Perfect, clean,

Location was excellent. Room was a good size and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful when I accidentally locked myself out of my room.

The shower had a bad leak, and a drainage problem, meaning that the floor was often flooded. This was exacerbated by the shower head unexpectedly swinging around. The toilet was also not securely attached to the floor, and would tilt.

Location was handy, everything was clean. Loved the large shower.

the bathroom smelt really bad, of damp, it was awful & spoilt the stay. Couldnt see damp but the smell was soooo bad we didnt shower, we kept the bathroom door shut but smell was bad. Loads of air freshners in room so the owners are aware but they did nothing to mask the smell, its a shame as everything else was cool, including shared kitchen area :)

The location is great.

We parked on the front. The owner was calling me while I was in Wembley demanding that I leave my concert to move my car. There were no parking space lines on the front and it's says parking space for 3 cars. If they were hot wheels maybe 3 would fit.

Proximity to Wembley Stadium and the tube. Stayed in the double bed and 2 single bed room that fit 4 of us. We had a private bathroom with a shower and called for some towels which were delivered immediately. The beds were comfy

Not much to dislike, we were there for the night for a place to sleep.

DO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY. I’ve been billed an extra 2 months by this property. Card details have been used to start a subscription. Currently cancelling the first payment with my bank and another has come out for this month!

I went with my daughter for a concert at Wembley and it wasn't a long walk to get there from where we were staying. It definitely served the purpose. Would definitely recommend for anyone going for a concert or to see a London, as it isn't too far when using the Tube.

We came for the concert at Wembley, so the location was PERFECT. We could leave our luggage there before check-in and house was very clean. We have everything we needed. Thank you for a nice stay :)

Fantastic location for Wembley Stadium and shopping. Quiet location and could not hear other guests. Comfy clean room.

Very minor thing, maybe a net curtain would have been nice as we were on the ground floor at the front. It would have been nice to have the curtains open without people being able to see in.

It was close to Wembley Stadium and it was clean

It was super hot and there was a fan but it was just circulating hot air. The weather was super hot that weekend 🥵🥵 maybe a cool air fan would be a good investment for the rooms.

Clean and comfy rooms.The location was perfect for Wembley stadium, 5minute walk and your in front of the stadium. Leaving the stadium at the end of the night and seeing the chaos of people trying to leave the area via car/train/tube made it even more worth it. Parking on the front was free.

The facilities in the common area is abit worn.

It was absolutely amazing, no more than 5 minutes away from Wembley Stadium, which was perfect for us.

Absolutely nothing.

10 min walk to the Stadium. Beds were comfy, slept well which was great considering how many other people could be staying there and the close proximity to the venue and roads, we didn't notice much noise. Room was clean and had it's own small kitchen facilities as well as a main kitchen in the entrance.

Nothing to dislike but extra pillows and hand towels being provided would have been great. We had an attic room which could be an issue for anyone who's tall.

Each room has its own locked door and unique code which made it seem just as safe as a franchise hotel. The bedrooms are such a good size and had a fridge + Table and chairs without the room feeling cramped. Will definitely be booking again for concert season!

Figuring out the lock on the front door. Email contained the pin and how to activate but realising you had to press the '*' button wasn't included in the email or my own common sense, but it was an easy Google and a very minor issue

Perfect location to get to Wembley stadium, only a few minutes walk. Lots of shops & restaurants nearby & a Tesco express a 2 minute walk. Highly recommend for accommodation if you want to be so close to Wembley Room was basic but clean, location is brilliant, was warm but they had provided a really good fan for the room. All in all a great little room with a private toilet & shower in a brilliant location Will definitely use in future for shows at Wembley

Well considering that we were not put into the accomodation that we booked ......

We booked two rooms at one location and were changed at short notice to one room at a different property. According to the owner this was to do with Booking.com double booking the room. Can't get a straight answer out of anyone and at the moment I have paid for two rooms and had the use of one.

Over priced for such a basic room with shared toilet but I guess your paying for the location rather than the experience wooden floor had big gaps. outside the house was rather run down just think with what the owner is clearly bringing in they would reinvest in tidying up the place

The staff who answered the phone call was really helpful :) they offered coffee and cookies!

Cleaning was a bit disappointing, fan was full of hairs and dust attached to it. The place was really hot and didnt had A/C... it should also have more pillows, 1 per person is not enough when they are little. Didn't had a TV which is also unfortunate :/

It’s very tired in parts and could do with some sprucing up, cleanliness standards could have been higher.

We were on the top floor and it was pretty hot

they canceled my reservation half an hour before i was supposed to check in so i was left without a place to stay. they didn’t offer to solve the issue plus the room was back on booking at double the price.

It was a great location to Wembley and the train station. The bed was comfy.

The shower didn't work and all I was offered was a phone call on how to tell me how to work a shower when there where no water running through. There was holes in the floorboards and some where raised. You had to where shoes all the time. The ceiling joints where unfinished showing the scim where is was unplastered.

had issues from the get-go. couldn’t get in the front door and someone else came to help us who was also staying there (she mentioned she also had issues getting in), when we were leaving to go to the concert another group of people were having issues getting in and getting their room door open. we also struggled to get our door open after we got in from our concert.

It was a lovely room, had everything we needed and everywhere was spotless!

