Reviewed Jul 25, 2026It’s a clean small hotel next to the main train station. Everything was great! Smelt like a very clean house, everything worked well and in good condition. Absolutely wonderful host, very helpful and welcoming.
There’s a 1-person + 1 luggage elevator, which is extremely slow. Again, the owner is extremely helpful. But if you’re a group of people, you’ll need a few trips.

Il proprietario è un ragazzo molto gentile e disponibile. La stanza è in linea con il prezzo richiesto e rappresenta una buona soluzione per soggiornare a Firenze.

Avendo disponibilità della camera, ci ha proposto lui stesso di fare il check-in prima dell'orario previsto e il late check out, senza che noi gli chiedessimo nulla. Inoltre, dopo il checkout, abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli per visitare la città in tutta comodità. La camera molto pulita con ottimi prodotti da bagno. Letti comodi e posizione ottima.
Tutto perfetto per il nostro soggiorno!! Tuttavia essendo al secondo piano di un palazzo storico, chi ha problemi ha fare le scale o è in sedia a rotelle, potrebbe avere problemi in quanto l'ascensore è molto stretto, ma questo non dipende dall'host...

It is a in walk from station and you are in the middle of the town. Yes your room is quiet. Our host was so lovely!
Small negatives for such a wonderful stay. The Internet is spotty in the room and sometimes you do hear your neighbours. I guess it depends how noisy your neighbours are ;)

Cambierei magari le luci nella stanza in luci fredde quelle principali e calde e soffuse le lampade, i cuscini troppo sottili metterei al massimo altri 2 cuscini più alti per chi non si trova con quelli bassi, abbiamo usato solo quello più grande in due.

L'hotel è al secondo piano.Hanno installato un ascensore/montacarichi ma entrano una persona con una valigia o due persone senza valigia e in fila indiana. È molto stretto, quasi claustrofobico e molto lento, quindi bisogna averne contezza. Meglio di niente ma meglio sapere.

La habitación daba olor a desagüe. Por momentos era insoportable. El baño muy pequeño. Todo en la habitación tenía aspecto de ser viejo. Pero sobre todo tengo que destacar el mal olor que tenía la habitación, por mucho ambientador que pusieran para disimular el hedor.

Estabamos en la habitación 1 y habia mal olor, a cañerías, no salía del baño, estaba en la habitación, teniamos que abrir la ventana pero entraba frio, era desagradable. No había espejo de cuerpo entero.

El ascensor era muy pequeño y lento, tiene un cartel que indica que solo entra una persona y una valija. Había toallas manchadas, la cama mal hecha y faltaban artículos de aseo. El extractor del baño se prendía automáticamente al prender la luz, al apagarla el mismo continuaba prendido por varios minutos haciendo un ruido bastante molesto en la noche y no había forma de apagarlo manualmente.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2025Die Lage ist ein Traum! Super nahe am Bahnhof Santa Maria Novella (ca. 7 min zu Fuß) und ebenso nahe zum Dom. Vor dem Haus gibt es eine Reihe an tollen Lokalen. Auch die Markthalle ist in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft - ein Must See in Florenz.
Aufpassen muss man mit den Schlüsselkarten: Wenn man die Karte aus der Vorrichtung im Zimmer zieht, ist der gesamte Strom im Appartement ausgeschaltet. Es funktionieren dann auch keine Steckdosen und somit auch der Kühlschrank nicht.

Les murs en papier !!! :( d'ailleurs je ne comprends pas bien comment dans un hôtel à ce prix là, il peut y avoir des murs aussi fins où on entend vraiment tout de nos voisins ! Ou l'inverse, comment on peut faire payer aussi cher avec cette pauvreté d'isolation. Donc ne pas être trop sensible à cela.... je me suis réveillée plusieurs fois même avec des boul kies ! Chambre tout en long pas très pratique Mauvais rapport qualité/prix ...un peu rattrapé par la localisation, les biscuits et la gentillesse du réceptionniste de jour.
