Valet parking was excellent and free

Stayed 2 nights and coffee pods weren't refilled.

How safe it is. Not have to worry about random people walking around.

That you have to warm your food somewhere else. No microwave.

The floor in my room was a bit dirty

I like the adult hours for the pool. wished it stayed open later though. I liked the room a lot and the big window view. I also like the restaurant balcony.

I didn't like how the key cards work with elevators, annoying to have those extra steps. My biggest complaint is that it was my anniversary date night with my wife and we tried calling to get some champagne and wine ordered through room service and couldn't even get through to room service using the hotel phone. I had to call on my cell phone to reach the one and only worker (her words) for that Wednesday night (8/19). i think it was like 1am but it's a casino so i know there were workers still serving alcohol downstairs. This room service worker told me they don't offer room service delivered to the room, like at all. I asked if that was the case even on the weekends and she said yes, no room delivery for food or drink. My wife and i had to get dressed and walk all the way down to the casino where we couldn't even buy a bottle. We had to buy multiple glasses of wine and i think this whole process is absolutely ridiculous. oh and the bartender said they do offer room service on the weekends, so which is it?? For a hotel/casino that loves taking people's money why won't you take mine for a bottle of wine??? Was excited to come back but this experience really ruined my mood on this place.

The facilities were wonderful.

The staff. I was told by 2 staff members I could absolutely change my king to 2 queens due to a busted pipe at my home. I got there and the lady said oh no you cant change your room you booked on booking.com. Well, I DID NOT book on booking.com I clicked on your resort and it directed me to my reservation. After the associate went to her manager, she came out and said 'we will just give it to you because she doesnt want to come out and argue with you'... this is absolutely disgusting behavior. Whatever manager was on around 745PM on Tuesday 8/18 should get a reality check in customer service. I would not refer people there based on customer service. We brought our family and special needs daughter there to be told 'ok go ahead im not arguing with you' this is awful customer service. Not to mention AGAIN.... TWO EMPLOYEES ON YOUR PHONE TOLD US WE ABSOLUTELY COULD CHANGE TO 2 QUEENS... VEEY disappointed in this.

The staff that checked us in were very friendly.

When we arrived we had to wait past the time to check in because the room was not ready yet it was being cleaned. Once we got up to the room it was not clean it was still dirty the bed had stray hairs all over the sheets and they were dirty, the toilet had urine on the toilet seat, the floors had spots of im not sure what on them and overall just not clean room. The bed was not comfortable but that's okay since we only stayed one night .

2nd sort visit to your hotel casino, I only stayed 1 night. I dined at 8 the Asian Restaurant i was by myself and ate at the sushi bar. The food was EXCELLENT the staff was too. Prompt service, friendly and checked on me several times.

Couldn't find Video Poker slots, but didnt ask either

The location was perfect it was a short drive away from our event's venue. The restaurant located in hotel was great, food was incredible and staff was friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed the stay. Children enjoyed the pool.

Did like that the pool closes at 8pm for children. I think that is to early for closer for the children especially durning the week days. It would be a good idea to extend the hour. Adults stay up later to gamble and drink why not give the children the extra time.

Restaurant food offerings great!

Poor staff habits, needs training to handle customer, speaking to each alot while customer waits, do not deliver and not botheree at all. My tv remote was not working called the room service for replacement took 2 hours they kept lying that a new remote had been brought and tv reset... had to eventually go to the reception myself. No complimentary breakfast

Slots tight , bets on machines very high . No old style machines , machines seemed all the same .

The rooms was very clean and comfortable.

The system inside used to get your car from the valet doesn't seem to work because we waited 5-10 mins after requesting and would have been faster just to go out and flag someone down. We ended up parking in the lot on our own after that. The fireworks going off in the middle of the day while I was working, was annoying.

I accidentally double booked and double paid. Booking dot Com and the resort had it rectified with the money back in my account within a couple hours. It was handled very professionally by all parties involved

Losing at the casino

Loved the mountain view from our room. Large bathroom with double sinks. Very comfortable bed and pillows

Choice of restaurants was good. The one we picked for our meal was very good. Loved the elevators. It was the first time I had experienced these kind.

Room was excellent, all the amenities, quiet, excellent service. Would highly recommend anyone to stay there.

Only thing I can think of is that since I was staying overnight, had a bag with me and didn't think I would be able to enter through the garage entrance do to entering the actual casino, so had to walk all the way around the building to get to the desk without going in the casino area. Vallet was full.

Very little space to put things. Lovely design but poor function. Very small closet space, no drawer or counter space, terrible lighting in bathroom, no place to put shampoo/etc. in shower.

I liked the staff very much, they were extemely friendly. There were plenty of bars as well.

The TECH in the room was horrible! The phones didnt work at first till managment came upstairs to reset them. The TV was the worst! The HDMI port did NOT work, the remote worked sometimes, and the TV had to be reset 3-4 times during the night to keep working. The bluetooth worked at first, then stopped working. The stay was perfect in every other area, EXCEPT the TV. That was a real bummer, my wife was very unhappy about that.

The location was great and yhe service at the restaurant on top was excellent.

Come Sunday night there was nothing open to get a snack or anything like that any where. Everything closes up way to early. People travel on Sundays also.

Very nice the rooms were well appointed. Canned music in all the bars was incredibly loud!

The rooms were a little pricey, and the elevators were odd as you had to select the floor you were going on a screen, and then on the screen, it would tell you which elevator to take

It was nice looming

We arrived after 4:00 check-in. We were asked to wait a half an hour and then we were sent to a room that had somebody else’s belongings in it. We then had to wait for another room. I had booked way in advance.
