TYN Apartment

Good location and washing facilities. Nice balcony view

Steep ramp to go in. Wasn’t too bad

Cleanliness, convenience

Property's access

City center and surrounding by lots of restaurants and cafes

Room was renovated but not entirely clean. Bed was not comfortable.

Phòng rộng rãi, thoải mái, lần thứ 2 mình ở đây rùi, chủ nhà ok lắm í

Huhuh lối lên nhà bị thay đổi nên kéo/thả vali hơi vất vả í ạ :<<<

La proximité à la ville est cool. Le personnel très agréable et sympa.

Had a really enjoyable and pleasant stay at this apartment. While it may not be a 5* accommodation, it provides a nice safe and secure environment in a very good location at a reasonable price. For more space, I opted for the 2 bedroom apartment and it ticked all the boxes for me. I liked the idea that there were no keys as all doors were opened by passcode and/or fingerprint. Communication with the host was excellent and every correspondence was replied to quickly and information was forthcoming.

While it didn't bother me too much, the entrance to the apartment building after certain hours in through a roller-shutter opening before proceeding in to the building itself. There's also a steep incline ramp to access the door of the building that might be a struggle for some. For future, some cups for tea/coffee would be beneficial.

Really friendly owner and nice apartment

Quiet place to stay in HCM, clean, nothing fancy, just a regular modest apartment, near center, nice. Host

The bathroom/shower, entrance to the building

It was very spacious, great location, warm shower and cold A/C. The beds were so comfortable. Quoc (Alice) was the perfect host, she really made this stay even more comfortable. I will definitely come back when I’m in HCMC!

Nothing.

Nice apartment. Friendly staff. Location

The bed is hard. Typical Asian bed. Hard on a bad back

Posizione

Arredamento

Nice apartment very close to everything. The TV upgraded me to a high apartment with nice views to the city and river. The personnel is very nice and speak English.

Think that the city is very noisy. If you are very sensitive with noises better have earplugs

L’emplacement.

We had a great stay at TYN Apartment, the host girl was excellent—friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, we had 2 rooms which was comfortable

maybe the bathroom

We had a great stay! The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, she even waited for us until midnight to arrive from the airport and assisted us with every request during our stay. The location is excellent, with several great coffee shops and small local food vendors nearby. The place has all the basic amenities, a comfortable bed and quiet neighbors, making it a peaceful and convenient stay overall.

I had to kill three large cockroaches during the night, including some that made their way onto the bed. While the place is clean, it’s worth noting that you might still come across bugs. Also, the pillows were very thin and not the most comfortable to sleep on.

The customer service. The wifi. The separation between the kitchen/ dining and the bedroom. It was near the Saigon Port ( cruises). Many restaurants and emart. And it was clean.

The state of the apartment. It was worn out. The flooring has holes, the windows and doors were flimsy. No soundproofing at all. Difficult to sleep comes the weekend ( karaoke, rain and noises). There was no separation with shower and the toilets. Check pictures: they speak a thousand words!

V

To noisy AC and which wasn't working properly and smiling Bathroom. I never recommend anyone to be there.

Everything

Nothing

Very nice apartment and friendly staff. It is in a good and quiet location but very walkable to the city. We enjoyed it a lot.

Location, friendly and professional host, clean apartment

Nothing

Large, convenient locations, have all necessities, good communication, spacious parking

It was very close to the shops and you didn't have to walk a long way

It was very quiet considering it was in the busy city

this is the second time I stayed in this apartment, and my stay was even better than the first time. i could check in 2 hours earlier. got all the instructions and had a very pleasant 4 nights there. there is no more restaurant downstairs, for those who wonders. now you just enter with pincode and then take the elevator to your apartment. since last time this place also got renovated. everything is really clean and tidy. and the staff is super friendly and helpfull, i will definetly come back here.

i have nothing to complain about!

Location good

Dirty room, marks all over walls and lots of bugs. Room was very well cleaned from previous guest. We stayed 5 nights and no cleaner came to change towels or even give more toilet paper.

