Mixed reports: comfortable beds and tasteful decor for many, but several guests cite small rooms, a very hard extra bed, noisy corridor/sofa area, AC problems and at least one incorrect room assignment.

Generally reported as clean (daily cleaning, fresh towels), but isolated issues: bathroom seal mold and one report of bad smell.

Multiple reviews indicate a need for improvement in brightness and maintenance.

Multiple comments praise cleanliness and tidy rooms (e.g. "very clean", "cuartos limpos"); a few mentions of dated carpets/odour and one mattress issue slightly reduce score.

Multiple mentions of excellent central location close to Vatican, metro/bus and restaurants; ideal for sightseeing.

Very convenient for exploring the city and getting to shopping areas.

Repeated strong positive mentions: 'excellent location', 'toplage', 'perfect for walking/shopping' and 'in the heart of Rome' justify a very high score.

Generally positive, with specific mention of helpful staff at reception.

Consistently praised staff across reviews as friendly, helpful and accommodating (repeat guests note polite staff and good check-in experience).

Breakfast is described as excellent in multiple reviews, supporting a solid score though not every review comments on F&B.

Good amenities cited: working air conditioning, rooftop terrace with great view, quiet fridge in room; some missing towel hooks and small bathroom bin.

Breakfast received mixed reviews; some amenities were missing.

Breakfast, towels and a nice terrace are positives, but frequent complaints about small/insufficient elevators, occasional AC failures and building limitations lower the rating.

Mixed impressions: some found overall service better than 3-star, others felt price was a bit high for room type and breakfast offered.

Fairly priced for the location and amenities, though not the cheapest.

Some guests explicitly note good value for price; combined with central location and generally positive service this yields an above-average value score.
