Nice room, modern feel, comfortable mechanical bed, great in room coffee.

Shower drainage didn't work which flooded the bathroom in under 2 minutes. Night staff responded quickly with mop and towels and refunded 20% for the trouble.

Me gustó mucho que la habitación tuviera ''cocina'' y la decoración en general, la cama era muy cómoda, la ilumicación de la habitación muy bien, tenía aire acondicionado, aunque era compacta era bastante práctica y se estaba muy a gusto.

La ubicación, pues estaba un poco alejado de lo turístico pero con el tren y metro era muy factible la ida y vuelta al alojamiento.

The check-in process was very easy, and the staff were brilliant. All three staff members we encountered were friendly, cheerful, and happy to help. Good location as well.

Overall, the stay was okay, but for a 4-star hotel, I expected a higher standard. The floor was not very clean, and the shower head was not working properly. These details made the experience less comfortable than expected.

I can’t say there was anything I disliked about the property. The only mark would be a trash bag lying by the lifts when we checked in that was still there the next morning when we checked out.

The moveable bed was quirky. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was a little bit small and I would have like fresh towels daily. I found out the room was only serviced every 3 days which is not so good on a 3 day trip. We were provided with fresh towels when we requested them.

Shower doors open awkwardly, adjustable bed is not as convenient as first impression (side tables difficult to reach, gap at top of bed).

Nieuw hotel gelegen bij een knooppunt van openbaar vervoer, met redelijk snelle verbinding naar centraal London (ong. 30min). Niet zo ruime kamer, maar wel met goed geoutilleerde pantry en uitizicht over de wijk. Personeel goed. Alles schoon, goede badkamer ook. Prima! Pub, restaurants en supermarkt binnen 100m is erg handig ook.

De buurt is niet erg welvarend, met redelijk veel daklozen en zwerfvuil. Voelde me niet altijd veilig in het donker.

Very close to the Westfield Mall and Stratford Mall with plenty of eat out options. The room had a wash basin, microwave and cutlery which was very conveniet.

My wife felt the central air conditioning didnt work well but it got better on our third night. Maybe it was just us.

We chose this hotel for its location as it was within a walkable proximity to an event we went to.

The room was not very clean, it was quite dusty so probably had been empty a while and also the shower and coffee machine were quite grimy. The A/C broke on the first night and was not fixed even though we reported it. We had to get our towels changed as the ones supplied with the room were dirty. The fold up bed is a fun gimmick but not very functional nor comfortable as you end up with a large gap behind your head and when the bed is down you can't really move across the room. On the subject of functionality, the bedside lamps will not turn on unless the main light in the room is on which makes them completely redundant. Finally, the design of the shower door means that unless you are a 26in waist you are practically sliced in half by the shower door in order to close it.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at this hotel. The staff are friendly and it’s in a great location convenient for the station, shops & restaurants. Room facilities are good with it having a kitchenette and the bed is super comfy!

Online check-in link supplied by the hotel did not work. We had to check in late and was assigned a room designed for wheel chair access. This was not ideal. The layout was very different to the standard rooms in the photos. The bathroom sink was very low and tiny (designed for wheel chair use). There was no room to put our toiletries in the bathroom. It was a wet room, but poorly designed so everything in the bathroom (including the toilet got soaked when we had a shower.

Loved the location. Very easy to travel around most of London from this one spot. Special mention for the staff: All incredibly friendly, willing to help without any fuss, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Big love to Gosha!

These are all minor things, but I think our room wasn't refilled with the right tea/coffee choices that were advertised (not a problem for me as I'm not a drinker, but may be for other guests) and there also wasn't a toilet brush in the bathroom. Also, our room wasn't facing an actual view (just a wall). Apart from that, couldn't be happier with my stay here!

