Om 10 uur s’avonds hadden we een powerouttage.. dus konden niets opladen , ook geen warm water. Het was donker overal , het leek wel een spookhotel, ze zijn hier totaal niet op voorbereid. Geen noodverlichting.. geen excuses de volgende dag bij uitchecken , geen compensatie .. niks .. 300 euro betaald voor 1 nacht … mag je wel iets verwachten toch aan hospitality ?

It was an ok place to stay for passing through town.

Moldy caulking in the tub and a weird shower faucet.

Staff are very friendly, Room is clean and comfortable, and location is very accessible.

The hotel was close to downtown Golden making it easy to access restaurants and supermarkets. The staff were also super friendly and helpful when we had to make changes to our booking.

Although it was not the fault of the hotel, our stay was cut short due to the power outage which left us with no electricity and hot water for more than 24 hours.

Location of room. Right next to lobby. Even though we booked months ago. Didn’t expect the worse room. Solid like a dorm hall. Staff wouldn’t quiet people down. Then power went out twice. And stayed out all night. Not good for cpap users. No good sleep.

Perfect base for a holiday in Golden! Extremely comfortable rooms, super convenient location, and warm, attentive service. Plus, the hotel restaurant is fantastic. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious

Hard to find parking. It's a passing by hotel on the road. Very expensive.

I recently stayed at the Prestige Golden Hotel and felt it is important to share my experience, particularly regarding their pet-friendly room policies. We booked a pet-friendly room for our three-year-old Labradoodle. Our dog is very well-behaved and fully house-trained, so we were shocked to discover that the mattress in our room had clearly been soiled by previous guests' pets. It was immediately apparent that the room smelled strongly of urine. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk and requested a room change, the staff informed us that they had simply changed the linens. Despite us explaining that the mattress itself was the source of the odor, their response was indifferent. They merely offered a "sorry" and insisted we remain in the same room. (Luckily there were two beds in this room!! And second bed was fine). It is unacceptable for a hotel to continue using mattresses that have been contaminated by pet accidents rather than replacing or professionally cleaning them. Basic health and safety standards should be a priority, and no guest should be expected to sleep on a bed that smells of urine. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Easy access to and off highway. Restaurant attached

Old,musty smell in room. Shower sucked getting the water temperature right. The shower handle was also not working well.

Hotel location, just off the highway. Restaurant served lovely Dinner and Breakfast. Megan was extremely helpful and told us where to go to view wildlife. We saw two bears in Yoho National Park, thanks to her reccomendations.

Situated close to the Trans-Canada Highway, this was a convenient stop for us. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Coffee maker and kettle provided as well as microwave and fridge. We had an excellent breakfast at the Raven+Pine Restaurant situated right in the hotel. Our room had a second TV in the bathroom which I haven't encountered for a while. I would stay here again.

Aan een drukke weg,maan de voorzijde heb je er veel last van in de nacht, ietwat gedateerd allemaal maar wel schoon, het restaurant erlangs is een aanrader, Golden op zich is zowiezo niet veel te beleven, de skynbridge adventure park is een must

Location was easy to find.

Our room was at the opposite end of the hall and as we have difficulty walking found it was a pain. Only ice machine was on the main floor therefore we didn’t get any as it was too far for us to walk to. Our mattress had a dint in it on one side which was uncomfortable, and it should be changed. We found the price was excessive.

Fijn hotel. Ligt gunstig qua afstand van Yoho NP en Glacier NP. Dit was voor ons de reden om in Golden te verblijven. Ontbijt en diner in het restaurant waren heerlijk. Maar ook de overige restaurants in Golden waren top. Wij hebben oa gegeten bij The Island, The Turning point en The Wolfs Den.

The food in the restaurant took longer to be made and delivered than I felt should. The TV channel availability was terrible from what the guide channel showed. For the price everyone pays you should be able to afford the entire cable package shown

No breakfast was available. Restaurant that you had to pay for was CLOSED DUE TO A GAS LEAK OF SOME KING.

We booked the hotel for the convenience of the Restaurant. They could have called us to let us know prior to checking in so we could have eaten out before we checked in

We liked their prices, another hotel in Revalstoke was unaccessible due to severe weather and road colsure. But then we regret our decision to book with them!

After we booked through booking.com and paid in FULL, we got a call after 45 mins from the reservation while we were driving, around 25 mins before arrival asking us if we are coming or not, because there is a guy with a dog is taking the last room!! We told the lady that we are 25 mins away coming with our 2 cats, since we booked a pets friendly room as mentioned in their page on Booking.com. The lady then told us that this hotel is dogs only and they cannot welcome us!!! Nothing mentioned on their page regarding this descrimination between cats and dogs, and when I asked the lady how come the dogs are welcomed and cats are not? she just said this is what we have and closed the line! I had to call Booking.com to get my money back and I requested to report the hotel to be removed from Booking.com. I sincerely thank the Booking.com representative (Muhammad), he told me not to be afraid and that Booking.com has my back, then he cancelled the booking and refunded me the full amount. We had then to look for another stay location (spent 3 hours on the road to find somewhere else! Such a terrible experience, strongly recommend everyone to consider other options in GOLDEN, BC

Good location, cute charm to it, staff friendly and helpful.

Having to retrieve the air conditioning remote from reception during winter just to use the heater.

Nice room king size bed microwave fridge coffee and tea and all the supplies in the bathroom. Well appointed. A tad pricey but because of all the snowmobiling crowd in town.

Great location on the way to Jasper

The location was the only thing I liked about this place.

The facility is practically falling apart. The rooms, the elevator, the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. I wouldn't recommend bringing your children here. I requested for bell boy to be delivered but was told to go pick it up myself. Travelling with children is a handful and I was kinda hoping for a better service considering this was rated as a 4-star hotel. The towels in the room were still wet. Housekeeping didn't come once to clean our room during our 3-day stay. There was no in-room service for food. Water dispenser in the lobby was dirty so had to buy water bottles from the store. I doubt their ice machine had their filters changed accordingly either. The pool & hot tub was dirty and had so much chlorine, it burned my eyes.

Everything was great very clean room, reception area was very well set and the hot tub was a very relaxing would definitely recommend, it was aslo very affordable

We arrived late so it was hard to find a parking spot. Lot was full. But we did find one. No healthy restaurants close buy all fast food. Limited choices at 9 pm not much open. Otherwise our stay was very enjoyable.

Too bad the Ricky's restaurant was closed.

This property was under renovations. Entrance , hallways. Etc. we’re not clean. Hot tub was not available. Restaurant closed. The rating was very misleading.

Very nice hotel. Very clean very modern. We had a kitchen had ours to be honest. I’m not sure if they all have them or not, but it was very modern and well equipped. The only thing missing was dish towels in a dish rack or some paper towels. The room is very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful the pool and hot tub were really clean. The whole area was nice and in fact, we were the only ones in there.