Location amazing for Wembley Stadium. Few routes to take some quicker than others. Room ideal for concert stay. Clean room, faultless for what we needed. Great facilities even though we didn’t use.

Bunk beds. Very in comfortable. Slept maybe 2 hours total at most. Room boiling hot. Shared bathroom- not ideal. Could hear other rooms too from 430am onwards.

It was very close to the stadium - walking distance and so easy to get to. It was also very clean, comfortable and felt homely. The facility available was excellent.

The location is this property in relation to Wembley Park station, and to Wembley Stadium itself is absolutely brilliant! Communication from the host was always speedy and they allowed is to check in a little early on a hot day. The house was equipped with everything we needed - towels, some toiletries in the bathroom, comfortable beds, fridges to store fresh food and water. We also didn’t need to carry a key with us as everything is keypad entry, which is brilliant!

I didn’t dislike this but a very slight negative is that some of the decor is a little tired and initially I was a little concerned - however for us, the convenience of the location and the amenities inside the house outweighed this.

Fijn verblijf voor rondom Wembley stadium. Wij zijn naar concerten geweest en het zit daar super dichtbij, erg fijn. Wij hadden kamer 12 en vonden deze qua hoe ruim hij was top.

Klein beetje jammer dat er geen airco was (het was 34 graden in Londen) dus in de kamer wel erg warm. Er was wel een ventilator overigens!

Great location for Wembley events, quiet street. It was really hot in London and owner provided the fan, it was really helpful.

The location to Wembley Stadium was fantastic. The room was spacious. Nice size fridge in room.

There were lots of ants in the single bed and surrounded area. Bathroom had a bad smell. All furniture needs updating. No socket near the mirror. No tv or radio. No tea and coffee facilities. Not worth £350 + a night.

The proximity to Wembley Stadium is the only positive thing about this place.

The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable; and the room was incredibly hot. The small fan in the room did absolutely nothing to help the heat, it was so miserable. You're paying exorbitantly for proximity to Wembley Stadium and that's it, don't expect comfort.

one of the door latches is broken so door isn’t securely locked and one of windows doesn’t close properly, we couldn’t sleep one of the nights due to them being open when a thunderstorm was on

Clean today and wasn’t boiling in the heatwave. Really close to the stadium. 10 mins walk. You can’t hear other guests. Shared kitchen which is very big.

The shower needs some work. The head of the shower couldn’t be stabilised and kept swinging around with the pressure of the water and when someone else in the building used the water. We tried to stop Easter coming out of the shower but it was pretty impossible.

Home from home. Well equipped with access to a full kitchen which apart from the fridge we didn’t use. Comfortable bed

No one available in an emergency. There was a storm in the middle of the night with heavy rain. The rain was leaking through the ceiling which was distressing. The available telephone number were called with no response. WhatsApp messages were sent with photos but no response even after the following day. Unfortunately a very disturbing night. I understand the storm damage was a no fault situation but the lack of contact was not helpful. I had to deal with the situation myself.

Location was excellent , facilities were surprisingly good for what seemed to be a small house. We had plenty of room for four of us and tea/ coffee facilities and a private bathroom.

We stayed here as we were going to a concert in Wembley, and it’s a perfect location for this!! Less than a 10 minute walk away! Our room was clean and tidy, and our bed was super comfy.

The location was fantastic for Wembley Arena and within easy walking distance and the room was clean.

The single bed was exceptionally uncomfortable because the mattress was very soft and provided no support whatsoever. The double bed mattress was much better. The quality of the bedding in terms of the linen, pillows and duvet was poor and could do with replacing as clearly it has been used and washed so many times, but thankfully the linen was clean as were the towels provided. The ensuite was very tired and needed some attention where water damage has left some unsightly areas and the laminate flooring is lifting in several places.

Shower didn’t work. Either scalding hot or freezing cold. No in between Said it was for 4 people, but only 1 bunk bed, 1 double bed, and pull out mattress on the floor. Was told that we would have 4 actual beds. Car parking was horrendous, was blocked in after Wembley match for 30 minutes as owner said that someone could park in front of our car.

Being a shared house accommodation, some of the other guests were a little inconsiderate and noisy, using the shared facilities early morning

Property in good location and easy to find

Would have been better to have a TV, and cups so we could use the brew making facilities. Other customers said they had cups in their rooms however we never so wasn’t able to make hot drinks Garden area wasn’t maintained so had an unsightly view out of the rear patio doors which was unlocked on arrival. And plug socket coming away from the wall also

Location to Wembley is pretty much perfect. Room was fine for what we needed. Double bed, sofa bed and bunk beds. Communal kitchen plus a small kitchenette in the room. Same for toilets, one in the hall way then a private one with shower in the room. Have already told them that we’ll be in touch whenever we go to Wembley.

Parking. It DOES STATE in the advert that they have three spaces and TO GET IN TOUCH to make sure you have a space. We messaged 9th May and didn’t get a reply. But when I messaged the day before arrival I got a reply and they were very helpful and confirmed I’d have a space. When we got there someone else had parked a minibus across two spaces and already left for the day plus a car in the third. When I spoke to the owner they were very helpful and gave me another address about 10 houses down the road that they have and said I can park there. I don’t really hold the owner responsible as such, and they got us parking even though we arrived before the check in time. All in all a very minor point and hasn’t stopped me from penciling in for next year.
