La comida del buffet es muy superior a otras opciones de punta cana. Es buena la calidad y la variedad de la comida. Las habitaciones son cómodas. El acceso a la playa está muy bien. Hay 3 buffets para comer durante el día. 2 grandes y uno de snacks y hamburguesas.

Es imposible la reserva para restaurantes temáticos. Fui 8 días. Recién pude conseguir al 3er día en las opciones que menos quiere la gente. No hubo toallas para la playa durante los primeros 6 días. Imposible conseguir.

La limpieza aceptable y nada más

La comida una vergüenza, no alcanzan las toallas para la playa, muy poco personal de mozos tanto en playa como en lobby o sea precio calidad muy malo y fue nuestra quinta vez que visitamos el hotel

El mar es fabuloso

Que no hay muchas reposeras en la playa en ara la cantidad de gente

El estilo de decoración, muy buena la gastronomía, hermosa la playa. La habitación muy cómoda. Varios pequeños detalles que simplifican la estadía.

Variedad de comida y desayuno buffet,El restaurant francés el pescado 1 era Vez q lo comía Y me encantó acompañado con esa burbuja o chispa de arroz muy rica eso si gusto a poco (😃) la cordialidad disposición de sus colaboradores ! Los baile en la piscina playa me encantó!

Toallas de la habitación están ya muy viejas ! El basurero del baño tb ! Desgastado ! Alguna puertas de habitación le hace falta una mano de barniz .

Las instalaciones, la playa.

Robo de dinero en la habitación y una lamentable gestión al final de la estadía El penúltimo día ​al llegar a la habitación cerca de las 14 h, tras almorzar, vimos que no había sido limpiada, a diferencia de los días previos. Notamos un cajón abierto y, al revisar nuestras cosas, descubrimos que una valija cerrada con candado de combinación había sido abierta. Quien ingresó revisó todo y se llevó 980 USD guardados en un portavalor. Reitero que la valija estaba cerrada con candado. ​Llamamos a recepción y el personal de seguridad vino rápido. Sin embargo, en lugar de investigar hacia afuera, procedieron a requisarnos a nosotros alegando que era el "procedimiento habitual": desplegaron nuestras pertenencias, revisaron debajo de las camas, entre los colchones y en el baño, haciéndonos sentir como si intentáramos esconder el dinero. Dijeron que revisarían los accesos de la cerradura electrónica y las cámaras perimetrales, pero a los únicos que requisaron fue a nosotros. Además, la función de chat en la app del hotel dejó de funcionar de manera sospechosa tras asentarse el robo. ​Curiosamente, el hecho ocurrió el día previo a nuestra partida. Al retirarnos, el Manager (Joan) ofreció devolvernos la mitad del dinero robado mediante un crédito en la tarjeta (lo cual aún no ocurrió ya que demora varios días) y nos ofreció una noche de estancia adicional, una propuesta poco viable considerando que vivimos en Argentina. Por si fuera poco, en nuestra última jornada se rompió el baño y tuvimos que llamar 10 veces y esperar 4 horas para que lo solucionaran. ​Hicieron todo lo posible por arruinar los 6 días maravillosos que veníamos disfrutando. Un hecho y un manejo así tiraron totalmente por la borda unas muy lindas vacaciones.

Lo unico que si me gustó fue la atencion de Jennifer de concierge, y la comida en el restaurante Mexicano.. el resto pésimo

Muchas cosas... 1) me cobraron mas de lo que había reservado con ustedes por la "oferta" 2) me dieron una de las habitaciones mas viejas del hotel, a pesar de haber reservado una habitación "Premium".. al consultar me indicaron que "todas sus habitaciones son premium" 3) la habitación olía a humedad y se notaba sucia y descuidad, muebles rotos, despintadas, mal olor, suciedad en los textiles de los muebles, etc 5) la Habitación estaba ubicada en un tercer piso sin ascensor, mi hija sufre de las rodillas y le costo subir siempre 6) Al solicitar un upgrade a una habitación mejor me dijeron que solo había disponible la "Suite presidencial" y que debía pagar US$ 1900 adicionales.... y que iban a averiguar si me podían hacer un descuento 7) Cuando acepte el precio, me dijeron que igual la habitación no estaba disponible aunque quiera pagar, y me ofrecieron una por US$ 1200 adicionales para el día siguiente. 8) La primera noche amanecimos con el piso mojado porque el aire acondicionado estaba goteando (bastante) 9) en la noche del primer día el aire acondicionado de la habitación continua (de mis hijos) tambien empezó a gotear 10) el desayuno horrible, lleno de gente peleándose por comida, había que hacer cola para todo y el personal para nada amable 11) una persona en un desayuno que llegamos un poco cerca de la hora de cierre, le dijo a mi hija menor de edad que estaba sola que se tenia que apurar porque ya iba a cerrar y le chorreo toda el agua sobre la mesa al servirle (de mala manera) ni siquiera ofreció una disculpa o secarlo 12) tienes que ir a las 6 de la mañana para agarrar sombrilla y quedarte "custodiándola" porque sino te mueven las cosas y te las quitan.

