Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Notre chambre était spacieuse et propre. Le nécessaire de toilette est à disposition dans les couloirs. Localisation bien pour visiter le quartier de Gion et Fushimi Inari. Séjour agréable.
Le Check in est presque 100% digitalisé et après plusieurs heures de voyage, nous aurions préféré que le Check in soit fait par le personnel de l’hôtel. Il n’y a pas de personnel toute la journée au comptoir de l’hôtel. Une odeur désagréable se dégage dans l’ascenseur et les couloirs… Au vu des transports en commun de Kyoto (quasi exclusivement des bus), nous aurions dû privilégier un hôtel proche de la gare qui dessert davantage la ville.

E’ inoltre vicinissimo a varie fermate dei bus e della metro per raggiungere varie destinazioni nei dintorni della città.

Peccato non ci sia in struttura il servizio di lavanderia né la possibilità di fare colazione.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026El personal era súper amable, tenia en la recepción de todo tipo de servicios para llevarnos a la habitación (cepillo de dientes, peine, cuchillas, pasta de dientes…) para que cogiésemos, al igual que las toallas, todo a nuestra disposición 24/7. El sitio súper limpio y parece muy nuevo. Esta pegado a una avenida donde tienes varias paradas de bus y las paradas de metro andando a unos 10/15 min. Súper recomendable!!

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Das Hotel ist eher ein Hostel. Es gibt kein Frühstück. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, schön ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer war toll. Es gibt in der Nähe viele schöne Cafés zum Frühstücken.
Es gibt leider keine Waschmaschine im Hotel. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß etwa 20 min entfernt. Die Metro ca. 10 min.

Staff only available for limited times of the day which was fine but couldve been annoying if needed. There was a phone to call offsite staff for issues/emergencies that was well manned. No room cleaning which always feels like a bit of a con but we found we didnt really need this anyway.

Reasonably close to the main train station - close enough to walk if we chose (which we didn't!). Convnenient to many great eateries and convenience stores. Close to the river. Very clean and bright. Lovely bathrooms and facilities. A well laid out room for our party of 2 adults and 2 young adult children. We were able to store our luggage on the final day too, which was appreciated.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Initially I was put off by being placed on the ground floor. I thought it would be noisy we had the room right beside reception.. But it was absolutely fine. Central location 15/20 min walk to kyoto main train. Fantastic bathroom awesome shower pressure very new and modern! Nice bedding, fab room slides! Close enough to walk to sights. Do recommend!

Reviewed May 28, 2026Great hotel! Really clean and comfortable rooms and beds. It was well soundproofed and really dark at night. It's centrally located so everything is easily reachable. Kyoto station, metro, bus lines, temples, cafes and restaurants are all within a short walk. The room was spacious and bright. We could store our luggage before check-in which was great.
