Minder geluidsisolatie dan gehoopt/verwacht omdat dit specifiek werd genoemd. Zeker zaterdagnacht veel overlast gehad. Ook van fietsen die tegen de ramen, de deur en het pand aan werden gezet.

Bereikbaarheid en parkeren.

Er mag wat beter schoongemaakt worden, zo lag er veel stof op de afzuigkap. en was de regen douche (kop) erg verkalkt. deze hebben wij zelf schoongemaakt

Lokatie was oké, rustig en geen trappen.

Er was geen kapstok, geen voldoende kopjes, lepeltjes.

De locatie van het appartement (direct bij het centrum) en de communicatie met de host waren super. Gratis parkeren bij het appartement, zeer prettig. Appartement was ruim genoeg voor twee personen.

Als tip zouden we willen aangeven dat het iets beter schoongemaakt mag worden, plakkerige vloer, vieze badkamertegels en bij dit appartement zit er een licht koepel boven het bed waar zich stof verzamelt en er is geen verduistering, dit vonden wij een gemis. Dit echt als tips want over het algemeen was het verblijf prima!

L’odeur de cigarette, la cuisine sans équipements (pas de four, une seule taque, peu de vaisselle, pas de tire bouchon,..), la propreté (gouttes d’urine sur la planche, sol poussiéreux et sale, trou dans le mur, murs pas nets,…), VMC en continue et bruyante, logement adjacent mal isolé avec la chambre (chien des voisins très bruyant )

De bedden waren prima. De badkamer comfortabel. De eigen parkeerplaats is heel prettig.

Het appartement is uitgeleefd, lampen zijn kapot, vloerkleden en vloer zijn verwaarloosd en kapot, er is schimmelvorming in het appartement, het was niet schoon (haren tussen het servies, vieze sokken in de slaapkamer van een vorige huurder), keukenlinnen was niet aanwezig, en ook na erom te vragen wordt er niets geregeld, de keuken is matig uitgerust, het gordijn in de woonkamer was stuk waardoor het grote daglicht niet kon worden afgesloten wat hinderlijk is om te kunnen slapen. Dit wordt niet met liefde verhuurd, en dat voel je helaas. Zoek iets anders zou ik zeggen en laat dit appartement aan je voorbijgaan!

Parking was great. We were self catering so kitchenet very handy. Once located everything was great for location and ease. We would use again.

The Small issue with one of the facilities. But we did let the owner know.

Posizione dell'appartamento molto comoda al centro, vicina alla stazione e fermate autobus. Appartamento delizioso, confortevole e pulito. Consigliatissimo!

Mancava il sapone per la doccia, ma forse una dimenticanza.

Appartement très propre dans l’ensemble, mis à part un point : attention à la housse de protection du canapé-lit. Le logement se situe en rez-de-chaussée, en plein cœur d’une rue animée et très passante, ce qui peut entraîner du bruit. Petit bémol : La bande lumineuse du plafond du salon ne s’éteignait pas durant notre séjour. L’appartement est plutôt bien situé pour les déplacements : à environ 10 minutes de la gare et 15 minutes de train pour rejoindre le centre d’Amsterdam (soit environ 25 minutes au total). Le parking est très pratique et les hôtes sont réactifs. Les instructions fournies sont claires et nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème lors de notre arrivée.

Locatie met aanwijzingen vooraf gegeven prima te bereiken. Voldoende parkeerruimte achter gesloten deuren. Ruim appartement met prima douche en kleine keuken. Paar nespresso's en thee aanwezig. Dichtbij treinstation en centrum.

Laminaatvloer waterschade gehad en moet nog op kleine stukjes gerepareerd. Geen dealbreker.

De ruimte, de ligging. Je stapt de deur uit en alles is op loopafstand.

Great location of getting around Haarlem. Very clean and comfortable. Great to have the outdoor space for bikes or a car.

Black out blind in living space didn't close so children sleeping on sofa bed had early mornings.

Haarlem es una ciudad muy bonita, muy bien comunicada con Amsterdam, a 15 minutos en tren, además tienes de todo, supermercado, restaurantes etc. El apartamento está muy bien para 4 personas, la ubicación muy buena.

El menaje de cocina (sartenes) deberían cambiarlas más a menudo.

Lejligheden var hyggelig og pæn. Det er dejligt at man kan sætte sig ude i gården. Den ligger perfekt til omgivelserne, transport, byen og supermarked. Rigtig hyggelig by. Vores vært svarede hurtigt på spørgsmål og var behjælpelig.