Ужасающий сервис. Ужасные номера. В одних корпусах старые, в других после реновации не работают кондиционеры, охлаждение. Отремонтировать не могут. Тараканы огромного размера. В ресторанах и на ресепшене отношение ужасное. Высокомерное. И не понятно главное почему. Очень слабая подготовка персонала. Сервис отвратительный. Всю включено с едой посредственного качества. У детей после дайвинга вылезла аллергия. Видимо на неопрен, который не понятно как моется.

Una extraña reacción alérgica o picaduras de algún insecto, no lo sé, que afectaron a 3 de las 12 personas que estuvimos en el hotel

El diseño de las áreas comunes del hotel, y la variedad y calidad de servicios.

No estaba regulado el uso de reposeras y camastros en la playa. Había gente q por asegurarse la primera línea de playa, iba a las 5 am, dejaba una toalla para reservar una reposera/camastro, que luego no terminaba usando hasta pasado el mediodía. Entonces quedaba inutilizada toda la mañana.

La calidad de la comida y el servicio es muy bueno; la playa es un 10

Es un hotel para gente grande y muy tranquila. Mayormente argentinos, y muy poca ( prácticamente nula ) fiesta. Es muy diferente al ambiente que se vive en Punta Cana, donde se da más para conocer gente, un poco de fiesta.

Beautiful location and very well kept facilities. The courtyard looks like a park with peacocks, cocoa trees and lots of greenery. Our room had a good size. The beach was clean and there were plenty of sun loungers available. The bar was decent. The food was good in all the restaurants we tried.

Some of the children play areas were an eyesore as they were placed in key areas like right at the entrance and took away from the colonial vibe.

Estuve 9 dias y todos los dias a la mañana pasaban la misma música en la playa p clases de aerobics etc podrían ser mas creativos con la música que podria cambiar todos los dias. La calidad del vino tinto no es acorde al excelente nivel de algunas comidas del bufete, por ej hubo cangrejo, centolla, calamares, langostinos y el vino siempre bastante mala calidad. La cara de mal humor de algunos del personal del hotel, por suerte la mayoría muy amable y bien predispuesto

La comida era abundante pero no muy variada. Sin duda la ubicación con ese mar caribe sin sargazo es lo mejor.

No hay muchas cosas para hacer.

Los aires acondicionados no tienen buena temperatura. El mio particularmente no enfriaba y no lo repararon x lo que a la noche me ofrecían otras habitaciones para poder dormir a gusto

El lugar

Por problemas personales llgué a la Hacienda 3 noches más tarde. No sólo las perdí, sino que además me dijeron que se "había caído la reserva" y entonces me retuvieron mis pasaportes. No entendía de qué reserva me hablaban ya que las 9 noches ya las había pagado antes de iniciar mi viaje. Además, en Bookin decía que irían a buscarme al aeropuero y no lo hicieron y tampoco me reintegraron el viaje.

The sea is fantastic, the guys at the beach bar are top and in the main restaurant. The restaurants are good, main buffet as well, Japanese restaurant is great.

Beach is overcrowded at 8am you cannot find the sunbed. We tried at 7am and succeeded in the third row. It's too many people on beach and even if you try left or right other hotels and beaches look the same. Distance between sunbed from first person next to you is very often max 1.5meters. We booked a Greek Restaurant at the beach and got food allergy and ended up in resort hospital paying 350usd for a quick checkup and injection Corticosteroide to reduce tongue swelling. In our 30 years of travel we never got food allergy to anything. They have not accepted our travel insurance so we had to pay and latter reimburse from insurance.