I felt very comfortable here. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. Upon my arrival, I was warmly welcomed and thoroughly instructed about everything. Additionally, I received many helpful recommendations for the area. I would definitely book here again

Excellent location in district 4. Just beside district 1 and too many restaurants! You can explore everything by foot. Also it's very easy to get taxi. The host is extremely helpful and the apartment is great!

Truc met me at the apartment and set me up with a key code. She was very helpful with my travel arrangements and attentive to my needs. I couldn't have been happier. The neighborhood has many excellent authentic restaurants.

Nothing

the staffs are very friedly and profesional

At first glance I wasn’t too sure if it would work for me but as it turned out it was perfect! The staff were wonderful and very caring, which was much appreciated as a solo traveller. Any issues were dealt with promptly and there was great security into the building and apartment. Highly recommend 👍

There was no view but a small outdoor area allowed for drying washing

great area, close to bus station, taxi services; walking distance to market for groceries, and foods.

room is smaller than we expected from the pictures.

Extremely friendly owner! She contacted me before my arrival via the app and later via Whatsapp and was always available when I had any question. The apartment was fully equipped with AC, big fridge a couch and a small balcony. I was even able to wash my clothes. Also the restaurant below the apartment was very nice. The staff was very friendly and joked around with me. I ate there once, the price was fine and the dish tasted great. It didn't feel strange for me at all to walk through the restaurant to go to my flat. The location was pretty good, it was easy to reach D1 and other districts while not being directly in the city center.

AC was a bit louder than others, also the room warmed up again pretty fast.

I had a great experience First of all, I want to say that the apartment is really warm, feels comfortable like home, clean, fully equipped. About 5-10 minutes from the center by motorbike Lots of good eateries nearby Staff attitude is very friendly and enthusiastic I feel very satisfied

The Room was very nice and still really near the the city center. just a 5-10 minute taxi ride over the bridge. By walking it also maximum 15 minutes to the center. The room is really cozy, with a new AC unit. so its nice and cool. The host welcomed me at the apartment when I arrived with my taxi and helped me carry up my luggage. You enter the apartment through a restaurant, but its really no problem at all. people really dont mind. I even parked my scooter in the parking area, and brining the scooter through the restaurant for parking is really no problem trust me I also got a really nice gift from the host, which I did not expect at all, I was so happy about it. The host is such a nice and friendly lady. when I had question she answered really fast. I have nothing to complain about this place, especially for this great price. if you plan to visit ho chi minh city for some days or weeks, i would definetly recommend to stay here. also restaurants and convenience stores are all nearby

Good location, friendly host. Kitchen snd large fridge are nice. A nice restaurant at the bottom.

My room had a small window that looks mostly into other buildings, that was tough for me. While nothing was technically not working it did feel a little run down, the pictures admittedly looked a lot better than the reality.

Room is clean. Staff was very nice and responsive. The room is on top of a restaurant which you have to walk through in and out. But it is quite and not facing the main road. Room has private toilet and shower. WiFi and fridge. The sofa provides good comfort for sitting. Another floor and has a laundry machine for use. Location though not city center but walkable to it in 15 minutes. Around the place has market and foods. No problem. Buses run close by. Good place to stay

Walking thru the restaurant though no problem, just not comfortable disturbing other people business.

Beautiful full apartment with a breathtaking view of HCMC in a centrally located area with many restaurants and coffee shops. The owner of the apartment was super nice and responsive. Bed was comfortable, a nice terrace and big TV and sofa, full kitchen with dining table and big fridge. Highly recommend this gem for other travelers.

I appreciate the small gift when check in, a meal coupon on ground floor and a pretty key holder. The hosts are friendly and enthusiasm, they replied all my messages quickly as expected. The apartment is equipped with amenities to meet almost needs. Thanks for supporting my business trip.

There is no iron in the room

Nice spacious room.

Blanket can be a bigger piece, it's kind of small.

The location is good. Near many food options. Even right downstairs is a restaurant. Beside food availability, it’s walking distance to market , Ton Dan st and Vin Khanh…. These are places where you get to see the real Vietnam.

Only 1 toilet. These is a kitchen but not well equipped. Only 2 small mineral water which is provided free.

Everything was perfect! They give us everything we need (towels, dishes, knife) Cafe on first floor got delicious beef.