Det var rigtig ærgerligt at persiennen i loftvinduet i stuen ikke virkede og var lukket så det blev mørkt i stuen/ over sofaen. Godt der var et par væglamper over sofaen. At vi troede vi kunne bruge elstanderen i gården som vi havde spurgt til, men det kunne vi ikke hvis man ikke har den rigtige brik og den var ikke til at få.

De ligging is perfect

Een uiterst onvriendelijke man. Ik zou een mail hebben gehad met toegangscodes echter heb ik deze mail nergens in mijn mailbox kunnen vinden. Toen ik dat aangaf dat ik de mail niet kon vinden werd er gezucht aan de telefoon en ging meneer gelijk de strijd aan. Het lag aan mij, hij doet het al 10 jaar zo. Nog nooit problemen mee gehad volgens meneer. (3dames die na ons aankwamen hebben wij geholpen met binnenkomen. Deze dames vonden het ook lastig) Na 3 of 4 x aangegeven te hebben dat ik de mail echt niet terug kon vinden was hij eindelijk bereid om de mail nogmaals te versturen. Voor het feit dat wij het parkeren en inchecken op deze manier wat lastig vonden was geen enkel begrip/medewerking. De toon van deze meneer was uiters onaangenaam. Bij binnenkomst was het appartement niet schoon. De vloer heel vies, de haren van de vorige gasten lagen nog in de badkamer. Veel stof en vieze vlekken op de muren. Na onze ervaring aan de telefoon hebben wij er voor gekozen om zelf maar even wat schoon te maken. De slaapbank is prima voor 2 nachtjes voor iemand met een slank postuur. Ik denk als je wat zwaarder bent je er niet comfortabel op ligt. Wij gaan er zeker niet meer heen. Erg jammer want de afstand tot het centrum is perfect.

Logement très bien équipé. Bien placé au centre de Haarlem. Parking très appréciable

Le logement ne comporte pas de fenêtre, ce qui n'était pas visible sur les photos ou dans la description. La seule ouverture est la porte d'entrée qui donne sur la rue. Pour aérer le logement, il est donc nécessaire de laisser la porte d'entrée ouverte. Le logement est assez sombre. Le premier soir, il y avait beaucoup de bruit dans le bar tout proche dans la rue. Le couchage dans le canapé lit est très inconfortable car le sommier fait un creux.

Sehr gute Ausstattung, v.a. in der Küche. Gemütliche Einrichtung, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Sauber; genug Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden. Waschmaschine + Trockner im Apartment. Weiterer Pluspunkt: vorhandener Parkplatz.

Fehlenden Fenster im Schlafzimmer, wobei aber die Klimaanlage einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Lage ist zwar schön zentral, dafür muss man aber eine gewisse Lautstärke abends / nachts von den umliegenden Cafés und Bars in Kauf nehmen..

We were quite warm and air conditioning was only available in the bedroom. As the window was on the ground floor, we were reluctant to keep it open at night.

Had a sky light directly above the bed which shone daylight right in our eyes. Couldn’t close it. Needs some painting.

Location was excellent because we were using public transportation.

Very few instructions left for the guests. When we arrived there was no soap in kitchen or bathroom (for dishes and starting supplies for bathroom) In bathroom there were some filled soap containers but they did not work. In kitchen, the hotplate had been set to childproof and it took a couple of contacts with Eric to sort out and then I ended up having to go on the internet. There were no sharp knives. Absolutely no basics like saran wrap, salt & pepper etc.

Excellent location for visiting Amsterdam. Central for Haarlem facilities. Very comfortable with all amenities including WiFi. Loved the heated floors. Supermarket 5 minutes walk away.

Kitchen a little cramped - fine for 2 of us, not sure how it would have worked for a bigger group.

It was a nice appartment and having a separate bedroom was a plus. The bathroom was good and the location could not have been better.

Cleaning of the kitchen was poor. There was leftover food in the microwave ant the cutlery was dirty.

beds are not comfortable and squeak , house was cold and really hard to warmed it up . code for the door was not working when we first arrived.

Excellent location, very close to the centre of Haarlem. The main advantage of the property is guaranteed secure parking. Very helpful staff.

The person who we reported the heating problem to was helpful.

The heating wasn't working for 2 days, toilet seat was broken, the apartment was not very clean, the small kitchen didn't have much equipment and cooking made the whole place smell. We were not offered an alternative place or a reimbursement for the 2 days without heating even though we requested it repeatedly.

The apartment was stunning, we stayed here during particularly cold weather and it was as warm and comfortable as being at home. The property is decorated to very high standard and is absolutely immaculate. The kitchen was as good as brand new and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom has a fantastic shower and his & her sinks and again is finished to a really high standard. We stayed with our toddler and requested a child’s cot for our stay, when we arrived, it was set up and had a lovely cartoon character bed sheet, I thought this was a fantastic touch for the property and we really appreciated it. The hosts were available on WhatsApp for the duration and they were really friendly and helpful and made the whole experience with them as easy as they possibly could have. The location is also perfect, everything is within walking distance including the train station if you wanted to travel to Amsterdam or anywhere else. We’re already looking at available dates to stay again next year. I cant rate this property highly enough, it’s fantastic.

