Reviewed Sep 9, 2026It is simple,light and clean.And a clear noise policy,quiet times between 10pm to 8am. Really good to discourage noisy guests and great not to have televisions in rooms. One of the reasons I chose it and have returned a number of times. Really good to have use of a shared kitchen to make cup of tea,put food in fridge,cook a quick meal. Bus stop on road for buses to Gatwick South.Very near Three Bridges station(10-15 min walk) A Lidl supermarket opposite the station,takeaway places etc All you could need very nearby to ensure a good stay.
This wasn't a dislike really. Just a suggestion for kitchen.Maybe some teaspoons and a small saucepan,as the ones there were very big! Thank you.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Easy to reach and access 10-12 mins walk to bus station with straight bus to Gatwick, very neat place, thoughtfullly put together. Very comfortable. Would definitely rebook . Heads up..there is zero tolerance quite time from 10pm-8am .. Makes for a comfortable stay for everyone

L'insonorisation est inexistante. Alors que je dormais j'ai eu la malchance que des clients bruyants rentrent à 23h30. Ils ont discuté pendant plus d'1h et j'entendais toutes leurs conversations.

Very impersonal. Didn't see anyone. No coffee/tea tray with mug available. No glass in the room. No bathroom mat. Bed was very firm for me. Tumble drier was on when I walked in so was very hot and humid. The drier seemed to go on and off until I left at 10h45. I did not feel like it was homely.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026This is a perfect place for a cost effective stay. The bathrooms are clean and the rooms spacious and comfortable. The Kitchen is functional and clean. No complaints.
I'm not used to a gas oven but no real hardship. A kitchen knife would be helpful and a few teaspoons but otherwise is well stocked.

As I arrived just after 11 at night and left at 7.45 in the morning all I did was have a quick shower and sleep, so not enough time to really pay much attention to the facilities, etc.
My stay was too short to comment really

Bedroom doors only open with the key. Please don't forget your key while getting a shower. I got woken up at night by a neighbour who forgot their keys and phone in their bedroom.

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026I liked the check in and check out process which run smoothly with no human interaction. The property was overall clean when I arrived. Bed is really small with hard mattress but for me was ok. Big Tesco 10 minutes walking distance from the property. Residential area. Heating was on all time. Bathroom very clean overall.
Stairs but only two floors. Consider this if you bring heavy luggage. At night I had to use some earbuds since there was a person snoring next door. Bear in mind that this is a shared property with at least three dormitories. At some point, there was some tiny bit of food on the floor in the kitchen and dirty dishes with no one there but I guess this was accidental and he/she did not realise that something was left behind. Bus number 5 has a bus stop 5 minutes away from the property. I saw the bus when I left the day after. This was not advised by the property and you have to walk 10-15 minutes if you are arriving from Crawley city center. It might not be a regular service.

C'est une maison partagée, les cloisons intérieures sont vraiment très fines - les ronflements du voisin nous ont dérangé - et le store laissait passer la lumière de la rue, nous entendons aussi passer les voitures !

It would be helpful to have blackout blinds or dark, heavy curtains to shut out the street lighting at night.

Al ser casa compartida otros usuarios llegaron a la 1:30 de la mañana hablado alto y no sabían entrar a su habitación. Y fueron intentando entrar en todas las del lugar. Además se escuchaba todo lo que ocurría en la habitación de al lado.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2026The location was convenient for my bus route to work at Wakehurst, and my journey from Hampshire. I liked being able to cook my own food. The shower worked well -water was hot. Having Lidl nearby was handy. It was easy to access the key safe. Like having access to a fridge.
I could hear noise easily from the next room. But ppl were quiet and respectful.