Location wise its great, but there’s a small church with a little garden in front of the hotel which is filled with druggies during the day and night

Great price and location for ABBA Voyage

Room wasn’t ready at 3pm check in time. Was told to wait or change room but would have meant us having a lower grade room. We were on a time limit due to an event that we were attending. Lady on reception couldn’t care less and seemed very disinterested. Shame as the hotel was nice, staff require further customer service training

Dimensioni della camera spaziose e comode. Buona la vicinanza alla metro, in pochi minuti si è al centro di Londra con la Central o la Elizabeth Line. Water refill gratuito e possibilità di usufruire della lavanderia a pagamento. Tutti servizi che ritengo molto comodi e utili per un soggiorno più lungo di qualche giorno come il nostro.

Migliorerei il servizio di pulizia, sopratutto la polvere che si accumula sull'arredamento nero della camera. E anche la pulizia del pavimento, purtroppo fatta in modo superficiale.

Struttura vicino alla stazione di Stratford e a tanti locali e negozi. Nella stanza era presente un piccolo mobile con caffè, frigo, stoviglie, cassaforte e appendiabiti. Lo staff simpatico, accogliente e disponibile. Stanza e locali puliti. Letto comodissimo e pieno di cuscini.

Stanza un po’ piccola (sopratutto quando il letto veniva aperto) e nonostante fossimo al primo piano, la nostra finestra affacciava su un muro e la stanza risultava quindi buia (sembrava di essere ad un piano sotterraneo). Appena entrati lo spiazzo/muro era pieno di escrementi di uccelli … non tanto bello … abbiamo tenuto le tende chiuse durante tutto il soggiorno.

La localización no me gustó demasiado. Está muy bien conectado, pero el barrio no era demasiado agradable. Aún así, era lo que yo buscaba porque está cerca demasiado la zona de universidad.

Bed is comfortable and big. Mini kitchen is convenient. If dishwasher liquid is provided that would be perfect.

Die Lage ist toll, man kommt überall sehr gut hin. Das Zimmer war klein aber clever gestaltet und eingerichtet.

I booked a particular room at least 3 months before and turned up at the hotel to find I had had my room down graded without any notice. Really not good. No notice given at all. Not acceptable

Clean and friendly staff

I didn’t hate it, but I didn’t like it. Shower was nice, as was the shower gel and lotion. Room also had a nice modern feel. Location is ok as near Stratford, but the wrong part of Stratford. It was good value for money, it’s basically a room and that’s it. Oh the bed was also cozy.

Was small and the location wasn’t great, in fact it’s hard to get a taxi as the hotel is in a no stop area. I needed to be in Stratford for a few days and booked last min so not somewhere where I would normally pick. I would be weary staying here with family or as a lone female due to the location and I’m from London!

The PIN code entry was great. The hotel was very clean.

The shower door was too close while standing in it, not much room. Minimal water from shower. Bed wasn’t great, limited air on and unable to open windows which were locked. Coffee machine wasn’t working or we were just putting the coffee pod in incorrectly but it was self explanatory.

Check in did not work online as I had reserved 3 rooms so the staff member needed to process between the reception desk and the self check in. Was a little arduous.

Location is great. Very central and easy from Stratford station. Staff were all excellent. Super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Special shout out to Maria. Room was very clean and shower was hot and good water pressure. Comfortable bed and pillows. Coffee machine, mugs, kettle and toaster is a nice touch. Free luggage storage for the day which was really handy. Lighting system is high tech but easy to use and good high/low settings.

Room is very small. There is a desk and chair but you can't use them as they are crammed in at the bottom of the bed. So it's good for 1-2 nights and if you aren't needing to work. Not really anywhere to put your suitcase or hang clothes. Air con/heating is complicated and I wasn't sure if it was working or not. Even when it's off there is a constant noise maybe from an air flow system?

Super clean, great lighting controls and air conditioning, push button shower with really comfortable electric bed! Couldn’t find the button to lower the back of the bed… I had put my phone charger on the top of it coz it blends into the side unit… had to call ‘Mission Control’ … poor front desk guy had to come up and show me, I felt a bit stupid that I had covered it 🫣 anyhoo other than that it was a lovely room with everything you could ask for

OK so the location was a bit dodgy at first with some homeless folks about but my stay was uneventful and when I settled I felt safe enough in the area. Hotel itself feels very secure so no worries.

