Luxury Penthouse Apartment

Große Wohnung, sehr sauber, schöne große und moderne Badezimmer.

Anders als in der Beschreibung gab es nur ein abgeschlossenes Schlafzimmer, die zweite Schlafmöglichkeit war im Wohnbereich, das dritte Bett an der Treppe. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer war nicht bequem. Klimageräte mit Schläuchen durch offene Fenster.

A beautiful apartment—everything was new, clean, and perfect. The space was spacious and very comfortable. The location was also great, with the Altstadt easily reachable on foot. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

One small suggestion: it would be great to have a full-length mirror where guests can see their whole outfit.

Apartamento extremadamente caliente en agosto. El calor no dejaba dormir . Se necesita aire acondicionado real en todas las habitaciones , no solo en la sala o alcoba principal . El ventilador no es suficiente para las demás alcobas es un calor muy incómodo

1. Снимали апартаменты из-за наличия стиральной и сушильной машины. Нас забыли предупредить, что сушильная машина неисправна. 2. В описании на букинг прописано наличие кондиционеров. Но это переносные кондиционеры, которые были не во всех помещениях. Было очень жарко. Кроме того эти кондиционеры издают ужасный шум, не позволяющий спать. Приходилось выбирать между тишиной и прохладой. 3. Кровати, подушки были неудобными. Вместо одеяла были тоненькие пледики чуть толще обычного пододеяльник. Итог пунктов 2 и 3: Хотите выспаться-ищите другое место. 4. Хозяева просят гостей самим выбрасывать мусор на улицу и складывать простыни и полотенца возле стиральной машины. Ничего такого, но вряд ли эти требования можно применить к лакшери сегменту) 5. Вишенка на торте-коллекция использованных одноразовых тапочек, которую предусмотрительно оставили для использования следующими жильцами.

L’appartement est très beau et cosy. Bien situé dans la ville, proche des lignes de tram.

The apartment is very clean and high quality, it is the only apt I took in Switzerland where AC really works and cool. Furniture you can see it is a good quality.

My only cons is that the parking around 5min walk from the apartment.

The apartment was very neat and had everything my family needed for our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. It is located very close to several stores and amenities and a walking distance to various transportation.

שימו לב מדובר במזגנים ניידים. בחדר השינה בעלית הגג המזגן הנייד הספיק בסלון ששם גם שאר המיטות רק אחד עבד וזה היה קשוח אחד היה תקול ואחרי התעקשות הם הביאו חדש ואז המצב השתפר ממש.

Phenomenal location, amazing amenities and excellent if you have a big family. We have four children and the apartment catered for all of our needs. Air conditioning is a real bonus.

除了主卧以外，另外两个房间的空间和床都是比较小的，但是确实是双人房。如果是两个比较高大的成年人住，感觉可能有点拥挤。

Great location large living and kitchen

One bedroom doesn’t have any window

The location was convenient to public transportation.

The AC didn’t work and the manager had to replace two stand alone units but it took two days before the ac worked and it was over 90 degrees outside and very hot inside. One of the AC wasn’t vented properly and when they vented it properly it still didn’t work because there wasn’t enough clearance. And the unit had another issue anyway so they changed unit but set up the same. I figured out how to give it more clearance and it worked really well. One room didn’t have windows so couldn’t even try to cool it at night. They provided a fan for that room but it can’t enough so we brought a fan from the upstairs bedroom down (two fans sort of keep the room coolish). It was so humid that we had to empty the drip pans on the AC units several times a day. The refrigerator froze our food because the latch to freezer was broken. They admitted they knew it was broken but “it was expensive “to repair”. There were no instructions for operating washer/dryer. We figured it out but the. The dryer got an error code and the manager said he would have to get technician to fix it but with no timeframe for doing such. So I looked up manual online and the error code just indicated the room was too humid so we opened window and soft reset the machine and it worked. They should have known that or at least should have come over to check it out and used the troubleshooting manual to fix it.

Great location with an easy walk into all of the major attractions, as well as the train station. The place is spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Easy to find and nice location

We loved having space for everyone, a/c units and darkening shades. The property was clean and in a great location. Check in was seamless.

Location

It’s essentially a loft style apartment with 1 bedroom on the upper level. The host was selectively responsive and took days of not hours to respond. We were received by older clothes in the dryer. The host said just throw them in the tub and someone will collect them the next day which never happened. Our request to change sheets went unattended. No toaster over. Strange guest books were placed in the apartment. The bed linen was all hand me downs of the owner I believe.

Apartment was luxurious and very spacious. Plenty of room to stay with a goup of friends. Also very nice location.

We had exceptionally hot weather during our stay and the mobile airconditioning didn't manage to cool down some rooms entirely.

For entry to get the key is little odd way and generally not very clear in instructions

Beautiful apartment and great location to be able to walk to Old Town. The view from the top windows is pretty special - seeing the rooftops of the houses and the church clock tower. Great facilities available - nice being able to cook a meal for dinner.

The technology is very modern, which is great, but maybe slightly easier instruction for which remote is for which window covering upstairs. Nothing negative to report though.

The property was very clean and well-organized. It was very easy to check in. The property owner was very communicative about the property and answered all of our questions about the set up. Potential guests should note that the bed set up is unique, with one private bedroom, one bed by the stairs in the hall, and a full bed and twin bed in the main living area. It worked perfectly well for our group of friends staying there for a short stay, though! The location was extremely convenient, close to both the central station and the old town.

Very spacious and room to move, very central and close to everything. It’s clean, modern and has all amenities you need. Can’t rate it highly enough! Very close to transport as well.

Parking is a 4 minute walk from the apartment. Recommend to drop off bags first, then go park.

Down stairs bedrooms are a bit cramped

Amazing apartment with all that you need for a very comfortable stay. The apartment has a big lounge and kitchen, with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, cooking utensils etc. The location is perfect, conveniently very close to local trams, trains, restaurants & 2 different Coop supermarkets. I really hope to have the opportunity to stay here again!

Awesome location and very easy to find. Spacious, comfortable apartment with lots of room for our family of 5. Well equipped kitchen.

Couches were a bit dirty Wet towels had been left in the dryer for us to deal with. Having to strip all the beds before we left

Overall great experience

Location was great, convenient walk from the Hauptbahnhof. Apartment itself was very nice. Showers, laundry machine, big tub, lots of beds. Quite good value for what we got.

Hosts gave the information on the wrong lockbox for check-in, so there was some friction with our check-in. Luckily the host was able to quickly rectify. Also, bed in the living room seemed to be on a broken bedframe.

Sauberkeit in der Küche, diverse Putzmittel und Tücher fehlten TV hat keinen Antennen Anschluss! Müsste erwähnt werden!

We particularly liked the location and the neighborhood. If one is there on the weekend, it is possible to park right outside on the street, with Sunday being free. Otherwise, the host offered parking a little distance away. Television was awesome and easy to sort out. Kitchen was super awesome and easy to use, great dishes, pots and pans, etc. Living area was gorgeous and comfortable for a group as big as eight or ten people. There were loads of house shoes provided, which was nice. On the first floor of the flat there is a separate toilet, then a bath/shower room which also contains the laundry appliances. The bathtub was one of the biggest I've ever seen. There are two bedrooms(with double beds) on the main floor, though one room does not have a window. Up the stairs there is a lovely ensuite master bedroom and a tiny single bedroom. Children would be very happy there, though we had none with us, there was a kid's kitchen, a high chair and plenty of floor space for children to play games.

The first floor bedroom that had no window, needed better lighting. There was no reading light for in-bed reading.