The apartment was great! Very spacious and very nicely decorated. Its location is very convenient, as you have easy access to the city center, and it is conveniently located near public transportation stations. It was very quiet and peaceful, and the self-check-in instructions were easy to follow. The host was very nice and kept in contact with all the information we needed.

When we arrived the heating was broken and not working however it was fixed the next day.

The floor strip between the bathroom and kitchen area was not fixed down, according to previous reviews this was reported in 2023 There was no soap in the shower, according to previous reviews this was reported in 2023 The toilet seat was broken The rubbish bin under the sink was not clean, it was quite dirty. There was no sharp knives in the kitchen, not well appointed which the description said it was. The front door lock was temperamental and would make noises when the apartment next door was being opened.

Great location right on the canal and a short walk to the centre. It’s also an easy 10ish min walk to the train station to get to Amsterdam. We had a baby and they were able to provide a baby bed which was helpful. We stayed in one of the one bedroom suites and didn’t find the sofa bed too bad - I had no issue sleeping on it.

Some wear and tear on the walls/unit but nothing that we would be majorly bothered by.

Loved the space and the lighting. All necessities were available. It was clean and tidy.

No windows! It's understandable seeing the location and I think it must have been a shop before. Just one large one at the front, but I didn't open the curtains for privacy.

The appartment was dirty and uncomfortable. When I complained I was told housekeeping stopped by but couldn't see the problem.

That the Bedroom was separated

Address given is not the actual entrance to the property, which is actually on the back side in a parking area. Access on foot is not clear from the instructions. We only found the door by calling customer service and then walking around to the back while toting suitcases and stepping around patrons at the nearby cafe.

When we finally found the door, access code did not work. We again called customer service and they told us how to find the manual key. Once inside, we couldn’t figure out how to operate the air conditioner and we again called customer service. They told us the manager would call, we waited over an hour for a call back, then went to dinner. Manager finally called but we were at dinner. He asked us to call via WhatsApp when we were back at apartment, we tried 3 times with no answer. We figured out how to turn on air conditioner but were dismayed to find that it only worked in bedroom. We made a reservation for 3 people but there were only 2 towels. We asked the manager for another but this request, too, was ignored. Facility has a microwave oven but the electrical cord does not reach the outlet. To use it, you must lift the microwave from the over head shelf to a lower counter top to plug in.

Great location, close to the shops & central square. Spacious & airy and beautifully clean. Friendly & accommodating host.

Slightly noisy at night for those sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room.

The location was quiet, the apartment was spacious with a table to work from and a large bed. It was scrupulously clean.

It is billed as an accessible apartment - the electronic keypad to enter the door is too high for a wheelchair user to use it. Nothing is at wheelchair height in the property, there are no grab rails in the bathroom and no shower seat. The only way this is an accessible apartment is that it’s not up stairs. There was no hand soap or dish towel/dishrack to dry dishes. The apartment feels like many small but important details have been missed. Like the fact there’s a skylight directly over the bed which has no curtain or way to block out the light. The electrics in the bedroom are also odd in that sometimes the main light would work, sometimes it wouldn’t based on a switch next to the bed, the lamps are also connected to the switches and it was a real puzzle to figure out how to get the configuration of light that I wanted. The air conditioner is completely overwhelmed by the warmth delivered by the skylights (which would be radically improved with sunshades!) Finally, the owner was quite rude to me when I had trouble navigating to the building upon arrival. He talked over me, shouted at me to “read the email, it’s all in the email” and when I said the email was unclear and that I didn’t appreciate the way he was speaking to me he told me it was very annoying that people didn’t read the email which he thinks clearly lays out all of the information. If it was so clear I wouldn’t be calling him, I wouldn’t be lost and his understanding as a local is distinctly different from my experience as a tourist. He ended up hanging up on me when I told him he was being rude and did not contact me again except a series of automated emails when I checked out. He’s the primary reason I give such a low score.

Clean apartment in quiet location. Very easy ground level access. Great local options for meals and drinks.

A bit cramped when the sofa bed is out. It is about a 20 minute walk to the station-no issue if visiting Haarlem but something to keep in mind if visiting Amsterdam.

Communication was very good and door access was well communicated. Nicely set up apartment and great facilities with washer and dryer - this was a key reason in booking this apartment.