Quick and easy check in/check out on their tablets without needing to bother the receptionist (they were lovely). I liked the smart features in the room, reclining bed and automated blinds. I loved the blackout blinds. Loved the aircon.

For some reason, we were placed in an accessible room and I really would have preferred the opposite. The bathroom felt unclean and a bit rundown. The toilet was also positioned far too close to the sink which made using the loo a bit awkward (also not sure how this was accessible friendly). There were a few broken pieces of furniture in the room and ensuite. The room could really do with a look at and possibly a refresh. When you adjusted the bed to make it flat instead of upright, there was barely any room to get around to the other side of the bed which hurt my back a bit and it left quite a large gap where the pillows are meant to be. The lock on the door was also broken, so that made us feel really uneasy.

A table and seat. a small cooler to put milk in to stop it going bad and have cold water in a heatwave. got some breezy aircon the big shower to refresh yourself and a modern decor really clean sweet helpful staff Morrisons across the road for food shop. Someone was on the desk 24/7 helped me to get from A to B on buses or trains.

I didn’t like the tv not connecting to YouTube the quality was an eyesore I watched the simpsons and they were neon yellow. so I avoided tv for the rest of the stay. Bed broken a bit and curtains half down couldn’t fully close curtains. But now told staff so it should be fixed for the next person. It’s a homeless area and not the quietest.

Comfy bed, kitchenette with kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. Very clean & location was close to LCF. Friendly lady on reception. I had read about the air con not being good but I found it worked and was a relief from the London heatwave!

Not so much a dislike and just a minor issue but it would have been good to have somewhere to dry/hang your towel and the shower did leak a little into the bedroom.

Stratford aint the neighbourhood which is fancy or anything but I can see myself innit. The location was good for me, easy if you have to travel to stansted the next day. I could eat all time around and there are some pubs and restaurant u can go visit. also going to stratford in the new "part" of the city is close by and nice and new.

cant say anything bad about this hotel, the staff was super nice. I forgot his name, but a young lad around 30y old, super nice!

Welcoming staff, very clean and quiet. Love the efficiency and that everything can be done pre arrival online. Check-out process very simple and easy.

There is an option to download your key card to your phone wallet, but only apple wallet. It's not applicable to android phones and not everyone has iPhones. So that was a bummer to complete the check-in process. Location wise, I didn't feel very safe walking from the station to the location. I didn't realise the way was either through little alleyways or a pavement, both littered with people (and not the good kind).

Unfortunately it's the area, but not something the hotel can control. Late night around the area can be uncomfortable, nevertheless, the hotel has keycard access only to get in and to get to the rooms so that kept things safe

Being a little bit overweight I struggled a little getting in the shower door, maybe the door should open outwards rather than inwards.

Threshold modern look, comfortable bed. Excellent wheelchair accessible room. Reception staff was friendly and very helpful and changed my room to an accessible room.

It was not apartment as it was mentioned, just single room, kitchen inside the room, tv was broken, when asked receptioned said can't help. It was not worth of paying £280 for this room

Warm friendly greeting when we arrived. Super comfortable bed and everything we needed in the room. The rooms are perfect for a one or two nights stay with lots of super markets, bars & restaurants on the high street. 15 minute walk to Westfield, 25-30 minutes to the London Stadium. Despite the pubs being open all night for the England Mexico match we heard nothing!!!

Stayed here for 3 nights concerts at London stadium. Have never used yotelpad and only booked as price was reasonable and location was ok. Actually the location is brilliant for London stadium, only 20 mins walk and 10 mins to the stratford shopping centre. Couple of pubs nearby for afterwards drinks staff were friendly, check in and out was easy. Room was small but clean, bed was comfortable, shower is good, tv is good, air-conditioning is good, there's even a fridge,microwave,sink,utensils,coffee machine and a safe. Happy with everything and really good value for money. The lighting is also good,you can have it as bright or dim as you like.and was good tomhave a room bright enough to use.Exceeded expectations.

Our view was of a brick wall haha but at least no one could look into our room. Wardrobe space needs hangers but nothing will stop me from using again.
