit.

Zwembad was groot en aangenaam. Het aanmelden was een raar proces, maar ging wel vlot. Badkamer was proper, plus je kon elke dag nieuwe handdoeken vragen.

De studio was verouderd met gaten in de vloer en afblakkerende verf. Er waren kleine miertjes aanwezig, hiervoor hebben ze wel een spray komen breng en dan was dit opgelost. Het bed was niet comfortabel. De zetel was nog vuil.

In dem Gebäudekomplex darf gar nicht vermietet werden. Die Fenster ließen sich nicht schließen, es war dreckig, wir haben uns absolut unsicher gefühlt. Finger weg! Unsere 160€ haben wir auch nie wieder gesehen.

This place offers both comfort and a great location. The apartment is clean and has all the facilities needed including a kitchen and washing machine. It is easy to walk to Ben Thanh Market and Nguyen Hue walking street and Takashimaya is also nearby. Tracy helped us arrange a private family tour with a guide which was very comfortable and enjoyable. Everything was well organized.

Excellent check in, all very organised and smart lady who checked us in- Ana, who was smart and well organised. Good location, convenient store and a small supermarket, pharmacy, cafe in the building. Room was big enough.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom and under the sink. They could have added basic stuff- salt, pepper etc in the room since there is a basic kitchen.

Clean and reasonable sized apartment with many useful items in the kitchenette, and a handy balcony washing machine. The pool is a good size and was never too crowded. The WhatsApp communication is efficient and instant. The location is lively and next to many eateries. Our views from 16th floor were impressive - the street being far below keeps traffic noise to minimal but you can't tell if it's raining (!).

The pool is closed after 5pm - far too early, and a pity since the evening is when you most need the relaxation it provides following a day's sightseeing. It was also closed every time it was slighty rainy or windy. There is no designated help from reception as the front desk serves the entire block - not just Citizen Apartments. That's understandable but it would have helped to receive the WhatsApp contact the day before arriving, rather than while flying and then trying to access and understand it all via new SIM / network after landing. Location is fine but its not walkable to any of Saigon's key famous sights which all need a 10-15 min (only 1-2 USD) taxi ride. There's no shelf in the shower on which to place any bottles.

We stayed in this large 38 square meter studio with two beds and found it very comfortable for four adults. The layout was more spacious than expected and made it easy for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The apartment also had a sofa with a small coffee table and a dining table with four chairs which was perfect for meals and spending time together. The room was clean bright and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The small kitchen was useful for preparing simple meals and the washing machine on the balcony was very convenient especially for a longer stay. The balcony area was well covered and protected from the weather. The beds were comfortable and the apartment stayed quiet at night. There were many restaurants convenience stores and coffee shops nearby which made daily living easy. The host was friendly responsive and gave clear instructions during check in. A great choice for families or small groups looking for a spacious stay in the city.
