Lovely room with a great view .bathroom had a good shower.

Mattress not quite as comfy as in some of the other rooms we have stayed in. Slight dip on either side and a lump in the middle

Room was perfect but location of room wasn't three doors banging all the time restaurant door room door and outside door people coming in late talking loud and making noise I know people have to go out and enjoy themselves but be respectful for other people that go to bed early also it's a disabled persons room and every time the door banged the door of the room shook otherwise perfect

Lots of stairs both to the room and then to get down into the room, this wasnt noted on booking.com so did cause some struggle for a mobility challenged individual.

Could benefit from some more comfy chairs in the bar area, as it is mainly aimed at dining with very little relaxation areas.

How friendly the staff are and the location. Our room was stunning with a fantastic view of the sea. Highlight was the ease of parking. Food was superb I shall definitely stay again next time i am in Llandudno.

Beautiful place, clean, comfortable. Fantastic breakfast.

Breakfast was good, there was an option for hot food as well as continental.

Some of our stuff on day 2 was not cooked properly. Otherwise, they catered to what we asked.

Nice location as quiet. Plenty of parking. Stayed in the family room which had ample space for 2 adults & 1 child.

Service was a little slow for early evening meal but it was a busy time. Staff were lovely.

The menu in the restaurant a little limited if you dislike fish, and wish to eat onsite rather than going into llandudno. Coming to the dining area from bedroom was near to the kitchen so there was a strong fish odour.

The location was perfect and ample parking . Room was a great size for family . Staff exceptionally friendly . My grand children visiting from Dubai loved every minute especially the pancakes for breakfast

Excellent hotel, excellent location, very clean and friendly.

Very noisy with guests leaving but it’s a hotel, it’s expected.

Room 1 and constant door opening and closing as other guests filed past to and from the restaurant. Doors closed with a bang so disturbed our sleep.

Stunning location. Beautiful rooms. Amazing staff who were incredibly helpful. Breakfast perfect. Even did a vegan breakfast. We had lunch there too and food presented well and tasty. And in the 30 ° heat the air conditioning in the rooms was fantastic.

Only thing was the lack of vegan options for evening meal.

The location was perfect for our stay with nice views from the dining room over the sea. The food was very good with plenty of choice. We dined there both evenings and had excellent meals each time. The staff were helpful, welcoming, and kind.

Our room was a bit small and dark, but as we didn't spend a lot of time there it was not a problem.

Loved the beds they were very comfortable the rooms were nice to we had a partial seaview. Rooms come wirh air con if needed overall a great stay!

The location, the team, the food were all excellent. The chef in the evening came up with a solution around my son's severe food allergy, which meant he could have his original choice from the menu

Good staff nice hotel food good and plenty of parking a little out of Llandudno but a nice walk in on the front ,plenty of parking but you have to register car on arrival

Breakfast was plentiful,well layed out and plenty of tables to be had and the location was good as it was between two towns,Llandudno and Rhos on sea.

The stairs are a bit tricky especially with luggage, obviously no lift but as we get older it could be a problem.

Breakfast did barely have any choice for my dairy intolerant partner: no alternative to milk or yogurt or butter. He tried the vegan fry up one day but it wasn’t very good at all.

Although the hotel felt like it was genuinely very well-kept, the facilities felt somewhat dated and the rooms felt a bit basic

The whole experience was great, from the location, the food, the choice of drinks was great. But the best thing about the whole place is the staff. They go above and beyond to help and assist, and exceptional group of people.

The only drawback to Craigside Manor is the lack of accessible bedrooms. During our stay the majority of people had mobility issues of one kind of another. There is only one ground floor room. A lift would be great but a stair lift would go a long way to alleviate the problem.

Friendliness, quality of food and location

Room wasn’t service for day, displayed door sign carefully for this, but on return found this was turned around to day do not disturb. Breakfast was very good. Eggs Royale were very good but muffin needed to be properly toasted particularly when mentioned this on second occasion.

The room was spacious for a family room and two single beds for the children made it even more comfortable. Breakfast was cooked freshly to order as well as a continual options as well. The venue was clean and tody and the views on the terrace looking over Llandudno and the surrounding areas was fantastic in the evening. Food in the main bar was very well priced and very tasty also.

Beautiful views over the bay. We had gorgeous weather during our stay and eating and drinking outside on the terrace was lovely. The staff couldn’t have been any more helpful.

Exceeded my expectations in all areas, staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.

Great location, staff and room. Arrived early but that was ok as room was ready so we checked in. Good air con made room pleasant on hot day. Room had good selection of toiletries, tea, coffee, chocolate and bottled water as well as biscuits. Staff were excellent particularly at breakfast where a great breakfast was served.

The bedrooms paid for a seaside view ok if its been refurbished it is still lacking refinements bathroom floor unsafe bath to high for customers requested lower floor on arrival none available could have responded the old Premier inn side is still apparent carpets etc etc if they have spent loads of money it has not be spent to upgrade bedrooms

Wonderful staff, good location, food was excellent, service was fast, rooms and the hotel in general were spotlessly clean.

Minor things like small patches of mould in the bathroom, decorative touch ups here and there.

All the staff were exceptionally helpful and went well beyond what was expected.

The carpets in the hallways and room are a little tired.

Only thing was the road noise and a silly thing the noise of the entrance door banging every time someone went in or out

We booked just an hour before we arrived. Fantastic stay for one night, staff, rooms & food were outstanding. Only one thing which wasn't a problem at all was that the cappuccino's were not good. They were taken off the bill though with no problem.

Unable to get something to eat because the kitchen was closed at 8.30 and had to walk 30 minutes into the town centre to find somewhere to eat. Also we went down for breakfast in the morning and ordered eggs royale and was informed they couldn't do it because they had ran out of salmon.

Breakfast was lovely all eggs perfect bacon for me a little under done but tasty .served really well by very helpful staff. The only issue we had 3 and 5 year old aswell as older. Children a small climbing frame. Was missed or something to occupy the children outside whilst waiting for food .

Again felt need of outdoor for. Child friendly there is loads of space doesn't have to be huge .