The following issues are minor but attention to them would lead to an excellent review! 1. No table knives so we had to use back of spoon to butter bread.  2. No washing up liquid.  3. No hand soap in kitchen nor by bathroom wash basin .  4. Lovely shower but could drain better - outlet may be blocked?  5. Bathroom door floor strip loose.  6. No coasters & only 3 bowls.

Nice location in a quiet, picturesque location near the historical center and train station. Overall clean. Bed for two and bedding were comfortable. The kitchen had dishes and cutlery, as well as a small selection of coffee capsules. It was easy and convenient to communicate with the owner.

A folding sofa as a sleeping place, of course, is not very comfortable. The TV remote control accidentally fell behind the sofa; when I looked there, unfortunately it turned out to be not at all clean. The apartment is too small for three guests, I would recommend groups of no more than two people. The heated towel rail in the bathroom did not work, so it was difficult to dry the towels after the first use, as well as your clothes if you occasionally need a small wash. We were lucky and the weather was mostly sunny, but during the rains I think the apartment might suffer from damp. View of the courtyard and parking.

Instructions to get access were good but be aware there are different rooms under the heading of Relaxed Apartments. We stayed in “Frans Hals”. It is a 4 roomed ground floor unit: bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. It faces onto a courtyard parking lot. Find the right apartment. Good location Linen clean looked clean The fridge is large enough and appeared clean

There are instructions were about the pull out sofa bed. It said the fitted sheet was to stay on the mattress as it was the mattress protector and then flat sheets used to sleep. We pulled out the bed and there was no cover what so ever. The mattress smelled weird, was covered in stains and little bits of ??? - food maybe. Nothing moving so that was a plus. The link for the Relaxed Apartments website sent to us by the owner doesn’t work. Bathroom smelled terrible; hard to use it, it was so bad. There is a very strong mildew odor topped off with sewage smells. We found moldy tile grout and cracked and peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling. The toilet seat mount is broken. The seat can swing right off the bowl so be careful. There is a windowed door and a very large window in the kitchen. The door has a roll blind kitchen has nothing. To get from the bedroom to the bathroom you pass the kitchen window and go through the living room. Not very private. We hung a sheet as a curtain using old tape left by others who had done the same thing. We struggled to get the TV to turn on. All we could get were error codes in Dutch that we couldn’t translate. I tried calling the owner a couple times with no answer. Finally we unplugged the whole unit. That reset everything and the HDMI 1 option got us in. Each time the TV is turned off it goes into standby mode and the black router zip tied to the back of the TV has to be reset. There is a button on it for this purpose. Called and left another message that we got it working. The next day got a reply from the owner Erik which said he had forgotten his phone at home and missed all our calls. The whole place was dirty. All the walls have nicks and marks but they are also filthy. The kitchen has a coffee maker and kettle but a toaster would have been handy. The induction cooktop worked well. There is a microwave but it was so dirty I didn’t want to use it. The pots had hardened food on them.

quiet, secure, clean, comfortable, well equipped for simple food prep , good sized table and chairs. and easy walk with backpacks to the city centre and station.

The sofa bed had some unsupportive spots. It was difficult to fold away.

Entry instructions good. Safe courtyard to store bikes but not undercover. Small and reasonably well equipped kitchen area Maybe a little too small for the four adults which we were accommodating but good value and very handy for a night .

Nice, clean apartment perfectly located in lovely Haarlem. Very convenient to reach by bus or train. In advance we received some tips what to see and where to eat. We enjoyed our stay!

Location was great and availability of parking was excellent. We had two apartments beautifully decorated for Christmas. One had a larger table for us all to eat together.

The second bed was a sofa bed in the lounge room. Unfortunately in the Pieter Tyler apartment the sofa bed was really uncomfortable and also the dishes were poorly washed. The better-appointed larger apartment was right on a pedestrian street and rather noisy but it was New Year.

The spaciousness of the apartment was superb. It was relaxing, and we could cut out the noise from the bar across the road without any issues. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to see. So happy we stayed in Haarlem at this property. It definitely was one of the best properties we stayed at in Europe. Host was also very accommodating.

The step from the bedroom to the living area was a bit difficult to step down when not thinking where I am. It is an age thing. Couldn't work the TV but we could have rung the owner and had it seen to.

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable, great for relaxing in the evenings. It was really clean. In the perfect location for exploring haarlam, there's a shop two minutes away and the apartment is 5 minutes or so away from the town centre.

The apartment was clean, Tidy and well presented with everything we needed right at our finger tips. Erik was lovely when we met him on arrival. The sky lights both had remote controlled black out blinds which is a great idea and the air con was amazing and kept the whole apartment cool.

The shower didn't drain too quick and therefore flooded the bathroom twice.