Cooked Food needs to be hotter.

The staff that works at the buffet is exceptionally amazing. They remembered where we liked to sit, what we liked to drink, super attentive, friendly and happy people. The main territory is very well kept. The food variety was amazing. The clarity of water at the beach was the best compared to the nearby hotels. That the hotel is family oriented, and no crazy party people around

Cockroaches in our room. Not too many. But they're there. Indifferent and arrogant female employee at the reception. Our key stopped working at 6am the day of the departure. And she was not very helpful in resolving the issue, nor did she apologize even once. Ruined our last morning. We had to ask the suitcase guy or the cleaning lady to open the door for us every time we had to get in. Most important for us: The umbrella area of the beach was NOT raked or cleaned properly. In our 7 days, not once did they rake the beach. We kept on seeing same trash there from the previous day, nasty cigarette and cigar stubs, dirty plates not picked up on time throughout the day. There was someone's (pardon me) underwear laying around on the beach for 3 days, and not picked up by the cleaners. On our last day it was still there.. Keeping in mind the above, this is NOT a 5 star hotel. I've stayed at 3 star resorts, and saw the employees cleaning beach at 5 am in the morning..

the breakfast--toast , omelettes, coffee, fruit was very good. waiters,,,angel, altagracia, faury --were very wonderful. helpful. made us happy. lunch snack-bar restaurant near the beach and buffet were great. Italian pasta was too rich--hard to digest for me. Viviana very friendly and helpful with sharing information. water aerobics in pool were great. Nelson taught. Alberto on baggage was great.

little problem with toilet. does not do well with paper. hard to get a beach chair. people hogged them overnight. i gave up. but salt water was excellent.

Gastronomia

This was my 5th visit at this hotel, the first being in 2002, when the resort had just opened, and my last one 10 years ago. The rooms are now renovated, as well as the bathrooms, which were updated to the current standards. The entire area has developed quite a bit, there are now shops nearby and places where you can spend time. When I was there last, there was nothing around the hotel. Now it's a small village with inner roads and dozens of small shops and small hotels. The port is now 5 minutes away just east of the resort, so it is easy to leave and arrive for/from excursions. The best restaurant in the resort is still the Gheisha (japanese). The kids loved the stay and can't wait to get back :)

The entertainment is not what is used to be when I was there last. Back then, the theatre was full each night, no matter what the show was, and the entertainment team was brilliant. This time, the theatre was empty each night, most of the shows were cancelled because of poor attendance. Back in the day, the entertainment team were always on the beach during the day, advertising the shows. There was no advertising this time. The disco was also empty and closed half the nights. The entertainment area however seems to have moved between the bar and the reception area, with some sort of disco show almost every other night. The atmosphere was nice. We were there during Easter, there was nothing special organised for Easter, not even some coloured eggs. The beach lighthouse bar was damaged by a hurricane in October 2022 - it is now under reconstruction. There are no more flamingoes in the garden, but there are a lot of other small birds. There were a few beautiful large trees with big red flowers on the property - they now seem to be dead for some reason. It is a pity - they were superb. The open buffets at the main restaurants are lighter than they used to be. There is no more freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning, for some reason, but there is still a selection of fresh juice. There is no more coconut available. The fish selection is significantly poorer than before. Almost all the sun beds and umbrellas are reserved as early as 6 in the morning. Although the „no sun bed reservation” policy is advertised, it is not enforced by the staff. I saw sun beds with beach towels on them in the front row at midnight, reserved for the next day. This is annoying, as you have to get up at 6 in the morning to go to the beach and reserve your sun beds. We didn't get a „Welcome back” sign on the door, although it was our 5th visit :) The second day we arrived, when we tried to make reservations, all the restaurants were almost fully booked for the next 7 days.

the resort is just lovely and very clean. good and drinks where great. our stay was very enjoyable, but it can get boring after a few days, because there is nothing really around.

you can’t have long walks along the beach, and there is nothing around outside of the resort.

Beautiful garden, beach and pools. Very helpful staff, good buffet restaurant and excellent Mexican, Japanese and French restaurants. Snack bar on the beach. All inclusive offer at a good level. I recommend it to everyone. Only one complaint and that is the too soft beds.
