Really nice rooms and the beds were very comfortable! Lovely staff!

The breakfast was a little disappointing. But the ”make your own waffles” was nice.

We stayed on the third floor. On the fourth floor there was a dog that barked and slapped the floor with their tail, We didnt sleep well.' The building and room were very clean and cared for.

Provided me space to park my truck and helped me print some paperwork for work. Place was awesome.

Room door did not lock from inside or outside, you could just push it open without needing key card, deadbolt did not work at all. Was woken up at 6am someone coming in to room. WTH?!? Staff did NOTHING regarding lack of security. Exterior door handle was broken at back entry as well. Grounds were a mess with weeds and tree debris from gardener not picking up after trimming.

It was clean. The room was large, and vet comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Wonderful service

TV didn't work right. You could hear the freeway traffic very well.

Air conditioner scared me to death when it came on. It was that loud. Like a diesel truck. There was no option to just have a low fan on. I couldn’t sleep.

The place lies! I was told I was given a complimentary two nights as I had earned it, then they turned around and charged me for the two nights! They called the police on me when I told them I needed to go get the valet out of the hall and bring it down! By the time I got down, less than 5 minutes, the police were in the Lobby!!! The Manager needs to be fired, she has a CONTROL issue rather than a Customer Service attitude! Hotels need regulation, they are out of control! I am 78 and have been in industry do everything available in the industry! The industry treats clients/customers like trash!

The mattress was comfortable.

The pillows weren’t great, and the duvet didn’t have a cover on it. That’s uncomfortable because I know those don’t get washed often - if at all. Just two flat sheets covered the duvet. No extra blankets. The bathroom had a weird brown stain on the wall above the toilet that honestly looked like poop. Me or my husband weren’t brave enough to find out. It just felt cheap for what we paid for. Properly made bed and cleaned bathroom I thought was bare minimum in hospitality.

Typical hot hotel breakfast. Waffles, biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage links, bacon, potatoes. Also had yogurts, cereals as well as a coffee machine and juices.

The rbuilding was really warm once inside and our room was over 80 degrees. The do not let you use the AC. The thermostat in the room appears fake.. It felt scammy. I called the front desk and the girl just gaslights you. They asked what the room temp was and what temp would I like it at? Then tells me they can control the temp in the rooms to a certain extent. Whatever that means. The fake thermostat never changed while we were there. Said 73 degrees the whole time. The AC was plugged in and had electric connection. In reality Its a dupe..a fake...a phony.

Clean property and room. Close to Seattle and to shopping, movies and food, but far enough out of the way of traffic. We stayed here 5 nights and have no major complaints. Breakfast was great! Water pressure in shower was awesome. Comfortable beds and pillows. Spacious room.

The AC unit turns on and off. So it would wake me up every time it turned off. I woke up like 5 times during the night to turn it on again as I need white noise to sleep. The walls are very thin and I could hear my neighbor snoring loudly all night. I could hear children screaming and playing in the next room as well. They ran out of water bottles but we were happy to see filtered water in the gym. The mini fridge was not cold at all.

Upon check in the staff at the desk was hilarious and had us laughing. Very great energy. I loved that it was right off the highway. It made it easy to come and go.

The elevator was a little scary.

Guest were having a party in the pool and left it a mess. We couldn't use it that night and then in the morning is was closed for cleaning. So my kids missed out on swimming during our stay.

The rooms were big and spacious with very comfortable beds and beddings! Breakfast spread was quite extensive so we enjoyed a good breakfast before heading out on our journey! We would highly recommend this property as it seems recently renovated!

It was located right off the freeway and is convenient to go to where we wanted to go!

We were on the 4th floor and there was only one elevator which was not operating very responsively. The light for the elevator was not on when pressed and sometimes it took a while before the elevator showed up!

Breakfast is good. The manager and afternoon staff are awesome. Love the warm cookies in the eve...

When I arrived, I told reception that I had a dog and was traveling for a dog agility competition. The receptionist said nothing about this and gave me a room on the second floor (I also had stated that I had a dog on my booking, which I received an email back saying that my request had been received and approved). However, the second day: my key no longer worked in my door, I went to reception again to ask about this. The receptionist noticed my dog and asked me if I was aware of their pet policy. I responded that I had just arrived the previous night, I had stated I'd brought my dog several times, and hadn't received any more information. She then, quite rudely, stated that: (1) I would need to pay extra, (2) I should not have had a room on the second floor (as if this was my fault), and (3) she disregarded my explanation that I had told several different people that I had a pet with me. I felt as though I was being treated as if I had tried to sneak my dog into the building, which I certainly had not done. This whole encounter left me feeling like the hotel was very disorganized and there was poor communication. This may have been because I used a third party booking service (Booking.com); however, these services are so common now that this should really be better avoided.

The free breakfast is so good with eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, fruit, and more. The bed was almost as soft as I like. The pool is closed to kids after 10pm and open to adults until 11pm which is AMAZING! The also always have coffee, hot water and water available until very late at night. Such a great value!

The pillows were way too soft, but that's my only complaint. I would stay here again!

THE WIFI DID NOT WORK!!! This was a big problem. It was not my device. My tablet worked fine at the fairgrounds, at the Glass Museum, BUT NOT AT THE HOTEL. I could not check email, get directions, or check-in for my flight. Also the privacy settings were set so high on the computer in the lobby, that I could not log into my email from there. AND I WAS THERE FOR A WEEK!! There was enough time for this problem to be fixed, but it wasn't. I paid for this utility. It was advertised as available, but it was not.
